Since there is a close relationship between network information security attack events and time complexity, it is necessary to count the degree of correlation between the current connection record and the connection record within a certain period of time before. Only in this way can the relationship between network connection data and network information security attack events be better reflected. In this paper, a rough Fourier fast algorithm based on rough set theory is proposed. Based on the characteristic attributes of the intrusion detection data set with the most value of character attributes as the data division basis, the computer network intrusion anomaly detection data set is intelligently divided into small data sets, so as to carry out attribute reduction. The network intrusion detection rule update experiment adopts the misuse detection method, extracts some samples from the KDD99 data set for training, obtains the computer network intrusion detection rules in the hierarchical decision table, and uses the incremental learning algorithm to update the rules, compared with the intrusion detection rules expressed by the decision table to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the rule update, and compared with the improved RSDB, RE-RFE algorithm, and KNN algorithm to evaluate the effect of the rough Fourier fast detection model applied to the problem of network intrusion anomaly detection. Using the attribute subset reduced by the rough Fourier algorithm to perform classification and modeling of computer network intrusion anomaly detection is significantly reduced, and the average time is reduced by 0.09 seconds, and this paper lays a good foundation for the application of network security intrusion detection algorithm. The traditional abnormal data detection method uses the simplified gradient method to detect the abnormal data of web browser, which can not accurately remove the web abnormal data with the interference frequency components, and has low detection performance. Therefore, this paper proposed a distributed web browser abnormal data detection method based on the improved genetic algorithm and spatio-temporal correlation. Based on analyzing the principle of the abnormal data detection in the web browser, we select the abnormal data points of web browser through the deviation function and centralized algorithm, and determine the anomaly factor of web browser using the spatio-temporal distribution, and introduce the improved genetic algorithm to realize the detection of abnormal data of web browser. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the energy consumption of the web data, and the signal amplitude is larger than the amplitude of the interference noise data, which has good anti-jamming performance. Recently, hyperspectral image (HSI) classification has become a hot topic in the geographical images research area. Sufficient samples are required for image classes to properly train classification models. However, a class imbalance problem has emerged in hyperspectral image (HSI) datasets as some classes do not have enough samples for training, and some classes have many samples. Therefore, the performance of classifiers is likely to be biased toward the classes with the largest samples, and this can lead to a decrease in the classification accuracy. Therefore, a new deep-learning-based model is proposed for hyperspectral images generation and classification of imbalanced data. Firstly, the spectral features are extracted by a 1D convolutional neural network, whereas a 2D convolutional neural network extracts the spatial features and the extracted spatial features and spectral features are catenated into a stacked spatial–spectral feature vector. Secondly, an autoencoder model was developed to generate synthetic images for minority classes, and the image samples were balanced. The GAN model is applied to determine the synthetic images from the real ones and then enhancing the classification performance. Finally, the balanced datasets are fed to a 2D CNN model for performing classification and validating the efficiency of the proposed model. Our model and the state-of-the-art classifiers are evaluated by four open-access HSI datasets. The results showed that the proposed approach can generate better quality samples for rebalancing datasets, which in turn noticeably enhances the classification performance compared to the existing classification models.
