Information management is an important development direction in the field of tunnel engineering, and BIM technology provides an important approach for the realization of it. However, standardization is the first step of the implementation of BIM technology. Only through a set of unified BIM standards for tunnel engineering can the late platform development with information sharing and exchange be carried out normally and orderly. In view of the current lack of unified BIM technology standards and related theoretical research in the field of tunnel engineering, this paper proposes a theoretical framework for the study of a BIM technology standard in the field of tunnel engineering on the basis of the existing standardization research work and establishes a new maturity model in the field of tunnel engineering for the first time. On this basis, this paper classifies and codes the information in the field of tunnel engineering and carries out a series of preliminary studies and discussions on the standardization of BIM technology in the field of tunnel engineering, initially establishing a relatively complete system of BIM technology standards. With the Daliangshan Tunnel under construction in Sichuan Province of China as a pilot application case, the feasibility of the proposed standards is preliminarily verified. In addition, this paper puts forward the new concept of "standard degree" for the first time and tentatively discusses the relationship between the standard degree and four influencing factors, the standard unity degree, the recognition degree of project participants, the applicable degree of software and the perfection degree of platform construction, which provides a reference for subsequent related research and promotes the development of BIM technology standardization and the management process of information in the field of tunnel engineering. Avian pathogenicEscherichia coli (APEC) causes serious colibacillosis and significant economic losses. Data on profiles of virulence factors and antibiotic resistances among APEC strains are crucial to the control of infection. In this study, strains were isolated from eastern China, and the prevalence of virulence factors and distribution of antibiotic resistance were determined. APEC strains were isolated and characterised by PCR for O serogroups, virulence factor genes, antibiotic resistance, and phylogenetic groups. O78 was the most prevalent serogroup and type A was the most frequent phylogenetic group. ThefimH,feoB, andiron genes were the most prevalent among the isolates. All isolates were multiresistant, and all strains were resistant to ampicillin and tetracycline, which are widely used in the poultry industry in China. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the fifth leading cause of cancer death and the fifth most commonly diagnosed cancer in China. Approximately, 25% of CRC was in the advanced stage as diagnosed, and 40% of patients with CRC progress to metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). RAS mutation status is now routinely used to select their therapy. But it is still a question whether RAS mutation status is a prognostic marker. In our study, we detected RAS mutation, immunoscore (IS), and PD-L1 expression in 60 Chinese mCRC patients who received palliative operation. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival (OS) in patients with RAS wild type was better than those with RAS mutated type. Moreover, in multivariate analysis, RAS mutation and PD-L1 expression were demonstrated to be the independent negative prognostic factors for OS (P=0.044, HR: 0.258, and 95% CI: 0.069–0.967; P=0.048, HR: 0.276, and 95% CI: 0.077–0,988). All results suggested that, combined with IS, PD-L1 expression and RAS status may be the prognostic indicators for mCRC patients with palliative operation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: To investigate the influence of ABCB1 polymorphisms on prognostic outcomes in Chinese patients with de novo intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and to examine the gene expression level in relation to the genetic variation. Methods: In total, 263 Chinese intermediate-risk AML patients treated with anthracycline and cytarabine were enrolled. G2677T, C1236T, and C3435T of the ABCB1 gene were analyzed by the allele-specific matrix-assisted laser desorption. Expression of ABCB1 messenger RNA (mRNA) was tested in 101 patients of known genotype and haplotype for ABCB1 polymorphisms. Basic clinical characteristics of these patients were collected from medical records. Results: Survival analysis showed that patients with AML (TTT haplotype) had a longer overall survival (OS) ( p < 0.001, 29.2 months, 95 % confidence interval [CI], 26.9-31.5 months) and relapse-free survival (RFS) ( p = 0.005, 21.8 months, 95 % CI, 19.5-24.0 months) compared with those without TTT haplotype (21.9 months, 95 % CI, 19.6-24.2 months; 16.5 months, 95 % CI, 14.6-18.5 months). After adjusting for age; gender; leukocyte count; hemoglobin level; platelet levels; French, American, and British classification; lactate dehydrogenase levels; Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status; nucleophosmin gene; and fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 gene, the multivariate survival analysis showed that the TTT haplotype appeared to be a predicting factor for OS ( p = 0.001, hazard ratio = 1.854, 95 % CI, 1.301-2.641) and RFS ( p = 0.009, hazard ratio = 1.755, 95 % CI, 1.153-2.671). Moreover, a significant association between the TTT haplotype and relapse in AML patients was observed in this study ( p = 0.002, odds ratio = 0.410, 95 % CI, 0.235-0.715). Gene expression level was significantly lower in patients with the TTT haplotype than in the patients with the other haplotypes ( p = 0.004). Conclusions: The findings suggested the TTT haplotype was possibly related to the OS, RFS, and relapse in Chinese patients with AML. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: To determine the prevalence of virulence factors and the antimicrobial susceptibilities of uropathogenic Escherichia coli isolates in Jiangsu province, China. Methods: A total of 202 uropathogenic E. coli isolates were characterized for O serogroups, virulence factor genes, the antimicrobial susceptibilities, and the phylogenetic groups. The antibiotic-resistance phenotypes in relation to virulence factor genes were assessed by statistical analysis. Results: O1 was the most prevalent serogroup, and D and B2 were the most frequent phylogenetic groups. Of the 33 tested virulence genes, feoB and fimH were the most prevalent. Of the 15 antimicrobial agents tested, resistance to nalidixic acid, mezlocillin, ampicillin, and tetracycline was the most frequent. All isolates were multiresistant, and 73% were resistant to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. Cefotaxime-, cefoxitin-, chloramphenicol-, and nitrofurantoin-resistant isolates had reduced virulence factor genes compared with susceptible strains. Conclusions: In Jiangsu province, the problem of antibiotic resistance for uropathogenic E. coli is rather serious and empiric treatment of urinary tract infections with all the antibiotics we tested is no longer appropriate. Cefotaxime-, cefoxitin-, chloramphenicol-, and nitrofurantoin-resistant isolates have a reduced virulence factor genes compared with susceptible strains. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
