Additional file 4: Figure S2. Histone marks at Hmga2 peaks in wt and Hmga2 KD EpiSCs. Chromatin from EpiSCs transfected with control (WT) and Hmga2 targeting siRNAs (KD) was immunoprecipitated with IgG or anti-H3K4me1 or anti-H3K27ac antibodies. Immunoprecipitated DNA was amplified by using oligo pairs annealing to the indicated Hmga2 peaks, which were associated by ChIP-seq with H3K4me1 and/or H3K27ac peaks. A region overlapping the miR-23a gene enhancer was used as a control; Hmga2 peak 10319, not associated with histone modifications, was used as a negative control.

O presente texto tem por escopo analisar de que forma a educacao das emocoes e a imaginacao narrativa podem se tornar potencialmente produtivas para constituir uma concepcao alargada de formacao humana. Para a filosofa americana Martha Nussbaum (2015; 2014; 2013; 2012; 2005) o ensino da literatura e das artes pode estimular a compreensao de diversas formas de vivencias, desenvolver o “olhar interior” dos alunos, que os ponha em contato com questoes de genero, raca, etnia e cooperacao transcultural. O artigo procurara responder satisfatoriamente a seguinte questao: Por que a educacao das emocoes e a imaginacao narrativa podem se tornar produtivas para construir uma concepcao alargada de formacao humana? Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, exploratorio e bibliografico, ancorado no metodo analitico-hermeneutico. Na primeira secao do texto sera abordado o enfoque das capacidades e a ideia de uma nocao alargada de educacao; na segunda secao tratara do papel imaginacao narrativa como pilar basico do cultivo da humanidade e de que forma a literatura pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento da imaginacao narrativa; por fim, a ultima secao tratara da relacao entre educacao das emocoes e formacao humana.

Parte da análise dos bilhetes deixados pelas professoras nos textos produzidos pelos alunos de 3a. e 4a. séries do Ensino Fundamental e traz também reflexões sobre a mediação oral, que se mostrou presente, tanto entre professoras e alunos como entre os colegas, no momento de produção e de reestruturação do texto. Ao analisar as diferentes maneiras adotadas pelas professoras para propor a produção e a reestruturação do texto, este estudo vem ressaltar a importância da mediação oral no momento de escrita e reescrita do texto e destaca a retomada coletiva do texto como um momento de maior reflexão e participação dos alunos em torno de sua própria produção escrita. Abstract: The present research, based on the social-intercessionist theory and on applied linguistics, aim at analysing how the mediation of the teacher occurs in the student's text. It studied the messages left by the teachers of the third and fourth grades of Elementary and Junior High Schools in the texts produced by their students and, in addition, it presents reflections about the oral mediation, which was detected among teachers, students and colleagues at the moment of the text production and reorganization. By analysing the different forms teachers influence their students' text production and reorganization, this study enhances the importance of the oral mediation on the writing and rewriting of a text and points out the collective resuming of the text as the moment of the students' highest reflection and participation as far as their own production is concerned. Introduction. The anterior cerebral artery (ACA) resistance index (IR) is used to assess blood flow and is usedto determine fetal well-being. Objective. To determine the flow of the anterior cerebral artery in very preterminfants during the first 72 hours of life. Methods. Medical records of very preterm infants treated in the NeonatalIntensive Care Unit of Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital (HNERM), EsSalud, Lima-Peru, betweenthe years 2011-2019 were reviewed. Results. 56 medical records were reviewed that reported the index ofresistance of the anterior cerebral artery in very premature infants of the HNERM. The mean values of the IRof the ACA were: 0,695 at 24 hours; 0,69 at 48 hours; and 0,667 at 72 hours. The mean systolic flow of thecerebral artery prior to 48 hours of life was similar to that of intrauterine life; at 72 hours, the mean diastolic flowwas lower. Conclusions. In very preterm infants treated in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the HNHRM, theaverage RI values of the ACA were: 0,695 at 24 hours; 0,69 at 48 hours; and 0,667 at 72 hours., Introducción. Se revisaron historias clínicas demuy prematuros atendidos en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Nacional EdgardoRebagliati Martins (HNERM), EsSalud, Lima-Perú, entre los años 2011-2019. Resultados. Se revisaron 56historias clínicas que reportaron el índice de resistencia de la arteria cerebral anterior en muy prematuros delHNERM. Los valores promedio del IR de la ACA fueron: 0,695 a las 24 horas; 0,69 a las 48 horas; y 0,667 alas 72 horas. El flujo sistólico promedio de la arteria cerebral anterior a las 48 horas de vida fue similar al dela vida intrauterina; a las 72 horas, el flujo diastólico promedio fue menor. Conclusiones. Background. FOLFOXIRI plus Bevacizumab is one of the most frequently used first-line treatments for patients with BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer (CRC), while second-line treatment requires extensive further research. In this pooled analysis, we evaluate the impact of anti-angiogenics in patients with pre-treated BRAF-mutant CRC. Methods. We monitored patients in randomized, controlled studies who had advanced CRC and were undergoing second-line chemotherapy in addition to utilizing Bevacizumab, Ramucirumab or Aflibercept treatments. These data were pooled together with the data and results of BRAF-mutant patients enrolled in two phase III trials (TRIBE and TRIBE-2 study), who had been treated with second-line treatment both with or without Bevacizumab. Overall survival (OS), in relation to BRAF mutational status, was the primary focus. Results. Pooled analysis included 129 patients. Anti-angiogenics were found to have a significant advantage over the placebo in terms of OS (HR 0.50, 95%CI 0.29&ndash, 0.85) (p = 0.01). Conclusions. Our pooled analysis confirms the efficacy of anti-angiogenics in pre-treated BRAF-mutant CRC, establishing the combination of chemotherapy plus Bevacizumab or Ramucirumab or Aflibercept as a valid treatment option.
