The article describes an educational plan developed by the staff-development specialists at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware using a nursing professional practice care delivery model. Their goal is to boost the comfort of staff in their abilities to do tasks during crisis. Code blue scenarios were used through high-fidelity human patient simulators that are realistic. A review of literature indicated that simulation is being utilized for education more often. INSETS: Getting to know "Stan";Setting up objectives.
