Abstract

Nationalism in the sense of symbols or actions glorifying the fatherland can be detected in many Chinese commercials today. In the form of a mythical narration, various aspects of an idealized China image are communicated, an image designed to bring about a sense of identity for all Chinese people. While first and foremost serving consumer preferences, these emotionally charged constructions of a "super nation" can also be interpreted in an ideological sense. Seen against the background of the public discourse on patriotism underway since 1989, this "Sinization" of advertising suggests the more or less subtle influence of party-state propaganda. In analysing TV commercials and interpreting their content, the ambivalent position and general background of advertisers must, however, be kept in mind. Even as they attempt to address and leverage popular trends, these advertisers are part of the community that has shaped the worldviews and values (some of them ideological) that are also reflected in the ads. Nationalismus im Sinne von Symbolen und Handlungen, die das Vaterland glorifizieren, kann heutzutage in vielen chinesischen Werbespots gefunden werden. In der Form von mythischen Erzählungen werden viele Aspekte eines idealisierten Chinabildes verbreitet.

International audience; Bine qu'il n'ait pas donné de théorie du dialogue en bonne et due forme, Schelling a écrit plusieurs articles et a même manifesté un intérêt soutenu sur ce genre. L'article propose une reconstitution d'une théorie du dialogue schellingienne. On s'interroge à partir de là sur le sens de la note énigmatique des Recherches sur l'essence de la liberté humaine (1809), dans laquelle Schelling se propose de procéder désormais "pour ainsi dire de manière dialogique" (wie gesprächsweise).

Abstract

Background: The recovery of cells after washing core needle biopsies represents an under-utilized approach to extend the diagnostic capacity of these diminutive specimens. Recovery of these cells can be dedicated for molecular studies so that the biopsy itself can be used apropos for its intended purpose, diagnosis. Non-enzymatic and enzymatic reagents have the potential to increase the number of cells dissociating from the tissue core, but can also negatively impact the quality of the tissue itself., Materials and Methods: Three different means (phosphate-buffered saline, a non-enzymatic and an enzymatic solution) were used to wash core needle biopsies. The washed cells were recovered by traditional preparatory methods and evaluated for cellularity and cytomorphology. The post-washed cores were processed by formalin fixation, paraffin embedding and evaluated for integrity and morphological quality., Results: The enzymatic solution damaged both the cytological and tissue specimens, while the saline and non-enzymatic process allowed for the comparable recovery of cells and tissue for evaluation., Conclusion: Adequate numbers of cells are dissociated from the tissue core when needle biopsies are washed. The recovery and preservation of cells and tissue for morphological interpretation was optimal when solutions devoid of enzymes were used for washing., (Copyright© 2015 International Institute of Anticancer Research (Dr. John G.
