Aim To investigate the levels of krüppel-like factor 2 (KLF2) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) of large-artery atherosclerosis (LAA) type, and to analyze their value in the diagnosis and disease assessment of LAA type ACI. Methods A total of 150 patients with LAA type ACI were divided into mild group (n = 36), moderate group (n = 48), and severe group (n = 66) based on their condition. Additionally, a control group ( n = 150) was selected from health exminers during the same period. The levels of serum KLF2 and NOS3 in each group were compared; receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve was applied to analyze the diagnostic value of serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels for LAA type ACI and the predictive value for the occurrence of severe LAA type ACI, respectively. Results The serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels were significantly lower in LAA type ACI group than those in control group (P<0. 05). The serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels in the mild, moderate and severe groups were significantly decreased in turn(P<0. 05). The area under the curve (AUC) of the combined diagnosis of serum KLF2 and NOS3 for LAA type ACI was 0. 858, with a sensitivity of 73. 33% and a specificity of 86. 00%, which was superior to the individual diagnosis of KLF2 and NOS3 (Zcombined detection-KLF2 = 3. 796, Zcombined detection-NOS3 = 4. 689, all P< 0. 001). The AUC of combined prediction of serum KLF2 and NOS3 for the occurrence of severe LAA type ACI was 0. 878, with a sensitivity of 77. 27% and a specificity of 90. 48%, which was superior to the independent prediction of KLF2 and NOS3 (Zcombined detection-KLF2 = 2. 401, P= 0. 016; Zcombined detection-NOS3 = 3. 070, P = 0. 002). Conclusions The serum levels of KLF2 and NOS3 in patients with LAA type ACI were significantly reduced and negatively correlated with the severity of the disease. As a food consumed worldwide, ginger is often sulfur-fumigated. Sulfur-fumigated ginger is harmful to health. However, traditional methods to detect sulfur-fumigated ginger are expensive and unpractical for the general public. In this paper, we present an efficient and convenient identification method based on image processing. First, rapid detection kits were employed to mark three levels of sulfur-fumigated gingers, and the RGB images of the gingers of each sulfur-fumigated level are collected. Second, the brightness and texture features were extracted from the images. Three machine learning methods, Support Vector Machine, Back Propagation Neural Network and Random Forest, were applied to establish prediction models. Third, the accuracy of each model was calculated and different weights were assigned for different models. Finally, models with different weights determined whether the ginger was sulfur-fumigated or non-sulfur-fumigated, and then the results were summarized to establish the final identification model. The experimental results show that the proposed method is robust. When the training set occupies 90%, the prediction accuracy is up to 100%. When the training set only occupies 10%, the accuracy remains high at 80%. Meanwhile, the proposed method is more competitive than other methods in terms of accuracy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives Dried ginger and ginger are the same type of medicine and food. The differential components of ginger and dried ginger, dried ginger and ginger charcoal were investigated. Materials and Methods The experimental materials were divided into three sample groups: the ginger group, dried ginger group, and ginger charcoal group. The ginger group, dried ginger group, and ginger charcoal group were qualitatively analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The data were processed by Marker View Software. Principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least-square discriminant analysis were performed with SIMCA 13.0 Software. The differential components of the ginger and dried ginger groups as well as the dried ginger and ginger charcoal groups with a variable importance in the projection > 2 (P < 0.05) were identified with PeakView 1.2 Software. Results Ten differential components, including 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, and 10-gingerol, were identified between the ginger group and dried ginger group; 13 differential components, including 6-shogaol, 10-gingerol, and zingiberone, were identified between the dried ginger group and ginger charcoal group. Conclusions The main differential components between the ginger and dried ginger groups and the dried ginger and ginger charcoal groups were gingerols and diphenylheptanes. Based on metabolomics analysis of the chemical composition of ginger's medicinal materials, effects, and other related factors, it is recommended that 6-gingerol, 6-shogaol, and zingiberone should be used as indicative components for the respective quality evaluation of ginger, dried ginger and ginger charcoal. 嵌入式系统在生活中的应用日益广泛， 传统的安全增强手段已无法有效应对各种安全问题， 增强嵌入式系统的安全性成为目前亟需解决的问题。为提高嵌入式系统及其应用程序的安全性， 结合嵌 入式系统的虚拟化技术与可信计算技术， 设计并实现基于虚拟TCM 的可信计算平台框架， 实现了虚拟 TCM 和基于虚拟TCM 的可信增强技术， 提出并实现了 一个基于虚拟TCM 的会话认证方法， 将信任链从 硬件操作系统层扩展到了虚拟域的应用软件层。实验结果表明， 虚拟TCM 与物理TCM 相结合能够有效 保证嵌入式系统、虚拟域和应用程序的安全可信. Embedded systems have increasingly extensive appiications in all fields. However, traditional security enhancement methods are unable to deal with various security Issues. How to enhance the security of embedded systems becomes an urgent proMem to be solved. In order to improve the security of embedded systems and promote their appiications, we design and impeement a trusted computing platform framework based on virtual trusted cryptography module, and the virtual trusted cryptography module and the trusted enhancement technology based on tt are reaiized. We also propose and impeement a session authentication method based on the vrtual trusted cryptography module, extending the trust chain from the hardware operating system layer to the appHcation software layer in the vrtual domain. Experimental resutts show that the combination of the vrtual trusted cryptography module and the physical trusted cryptography module can effectively ensure the security of embedded systems, vrtual domains and appUcations. There is no small matter in laboratory safety, It is closely related to the interests of the state, the collective and the individual, hence laboratory safety education is very important. Prevention is first. An empirical investigation on the laboratory safety education of 11 universities in Zhejiang province showed that there was contempt for university laboratory safety education, such as curriculum and teacher development, education process management, practice training education, teachers (postgraduate) education, and lax enforcement etc. In order to promote the safety culture in the laboratories and create a harmonious and safe working and learning environment for teachers and students, we proposed that five aspects about the university laboratory safety education should be further strengthened involving curriculum teacher development, managing the university by law，broadening the breadth of education, improving process management and building a multi-party collaboration platform by the comprehensive analysis.
