Data quality and security issues are very closely related. To ensure a high level of reliability in distributed systems and resilience from external attacks, the process of consolidating distributed data is critical. For consolidated systems, the access process relies heavily on data preprocessing, which, in turn, allows them to be anonymized. The analysis of closely related processes of consolidation and anonymization allows us to offer a secure access platform for distributed data, which makes it possible to implement secure access systems that depend only on the type and format of the data. It turns out that in the program stack for working with data, optimization can be done only with the entire framework, but not with its components. In this paper we perform analysis of data security as a complex problem related to both data quality and system architectures used to protect personal data.

The use of distributed ledger technology and artificial intelligence in the field of finance and investment requires a detailed framework and a rethinking of the interaction model of market participants. The article shows the DLT based approach with attached of F-BFT consensus to improve the efficiency of the investment process in the modern world.

Data Lake is a technology that became very popular because Big Data is a part of modern reality. However, modern databases often do not fit the data that organizations want to store because of various reasons. When should people think about using Data Lakes? In what cases can Data Lakes be used, and when will their use bring some benefits to companies? We introduce the Data Lake view to Big Data processing. We present a new approach to distributed Database System and we propose to use some effective Data tools for databases management. In this article, we analyze how to use this technology, discuss the prospects and possible problems in the implementation of Data Lakes in practice.

Recently for making a more informed decision digital image processing techniques have been used. Therefore, the study of the methods for obtaining additional information about the painting, which cannot be obtained using existing methods, is an important task.

The analysis of external sources influence on 2D waves evolution is carried out with special attention to the possibility of exponential growing. We have proposed master equation, that is the generalization of Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-I Equation (KPI), that shows major part of the problems in ocean waves evolution and at the same time most difficult from the point of view of numerical algorithm stability. Some indications for choosing of correct numerical procedures are given. This analysis is especially relevant in connection with the emergence of new hybrid computing architectures, the porting of applications on which strongly depends on the chosen algorithm.

The aim of the research is to compare and select software tools for rapid prototyping of face retrieval systems with arbitrary structure (parallel, cascade, combined) that satisfy the requirements of the problem being solved. The relevance of development of modeling tools for face retrieval systems (FaRetSys) was shown, selection of software tools (Simulink + Matlab) was substantiated: methods are previously debugged in Matlab, and then integrated into Simulink blocks. The concept of organizing a library for modeling FaRetSys is proposed. Functions and the methodology of using the library in solving modeling problems are given from point of view the block composition concept. The developed library was used to solve the variational problem of selecting the structure and adjusting the parameters of FaRetSys based on mathematical modeling in Simulink. A synthesized system with a parallel structure confirmed the increased accuracy of FaRetSys by using parallel FaRetSys and making a decision based on a comparison of subsystems operation results.

The problem of automatic photo-sketchmatching is discussed. Methods for generation a sketches population from the initial sketch to improve the performance of sketch-based photo image retrieval systems is proposed. A method to increase the index of similarity in pairs sketch-photo based on computation of an average sketch from the generated population is provided. It is shown that such sketches are more similar to original photo images and their use in the discussed problem may lead to good results.
