Graham and Pollack in 1971 presented applications of eigenvalues of the distance matrix in addressing problems in data communication systems. Spectral graph theory employs tools from linear algebra to retrieve the properties of a graph from the spectrum of graph-theoretic matrices. The study of graphs with "few eigenvalues" is a contemporary problem in spectral graph theory. This paper studies graphs with few distinct distance eigenvalues. After mentioning the classification of graphs with one and two distinct distance eigenvalues, we mainly focus on graphs with three distinct distance eigenvalues. Characterizing graphs with three distinct distance eigenvalues is "highly" non-trivial. In this paper, we classify all trees whose distance matrix has precisely three distinct eigenvalues. Our proof is different from earlier existing proof of the result as our proof is extendable to other similar families such as unicyclic and bicyclic graphs. The main tools which we employ include interlacing and equitable partitions. We also list all the connected graphs on ν ≤ 6 vertices and compute their distance spectra. Importantly, all these graphs on ν ≤ 6 vertices are determined from their distance spectra. With the rapid development of wireless technology and Mobile communication technology worldwide, Mobile Learning represents a new learning trend in the field of higher education, and has gradually become the development trend and research hotspot of independent learning and lifelong learning. Based on modern wireless network mobile communication terminal technology, this paper proposes a Granott model-driven mobile learning system. Firstly, the Granott model is studied and analyzed, and the ubiquitous computing with physical integration and spontaneous interoperation is used to control the Android mobile terminal, which greatly improves the interactivity of M-Learning. Then JSON is selected to optimize the data transmission format in Ajax, and j Query is used to parse JSON data. Ajax + JSON + j Query can shield the complexity of DOM parsing XML files, greatly shorten the data transmission time and improve the efficiency of Granott model. Finally, the Fast kernel density estimation (Fast KDE) algorithm is introduced to compress the data transmitted by Ajax + JSON + j Query, so as to obtain a reasonable number of training samples. Through experiments and relevant data analysis, the proposed mobile learning system based on modern wireless network mobile communication terminal technology, optimized by JSON and Fast KDE algorithm, driven by Granott model, can efficiently complete the learning task, and improve the ubiquity, interactivity, timeliness of mobile learning. As blockchain technology advances, cross-chain interoperability has become a crucial requirement for achieving seamless interaction among multiple chains. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a scholarly approach to the development of a cross-chain-secure transmission technique, incorporating the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and the SM algorithm, which is based on trusted roots. This research paper elaborates on the design and implementation of the cross-chain-secure transmission technique based on TPM and the SM algorithm, emphasizing the academic rigor necessary for addressing the security requirements of cross-chain interactions. The research shows that compared with the previous method, the throughput of production capacity is not significantly different from that before and after adding the network delay, and the success rate of preventing attacks is increased by 46.9% by simulating related attacks. This paper studies the problem of scheduling control data transmissions from embedded processors to physical systems. For this problem, we propose novel state feedback and output feedback control architectures that are predicated on energy function-based and norm-free event-triggering conditions, where the embedded processor broadcasts a sampled data of its control signal value through a zero-order-hold operator to the physical system when the left side of the event-triggering condition equals to its right side. In this context, the energy function-based feature means that the right sides of the proposed event-triggering conditions involve an energy function as well as its time-derivative to make the selection of these right sides user-adjustable. Furthermore, the norm-free feature means that the left sides of the proposed event-triggering conditions do not depend on signal norms to allow for better control data transmission reduction. System-theoretical analyses of our event-triggered state feedback and output feedback control architectures are shown using the same energy functions and their time-derivatives used in the proposed event-triggering conditions, where illustrative numerical examples are also presented to demonstrate the efficacy of our contributions. Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) is widely used. In practical engineering applications, the transmitter and receiver of a stable and reliable WPT system need to establish not only a power transmission channel but also a data transmission channel to realize closed-loop control and information interaction. In this paper, a novel simultaneous wireless power and data transfer system based on a series–parallel (SP) resonant network is proposed. The system integrates an SP higher-order resonant network with series carrier injection, which makes power transmission and data transmission share a magnetic coupling channel. The isolation between power and data is realized by exploiting the frequency characteristics of the compensation network, thus realizing efficient power transmission and data transmission. In this paper, accurate and detailed mathematical modeling of the system is conducted, and the gain characteristics of the power transmission channel and the data transmission channel are demonstrated. Meanwhile, the mutual interference between the two channels is analyzed, and a feasible and effective parameter design method is developed. Finally, an experimental prototype with an output power of 16 W and a backward data rate of 100 Kbps is constructed to verify the feasibility of the proposed system and the correctness of the parameter design. As an open network architecture, Wireless Computing Power Networks (WCPN) pose new challenges for achieving efficient and secure resource management in networks, because of issues such as insecure communication channels and untrusted device terminals. Blockchain, as a shared, immutable distributed ledger, provides a secure resource management solution for WCPN. However, integrating blockchain into WCPN faces challenges like device heterogeneity, monitoring communication states, and dynamic network nature. Whereas Digital Twins (DT) can accurately maintain digital models of physical entities through real-time data updates and self-learning, enabling continuous optimization of WCPN, improving synchronization performance, ensuring real-time accuracy, and supporting smooth operation of WCPN services. In this paper, we propose a DT for blockchain-empowered WCPN architecture that guarantees real-time data transmission between physical entities and digital models. We adopt an enumeration-based optimal placement algorithm (EOPA) and an improved simulated annealing-based near-optimal placement algorithm (ISAPA) to achieve minimum average DT synchronization latency under the constraint of DT error. The study aimed to solve the common problem that hardware limitations and degradation make the data obtained in reality usually incomplete and improve the quality of communication transmission. In this paper, we propose a new low-rank tensor complementation model LRTC-CSC, which is based on tensor kernel parametrization (TNN), preserves the low-rank structure of information while restoring the detail features, and finally solves the problem using the efficient alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM). Based on the low-rank nature of the tensor, adding convolutional sparse coding (CSC) can well represent the characteristics of the high-frequency part of the information to handle the details while recovering the global information. The experimental results show that the training set of this paper saves much time compared with other models in several metrics by using only ten images of similar color for each data. At the same time, the data recovery effect is much higher than the novel TV canonical prior. In particular, the LRTC-CSC model is 5.18 dB higher than the LRTC-TV model in terms of PSNR value for image recovery at a 70% missing rate. Due to the poor effect of the traditional vocational education platform, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the current Internet education platform. To solve this problem, this paper designs a vocational education platform system based on blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. First, the system access control strategy based on blockchain technology is introduced into the teaching system so as to improve the security of the teaching system. Then, in order to solve the single point of failure and efficient transmission problems of access control in the IoT environment, this paper proposes an access control strategy based on main side chain cooperation. This strategy introduces a side chain to expand the blockchain and improve the data carrying capacity of the blockchain. To meet the requirements of high-speed data transmission, this paper designs an access control model suitable for the main side chain blockchain structure. Experimental results show that compared with other algorithms, the data request speed of the system in this paper is faster, and the storage space is smaller. Cloud computing is an online data storage system that can be easily accessed anywhere. Various algorithms and techniques have been developed to secure cloud data, which, if used correctly, can detect cloud attacks. These algorithms can only detect cloud data attacks and cannot prevent such attacks. If an attacker gains access to the data, he or she can tamper with the data in any way that could lead to misuse of the data. This paper will design a secure architecture for securing data with various algorithm implementations on the architecture so that cloud data can be saved from replay attacks. First, a text file will be taken, the text file will be encrypted using the encryption mechanism, and this file will be transmitted on the SaaS cloud server platform. Whenever a file is uploaded to a cloud server, it will be broadcast across the network, after which any user can access it, whether it is valid or invalid. Whenever a file is downloaded from a cloud server, it will be necessary to decrypt it to access it. If the file is successfully decrypted, then the file will be verified. A verification mechanism will be used to verify the data, which will be used to check whether a replay attack has been made on the data or not. If the data authentication is successful, this data will be called authentic data. The novelty of this paper is that an algorithm has been developed in this paper to prevent replay attacks so that if the data is retransmitted with slight changes, then the authenticity and inauthenticity of the data will be identified. Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication has played a pivotal role in modern intelligent transportation systems, enabling seamless information exchange among vehicles to enhance road safety, traffic efficiency, and overall driving experience. However, the secure transmission of sensitive data between vehicles remains a critical concern due to potential security threats and vulnerabilities. This research focused on investigating the security protocols that have been employed in vehicle-to-vehicle communication systems. A comprehensive review and analysis of relevant literature and research papers was conducted to gather information on existing V2V communication security protocols and techniques. The analysis encompassed key areas, including authentication mechanisms, encryption algorithms, key management protocols, and intrusion detection systems specifically applicable to V2V communication networks. Within the context of real-world V2V environments, this study delved into the challenges and limitations associated with implementing these protocols. The research aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the current V2V communication security protocols. Furthermore, based on the findings, this paper proposes improvements and recommendations to enhance the security measures of the V2V communication protocol. When traditional EEG signals are collected based on the Nyquist theorem, long-time recordings of EEG signals will produce a large amount of data. At the same time, limited bandwidth, end-to-end delay, and memory space will bring great pressure on the effective transmission of data. The birth of compressed sensing alleviates this transmission pressure. However, using an iterative compressed sensing reconstruction algorithm for EEG signal reconstruction faces complex calculation problems and slow data processing speed, limiting the application of compressed sensing in EEG signal rapid monitoring systems. As such, this paper presents a non-iterative and fast algorithm for reconstructing EEG signals using compressed sensing and deep learning techniques. This algorithm uses the improved residual network model, extracts the feature information of the EEG signal by one-dimensional dilated convolution, directly learns the nonlinear mapping relationship between the measured value and the original signal, and can quickly and accurately reconstruct the EEG signal. The method proposed in this paper has been verified by simulation on the open BCI contest dataset. Overall, it is proved that the proposed method has higher reconstruction accuracy and faster reconstruction speed than the traditional CS reconstruction algorithm and the existing deep learning reconstruction algorithm. The expected development of the future generation of wireless communications systems such as 6G aims to achieve an ultrareliable and low-latency communications (URLLCs) while maximizing the data rates. These requirements push research into developing new advanced technologies. To this end, massive multiple input multiple output (MMIMO) is introduced as a promising transmission approach to fulfill these requirements. However, maximizing the downlink-achievable sum rate (DASR) in MMIMO with a frequency division duplex (FDD) transmission mode and limited coherence time (LCT) is very challenging. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a DASR maximization approach using a feasible power allocation optimization method. The proposed approach is based on smartly allocating the total transmit power between the data transmission and training sequence transmission for channel estimation. This can be achieved by allocating more energy to the training signal than the data transmission during the channel estimation process to improve the quality of channel estimation without compromising more training sequence length, thus maximizing the DASR. Additionally, the theory of random matrix approach is exploited to derive an asymptotic closed-form expression for the DASR with a regularized zero-forcing precoder (RZFP), which allows the power optimization process to be achieved without the need for computationally complex Monte Carlo simulations. The results provided in this paper indicate that a considerable enhancement in the DASR performance is achieved using the proposed power allocation method in comparison with the conventional uniform power allocation method. The automatic collection of power grid situation information, along with real-time multimedia interaction between the front and back ends during the accident handling process, has generated a massive amount of power grid data. While wireless communication offers a convenient channel for grid terminal access and data transmission, it is important to note that the bandwidth of wireless communication is limited. Additionally, the broadcast nature of wireless transmission raises concerns about the potential for unauthorized eavesdropping during data transmission. To address these challenges and achieve reliable, secure, and real-time transmission of power grid data, an intelligent security transmission strategy with sensor-transmission-computing linkage is proposed in this paper. The primary objective of this strategy is to maximize the confidentiality capacity of the system. To tackle this, an optimization problem is formulated, taking into consideration interruption probability and interception probability as constraints. To efficiently solve this optimization problem, a low-complexity algorithm rooted in deep reinforcement learning is designed, which aims to derive a suboptimal solution for the problem at hand. The rapid development of mobile Internet has promoted the rapid rise of cloud computing technology. Mobile terminal devices have greatly expanded the service capacity of mobile terminals by migrating complex computing tasks to run in the cloud. However, in the process of data exchange between mobile terminals and cloud computing centers, on the one hand, it consumes the limited power of mobile terminals, and on the other hand, it results in longer communication time, which negatively affects user QoE. Mobile cloud can effectively improve user QoE by shortening the data transmission distance, reducing the power consumption, and shortening the communication time at the same time. In this paper, we utilize the property that genetic algorithm can perform global search seeking the global optimal solution and construct a dynamic task scheduling model by combining the device-cloud link. The task scheduling model based on genetic algorithm and random scheduling algorithm is compared through comparison experiments, which show that the assignment time of the task scheduling model based on genetic algorithm is shortened by 11.82% to 48.51% and the energy consumption is reduced by 22.28% to 47.52% under different load conditions. A continuing need to improve health, safety and wellbeing in construction has led to multiple research projects and technological innovations. One such innovation is the Safety Risk Library: a repository of data that functions in BIM environments to assist designers and contractors in identifying health and safety risk scenarios and offer suitable validated treatments to mitigate their effects. This paper reports on the deployment of this library in several construction projects across the United Kingdom and reviews expert and practitioner opinions of such digital solutions for improving health and safety in the future. This paper makes several contributions. The description of an effective process for knowledge base creation, including the data extraction workflow, the anonymization of data and the definition of communication channels aligned to project working practices, is instructive for innovation developers, providing informative guidance through lessons learned. The discussion of expert and practitioner opinions of the functional knowledge base to improve health and safety performance could inform further technological developments in the field and provide empirical insights for developers. Abstract-Achieving high solution efficiency on conventional sequential computation architecture is a challenging task due to penetration of multiple renewable energy sources (RESs). This challenge has become the bottleneck for the application in real-time grid operation, grid planning and analysis of the large-scale and complicated modern power system. Therefore, this paper proposes a parallel multi-GPU and multi-process Fast Decoupled (FD) method to accelerate the power flow calculation, reducing the system responsive time and guaranteeing real-time performance on a large-scale modern power system. In this paper, two hierarchy architecture, task parallelism and data parallelism, are designed to optimize the FD solver parallelization. Moreover, the GPUDirect technology is employed to enhance efficiency of data transmission and drastically reduce copy overhead. Abstract: In this paper, we will derive a solver for a symmetric strongly nonsingular higher order generator representable semiseparable plus band matrix. The solver we will derive is based on the Levinson algorithm, which is used for solving strongly nonsingular Toeplitz systems. In the first part an solver for a semiseparable matrix of semiseparability rank p is derived, and in a second part we derive an solver for a band matrix with bandwidth . Both solvers are constructed in a similar way: firstly a Yule–Walker-like equation needs to be solved, and secondly this solution is used for solving a linear equation with an arbitrary right-hand side. Finally, a combination of the above methods is presented to solve linear systems with semiseparable plus band coefficient matrices. The overall complexity of this solver is plus lower order terms. A facile and digital do‐it‐yourself technique is proposed to fabricate inexpensive sensors on flexible substrates (paper, cloth, and plastic film). A set of office‐grade equipment (i.e., laserjet printer, thermal laminator, computer‐aided paper cutter), and commercially available supplies (i.e., baking wax paper, furniture restoration metal‐leaf) are used. Forming electrodes through traditional printing and defining a fluidic confinement region through crafting practice enable fabrication of a wide range of devices without requiring customized specialty instruments, costly infrastructure, and complicated fabrication steps, unlike previously introduced methods. Three different levels of experiments are designed to assess the comprehensiveness and responsiveness of the proposed method to the needs of existing research fields. The performances of the fabricated features at each level are evaluated to cover various application domains in environmental monitoring and biomedical diagnostics utilizing conductometric, colorimetric, biochemical, and chemoresistive detection principles. Devices with varying size of features, from nanometers to centimeters, are fabricated and characterized. This method provides an alternative route to decentralized production of low‐cost flexible sensors and other devices, with a minimal step, time, and facilities. Sustainable development was defined by the UN in 1987 as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, and this is a core concept in this paper. This work acknowledges the three dimensions of sustainability, i.e., economic, social, and environmental, but its focus is on this last one. A digital twin (DT) is frequently described as a physical entity with a virtual counterpart, and the data, connections between the two, implying the existence of connectors and blocks for efficient and effective data communication. This paper provides a meta systematic literature review (SLR) (i.e., an SLR of SLRs) regarding the sustainability requirements of DT-based systems. Numerous papers on the subject of DT were also selected because they cited the analyzed SLRs and were considered relevant to the purposes of this research. From the selection and analysis of 29 papers, several limitations and challenges were identified: the perceived benefits of DTs are not clearly understood; DTs across the product life cycle or the DT life cycle are not sufficiently studied; it is not clear how DTs can contribute to reducing costs or supporting decision-making; technical implementation of DTs must be improved and better integrated in the context of the IoT; the level of fidelity of DTs is not entirely evaluated in terms of their parameters, accuracy, and level of abstraction; and the ownership of data stored within DTs should be better understood. The Sunway TaihuLight is the first supercomputer built entirely with domestic processors in China. On Sunway Taihulight, the local data memory (LDM) of the slave core is limited, so data transmission with the main memory is frequent during calculation, and the memory access efficiency is low. On the other hand, for many scientific computing programs, how to solve the storage problem of irregular access data is the key to program optimization. Software cache (SWC) is one of the effective means to solve these problems. Based on the characteristics of Sunway TaihuLight structure and irregular access, this paper designs and implements a new software cache structure by using part of the space in LDM to simulate the cache function, which uses new cache address mapping and conflicts solution to solve high data access overhead and storage overhead in a traditional cache. At the same time, the SWC uses the register communication between the slave cores to share on the different slave core LDMs, increasing the capacity of the software cache and improving the hit rate. In addition, we adopt a double buffer strategy to access regular data in batches, which hides the communication overhead between the slave core and the main memory. The test results on the Sunway TaihuLight platform show that the software cache structure in this paper can effectively reduce the program running time, improve the software cache hit rate, and achieve a better optimization effect. The emergence of Internet of Things (IoT) technology brings tremendous benefits to people's lives and work. However, the integration of IoT devices into diverse systems has underscored the pressing issue of security. Safeguarding data confidentiality in IoT systems necessitates the implementation of strong security measures, including authentication, encryption and access control mechanisms. When effectively employed, these measures pave the way for the development of an efficient and secure IoT system, offering substantial benefits to end-users. This paper introduces a novel authentication and access control solution tailored for IoT edge devices. Our suggested approach is applicable to the edge network comprising numerous nodes, enabling the transmission of extensive data within constrained bandwidth based on lightweight symmetric cryptography since it uses Chacha20 algorithm to establishing session key, and maintaining the protocol of identity management and access control more precisely through HoBAC and blockchain technology. We have successfully analyzed the protocol correctness using the scyther tool. The urban railway is a rail transit system that is suitable for connecting the central urban area of the metropolitan area with the surrounding urban clusters, providing public-focused, large volume, fast and convenient transportation services. The urban railway requires that the on-board equipment at both ends of the train be able to perform head-to-tail communication, support automatic turn-back behind the station and automatically change ends in the station. This paper introduces in detail the head-to-tail communication method and technology based on MVB bus, which has been successfully applied to the urban railway on-board equipment. After laboratory testing and inspection, the head-to-tail communication method and technology proposed in this paper can achieve high safety and high reliability in data communication between the on-board equipment at the head and tail of the train, which is an important basic technology for urban railway trains to realize automatic turn-back behind the station and automatic end change in the station. Beyond-5G (B5G) technology plays a pivotal role in the next generation of communication infrastructure to support the future Society 5.0, a concept introduced in the 5th Basic Plan for Science and Technology by the Japanese Cabinet to define the long-term growth strategy for reconciling economic development with the resolution of social issues through the promotion of science and technologies. Free-space laser communication is a key element in boosting the data transmission capabilities required for B5G applications. The NICT will complete in 2024 the first fully functional prototypes of a series of miniaturized laser-communication terminals for multiple platforms. These terminals are designed to adapt to a wide range of requirements to address scenarios where laser communications can offer a competitive, enhanced solution compared to existing technologies. This paper provides an overview of these terminals' capabilities and the plans for their functional validation, as well as preliminary data from the first full-system tests. A number of innovations integrated into the terminals are introduced, such as the manufacture of the smallest miniaturized EDFA with integrated HPA and LNA and full space qualification to date, the first-ever integration of a beam-divergence control system in a practical communication terminal, the development of the most compact Tbit/s-class modem prototype documented in the literature, and the smallest gimbal design integrated in a lasercom terminal. This paper addresses the control task of a wireless power transfer (WPT) charger designed for electric vehicles (EVs). The challenge is to maintain a constant battery charging current when the WPT is controlled on the ground side. Indeed, the intermittent latency involved in the wireless data communication between the ground and vehicle sides leads to system instability. To overcome this issue, a new control approach has been proposed in this paper. The proposed technique ensures indirect control of the battery charging current through control of the current on the ground side. The control technique relies on an adaptive hill-climbing algorithm in conjunction with a PI-based controller. The adaptive parameter is adjusted online, during the operation of the charger, only when a new measure of the battery charging current is received on the primary side. This makes it possible to avoid the need for real-time wireless data communication. It should be noted that this aspect is crucial in ensuring the controller's robustness and stability of the system regardless of potential delays in wireless communication and large misalignments between the coils. Maritime area detection technology applies equipment such as high-orbit satellites, gateway ships and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to detection. In this scenario, real-time uploading and analysis of maritime data is crucial. In the existing scenario, UAV data are gathered to the gateway ship and uploaded to the shore-based cloud via the high-orbit satellite, because the communication distance of the high-orbit satellite is far, and when the uploaded data volume is large or the access to the equipment increases, the propagation delay of the uploading of the data from the gateway ship to the satellite and the forwarding of the data from the satellite to the shore-based cloud is longer, and the processing delay of the shore-based cloud is increased, and the efficiency of the data transmission and communication will be affected as well. Aiming at the problem of increasing delay caused by communication limitations in maritime area detection, this paper proposes a maritime area detection scheme based on cloud-side collaboration. The scheme solves the problem of communication limitation from the following two aspects. First, the edge computing nodes are deployed on the ship side of the gateway, and the optimal offloading ratio is sought through game theory to offload a part of the tasks from the center cloud to the edge cloud for processing, which improves the efficiency of processing data and thus reduces the data transmission latency and data processing delay. Secondly, low-orbit (LEO) satellites are introduced to provide communication services, because low-orbit satellites have low orbital altitude and short propagation delay, which can transmit the data at the gateway ship to the shore-based cloud more quickly and improve the data transmission efficiency. Finally, it is also verified by designing experiments that the proposed scheme adopts the optimal offloading ratio and has a lower total delay than the original scheme, thus proving the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. In the digital age, data transmission has become a key component of globalization and international cooperation. However, it faces several challenges in protecting the privacy and security of data, such as the risk of information disclosure on third-party platforms. Moreover, there are few solutions for personal data protection in cross-border transmission scenarios due to the difficulty of handling sensitive information between different countries and regions. In this paper, we propose an approach, personal data protection based on homomorphic encryption (PDPHE), to creatively apply the privacy computing technology homomorphic encryption (HE) to cross-border personal data protection. Specifically, PDPHE reconstructs the classical full homomorphic encryption (FHE) algorithm, DGHV, by adding support for multi-bit encryption and security level classification to ensure consistency with current data protection regulations. Then, PDPHE applies the reconstructed algorithm to the novel cross-border data protection scenario. To evaluate PDPHE in actual cross-border data transfer scenarios, we construct a prototype model based on PDPHE and manually construct a data corpus called PDPBench. Our evaluation results on PDPBench demonstrate that PDPHE cannot only effectively solve privacy protection issues in cross-border data transmission but also promote international data exchange and cooperation, bringing significant improvements for personal data protection during cross-border data sharing. Cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) is one of the main features of connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs), which uses connectivity to improve the efficiency of adaptive cruise control (ACC). The addition of reliable communication systems to ACC reduces fuel consumption, maximizes road capacity, and ensures traffic safety. However, the performance, stability, and safety of CACC could be affected by the transmission of outdated data caused by communication delays. This paper proposes a Lyapunov-based nonlinear controller to mitigate the impact of time-varying delays in the communication channel of CACC. This paper uses Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals in the stability analysis to ensure semi-global uniformly ultimately bounded tracking. 3D modeling and reconstruction are critical to creating immersive XR experiences, providing realistic virtual environments, objects, and interactions that increase user engagement and enable new forms of content manipulation. Today, 3D data can be easily captured using off-the-shelf, specialized headsets; very often, these tools provide real-time, albeit low-resolution, integration of continuously captured depth maps. This approach is generally suitable for basic AR and MR applications, where users can easily direct their attention to points of interest and benefit from a fully user-centric perspective. However, it proves to be less effective in more complex scenarios such as multi-user telepresence or telerobotics, where real-time transmission of local surroundings to remote users is essential. Two primary questions emerge: (i) what strategies are available for achieving real-time 3D reconstruction in such systems? and (ii) how can the effectiveness of real-time 3D reconstruction methods be assessed? This paper explores various approaches to the challenge of live 3D reconstruction from typical point cloud data. It first introduces some common data flow patterns that characterize virtual reality applications and shows that achieving high-speed data transmission and efficient data compression is critical to maintaining visual continuity and ensuring a satisfactory user experience. The power communication system provides powerful technical support for realizing the intelligent operation and information management of the power grid and improving the operation efficiency and power supply quality of the power grid. Quantum key distribution (QKD) is considered one of the most promising technologies for commercialization. QKD uses a single photon to encrypt data to produce a more secure and reliable password. This paper intends to study the hierarchical, centralized control architecture of power dispatching based on quantum essential supply (QKD). The performance indexes of MDI-QKD under symmetric and asymmetric conditions were studied by local optimization. The optimal key formation rate of the algorithm is analyzed. From the perspective of quantum critical utilization, a quantum key utilization scheme for grid backbone dispatching service is proposed. The dynamic adjustment test of multi-node time slot and service key update rate is carried out. Experiments show that the MDI scheme can effectively improve the effectiveness of a multi-node QKD system. Thus, the security of data transmission of the core business of power dispatching data networks can be ensured to the greatest extent. AMDI can effectively reduce the transmission timeout of low-priority data streams because the delay of high-priority data streams reaches the proportion. This paper focuses on the characterization of radio propagation, and data communication in a marine environment. More specifically, we consider signal propagation when three different sub-gigahertz industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) bands, i.e., 169 MHz, 434 MHz, and 868 MHz, are used. The main focus of the paper is to evaluate the path loss (PL), i.e., the power loss that a propagation radio wave would experience when communication occurs between a sail boat and a buoy. We describe the measurement results obtained performing three different radio power measurement campaigns, at the three different aforementioned ISM sub-gigahertz bands. We also want to correlate the radio propagation quality with the weather conditions present in the measurement areas. The obtained results show that higher distances are achieved by transmitting at lower frequencies, i.e., 169 MHz, and, on average, the propagation is directly dependent from the dew point index. Fiber wireless (Fi-Wi) communication network is the amalgamation of optical and wireless access networks, which provides better bandwidth for achieving efficient data transmission. Medium access control (MAC) protocols are used in the wireless network for controlling the data flow from the transmitter to the receiver end. The delay produced by these protocols tells about the system efficiency. This paper shows a Fi-Wi system in the long-term evaluation-advanced (LTE-A) environment, which incorporates the dependency of delay generated by the specific MAC protocols during the transmission process. This paper aimed to scrutinize the effects of Carrier Sense Multiplexing Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD), Carrier Sense Multiplexing Access with Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) and Slotted ALOHA on the performance of the Fi-Wi system. Free space optical (FSO) channel is incorporated to forward the data to user end. In such system, the optical signal is multiplexed using the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technique and finally the data are fetched at the receiver end and different criterions such eye-height, Q-factor and bit error rate are evaluated. Simulation results are performed using MATLAB software. The comparative analysis is also performed in terms of data transmission efficiency, delay and throughput of MAC protocols. The data acquisition of Internet of Things (IoT) is mostly brought out by wireless sensor networks (WSNs), and the efficiency of IoT is directly affected by the time delay in the process of data acquisition, which is researched mainly by the data aggregation of WSNs. Minimizing the delay in the data aggregation process is one of the most important operations. In order to reduce the data aggregation delay, a hybrid delay-minimization data aggregation scheduling (HDDAS) algorithm is proposed, which optimizes the delay from the two main aspects that affect the delay, namely, the transmission path and the collision rate. Accordingly, the algorithm is divided into two phases: the aggregation tree construction and the data transmission scheduling. In the aggregation tree construction phase, the fat tree (FT) is introduced to generate an optimal aggregation tree with the shortest path; in the data transmission scheduling phase, the maximum parallel transmission set (MPTS) is adopted to increase the amount of the collision-free data transmission. 6LoWPAN allows IEEE 802.15.4 standard-based wireless sensor networks (WSNs) to be connected to the Internet through the Internet protocol IPv6; however, its performance decreases as the network grows in size due to complications such as the bottleneck problem; therefore this paper aims to improve the performance of 6LoWPAN-based WSNs by using the IEEE 802.11AH standard as a backbone in these networks, since this emerging new technology is suitable for IoT applications, as it can provide a coverage range up to 1,000 m and data transmission rates up to 78 Mbps. The IEEE 802.11AH standard can be used as a backbone by utilizing its characteristics to improve some of the performance parameters of the 6LoWPAN networks such as end-to-end delay, frames delivery ratio, and the network throughput. This paper proposes a heterogeneous network infrastructure consisting of 6LoWPAN and the IEEE 802.11AH standard to enable bidirectional data transmission between the network components and the Internet via the Internet protocol IPv6 with two types of gateways, the edge gateways to connect the entire network to the Internet and the intermediate gateways to connect the 6LoWPAN clusters to the edge gateways. The simulation results demonstrate that the heterogeneous network approach can provide significant improvement gains compared to the 6LoWPAN homogeneous networks, since it shows clear improvements to the packets delivery ratio, the end-to-end delay mean value and the network throughput, subsequently leading to a distinct enhancement in the network's overall reliability. Time-sensitive networks enable the high-quality mixed transmission of various types of business flows. However, the Time-Aware Scheduler mechanism fails to address the issue of interference in data flows with the same priority. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the store-and-forward mechanism in switches, combining it with the characteristics of critical GOOSE and SV-type flows in substations. By introducing methods such as setting offsets and allocating redundant time slots to the data flow of the transmitter in the TAS scheduling mechanism, all factors that cause conflicting interference to the data flow transmission in the TSN network are solved, and the uncertain queuing delay is eliminated. The proposed scheduling algorithm, compared to the TAS scheduling algorithm of the FIFO rule, achieves a maximum reduction of 34.35% in the transmission delay of critical business flows, while the jitter is controlled below 10 μs. Compared to the strict priority algorithm, it reduces the transmission delay by 40.26% while maintaining the standard deviation of delay within 1.59%. The maximum transmission delay and the minimum transmission delay of the data flow scheduled in this paper are between the theoretical boundary values without queuing delay, which satisfies the deterministic transmission of critical business flows under high load conditions, and provides support for future substation integrated networking and high load applications. In cloud computing, resources are used to communicate instead of local servers or individual devices. However, sharing resources among several users is a difficult issue in cloud communication. Cryptography and steganography techniques are used for cloud storage to address data security challenges. This paper presents a novel method for securely encrypting image data for transmission and link exchange with a cloud storage service. There are two phases to accomplish the encryption process, the first phase encrypts the image file by XORing it with a random key that is generated by a new hybrid of the chaotic map. The second phase converts the encrypted image format to audio format to add another layer of security and improve secure image data transfer. The random key is generated using a hybrid chaotic map and has the benefit of having more than 10256 key spaces and the necessary level of security. Based on a statistical analysis of the encryption, the quality of the image is evaluated using several criteria, and the results demonstrate the algorithm's ability to accomplish resist encryption. Asynchronous federated learning (AsynFL) can effectively mitigate the impact of heterogeneity of edge nodes on joint training while satisfying participant user privacy protection and data security. However, the frequent exchange of massive data can lead to excess communication overhead between edge and central nodes regardless of whether the federated learning (FL) algorithm uses synchronous or asynchronous aggregation. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a method that can simultaneously take into account device heterogeneity and edge node energy consumption reduction. This paper proposes a novel Fixed-point Asynchronous Federated Learning (FixedAsynFL) algorithm, which could mitigate the resource consumption caused by frequent data communication while alleviating the effect of device heterogeneity. FixedAsynFL uses fixed-point quantization to compress the local and global models in AsynFL. In order to balance energy consumption and learning accuracy, this paper proposed a quantization scale selection mechanism. This paper examines the mathematical relationship between the quantization scale and energy consumption of the computation/communication process in the FixedAsynFL. Based on considering the upper bound of quantization noise, this paper optimizes the quantization scale by minimizing communication and computation consumption. This paper performs pertinent experiments on the MNIST dataset with several edge nodes of different computing efficiency. The results show that the FixedAsynFL algorithm with an 8-bit quantization can significantly reduce the communication data size by 81.3% and save the computation energy in the training phase by 74.9% without significant loss of accuracy. According to the experimental results, we can see that the proposed AsynFixedFL algorithm can effectively solve the problem of device heterogeneity and energy consumption limitation of edge nodes. Data traffic is the most important data transmission between users inside every network. This data traffic can be videos, files, voice, pictures, and many more. It is divided into two types, real-time and non-real-time traffic. Most real-time traffic data have a low tolerance for delays during transmission, as they need to be quickly received between communication devices.
