Abstract

Nutrition programs in developing countries benefit from standard monitoring and evaluation. Data collected on input and output during a nutritional project permit valid conclusions without distortion from other influences. Planning and implementation is followed by monthly impact measurements and a final evaluation. The benefits of lower mortality rates and improved economic conditions translate into a better life for everyone.
