Program of activities in kindergarten offers the freedom of teachers to choose their activities, to teach and to work in the field. The activity with the people must take place in a special atmosphere where the people can express themselves, think and act according to the situation. With the help of the case study, the body enters into the unknown, into the adventure of discovering our knowledge, and it is very active. Acting alongside the others in the group, he tried to solve the problems and felt that he was an important, caring decision-maker in making good decisions. In the group of those who should know how to discover, buy, classify the acquired knowledge. We chose this topic because the time and importance we give to didactic design will bring us closer to a successful lesson, didactic design being understood by anticipating the results of a didactic activity. I chose the mathematical activities because I consider that they have a very important role because they stimulate the intellectual development the most, the children’s memory is also intensely trained because they have to retain, preserve and consciously reproduce some acquired knowledge, to memorize the rules of a didactic or logical game. In other words, the child develops work skills, skills to solve certain problem situations in various contexts. These skills become useful in their practical activity and can influence him in attitude and social plan, becoming aware of his own thinking.

The Community-Based Local Development Guide (DLRC) was developed for the period 2014- 2020 for direct information of the participants in local action groups, offering practical tools and recommendations for implementing DLRC initiatives in a variety of contexts. DRLC allows local strategies to focus on challenges such as social inclusion discrimination against gypsy groups and other disadvantaged groups, or climate change. The power of local actors are important in local development and the strategies that place local development under the responsibility of the community can provide solutions in an increasingly diverse and complex context. At the same time, one of the foundations of the European model is diversity, the challenge being to identify ways to preserve it and transform it into an advantage, not a burden. DLRC in urban areas offers enormous possibilities to address certain specific challenges in cities and to highlight the untapped potential of people, economic entities and civil society to make their mark on local development. This article focuses on existing partnerships in rural and fisheries areas, in order to help them using the new regulations to meet some of the challenges emerging. The article also contains sections relevant for new partnerships in cities and those aimed at social inclusion.

Each form of communication has its specific feature which helps, in turn in creating unique designs. There are also designs which go beyond a certain format and that can be adapted to all situations, for any of the types of communication. The use of models allows the interpretation of phenomena using certain structures that link the elements and relationships that can exist between these elements. The roles that can be performed by a certain model are heuristic (to explain), organizational (to order) and forecasting (to make assumptions). Mc Quail D. and S. Windahl (Mc Quail and Windahl, 2004) state that a model is valid only to its degree of probability: it remains valid as long as it is not refuted by experience. As Yves C. shows, we must emphasize the fact that the use of a model can sometimes stop the development of a science, through the lack of feed-back or even by not considering the context that may influence the communication process modeling. The twentieth century was the promoter of new theoretical models of the communication process inspired by the various schools (the process school, the semiotic school, the Palo Alto school, the Oxford school, etc.) or sciences (mathematics, informatics, cybernetics, linguistics, semiotics, psychology, physics, sociology, etc.). In order to propose a universal model of communication, we highlight a few models that have influenced researchers for decades. Next, we will proceed in analyzing these general models based on an evolutionary principle, from the simplest to the most complex.

- Abstract
The Romanian teacher is in a permanent change, which is why education is required to go beyond this context. Therefore, the school, in addition to the educational preparation of the student, must consider its education in non-formal and informal environments. In order to be able to carry out and implement such activities, the Ministry of National Education has elaborated the Methodology for organizing the "School after School" Program, through OMECTS no. 5349 / 07.09.2011, an official document, which presents the legislative framework in order to be successful. With the help of local authorities, these programs are much more flexible. They are carried out under the guise of educational projects and help the student both in the preparation of the subjects, as well as in various recreational activities, depending on his skills. An efficient partnership between the three factors involved in the educational process, the school and local authorities on the one hand, and the family on the other, implies mutual respect and trust, but also efficient communication and collaboration. All these concerns have as main objective to find the methods by which the students acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to cope with the daily changes of the society. As the learning must be carried out permanently, not only within the formal framework of the school, the local authority comes to support the family and the school so that the learning environment does not suffer and offers the student comfort.

ComputingMilieux_COMPUTERSANDEDUCATION - Abstract
The use of information technology in the activity and professional development by the teachers represents an extinguished necessity of the current stage. The new technologies come to the aid of the teacher, in the exercise of his profession. Using them makes the teacher's work more efficient, it helps him save time and space in making the necessary documents for carrying out, in good conditions, the activity. The development of information technologies has boosted the professional training of teachers for the use of TIC tools. Traditional teaching methods are not replaced by technology, but this can improve both the course material and the relationship between students and the teacher. Educational institutions must take advantage of the opportunities offered by technology and create programs, special software to offer the student an interactive, rich and varied learning experience. Technology is everywhere around us, and this must determine us, those responsible for the educational act in schools, to change the way students assimilate information during class hours.

- Abstract
The educational changes in the Romanian pre-university education system over the last ten years have required the creation of internal mechanisms, articulated through an internal managerial control system in order to improve and maintain performance in all the basic compartments of the school organization. The success and the performance of a educational organization is based on many factors that take into account the scholars progress, the professional training of professors, the curriculum, but also the manager’s style and strategies that he applies at an institutional level. Despite controversy and doubt, internal management control is seen as an indispensable tool in performance management of modern organizations. The reason for this consists in management control treating the present problem for all the typologies: that there is certainty in the fact that managers, alongside with professors achieve performances in the behalf of the organization. In order for the relationship between the manager of the institution and his personnel to remain favorable, it is normal that the management to measure and control the performance of his employees. The present paper aims to create an internal radiograph within a preschool education institution in order to hierarchize performance indicators and / or identify influential factors to be achieved in order to obtain a performing school environment (for children, teachers and the entity manager). The paper/research begins with a presentation of the theoretical concepts, followed by an empirical research that is based on qualitative methods, and uses as an instrument the interview (applied to teachers, heads of departments, managers). The paper ends with a series of proposals, conclusions that can be implemented in various educational organizations.

The leadership of the European Union has become an essential challange given the multiple problems the organization is currently facing. The economic crisis, amplified in Europe on the background of worldwide globalization, increased euroscepticism and increased political extremism in the EU member states, increasingly complex relationships with international partners, the internal problems inherent to the functioning of a bloc of 27 member states constitute the delicate issues on the list of responsabilities of the "job description" of a leader of the EU. In order to clarify the question of who is currently running the European Union and what are the factors that must be taken into account, we shall review the competences of the main institutions of the EU. At the same time, we shall point out the challanges that the current context poses to the act of leadership in the EU. The research method used is the study of documents and materials identified on specialised websites. The study is aimed at pencilling the profile of a leader (an individual or an organisation) who can lead the European Union in the extremely complex current political and economic context.

Executive coaching has seen a real expansion worldwide due to a new approach of management in the age of information. It is an efficiently used method within organizations, with a view to inspiring top managers in implementing and ascertaining changes in the behavior of those around them, in order to initiate and uphold changes in the organization and improve results. This article proposes two levels of analysis from the viewpoint of the implementation of coaching, and executive coaching respectively, in organizations, throughout the changing process: the analysis of individual perceptions and their effects among employees as well as the institutional, structural, approach of change at the level of the human resources in the organization, mentioning risks that can often be noticed in Romanian organizations. The last part describes the perspectives from which mindful change is seen at the level of an organization, by describing the theory of mindful change meant to facilitate the interpretation and understanding of the way in which both people and organizations can approach change. This theory is instrumental in the coaching process. The final part of the work lines up a series of conclusions in approaching organizational change through the coaching process.

Every day, thousands of businesses rely on the services and information ensured by information and communication networks. As the dependence on information systems grows, so the security of information networks becomes ever more critical to any entity, no matter if it is a company or a public institution. The asymmetrical threat posed by cyber attacks and the inherent vulnerabilities of cyberspace constitute a serious security risk confronting all nations. For this reason, the cyber threats need to be addressed at the global level. Given the gravity of the threat and of the interests at stake, it is imperative that the comprehensive use of information technology solutions be supported by a high level of security measures and be embedded also in a broad and sophisticated cyber security culture. This paper provides arguments regarding the need to implement coherent information security policies at national level, based on cooperation between public and private sectors and in coordination with international initiatives in the field. Since information security is vital for developing and running an efficient business, this study may constitute a strategic approach to improve the information security posture of Romanian organizations.

Knowledge sharing has been identified as a major focus area for knowledge management. Efforts are made with a view to identify the most effective ways to share knowledge, as a step towards improving organizational performance. In this striving, various factors have been identified as impediments for knowledge sharing, including inadequate organizational structures, sharing unfriendly organizational cultures, and denominational segregation. Related problems may occur when information systems, such as intranets, distributed libraries, document management systems, or groupware applications, are introduced to support knowledge sharing. The extensive use of the IT&C has only added new questions on how to address issues of trust within the present knowledge -rich environment. This paper proposes a new way of approaching knowledge sharing in the context of information and communication technology development. The study provides an overview of the manner and extent in which information assurance concepts of integrity, authenticity, availability, non-repudiation and access-control may be employed to ensure a trusted and effective knowledge sharing process.

Chemical engineering and higher education profile in Romania have a prestigious tradition. Declared a national priority, Romanian higher education has developed and has become a mass education. There was an extension and uncontrolled chemical engineering education, especially environmental engineering. In addition to traditional chemical engineering, education has appeared in places without a university tradition; new universities and faculties of study in this area and other universities and colleges have expanded the frontiers of research in education for green engineering. The study majorly focused to explore extent of chemical engineering career intention and to explore the relationship exist between engineering environment intentions with selected independent variables. The results show that demographic decline, decreased social inertia, and brain drain made the interest in chemical engineering and environmental study decline. In these circumstances, the present competition between providers of education in chemical engineering and environment is tough.

In today&rsquo, s business environment, corporate governance and financial transparency have an impact on the performance of firms. These changes are important for understanding the widespread accessibility of relevant and reliable information regarding an entity&rsquo, s financial and nonfinancial aspects. The purpose of this study was to show how the environmental, social, and governance disclosure performance of companies has gained a reputation of having a fundamental role in financial transparency and how it varies by stakeholder orientation and economic sector. In this regard, we developed a new model based on stakeholders&rsquo, perceptions to analyze the impact of environmental, social, and governance disclosure on financial transparency using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and select the economic sector that ensures transparency in sustainable and financial reporting. This model was applied over the 2008&ndash, 2018 period to 143 companies from eight countries in the most representative economic sectors: finance, energy, and telecommunication services. Our results portray that environmental, social, and governance reporting are a company&rsquo, s means of communication with stakeholders, as part of their accountability and stewardship obligations, and at the same time, they are a tool for achieving transparency regarding the financial performance of a firm. Furthermore, our findings also showed whether environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures act as a vector of financial communication for enterprises, and this relationship will also be evident in their role in financial transparency.

In the past few decades, business performance has been approached from a multidimensional perspective, because a pro-active corporate sustainability reporting system for assessing the financial performance of an organization should at least address impacts at the organization and community levels, as well as the resulting associated social impacts. The purpose of this research was to identify the accessibility of corporate sustainability reporting instruments for Romanian managers and their role in increasing the financial performance of organizations. This study concludes that corporate social reporting indicators can be integrated into the reporting of the financial performance of a company and can transform sustainability into tangible value for all interested parties. In addition, the empirical results contribute to the understanding of corporate social responsibility practices, although being non-financial, these seem to be financially meaningful at a certain level after other financial factors are controlled for.

The current context reflects education as a profound social act, through which the individual discovers his own personality, he manifests his social aspirations and ideals, tangling and determining the evolution of social events. More and more young people face major challenges in terms of skills in a permanently changing world. The skills gap is growing between developing countries and developed countries and there will be major social, economic and political repercussions. This article focuses on identifying the role that school resources has on the educational performance of pupils in the digital era. For collecting the data, a direct survey was used as a method of collecting information, based on a questionnaire of 374 pupils from high schools in Dambovita County, Romania. While the future is always uncertain, education systems should be based on the design of innovative, effective learning environments, encouraging well-organized cooperative learning where learners actively engage and develop a good understanding of their own learning practices, focusing on student motivation and differentiation according to previous knowledge.

In our complex society, based on knowledge, is important the introduction and development in formal and informal training of transversal competences especially entrepreneurship, to provide competences, knowledge and attitudes which are essential for the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Europe. Starting from this premise, although some countries have already committed to encourage entrepreneurial education for more than a decade, others are just starting. The present article focuses on identifying the impact that entrepreneurial development has both in Romania and in the EU countries, and the results shown that the measures taken follow the reaching of Target Europa 2020. The paper presents the social context regarding the introduction of entrepreneurship in initial training and in non-formal training, the causes, the actors involved and the measures taken by the EU Member States regarding this phenomenon. The conclusion of the study show that entrepreneurial education in initial training represents a complex task, as more than three quarters of the countries/regions of Europe give autonomy to training institutions regarding the curricular aspects or have no regulations/recommendation at all regarding entrepreneurial education during initial training.

Health management consultancy has become an important source of innovation in management, a bridge between the academic environment, companies and opinion-makers in the field. The objective of this work is to identify the success factors of a consultancy mission within the health system, with the proposal of direct investigation of the hypothesis regarding the positive association between the success of consultancy missions and the consultant’s professional integrity. The survey was carried out during January and February 2017, in Bucharest health units, by applying questionnaires to 68 managers both in the public and private system. The analyzed parameters were: the consultant’s professional integrity, the consultant's competency, the relations with the consultant, the correct definition of the mission, available financial resources, term observance, and related costs. The information obtained was statistically processed using the SPSS system. The answer options to the items in the questionnaire allowed statistical correlations, verifying the survey hypothesis regarding the association between success and professional integrity. Any consultancy mission entails negotiation skills from the consultant, as well as an open attitude, listening and communications skills. The environment created by the manager can even further influence the change acceptance.

The concept of quality has been for many years, although its meaning has changed, has evolved and adapted in time. It has always been specific human nature to turn into leaders to those who contributed to the evolution of the thought and the progress of mankind. Regardless of their creation, people have always proved, as important as this. It was the case of quality and those who believed in it. The sooner the flaws are discovered, the cheaper it is their correction. The total quality costs are consistent with the sum of these costs. They are the difference between the real cost of a product or service and the potential cost (reduced) obtained whether the product or service would have been achieved or preserved in accordance with the client requirements. The quality generates numerous costs, which may be grouped in two categories, category comprising the costs necessary to obtain higher quality, nominated quality (costs of prevention) or quality control (costs costs), and the second category comprising costs generated by reduced quality, namely the cost of the quality of the internal flaws (internal defects) or the failure (the costs of external defects). Without doubt, quality experts had the significant roles to expend and transform the concept of quality from a mere technical system to a broader body of knowledge known as total quality with management implications in production.

The new economic environment, characterized as volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous, has been generated through the evolution of a world in which online reputation and corporate social responsibility have become closely interconnected. In this study, we assessed whether corporate social responsibility is a goal with multiple implications for the image of the organization and its financial results, which present a model for measuring online reputation in the context of optimizing corporate sustainability. We used an econometric approach that showed that the main purpose of the model is to determine the best value of the dependent variable by providing a number of new sets of explanatory variables on the exact quantification of the company&rsquo, s online reputation. The main results can support the decision-making process in building and maintaining online reputation in the short or long term, and the information provided is useful for implementing online reputation management programs. We provide a rather nuanced picture of the relationship between the credibility of corporate sustainability claims, financial security, and the chance of preserving the online reputation built. The research shows that online reputation risk management is no longer optional, online reputation must become a strategic resource for sustainable business.

For many organizations, such as museums, the lowest profit line, frequently used as a last performance test, does not exist. In these cases, both the financial performance and the impact of the services are difficult to measure. Still, it is important to know if all the museum resources are properly assigned and if these are used in such a way, so as to offer the maximum effect.

Information security has come to be recognized as increasingly important because global communication and information systems allow a potentially large number of unauthorized users to access and possibly alter information from around the world. As the dependence on information systems grows, so the security of information networks becomes ever more critical to any entity, no matter if it is a company or a public institution. Information security involves both technology and people. Any security system, no matter how well designed and implemented, will have to rely on people. The fact is that users, broadly defined to include both end-users and system administrators, play a key role in implementing and correctly operating and maintaining security controls. At the same time, statistics reveal that a large number of security incidents are caused by users failing to comply with security controls. There is no use to implement complex and expensive technical solutions, if measures are not taken to deal with users security awareness rising. This paper aims to draw attention over the key role of the users in ensuring the information security and the need to develop coherent information security awareness programs, as part of the information security management process in any organization. The study is based on statistics analysis regarding information security incidents and consequent losses caused by users and the results obtained by implementing specific awareness programs.

Digitization has seen an impressive evolution in recent years, felt at the level of all industries and activities. The processes managed until recently by human capital have started to be digitized, a transformation that can be perceived both as an opportunity and as a threat to the human resources involved in carrying out those activities. The current work aims to summarize the impact that digital transformation has had and still has on activities, as well as the ways in which the automation of some processes can be transformed from a threat into an opportunity, with a direct impact on increasing competitiveness and productivity, on streamlining processes, as well as reducing the incidence of human errors. Also, daily activities performed by human resources are influenced by digitalization, therefor we will focus also on threats and opportunities for people in their personal live.
