To date, skin substitute that can provide permanent wound closure is still autologous tissue-engineered skin using autologous skin cells as seed cells. The development of cultured epithelial autograft has experienced a long and tortuous process. Autologous tissue-engineered composite skin is closer to autologous split-thickness skin graft in terms of structure, function, and efficacy, which has become a research focus in recent years. Based on the actual status of research on tissue-engineered skin application, this paper reviewed the main research progresses and existing problems, and the prospect of research and development and clinical application of autologous tissue-engineered skin as permanent graft in order to provide a reference for the improvement and application of autologous tissue-engineered skin.迄今，能够永久性封闭创面的皮肤替代物仍是以自体皮肤细胞作为种子细胞的自体组织工程皮肤。培养的自体表皮移植物的发展经历了漫长而曲折的历程；自体组织工程复合皮肤在结构、功能与疗效上更接近自体断层皮片，成为近年来研究的热点。本文从组织工程皮肤应用研究的实际现状出发，就自体组织工程皮肤作为永久性移植物的主要研究进展、存在的主要问题、研究开发与临床应用前景进行综述，以期为自体组织工程皮肤改进及应用提供参考。.

During the late Longshan period (ca. 4200–3900 BP) settlements on the Central Plains of China underwent a diversification in food production technologies, which set the stage for rapid economic and social development. The introduction of novel domesticates such as rice, wheat, cattle, and sheep not only provided more food choices, but also changed ideas concerning land use, farming techniques, and the use and mobilization of large scale labor forces. To better understand the contribution that these new dietary items and practices made to shaping the late Longshan period societies, a stable isotope ratio study of humans (n = 12) and animals (n = 42) was conducted at the late Longshan period site of Wadian. The human δ13C and δ15N values are clustered into two distinct groups. One group of nine individuals (δ13C = −9.9 ± 0.7‰; δ15N = 7.5 ± 0.5‰) had a predominately C4 diet based on millet grains with little protein input from the domestic animals. The other group of three individuals (δ13C = −14.3 ± 0.8‰; δ15N = 10.2 ± 0.3‰) had a mixed C3/C4 diet of millets and rice and were consuming sheep and cattle. The animals also displayed dietary diversity with the pigs (δ13C = −11.3 ± 2.5‰; δ15N = 6.9 ± 1.0‰, n = 10) and dogs (δ13C = −10.1 ± 1.0‰; δ15N = 7.2 ± 1.1‰, n = 7) having mostly a C4 plant based diet (millets). In contrast, the cattle (δ13C = −12.8 ± 2.1‰; δ15N = 7.6 ± 0.7‰, n = 9), sheep (δ13C = −16.7 ± 0.9‰; δ15N = 7.6 ± 0.1‰, n = 2), and cervids (δ13C = −20.8 ± 0.9‰; δ15N = 5.0 ± 1.2‰, n = 10) had diets with a greater contribution from C3 sources such as rice and wild plants. The discovery that humans and animals had different subsistence patterns indicates dietary complexity at Wadian and that rice agriculture, and cattle and sheep husbandry practices were already an important part of the local economy by the late Longshan period in the southern region of the Central Plains of China. We described the time trend of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) from 1999 to 2013 in Tianjin incidence rate with Cochran-Armitage trend (CAT) test and linear regression analysis, and the results were compared. To apply amide proton transfer magnetic resonance imaging (APT-MRI) technique to acute ischemic stroke, and to discuss clinical values of the APT-MRI main parameter - MTRasym(3.5 ppm).A total of 18 emergency admitted patients, with acute ischemic stroke from Beijing Hospital, were recruited from March to November 2015. Eventually, 18 patients (male 14, female 4, average age 72 years old, age ranged from 52 to 92 years, symptom onset ≤24 hours, 2 patients≤ 6 hours) were included in this study. All patients underwent MR scanning on the brain at 3.0 Tesla. Besides the conventional scans for stroke, the APT sequence (saturation time 0.8 s, saturation power 2 μT) was performed. APT weighted (APTW) images were calculated using magnetization transfer ratio asymmetry at 3.5 ppm with respect to water. MRI signals in APTW, diffusion weighted images (DWI) and fluid attenuated iversion recovery (FLAIR) were visually evaluated. Shapiro-Wilk tests were performed to find out the distribution of MTRasym(3.5 ppm) in the whole sample, infarction regions, and normal appearing white matter (NAWMs), respectively. Detrended normal P-P plots were also used to evaluate its normality. Paired-t test and two-sample t test were applied to compare the mean MTRasym(3.5 ppm) of infarction regions with that of contra lateral NAWMs.(1) High signal intensity was observed in DWI and FLAIR in all 18 patients. However, signal intensity was somewhat different in APTW. 13 patients were found decreased APT effect, and 5 patients were with equal APT effect in infarction regions. In NAWMs, 14 patients were found equal APT effect, and 4 patients were with decreased APT effect. (2) MTRasym(3.5 ppm)s were proven, with Shapiro-Wilk test, to distribute normally within the whole sample (W=0.964, P=0.288), infarction regions (W=0.962, P=0.645), and NAWMs(W=0.929, P=0.187). However, its normality was not so satisfactory due to greater deviations (absolute value0.06) of some cases in detrended normal P-P plots. (3) Paired-t test analysis showed that MTRasym(3.5 ppm) in infarction regions (-0.035%±1.020%) was significantly lower than that in NAWMs (0.386%±0.790%) (t=-2.273, P=0.036). However, there was no statistically significant difference between infarction regions and NAWMs when two sample t-test was performed (t=-1.386, P=0.175).MTRasym(3.5 ppm) can be used to evaluate acute ischemic stroke with a broad future scope in clinical.

We explored the relationship between atmospheric concentrations of fine particulate matter and children cough variant asthma.48 children all diagnosed with cough variant asthma were placed in the cough asthma group while 50 children suffering from typical asthma were place in typical asthma group. We also had 50 cases of chronic pneumonia (the pneumonia group) and 50 cases of healthy children (the control group). We calculated the average PM 2.5 and temperature values during spring, summer, autumn and winter and monitored serum lymphocyte ratio, CD4+/CD8+T, immunoglobulin IgE, ventilatory index and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels.Our results showed that PM 2.5 values in spring and winter were remarkably higher compared to other seasons. Correlated analysis demonstrated that the onset of cough asthma group was happening in spring. The onset of typical asthma group happened mostly in winter, followed by spring. We established a positive correlation between the onset of asthma of cough asthma group and PM 2.5 value (r = 0.623, p = 0.017), and there was also a positive correlation between the onset of asthma of typical asthma group and PM 2.5 value (r = 0.714, p = 0.015). Our results showed that lymphocyte ratio and IgE level in the cough asthma group and the typical asthma group were significantly higher. CD4+/CD8+T was significantly lower in the cough asthma group and the typical asthma group. The hs-CRP level in cough asthma, typical asthma and pneumonia groups were significantly higher than that of the control group. The FEV1/predicted value, FEV1/FVC and MMEF/predicted value in the cough asthma group and the typical asthma group were significantly lower than those in other groups, however when comparing between two groups respectively, the difference was not statistically significant.Our findings showed that PM2.5 was related to the onset of children cough variant asthma. PM2.5 reduced immune regulation and ventilatory function.

DALY (Disability Adjusted Life Years) was recommended as a new indicator to measure burden of disease (BOD). Although BOD combines information from both morbidity and mortality, it only reflects the burden from the patients themselves because of their illness or death. As a common indicator, BOD should not only include the burden from the patients, but also the burden to the society around the patients, such as the input and support from the society to the ill person, and the losses from the related events. The aim of this study is to explore the scope and the magnitude of the burden to the society using stroke as an example. Results show that the burden due to time lost for caring for patients in hospitals accounts for 2.4% of total BOD (in a narrow sense), which indicates that BOD may be underestimated if the burden to the society is ignored.

Among 108 cases of severely burned patients, 11 were complicated with septicemia in early stage. This analysis showed that pathogenic bacteria might mainly come from the intestinal tract, and shock played a critical role in the occurrence of septicemia, and at the same time septicemia aggravated shock and also induced complications of internal organs. Attention should be paid to severely burned patients who were hospitalized late or with severe shock, and early administration of broad-spectrum antibiotic against intestinal flora might improve the therapeutic effect.
