[Objective] The present paper aimed to investigate the effect of organic liquid fertilizer replacing some chemical fertilizer on growth characteristics, yield and quality of drip irrigated cotton. [Method] A field experiment was conducted during 2021-2022. Five treatments were set up in the experiment, including conventional fertilizer application alone (pure N 330 kg/hm², P2O5 180 kg/hm², K2O 120 kg hm²) (CF), 60% conventional fertilizer + 225 L/hm² alginate stock solution + 150 L/hm² liguo concentrated solution (LF1), 60% conventional fertilizer + 450 L/hm² alginate stock solution + 300 L/hm² liguo concentrated solution (LF2), 60% conventional fertilizer + 675 L/hm² alginate stock solution + 450 L/hm² liguo concentrated solution (LF3), and 60% conventional fertilizer + 675 L/hm² alginate stock solution + 450 L/hm² liguo concentrated solution (LF4). [Result] Dry matter accumulation and the maximum growth rate of dry matter increased with the liquid fertilizer supply rising. The maximum growth rate of dry matter of LF3 was 2.99% lower than CF, and LF4 was 7.34% higher than CF. Leaf area index (LAI) and SPAD values increased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage. Except for the bud stage, LAI in LFI and LF2 were significantly lower than CF, LF3 and CF were not significantly different, and LF4 was significantly higher than CF. SPAD values in LF1 and LF2 were significantly lower than CF, while there was no significant difference among LF3, LF4 and CF. In the flowering and boll stage, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage, but intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage. Number of bolls, boll weight and yield increased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage, LF1 and LF2 were significantly lower than CF, while there was no significant difference among LF3, LF4 and CF. Yield of LF1, LF2, LF3, LF4 and CF were 6012.5, 6528.5, 7274.5, 7568.5 and 7383 kg/hm², respectively. Fiber length and strength increased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage, but there was no significant difference among LF3, LF4 and CF. Micronaire decreased with the increase of liquid fertilizer dosage. There was no significant change between other treatments and CF, except for the significant difference between LF1 and CF. [Conclusion] Moderate amount of organic liquid fertilizer replacing some chemical fertilizer can promote the growth and development of cotton, increase yield appropriately and improve quality. Aiming at the instability problem of fast walking of closed chain quadruped robotꎬ the dynamic stability of the robot under the diag ̄ onal trot gait was discussed by using the zero moment point theoryꎬ and the expression of the tilting angle was derived when the robot lost sta ̄ bility around the supporting diagonal. Taking the duty ratio β =0. 5ꎬ the timing sequence of the swing leg of the quadruped robot under the diagonal trot gait was analyzed. By using ADAMS simulation softwareꎬ the virtual prototype model of closed chain quadruped robot was estab ̄ lished. Based on the diagonal trot gaitꎬ the driving functions of the main and secondary closed chain cranks of walking legs were planned and the relevant simulation parameters were set. Then the motion simulation experiment of the robot was carried outꎬ and the displacement curves and velocity curves of the center of mass and foot end of the robot were obtained. The results indicate that the moving speed of the closed chain quadruped robot is about 0. 85 m/ sꎬ and the fluctuation degree is about 3. 6 mm. Under the diagonal trot gaitꎬthe quadruped robot can achieve stable walking movement at medium speed. The step length of the foot trajectory under the diagonal trot gait is about 350 mm and the step height is about 80 mmꎬ which basically meets the step requirements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] This study aimed to screen out good cotton varieties suitable for mechanical harvesting in Hami area. [Method]Nine cotton varieties were used as experimen s for two years, and the agronomic traits, dry matter dynamics, leaf area index, quality, yield and yield components of different cotton varieties were discussed and analyzed. [Result] The plant height of each variety was between 73.7 and 94.5 cm, the first fruit node was between 5.14 and 6.80 cm, the highest height at the beginning of the festival was Xinluzhong 55, and the second was Hanfeng 668. The largest number of fruit branches of the Hangfeng 668 was 9.67-10.21. The maximum dry matter quality per plant ranged from 118.5 to 167.7 g, and the growth rate was the fastest of Hanfeng 668, followed by Xinluzhong 55.Leaf area index showed a quadratic parabolic dynamic change, reaching its peak at boll stage, reaching 4.04-4.89. The micronaire value reached grade A of Hanfeng 668 and Xinluzhong 55, which were 4.03 and 4.20 respectively, and the fiber length of each treatment was 26.73-30.57 mm. The highest yield of seed cotton was 538.7 and 548.0 kg/667 m2 in Hanfeng 668, followed by Xinluzhong 55, which was significantly higher than that of other treatments. [Conclusion] Considering all factors, Hanfeng 668 and Xinluzhong50 were the best performance, there were suitable for planting under the machine mining mode in Hami cotton area. Structural design contest spreads in the college students of civil engineering all over the world, and becomes one of the parts in the theory teaching and experiment practicing. Thus, it is necessary to develop the teaching model in civil engineering. The integration model is explored in this paper based on one of the major courses, "Mechanics of Materials", and on the tenth National Structure Design Contest for College Students. The weakness of the traditional teaching model is improved. The advantage of the proposed integration model is explored and practiced . The creativity, the cooperation, and the construction abilities of the college student are enhanced. The students are more interested and more subjective initiative in this integration model. The course becomes to be favorably received, and some awards are obtained in the national and provincial contests. The research of this study is helpful for the teaching reform theory and practice. In order to study the member buckling of the effect on the stability of single-layer lattice dome structures, this paper used the nonlinear finite element method, and besides the node imperfection and member imperfection, utilized the smaller cross section members in different location of the structure in order to make those members buckle before the occurrence of the overall instability of the dome; the effect on the overall stability of K8 single-layer lattice dome structures from the member buckling at different location were studied under static load and earthquake load respectively. The research results show that under the static load, different location of the member buckling may reduce K8 single-layer lattice dome structures ultimate bearing capacity; Under earthquake load, the member before K8 single-layer lattice dome structures overall instability before buckling may reduce K8 single-layer lattice dome structures stiffness.
