The growth of motorized vehicle ownership has outpaced the limited availability of public land and parking spaces. Illegal parking lots and attendants in Yogyakarta worsen this problem. As an illegal parking area, illegal parking attendants do not have the legality to collect fees from the community, so collecting money from parking users is an act of illegal levies. As a result, the rights of parking users as consumers tend to be neglected without any protection from authorized institutions or officials. This phenomenon is increasingly widespread and has been going on for quite a long time, so the impression appears there is an element of omission by state officials. The research method utilized was a qualitative descriptive, interactive approach that involved collecting data through observation, documentation, and interview. The primary data were recruited through an interview, and some informants were determined with the purposive technique, which was informants or source determination based on a certain consideration. Based on the results, parking management has been managed in such a way on Regional Regulation of Yogyakarta Number 2 of 2019. Regarding parking, the Regional Regulation (Perda) is followed up with the Mayor’s Regulation of Yogyakarta number 2 of 2019. The objectives of the parking regulations are to embody safe and orderly parking service, implement law protection and certainty, and ensure transparency of Locally-Generated Revenue Receipt in the parking area.

Perebutan restu dari Ketua Umum Partai dalam pencalonan, serta sikap partai dalam mengatasi konflik internal dan berhasil membuahkan kemenangan menjadi ketertarikan untuk dibahas. PDI-Perjuangan sebagai salah satu partai pengusul calon menerapkan jalan panjang dalam proses kandidasi calon. Selama proses kandidasi, DPC Partai telah mengirimkan 4 nama calon untuk diseleksi. Hasil seleksi oleh DPP Partai dalam Surat Rekomendasi memunculkan nama yang berbeda dari daftar yang telah diserahkan. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut memicu timbulnya konflik internal, bahkan terjadi pengalihan dukungan oleh kadernya. Namun, hal tersebut berhasil diatasi oleh DPC Partai dan membuahkan kemenangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyelesaian konflik atas Rekomendasi DPP Partai dan konsolidasi internal untuk pemenangan Pilkada 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data primer berupa wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan publikasi yang relevan. Adapun teknis analisis data yang digunakan ada dengan cara reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPC Partai dalam menyelesaikan konflik internal melakukan komunikasi politik dan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik sesuai dengan ketentuan partai. Sedangkan dalam pemenangan Pilkada 2020, DPC Partai melakukan konsolidasi internal berupa konsolidasi struktural dan konsolidasi agenda politik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa DPC PDI-Perjuangan Kabupaten Pekalongan telah berhasil dalam mengatasi konflik internal dan memenangkan Pilkada 2020. Namun, dari beberapa upaya tersebut masih belum optimal dan masih terdapat campur tangan dari pusat partai yang cukup kuat. Selain itu, dominasi peranan Pimpinan Pusat Partai menjadikan sistem sentralisasi dirasa masih kuat daripada sistem demokrasi yang semestinya diterapkan dengan baik untuk menciptakan demokrasi partai yang sesungguhnya serta kesolidan politik di tingkat lokal.

Peringkat ke enam terbesar ini di antara sekitar 3,6 miliar jumlah pengakses internet di dunia.Angka ini menunjukan pengguna internet di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Populasi indonesia yang berjumlah 265,4 juta dengan memiliki 50% pengguna internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Implementation of electronic voting to enhance the quality of democracy in Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti, Indonesia memiliki peluang besar dalam mengimplementasikan elektronik voting, sehingga penerapan ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas demokrasi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan fakta-fakta analisis SWOT yang lebih banyak menghasilkan peluang dan kekuatan untuk Indonesia, meskipun masih terdapat kelemahan dan ancaman dalam penerapan sistem E-voting dalam pemilu.

Abstract Background The role of hypertension in the loss of cognitive function is controversial. Relationships between hypertension and increases in cerebral vascular resistance, diffused lesions and multiple lacunar infarcts of the white matter are well known. Thus, the objectives of this study were: to evaluate the relationship between hypertension and cognitive dysfunction (CD), identify risk factors and determine the association between early markers of vascular disease and CD in hypertensive individuals. Methods Two hundred individuals aged between 40 and 80 years old were evaluated in this cross-sectional prospective study. Fifty participants were controls (CT). The remaining 150 hypertensive patients were subdivided into two groups, those with CD (HCD) and those without CD (HNCD). All participants underwent clinical evaluations and biochemical blood tests were performed. CD was investigated using the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) following the guidelines for its use in Brazil. The impact of hypertension on the arterial bed was assessed by identifying and measuring changes in the intima-media thickness (IMT) by vascular ultrasonography of the carotid arteries and analyses of the central blood pressure and Augmentation Index by applanation tonometry of the radial artery. Results There were no significant differences in the total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides plasma concentrations between the three groups. The serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate were within normal ranges for all three groups. A significantly lower MMSE score was recorded for the HCD Group compared to the HNCD and CT Groups (p-value The IMT was significantly different between the HNCD and HCD Groups (p-value = 0.0124). A significant difference in the IMT was also observed between hypertensive patients and the CT Group (p-value The central systolic pressure was significantly higher in the HCD and HNCD Groups compared to CT Group (p-value Conclusions Hypertensive patients with CD have changes in the vascular morphology characterized by an increased carotid IMT, enhanced atherosclerotic lipid profile and impaired hemodynamic functional manifested by elevated central systolic blood pressure.

Background: Recurrent glomerulopathy (GP) after kidney transplantation is a complication of kidney transplantation that could negatively affect kidney function and graft survival. This study aimed to evaluate the outcome, graft survival, and GP recurrence and its predictive factors in kidney-transplanted patients., Methods: Patients were divided into 2 groups: G1 (with GP; n = 95) and G2 (with other causes of end-stage renal disease; n = 373). Graft survival analyses were performed using the Kaplan-Meier for living donor (LD) and deceased donor (DD). Cox proportional hazards regression were used to investigate the predictors for graft loss and for GP recurrence., Results: Disease recurrence was observed in 9 patients who received a kidney from an LD, of which 4 lost their grafts. In patients who received a kidney from a DD, recurrence was also observed in 9 patients, of which 3 lost their grafts. No statistically significant differences in graft survival between G1 and G2 in relation to LD and DD were noted (P = .299 and .434, respectively). However, differences in graft survival were found when GP subtypes and GP recurrence were analyzed. The predictors of graft loss were delayed graft function (hazard ratio [HR] = 2.226, P = .002), rejection episodes (HR = 1.904, P = .017), and recurrence or transplant GP (HR = 3.243, P = .006). The predictors of disease recurrence or transplant GP were age (HR = 0.945, P = .028) and cold ischemia time (HR = 1.117, P = .003)., Conclusion: Kidney transplantation could be a reasonable treatment for GP with end-stage renal disease. Primates play an important role in ecosystem functioning and offer critical insights into human evolution, biology, behavior, and emerging infectious diseases. There are 26 primate species in the Atlantic Forests of South America, 19 of them endemic. We compiled a dataset of 5,472 georeferenced locations of 26 native and 1 introduced primate species, as hybrids in the genera Callithrix and Alouatta. The dataset includes 700 primate communities, 8,121 single species occurrences and 714 estimates of primate population sizes, covering most natural forest types of the tropical and subtropical Atlantic Forest of Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina and some other biomes. On average, primate communities of the Atlantic Forest harbor 2 ± 1 species (range = 1-6). However, about 40% of primate communities contain only one species. Alouatta guariba (N = 2,188 records) and Sapajus nigritus (N = 1,127) were the species with the most records. Callicebus barbarabrownae (N = 35), Leontopithecus caissara (N = 38), and Sapajus libidinosus (N = 41) were the species with the least records. Recorded primate densities varied from 0.004 individuals/km 2 (Alouatta guariba at Fragmento do Bugre, Paraná, Brazil) to 400 individuals/km 2 (Alouatta caraya in Santiago, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). Our dataset reflects disparity between the numerous primate census conducted in the Atlantic Forest, in contrast to the scarcity of estimates of population sizes and densities. With these data, researchers can develop different macroecological and regional level studies, focusing on communities, populations, species co-occurrence and distribution patterns. Moreover, the data can also be used to assess the consequences of fragmentation, defaunation, and disease outbreaks on different ecological processes, such as trophic cascades, species invasion or extinction, and community dynamics.
