Data on the association between informal caregiving and physical activity (PA) levels are scarce, especially from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Furthermore, previous research has yielded conflicting results. Thus, we investigated this association in adults from 38 LMICs. , In this research, it introduces the case with the middle-aged period woman who is a stay-at-home mother who cannot receive the child care cooperation of the husband, and is holding dissatisfaction in the background of irritation to eldest daughter's habit. It aims to consider the factor that comes to find individuality and alive the effect again through the child care and the family in the client that can receive the affirmative feeling from the husband changed by how for relations and intervention with the client that feelings to the husband metastasize to this generation's man therapist.
