Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village is one of the developments of cultural tourism in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The presence of this tourism activity has economic implications for the community such as increasing income, business opportunities, and increasing job opportunities. This study analyzes the Economic Impacts during the Covid-19 pandemic, which consists of Direct Economic Impacts, Indirect Economic Impacts, and Sustainable Economic Impacts and examines the Characteristics of Tourists, Workers, and Entrepreneurs Respondents. This study uses survey data collection methods with questionnaires as the instrument of 96 samples for workers and entrepreneurs, and 60 samples for tourists. In the results of this survey, it is stated that the existence of the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village tourism has an economic impact on the economy of the surrounding population, although the impact obtained is still relatively small. Filler umumnya digunakan dalam campuran aspal panas (hotmix) dapat berupa semen, kapur, debu batu dan fly ash. Cangkang kerang memiliki kandungan senyawa yang hampir mirip dengan kandungan semen yaitu kapur tohor, alumina, kalsium dan senyawa silika, serta pemanfaatannya sendiri masih kurang dalam bidang konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti potensi penggunaan cangkang kerang simping (Placuna placenta) sebagai alternatif pengganti filler pada campuran Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode uji karakteristik Marshall dan uji ITS (Indrect Tensile Strength) yang dilaksanakan dengan membuat benda uji, dan variasi cangkang kerang yang digunakan sebagai filler sebesar 0% dan 100%. Hasil pengujian Marshall dan ITS didapatkan nilai RMS (Retained Marshall Stability) dan TSR (Tensile Strength Ratio) sebesar 92,4% dan 88,7% dengan menggunakan cangkang kerang sebagai filler dan telah mememenuhi syarat minimum RMS dan TSR yaitu 90% dan 80%. Sedangkan tanpa menggunakan cangkang kerang didapatkan nilai RMS dan TSR sebesar 91,9% dan 82,9%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan cangkang kerang memberikan kekuatan campuran beraspal yang lebih baik dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif penggunaan filler dalam campuran AC-BC.

Bu çalışmada sınıf içerisinde öğretmen-öğrenci ve öğrenci-öğrenci etkileşimiyle öğrenmeye katkı sağlayan ve iş birlikli öğrenmeye dayalı bir model olan Akademik Tartışma Modeli’nin (Accountable Talk) tanıtılması amaçlanmıştır. Her disiplinde (branşta) ve her sınıf düzeyinde uygulanabilecek olan bu modelde öğrenciler ele alınan konu hakkında, belirli kurallar dâhilinde birbirleriyle konuşarak yeni fikirler üretirler. Model kendine has kurallarıyla geleneksel tartışmadan farklılaşır. Sınıf ortamında çeşitli alt kategorilere ayrılan bu kuralların bir bölümü, bilginin doğruluğunu sağlamaya yöneliktir ve öğrencilerden bilgiyi sorgulaması, kaynağa dayalı bilgi sunması istenir. Bir bölümü muhakeme becerilerini geliştirmeye yöneliktir ve öğrencilerin görüşlerini gerekçelendirmelerini, dinledikleri iddiaları değerlendirmelerini, karşılaştırmalar yapmalarını, bunların mantıklı olup olmadığını sorgulamalarını, tartışmada sunulan bilgilerle öne sürülen görüşleri sentezleyerek bir sonuca varmalarını sağlar. Bir bölümü ise öğrenmenin sınıf içi etkileşimle gerçekleşmesini ve öğrencilerin tartışma kurallarına uyarak, birbirlerinin görüşlerini dinleyerek yeni fikirler geliştirmelerini amaçlar. Uygulama sürecinde öğretmenler için hazırlanan “konuşma kalıpları” uygulamada öğretmenlere rehberlik yapmaktadır. Bu çalışmada modelin tanıtımı, kapsamı ve içeriği hakkında bilgi verilmiş; ayrıca Akademik Tartışma’da öğretmenler için örnek konuşma kalıpları sunulmuştur.

Çalışmanın amacı, strateji öğretiminde kullanılan farklı yaklaşımlarla öğrencilerin okuma stratejileri bilişsel farkındalık becerileri arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırmada 6. sınıf düzeyinde 2 deney ve 1 kontrol grubuyla çalışılmıştır. 1. grupta öğretmenin “rehber”; 2. grupta öğretmenin stratejileri açıklayarak “model” olduğu açık strateji öğretim yaklaşımları benimsenmiştir. Deney gruplarında strateji öğretiminde, bütüncül okuma stratejileri kullanılmıştır. Kontrol grubunda stratejiler öğretmen rehberliğinde örtük bir yaklaşımla ve birbirinden bağımsız olarak öğretilmiştir. Araştırmanın modeli kısmen karma sıralı baskın statülü tasarımdır. Örneklem ölçüt örneklemeyle belirlenmiştir. Deneysel süreçte 95 öğrenci, nitel süreçte 32 öğrenciyle çalışılmıştır. Uygulama 10 hafta sürmüştür. Veriler, “Okuma Stratejileri Üstbilişsel Farkındalık Envanteri (MARSI)” ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla toplanmıştır. Analizler SPSS 22 ve MAXQDA 12 programıyla yapılmıştır. Açık strateji öğretimi yaklaşımının ve bütüncül okuma stratejilerinin kullanıldığı, öğretmenin stratejileri açıklayarak “model” ve “rehber” olduğu deney gruplarında öğrencilerin okuma stratejileri bilişsel farkındalık becerilerinde farklılaşma olurken; stratejilerin örtük yaklaşımla öğretmen rehberliğinde ve bağımsız olarak öğretildiği kontrol grubunda farklılaşma gerçekleşmemiştir. Nitel veriler de nicel verileri desteklemektedir.

Public transportation is important in an urban area to provide better mobility and access to several destinations within the city. Therefore, this research was conducted to improve the Trans Jogja service as an Urban Agglomeration Transportation which is considered appropriate for residents, especially students, to ensure they shift to public transportation. The focus of this study was to develop the plan for the route and bus stop distribution in the educational facility covering high schools and universities in Yogyakarta Urbanized Area (YUA). The bus route network plan was formulated based on the number of student trips, land use, characteristics of the road network, route length, and travel time using multi-criteria analysis while the spatial analytical method was applied to cover the bus stop accessibility to schools and universities through two scenarios. The first was approximately a 200-meters radius while the second scenario was a 500-meters radius of accessibility and the route analysis showed the possibility of having 31 new routes of Yogyakarta Urban Agglomeration Transportation to cover the whole sub-districts in YUA including the Godean and Ngemplak which was not previously served by the Trans Jogja. The new routes consist of three outer city routes (OCR), 23 inner-city routes (ICR), and 5 connecting routes for the suburban and urban areas. Meanwhile, the bus stop was planned to focus on the new route as well as residential land use in a sub-urban area, high schools, and universities and the first scenario with a 200-meter radius has 99 units of the additional bus stop while the second with 500 meters has 66 units. This means the second scenario is better due to its coverage of a larger catchment area and other advantages and both the route network and bus stop addition plan were observed to have the equity concept to increase connectivity and accessibility for students.

Installed on sidewalks, Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) aims to help people with visual impairments so that they can be more independent, mobile, confident, and safe when passing the road on which they often or even first-time pass. Improper installation of TGSI will make people with visual impairments confused and potentially cause accidents. This study aims to evaluate and discuss the existing conditions of TGSI installations on secondary arterial roads in Yogyakarta City, Indonesia and their impact on people with visual impairments. A field survey was conducted to answer this research question through measurements and photo documentation to discover the length of the installed TGSI and the condition of the existing of TGSI installation. The results indicated that out of the 14 secondary arterial road segments in Yogyakarta City, only 6 road segments or 43% of the roads had been installed with TGSI and the road sections had not been connected between each other. In addition, the major issues of existing TGSI installation are low connectivity, dangerous paths, inconsistent installations, and sidewalk facilities that did not consider people with visual impairments. Therefore, it can be said that the use of the TGSI facilities on secondary arterial roads in Yogyakarta City, Indonesia, has not been effective and dangerous for people with visual impairments. The eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010 killed more than 400 people. An optimal evacuation is strongly affected by road network preparedness used as an evacuation route. This study aims at developing an evacuation model from the disaster to identify road network vulnerability in optimizing evacuation route performance. The evacuation modeling employed a useroptimal method to analyze changes in road network performance in the form of flow as a basis for developing a formula to measure road network vulnerability. The results indicated increased flows on the road network areas of ring 1, ring 2, ring 3, and Sleman outside the ring. By employing the developed vulnerability equation, the road networks identified vulnerability of ring 1, ring 2, ring 3, and Sleman outside the ring indicated by positive index values. Meanwhile, the road networks in Yogyakarta City, Bantul, Kulon Progo, and Gunung Kidul were identified as invulnerable indicated by the negative index values.

Bu çalışmada öyküleyici metinler aracılığıyla öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme becerilerini değerlendirmeye yönelik analitik bir rubrik geliştirme sürecine yer verilmiştir. Rubrik, içeriği anlama (tanımlama, yorumlama) ve derinlemesine anlama (analiz, çıkarım, açıklama, varsayımda bulunma, değerlendirme) olmak üzere 2 boyut ve 7 kriterden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma, uzman görüşüne dayalı nitel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma grubu ölçüt örnekleme ile ortaokul öğrencileri (n=202) olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliği için Lawshe tekniği kullanılmıştır. İçeriği anlama boyutunun kapsam geçerlik indeksi (KGİ) 0.89; derinlemesine anlama boyutunun ise 0.87 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmanın güvenirliği “bağımsız değerlendirmeciler arası uyum güvenirliği” ile sağlanmıştır. Pearson korelasyon analizi sonucunda değerlendirmecilerin eleştirel düşünme kriterlerine ilişkin puan ortalamaları korelasyonu arasında; çok yüksek, pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmektedir (p.05). Tüm bu işlemlerin sonunda, ortaokul öğrencilerinin eleştirel düşünme becerilerini değerlendirmeye yönelik geçerli, güvenilir ve kullanılabilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmiştir.

Jalan yang memiliki kekasaran (roughness) permukaan yang buruk dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan bagi pengguna jalan, kecelakaan lalu lintas, peningkatan beban dinamis pada permukaan jalan sehingga mempercepat proses kerusakan jalan, serta kerusakan kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemantapan kondisi jalan berdasar nilai international roughness index (IRI). Evaluasi kondisi kemantapan jalan dilakukan pada 14 ruas jalan di Kota Yogyakarta, dengan perincian 4 ruas jalan arteri sekunder dan 10 ruas jalan kolektor sekunder. Data nilai kekasaran permukaan jalan (IRI) diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat NAASRA roughness meter yang mengacu pada SNI 03-3426-1994. Evaluasi kemantapan kondisi jalan dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai IRI hasil survei dan batasan nilai IRI yang ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 14 ruas jalan yang dievauasi 64% dalam kondisi sedang dan 36% dalam kondisi baik. Dari ke-14 ruas jalan tersebut, ruas jalan Sisingamangaraja, Lowanu, dan Sugeng Jeroni memiliki nilai IRI tertinggi secara bururutan sehingga ketiga ruas jalan tersebut lebih diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan penanganan

Negative perceptions about accident are usually associated with speeding behavior. However, risk perception has not been considered in accident risk management. It is accepted as a personality matter, thus the number of accidents per year was used as accident risk tolerance indicator. Consequently, due to insufficient measurable indicators, it would be difficult to prevent the increasing speeding behavior. This paper discusses the improvement of accident risk tolerance indicators, i.e. safety factor and margin of safety, and their possible usage in speed management policies. These indicators were built based on the correlation between the results of interview and braking maneuver test. From this combine approach, using aggregated-individual and expert acceptance models, it was found that risk tolerance arose because motorcyclists accepted both the advantages and disadvantages gained from speeding, obtained through their riding frequency, duration of riding and/or accident involvement experienced. However, inappropriate speed due to miss-perception toward braking capability should be avoided. Inversely, an appropriate speed management should consider their travelling expectation

Deceleration rate, time to collision and impact speed have been commonly employed as accident risk indicators. However, it is hard to assess the level of accident risk since these indicators have not been developed with measurable score criteria. This study focuses on the determination of measurable risk indicators which could be used to assess accident risk level and to determine more appropriate accident risk management strategies by using the descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected from a braking maneuver test conducted on a dry and level closed circuit course. Risk was a function of accident probability and its possible consequences, while accident probability was determined based on the safety factor, i.e. the ratio of available stopping sight distance (ASSD) to minimum SSD (MSSD), which was used to determine the margin of safety. Subsequently, accident consequence was determined using the impact speed at a predicted point of collision along the braking distance path. The results show that accident risk could be easily determined using the proposed indicators, whilst an objective and appropriate accident risk management strategy could be determined based on the minimum margin of safety value which could be obtained from each risk exposure.

A partir d’entretiens menés avec des enseignants et des maisons d’édition turcs, ce travail considère cet ouvrage comme l’une des références littéraires les plus célèbres et les plus valorisées en Turquie. En raison de la nature contradictoire des réponses obtenues, le recours à l’analyse critique du discours construite par les tenants de l’école de Vienne (Wodak, de Cillia, Matouschek, Januschiek et Liebhart) ambitionne de mettre en regard l’idéologie de l’auteur et l’audience-cible. En considérant le discours de l’auteur-narrateur, il s’agit de montrer que la narration se construit selon deux points de vue: celui de l’enfant d’une part, celui de l’enfant et de l’enfance toujours présents chez le lecture adulte de l’autre. Cet article s’attache enfin à montrer l’idéalisation du monde de l’enfant.

The pavement vulnerability of moisture and the risk of environment quality depression caused by plastic waste became the main reason of the effort to increase pavement strength with the use of plastic waste. This study was conducted to understand moisture effect to the fatigue risk with Indirect Tensile Strength (ITS) of AC-BC Hotmix with the use of plastic waste as aggregate substitution. The variance of plastic waste used are 0%, 25%, and 50% of aggregate volume passing sieve No. 4 and retaining on sieve No. 8. The test was conducted with the immersion time of 30 minutes, 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, and 7 days. The result of ITS test showed that longer immersion time will make Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) become lower. TSR values of 0% plastic waste at the immersion time of 30 minutes, 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, and 7 days respectively are 100%; 79,13%; 62,18%; 54,19%; and 44,25%. For 25% plastic waste are 100%, 82,12%, 66,68%, 64,03%, and 56,91%. And for the 50% plastic waste are 100%, 96,21%, 84,34%, 80,53%, and 76,21%.

Introduction The Synaptive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system (Synaptive Medical, Toronto, Canada) is a midfield 0.5 T head-only scanner for imaging the head and neck in adults and pediatrics. The system received US FDA and Health Canada clearance for clinical use in 2020. Initial installations occurred at sites throughout Canada with the first international installation occurring in the USA at Hackensack Meridian's Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) in October 2023. The design of the Synaptive MRI allows the system to be installed and operated outside the context of standard Radiology facilities. In this study, we describe the implementation and adaptation of the Synaptive MRI into the cranial stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) workflow, with the intention of reducing the time between consultation, MRI, and treatment. Methods The Synaptive MRI was installed next to the cranial SRS suite in the Radiation Oncology (RO) department, dedicated solely to SRS planning image acquisition. Geometric distortion was evaluated using the Magphan 128 Distortion Phantom (Phantom Laboratory, Greenwich, NY). The simplicity of the Synaptive interface allows Radiation Therapist operation, in the State of New Jersey, without the need for the physical presence of an MRI technologist. During imaging acquisition, the Physician verifies image quality and can rescan or make adjustments as needed, allowing for instantaneous confirmation of image quality. The Synaptive comes with a full set of neuro pulse sequences and protocols ranging from T1 3D spoiled gradient recalled echo to time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography. Patient MRI comfort was evaluated after treatment by questionnaire for 51 patients using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 (1 = "very poor", 5 = "very good"). The total Synaptive MRI time for 38 patients was tracked from arrival at the MRI suite to completion of imaging. Times from consult, imaging, and treatment for 58 ZAP-X (ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc., San Carlos, CA) SRS patients at JSUMC RO in 2024 who received Synaptive MRI were obtained from Aria (Varian Medical Systems, Palo Alto, CA) electronic medical records. JSUMC RO Departmental data was obtained on times from consult, imaging, and treatment for 58 randomly sampled patients from 2018 to 2023 whose treatment planning imaging was performed on out-of-department MRI units for comparison. Results The distortions on this system are less than 0.52 mm, for distances up to 90 mm from the isocenter. The average MRI comfort was 4.7 ± 0.5. The average total MRI time for 38 patients was 36 ± 3 minutes. The median time for 58 ZAP-X SRS patients from MRI to treatment was seven days (interquartile range: p25 = six days, p75 = 10 days), consult to MRI 1.5 days (p25 = 0 days, p75 = nine days), and consult to treatment 12 days (p25 = seven days, p75 = 19 days). The median time for 34 malignant ZAP-X SRS patients from MRI to treatment was six days (p25 = five days, p75 = eight days) and from consult to treatment nine days (p25 = six days, p75 = 18 days). Significant decreases in MRI to treatment times (P < 0.001) and benign consult to MRI times (P = 0.0039) were demonstrated for 2024 Synaptive patients compared to 2018-2023 patients. Fort Munro is a hill station in Southern Punjab the residents of whom are heavily dependent upon livestock for their living but ticks are a big treat for the livestock. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the tick infestation among the small ruminants of Fort Munro. Ticks (N = 273) were collected from 333 animals (165 goats and 168 sheep) during August and September 2022. Two tick genera Hyalomma and Rhipicephalus were identified. Rhipicephalus was most abundant tick genera (78.02%) followed by Hyalomma (21.98%).Tick distribution significantly varied with the host: Rhipicephalus ticks were more frequently infesting goats while Hyalomma were more common on sheep. For both hosts, tick infestation varied with the sampling sites and male animals were significantly more infested than females. Five tick species were infesting goats with the following relative abundance: Rhipicephalus (R.) senegalensis (39.20%) > R. sanguineus (36.8%) > R. appendiculatus (10.40%) > R. turanicus (8%) > R. guilhoni (5.6%). Rhipicephalus senegalensis (41.22%) was also the most common tick species infesting sheep followed by Hyalomma (H.) marginatum (29.73%), R. guilhoni (18.24%), H. dromedarii (5.41%) and H. impeltatum (5.41%). Male ticks very more abundantly on both goats and sheep than female. Distribution of Hyalomma species also varied between the sampling sites. In conclusion, we are reporting the infestation of 3 Hyalomma and 5 Rhipicephalus in small ruminants of Fort Munro.
