The East Kunlun Orogen is a giant magmatic tectonic activity belt and an important part of the Central Orogenic Belt of China. It has superior mineralization conditions and remarkable mineralization phenomena, and has always attracted the attention of some geologists. The Lalangmai Tungsten Mine is located in the Chahanwusu River area in the eastern section of the East Kunlun Orogen and is under the jurisdiction of Huishui township, Dulan county, Qinghai province. It is a newly discovered skarn-type deposit in recent years. This article takes the Lalangmai tungsten deposit as the research target. Purpose: The purpose of the research is to establish a geological-geochemical exploration model to guide the deployment of prospecting for the tungsten deposit in the Lalangmai area. Method: The research method was selected based on the comprehensive analysis of the mineralization geological background, the geological characteristics of the mining areas, and the characteristics of the surface soil geochemical anomalies, and further summarized the geological-geochemical prospecting mark, thereby constructing a geological-geochemical exploration model. Result: The main conclusions obtained from the research include; W-Sn-Mo-Au-Ag-As-Sb elements have a strong correlation, while other elements have a poor correlation. The currently discovered tungsten ore bodies(mineralized bodies) mainly occur in skarn rocks. The contact zone between tonalite diorite and Baishahe formation strata is the most favorable location for finding tungsten ore. The northeast-southwest trending structural fracture zone is an ore-containing structure. The metal minerals in the tungsten ore bodies are mainly scheelite, followed by wolframite. Conclusion: Based on the geological-geochemical exploration model constructed in the article, 3 prospecting target areas were delineated in the Lalangmai area, including 1 Class- I prospecting target area and 2 Class- II prospecting target areas. In addition, it is expected that the deep areas and the peripheral areas of the mining area have great prospecting potential. More geological exploration work arrangements should be implemented. The innovation of this article is the systematically constructed geological-geochemical exploration model, which has achieved good prospecting results in the Lalangmai tungsten mining area and achieved a breakthrough in prospecting for tungsten deposits in the eastern section of East Kunlun Orogen, and has provided a new prospecting and exploration path for searching for the same type of tungsten deposits in the area. Herpetotriol, a typical lignan in Herpetospermum pedunculosum Wall's seeds that has long been used to treat icterhepatitis and indigestion and other related diseases in Tibet, is of potential hepatoprotection. This study aims to study the pharmacokinetics features of herpetotriol, including the blood drug concentration--time curve and tissue distribution. The ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was established to detect herpetotriol concentration in plasma and tissues, and the method showed good linearity from 10 to 2000 ng/mL (r [greater than or equal to] 0.9972) and sensitivity ([greater than or equal to] 10 ng/mL). Our blood drug concentration--time curve indicated that herpetotriol was distributed quickly in rats with a [T.sub.max] value at about 0.083 h and eliminated rapidly with a clearance rate at 98.13 [+ or -] 8.05 and 137.04 [+ or -] 9.48 L * [h.sup.-1] * [kg.sup.-1] with doses of 5 and 2.5 mg/kg, respectively. Although herpetotriol was detectable in all tested tissues, it has a higher concentration in liver than in heart, lung, spleen, and kidney, which is in line with its hepatoprotection. The pharmacokinetics features uncovered by the present study could provide more information for future pharmacological and toxicological study of herpetotriol. Nous avons mis au point une methode de chromatographie liquide a ultra haute performance avec spectrometrie de masse en tandem afin d'etablir les concentrations d'herpetotriol dans le plasma et les tissus. Cette methode a montre une bonne linearite entre 10 et 2000 ng/mL (r [greater than or equal to] 0,9972) avec une bonne sensibilite ([greater than or equal to] 10 ng/mL). Notre courbe de la concentration du medicament dans le sang en fonction du temps a montre que, chez le rat, l'herpetotriol se distribuait rapidement avec des valeurs de [T.sub.max] d'environ 0,083 h et s'eliminait rapidement avec des vitesses de clairance de 98,13 [+ or -] 8,05 et de 137,04 [+ or -] 9,48 L * [h.sup.-1] * [kg.sup.-1] pour des doses de 5 et de 2,5 mg/kg, respectivement. Meme si l'herpetotriol etait decelable dans tous les tissus etudies, sa concentration etait plus elevee dans le foie que dans le creur, les poumons, la rate et les reins, ce qui est compatible avec des effets d'hepatoprotection. Anthocyanins are water-soluble flavonoid pigments that play a crucial role in plant growth and metabolism. They serve as attractants for animals by providing plants with red, blue, and purple pigments, facilitating pollination and seed dispersal. The fruits of solanaceous plants, tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) and eggplant (Solanum melongena), primarily accumulate anthocyanins in the fruit peels, while the ripe fruits of Atropa belladonna (Ab) have a dark purple flesh due to anthocyanin accumulation. In this study, an R2R3-MYB transcription factor (TF), AbMYB1, was identified through association analysis of gene expression and anthocyanin accumulation in different tissues of A. belladonna. Its role in regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis was investigated through gene overexpression and RNA interference (RNAi). Overexpression of AbMYB1 significantly enhanced the expression of anthocyanin biosynthesis genes, such as AbF3H, AbF3′5′H, AbDFR, AbANS, and Ab3GT, leading to increased anthocyanin production. Conversely, RNAi-mediated suppression of AbMYB1 resulted in decreased expression of most anthocyanin biosynthesis genes, as well as reduced anthocyanin contents in A. belladonna. Overall, AbMYB1 was identified as a fruit-expressed R2R3-MYB TF that positively regulated anthocyanin biosynthesis in A. belladonna. This study provides valuable insights into the regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in Solanaceae plants, laying the foundation for understanding anthocyanin accumulation especially in the whole fruits of solanaceous plants. Solanaceous plants produce tropane alkaloids (TAs) via esterification of 3α- and 3β-tropanol. Although littorine synthase is revealed to be responsible for 3α-tropanol esterification that leads to hyoscyamine biosynthesis, the genes associated with 3β-tropanol esterification are unknown. Here, we report that a BAHD acyltransferase from Atropa belladonna, 3β-tigloyloxytropane synthase (TS), catalyzes 3β-tropanol and tigloyl-CoA to form 3β-tigloyloxytropane, the key intermediate in calystegine biosynthesis and a potential drug for treating neurodegenerative disease. Unlike other cytosolic-localized BAHD acyltransferases, TS is localized to mitochondria. The catalytic mechanism of TS is revealed through molecular docking and site-directed mutagenesis. Subsequently, 3β-tigloyloxytropane is synthesized in tobacco. A bacterial CoA ligase (PcICS) is found to synthesize tigloyl-CoA, an acyl donor for 3β-tigloyloxytropane biosynthesis. By expressing TS mutant and PcICS, engineered Escherichia coli synthesizes 3β-tigloyloxytropane from tiglic acid and 3β-tropanol. This study helps to characterize the enzymology and chemodiversity of TAs and provides an approach for producing 3β-tigloyloxytropane.
