Abstract

The article discusses the factors affecting efficacy of dapoxetinetreatment in Chinese patients with premature ejaculation (PE). Topics discussed include dapoxetine hydrochloride acting as a selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI) and being the first drug approved in China, evaluating the effect of treatment with dapoxetine 30 mg on-demand on Chinese patients with PE, significant improvements with dapoxetine treatment at week, and trial reported in European and the Asian-Pacific trials.
