We consider two recent solutions of the generalized Faddeev–Volkov model, which is an exactly solvable Ising-type lattice spin model. The first solution is obtained by using the noncompact quantum dilogarithm, and the second one is constructed in a recent study via the gauge/YBE correspondence. For a prime p larger than 7, the Eisenstein series of weight p − 1 has some remarkable congruence properties modulo p. Those imply, for example, that the j -invariants of its zeros (which are known to be real algebraic numbers in the interval [ 0 , 1728 ]), are at most quadratic over the field with p elements and are congruent modulo p to the zeros of a certain truncated hypergeometric series. In this paper we introduce "theta modular forms" of weight k ≥ 4 for the full modular group as the modular forms for which the first dim ⁡ (M k) Fourier coefficients are identical to certain theta series. We consider these theta modular forms for both the Jacobi theta series and the theta series of the hexagonal lattice. We show that the j -invariant of the zeros of the theta modular forms for the Jacobi theta series are modulo p all in the ground field with p elements. For the theta modular form of the hexagonal lattice we show that its zeros are at most quadratic over the ground field with p elements. Numerous prior publications on fractional calculus provide fascinating explanations of the theory and applications of fractional calculus operators throughout various mathematical analytic domains. In this paper, we introduce new fractional integral formulas using the Saigo-Maeda fractional integral operators and Appell’s function F3 along with the Srivastava polynomials, the (p,q)-extended Gauss hypergeometric function, and the M-Series. We give different integral representations of the Lommel function s μ , ν (z) involving trigonometric and hypergeometric 2 F 1 functions. By using classical results of Pólya, we give the distribution of the zeros of s μ , ν (z) for certain regions in the plane (μ , ν) . Further, thanks to a well known relation between the functions s μ , ν (z) and the hypergeometric 1 F 2 function, we describe the distribution of the zeros of 1 F 2 for specific values of its parameters. We examine hypergeometric functions in the finite field, p-adic and classical settings. In each setting, we prove a formula which splits the hypergeometric function into a sum of lower order functions whose arguments differ by roots of unity. We provide multiple applications of these results, including new reduction and summation formulas for finite field hypergeometric functions, along with classical analogues; evaluations of special values of these functions which apply in both the finite field and p-adic settings; and new relations to Fourier coefficients of modular forms. We propose a novel and simple spectral method based on the semi-discrete Fourier transforms to discretize the fractional Laplacian (− Δ) α 2 . Numerical analysis and experiments are provided to study its performance. Our method has the same symbol | ξ | α as the fractional Laplacian (− Δ) α 2 at the discrete level, and thus it can be viewed as the exact discrete analogue of the fractional Laplacian. This unique feature distinguishes our method from other existing methods for the fractional Laplacian. Note that our method is different from the Fourier pseudospectral methods in the literature which are usually limited to periodic boundary conditions (see Remark 1.1). Numerical analysis shows that our method can achieve a spectral accuracy. The stability and convergence of our method in solving the fractional Poisson equations were analyzed. Our scheme yields a multilevel Toeplitz stiffness matrix, and thus fast algorithms can be developed for efficient matrix-vector multiplications. The computational complexity is O (2 N log ⁡ (2 N)) , and the memory storage is O (N) with N the total number of points. Source identities are fundamental identities between multivariable special functions. We give a geometric derivation of rational and trigonometric source identities. We also give a systematic derivation and extension of various determinant representations for source functions which appeared in previous literature as well as introducing the elliptic version of the determinants, and obtain identities between determinants. Initially, from the Mittag‐Leffler type function in the simplest form to the functions we are studying, necessary information about the development history, study, and importance of this and hypergeometric type functions will be introduced. Since the absolute values of the local extrema of T n (k) increase monotonically towards the end-points of [ - 1 , 1 ] , the value τ n , k shows how small is the largest critical value of T n (k) relative to its global maximum T n (k) (1) . This is a continuation of our (joint with Alexei Shadrin) paper "On the largest critical value of T n (k) ", SIAM J. Math. This enables us to prove a lower bound and to refine the previously obtained upper bounds for τ n , k . This paper aims to derive the images of the product of the generalized q-analogue of Mittag-Leffler functions and the basic binomial function, under the fractional q-integral operators of Kober and Weyl type. In this paper, we investigate the matrix analogues of the Ψ-beta and Ψ-gamma functions, as well as their properties. With the help of the Ψ-beta matrix function (BMF), we introduce the Ψ-Gauss hypergeometric matrix function (GHMF) and the Ψ-Kummer hypergeometric matrix function (KHMF) and derive certain properties for these matrix functions. In this paper, taking into account the intriguing recent results of Rabotnov functions, Poisson functions, Bessel functions and Wright functions, we consider a new comprehensive subclass O μ (Δ 1 , Δ 2 , Δ 3 , Δ 4) of univalent functions defined in the unit disk Λ = { τ ∈ C : τ < 1 } . More specifically, we investigate some sufficient conditions for Rabotnov functions, Poisson functions, Bessel functions and Wright functions to be in this subclass. In this study, we derive multiple incomplete matrix Mittag-Leffler (ML) functions. We systematically investigate several properties of these incomplete matrix ML functions, which include some general properties and distinct representations of integral transforms. This paper presents a new approach for the unified Chebyshev polynomials (UCPs). It is first necessary to introduce the three basic formulas of these polynomials, namely analytic form, moments, and inversion formulas, which will later be utilized to derive further formulas of the UCPs. We will prove the basic formula that shows that these polynomials can be expressed as a combination of three consecutive terms of Chebyshev polynomials (CPs) of the second kind. New derivatives and connection formulas between two different classes of the UCPs are established. Some other expressions of the derivatives of UCPs are given in terms of other orthogonal and non-orthogonal polynomials. The UCPs are also the basis for additional derivative expressions of well-known polynomials. A new linearization formula (LF) of the UCPs that generalizes some well-known formulas is given in a simplified form where no hypergeometric forms are present. Other product formulas of the UCPs with various polynomials are also given. The moments of the real eigenvalues of real Ginibre matrices are investigated from the viewpoint of explicit formulas, differential and difference equations, and large N expansions. These topics are inter-related. For example, a third-order differential equation can be derived for the density of the real eigenvalues, and this can be used to deduce a second-order difference equation for the general complex moments M 2 p r . The latter are expressed in terms of the 3 F 2 hypergeometric functions, with a simplification to the 2 F 1 hypergeometric function possible for p = 0 and p = 1 , allowing for the large N expansion of these moments to be obtained. Abstract.In this article, we consider an early arrival Geo/Geo/1 queue from the statistical perspective. The estimations of parameters and system performances under Classical and Bayesian frameworks are considered. Based on queue length data, we attempt to study the uniform minimum-variance unbiased estimators (UMVUEs) and the closed Bayesian estimators for various queueing characteristics. We compare their properties using Monte Carlo (MC) simulations. As a comparison and improvement, based on arrival and departure data over a period, we use a Bivariate Beta distribution as joint prior, and solve the performance estimators using the properties of Gaussian hypergeometric function. In this paper, we investigate hypergeometric stringy corrections in the swampland program for rescaled gravity. Precisely, we study inflationary models from Gauss–Bonnet hypergeometric scalar couplings via the falsification scenario. We first derive generalized exponential potentials from such hypergeometric behaviors. Then, we examine certain selected scalar potentials by computing the relevant cosmological quantities using the slow-roll mechanism. The non-null distribution of the sample correlation coefficient under bivariate normality is derived when each of the associated two sample variances is subject to stripe truncation including usual single and double truncation as special cases. The probability density function is obtained using series expressions as in the untruncated case with new definitions of weighted hypergeometric functions. This paper demonstrates several of Ostrowski-type inequalities for fuzzy number functions and investigates their connections with other inequalities. Specifically, employing the Aumann integral and the Kulisch–Miranker order, as well as the inclusion order on the space of real and compact intervals, we establish various Ostrowski-type inequalities for fuzzy-valued mappings ( F · V · M s). Furthermore, by employing diverse orders, we establish connections with the classical versions of Ostrowski-type inequalities. Additionally, we explore new ideas and results rooted in submodular measures, accompanied by examples and applications to illustrate our findings. The paper studies discrete structural properties of polynomials that play an important role in the theory of spherical harmonics in any dimensions. These polynomials have their origin in the research on problems of harmonic analysis by means of generalized holomorphic (monogenic) functions of hypercomplex analysis. The Sturm‐Liouville equation that occurs in this context supplements the knowledge about generalized Vietoris number sequences Vn, first encountered as a special sequence (corresponding to n=2) by Vietoris in connection with positivity of trigonometric sums. Using methods of the calculus of holonomic differential equations, we obtain a general recurrence relation for Vn, and we derive an exponential generating function of Vn expressed by Kummer's confluent hypergeometric function. We study an integrable connection with irregular singularities along a normally crossing divisor. The connection is obtained from an integrable connection of regular singular type by a confluence, and has irregular singularities along x = ∞ and y = ∞. Solutions are expressed by a double integral of Euler type with resonances among the exponents in the integrand. We specify twisted cycles that give main asymptotic behaviors in sectorial domains around (∞,∞). Then we obtain linear relations among the twisted cycles, and get an explicit expression of the Stokes multiplier. The methods to derive the asymptotic behaviors for double integrals and to get linear relations among twisted cycles in resonant case, which we developed in this paper, seem to be new. This paper deals with the well-known Becker-Stark inequality. By using variable replacement from the viewpoint of hypergeometric functions, we provide a new and general refinement of Becker-Stark inequality. As a particular case, the double inequality π² − (π² − 8) sin² x/π² − 4x² < tan x/x < π² − (4 − π²/3) sin² x/π² − 4x² for x ∈ (0, π/2) will be established. In this article, we analyze a single server dynamic service system between conventional and retrial queueing modes with impatient customers and switch-off and close-down periods of the server. In such a system, analytical expressions for the steady-state joint probabilities of the status of the server and the orbit size are derived in terms of hypergeometric functions. The factorial moments of the orbit size are also determined. Several interesting and key performance measures have been obtained. Moreover, the regenerative cycle length of the system and its related characteristics are discussed. Finally, extensive numerical results are presented graphically to illustrate the effects of the system parameters on the vital performance measures.

In this paper, we consider and study in detail the generalized Fox–Wright function Ψ ˜ q p introduced in our recent work as an extension of the Fox–Wright function Ψ q p . This special function can be seen as an important case of the so-called I-functions of Rathie and H ¯ -functions of Inayat-Hussain, that in turn extend the Fox H-functions and appear to include some Feynman integrals in statistical physics, in polylogarithms, in Riemann Zeta-type functions and in other important mathematical functions. Depending on the parameters, Ψ ˜ q p is an entire function or is analytic in an open disc with a final radius. We derive its basic properties, such as its order and type, and its images under the Laplace transform and under classical fractional-order integrals. Particular cases of Ψ ˜ q p are specified, including the Mittag-Leffler and Le Roy-type functions and their multi-index analogues and many other special functions of Fractional Calculus. The corresponding results are illustrated. Finally, we emphasize the role of these new generalized hypergeometric functions as eigenfunctions of operators of new Fractional Calculus with specific I-functions as singular kernels. This paper is devoted to the study of the multi-dimensional integral transform with the Fox H-function in the kernel in weighted spaces with integrable functions in the domain R + n with positive coordinates. Due to the generality of the Fox H-function, many special integral transforms have the form studied in this paper, including operators with such kernels as generalized hypergeometric functions, classical hypergeometric functions, Bessel and modified Bessel functions and so on. Moreover, most important fractional integral operators, such as the Riemann–Liouville type, are covered by the class under consideration. The mapping properties in Lebesgue-weighted spaces, such as the boundedness, the range and the representations of the considered transformation, are established. In special cases, it is applied to the specific integral transforms mentioned above. We use a modern technique based on the extensive use of the Mellin transform and its properties. We study the relations of multiple t -values of general level. The generating function of sums of multiple t -(star) values of level N with fixed weight, depth and height is represented by the generalized hypergeometric function 3 F 2 , which generalizes the results for multiple zeta(-star) values and multiple t -(star) values. As applications, we obtain formulas for the generating functions of sums of multiple t -(star) values of level N with height one and maximal height and a weighted sum formula for sums of multiple t -(star) values of level N with fixed weight and depth. Using the stuffle algebra, we also get the symmetric sum formulas and Hoffman's restricted sum formulas for multiple t -(star) values of level N. The rheological models of Lomnitz and Jeffreys have been widely used in earthquake seismology (to simulate a nearly constant Q medium) and to describe the creep and relaxation behavior of rocks as a function of time. Other similar models, such as those of Becker, Scott Blair and Kolsky, show similar properties, particularly the Scott Blair model describes a perfectly constant Q as a function of frequency. We first give a historical overview of the main scientists and the development and versions of the various models and priorities of discovery. Then, we clarify the relationship between the different versions of these models in terms of mathematical expressions of the complex modulus and calculate the phase velocity and quality factor Q as a function of frequency, illustrating the various special cases. This paper presents an algorithm that checks if a given second‐order homogeneous linear differential equation can be reduced to the confluent Heun's equation by using the change of variables transformation and the exp‐product transformation. In this paper, we present a new class of linear fractional differential operators that are based on classical Gaussian hypergeometric functions. Then, we utilize the new operators and the concept of differential subordination to construct a convex set of analytic functions. Moreover, through an examination of a certain operator, we establish several notable results related to differential subordination. In addition, we derive inclusion relation results by employing Briot–Bouquet differential subordinations. We also introduce a perspective study for developing subordination results using Gaussian hypergeometric functions and provide certain properties for further research in complex dynamical systems. Geometric function theory has extensively explored the geometric characteristics of analytic functions within symmetric domains. This study analyzes the geometric properties of a specific class of analytic functions employing confluent hypergeometric functions and generalized Bessel functions of the first kind. Specific constraints are imposed on the parameters to ensure the inclusion of the confluent hypergeometric function within the analytic function class. The coefficient bound of the class is used to determine the inclusion properties of integral operators involving generalized Bessel functions of the first kind. Different results are observed for these operators, depending on the specific values of the parameters. The results presented here include some previously published findings as special cases. Moments of order statistics (OSs) characterize the Weibull–geometric and half-logistic families of distributions, of which the extended exponential–geometric (EEG) distribution is a particular case. The EEG distribution is used to create the log-extended exponential–geometric (LEEG) distribution, which is bounded in the unit interval (0, 1). In addition to the generalized Stirling numbers of the first kind, a few years ago, the polylogarithm function and the Lerch transcendent function were used to determine the moments of order statistics of the LEEG distributions. As an application based on the L-moments, we expand the features of the LEEG distribution in this work. In terms of the Gauss hypergeometric function, this work presents the precise equations and recurrence relations for the single moments of OSs from the LEEG distribution. Along with recurrence relations between the expectations of function of two OSs from the LEEG distribution, it also displays the truncated and conditional distribution of the OSs. Additionally, we use the L-moments to estimate the parameters of the LEEG distribution. We further fit the LEEG distribution on three practical data sets from medical and environmental sciences areas. It is seen that the estimated parameters through L-moments of the OSs give a superior fit. We finally determine the correspondence between the entropies and the OSs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
