This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, and innovation on organizational performance. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was made up of Malang City consumer cooperatives. The study employed the purposive sampling technique. The sample in the study was 60 consumer cooperatives. Data was collected through surveys, documentation, and the use of Likert scales to test instruments. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) modeling. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management can directly improve organizational performance. However, unlike knowledge management, entrepreneurial orientation cannot increase innovation. Organizational performance can be directly improved by innovation. Innovation is unable to mediate between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. However, innovation is able to mediate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. The findings of this study suggest that consumer cooperatives in Malang City can improve organizational performance by optimizing entrepreneurial organizations and knowledge management. In a highly competitive industry, it has been a best practice that dynamic capabilities guide technology firms to cope with challenging situations. Meanwhile, knowledge creation enables the firm to condition the success and continuity of innovations, entrepreneurial orientation to support companies in winning the competition, and gamification to engage employees in a collaborative way towards better firm performance. This study examines how technology companies can improve their performance using gamification, knowledge creation, and entrepreneurial orientation. To test the proposed model, we collected data using a questionnaire survey of 124 technology companies in Indonesia. The theoretical model used structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results show that all constructs have a direct and positive relationship, except for the direct relationship between gamification and firm performance. Thus, entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge creation are essential components of technology companies that mediate the effect of gamification on firm performance. Knowledge management is the inevitable product of the information age, and knowledge transformation is the result of the interaction between network learners and learning resources. The four aspects of the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model can help students accelerate their learning of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge in elearning to realize the construction of entrepreneurial knowledge with entrepreneurial orientation as the core. Based on the SECI model, this paper proposes four hypotheses on the effects of tacit knowledge learning on students' entrepreneurial orientation in e-learning. It takes e-learning familiarity as the regulating variable and analyzes the regulating effect of tacit knowledge learning on students' entrepreneurial orientation and whether their grade, discipline, and gender will lead to significant differences in entrepreneurial orientation. The results indicate that the questionnaire designed in this paper has generally effective α. The coefficient is 0.865 and the reliability level is good. The minimum value of the AVE (Average variance extraction) was 0.545 and the minimum value of CR (Combinatorial reliability) was 0.819, indicating that the overall validity and structural validity were high. The three aspects of sociality, dominance, and recessiveness cause the learning of tacit knowledge to have an obvious positive effect on students' entrepreneurship. The results of this study have important reference value for promoting teachers' entrepreneurial knowledge sharing and innovation and cultivating students' entrepreneurial orientation. Scholars stressed over the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management for promoting innovation in the enterprises. SMEs, especially in the developing countries are afraid of innovating new products. This research focused particularly on SMEs operating in Jordan which is considered as a heaven for SMEs. The data has been collected with the help of an adopted questionnaires through simple random sampling. The framework has been developed using theoretical lenses of resource-based view, knowledge based view, and contingency theory. A structural equation modelling approach has been applied to test direct and indirect effects. The findings supported all the established relationships except the direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation performance. However, indirect effect of entrepreneurial orientation through open innovation is significant. The findings are highly relevant for the practitioners as they guide that product innovation performance is dependent on open innovation, only entrepreneurial orientation is insufficient.
