The paper presents general aspects regarding the nature of loads that are generated and circulate in low voltage networks, the influence on the null conductor and the calculation of the actual value of the current on the null. The paper considers the measured values of null current in networks with deforming and unbalanced loads related to transformer stations. The calculation of power and energy losses in symmetrical and non-symmetrical balanced three-phase networks allows the determination of the CPT growth rate (own technological consumption) and its comparison with that determined from the graphs given by the standards. Balancing measures of phase loading and reduction of deforming regime are analyzed.

The paper proposes to present the way through which the neutral treatment method influences the performance indicators of an electrical energy distribution service. In the paper are presented both the calculation methods for all indicators as well as their evolution using as reference two different electric stations pertaining to Distribuţie Energie Oltenia (DEO), stations which during 2017 have had their neutral treatment method changed. The indicators regarding the quality of the transport and distribution service, as well as the quality of the electric energy distributed through the electrical transport network (RET) and the electrical distribution network (RED) represent an essential factor in the substantiation of the technical and economic elements related to the execution/ modernization of the electric networks and influence greatly the economic efficiency of the users’ activity. In the category of users of the electric networks are included the consumers of electric energy, the distribution operator, the producers and other network operators connected to the networks of the national electrical system (SEN).

Energy perfomance of the electricity consumers is driving at identifIcation of the points from technological process in which, on the basis of some real energy consumptions, the installation operation allows the obtaining of some good or very good results as nearer by rated values for that it was designed. Energy performance determination achieves after elaboration of real energy balance based on actual measurements of the energy consumptions specific to the energy installation. In this paper, the authors determine the energy performance of the main industrial installation that consume electric energy and that make part of the internal services of an energy block by 330 MW. Starting up from catalog data, the data measured and calculated, concerning to electric energy absorbed (consumed) from main receivers, the losses in these installation was calculated for three characteristic tasks: 96%, 82% and 65%. The following categories of industrial energy installation was analysed: the conveyer belts that ensure the supply with coal to the coal mills, the fan of air necessary to combustion into boilers and the fan of burnt gas. Even though new classes of anti-coagulants are needed, from the category of the X-factor inhibitors (apixaban, rivaroxaban) or of the thrombin direct inhibitors (dabigatran) that pose a low bleeding risk and that do not need INR monitoring, the class of coumarinic anticoagulants (acenocoumarol, hydroxycoumarin) still remain precious anticoagulants. That is why the patients' education in relation to their home administered treatment for the control of its efficacy and the prevention of bleeding-related complications is compulsory. This education is supposed to start in hospital and continue thereafter, but the real testing of the patients' knowledge after they are released is not a part of the usual protocols. Varicose ulcers represent a major issue for both patients and health services being associated with impaired quality of patient's life and loss of work productivity. Many of these chronic wounds are associated with infections. The study group has included 662 bacterial strains isolated from secretions of the infected varicose ulcers of patients treated in the Dermatology department from the Clinical County Emergency Hospital Brasov between 2007 and 2008. The objective of our study has consisted in the evaluation of etiological spectrum of varicose infections and resistance to antibiotics of implicated microbes. The most frequent involved germ was Staphylococcus aureus (58.3%), followed by Enterobacter spp (14.8%) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (9.5%). Lower frequencies of isolation were registered for Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Acinetobacter spp and Klebsiella spp. Various levels of bacterial resistance were registered for the tested antibiotics. Prader-Willi syndrome is a complex genetic disorder with narrow spectrum of facial phenotypic signs, which make the clinical diagnosis difficult in some cases. There are several reports describing the craniofacial appearance of Prader-Willi patients, but there are only a few cephalometric studies for these patients. In this study were included 18 patients with Prader-Willi syndrome and a control group of 18 subjects of both sexes selected based on specific criteria. The cephalometric radiographs of the patients were taken using the standardized technique with centric teeth in occlusion and lips in relaxed position. Angular, horizontal and linear measurements were analyzed for the study group and for the control group. We established that in Prader-Willi patients, there is a decrease of the majority of parameters but the degree of this reduction varies widely between patients and clinically typical facies not always have smaller measurements which can be found in an unusual facies. Facial dysmorphism in Prader-Willi patients varies a group ranging from miss proportions that do not alter the facial architecture as regard of facial typology, skeletal class and pattern of development to a severe disturbance of those. There is a degree of clinical heterogeneity between subjects with Prader-Willi syndrome on clinical evaluation and cephalometric study confirms the heterogeneity for this patients. Because the identification of smaller dimensions for majority of parameters in children and adults, the possibility of developmental delay or growth retardation delay can be excluded. These findings are important for the orthodontist for optimum timing of orthodontic management of patients with Prader-Willi syndrome.
