Breast cancer is a highly prevalent cancer. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is more likely to recur and metastasize than other subtypes of breast cancer. Research on the treatment of TNBC is of great importance, and accurate segmentation of the breast lesion area is an important step in the treatment of TNBC. Currently, the gold standard for tumor segmentation is still sketched manually by doctors, which requires expertise in the field of medical imaging and consumes a great deal of doctors' time and energy. Automatic segmentation of breast cancer not only reduces the burden of doctors but also improves work efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the automatic segmentation technique for breast cancer lesion regions. In this paper, a deep-learning-based automatic segmentation algorithm for TNBC images is proposed. The experimental data were dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging TNBC dataset provided by the Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The experiments were analyzed by comparing several models with UNet, Attention-UNet, ResUNet, and SegNet and using evaluation indexes such as Dice score and Iou. Compared to UNet, Attention-UNet, ResUNet, and SegNet, the proposed method improved the Dice score by 2.1%, 1.54%, 0.88%, and 9.65%, respectively. Vehicle detection and tracking from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) aerial images are among the main tasks of intelligent traffic systems. Especially in tasks with long distances, extensive backgrounds, and small objects, it increases the difficulty of localization and regression, which can easily lead to missed detections and false positives. This paper proposes a detection-based small-scale vehicle tracking framework that integrates an improved YOLOX network and the DeepSORT algorithm to address these issues. Based on the original YOLOX network, a shallow feature extraction network, 160 × 160 pixels, is added to enhance the ability to extract small-scale object features. A convolutional block attention module (CBAM) is inserted in front of the neck network to select crucial information for vehicle detection tasks while suppressing noncritical ones. EIoU_Loss is introduced as the bounding box regression loss function in training to speed up their convergence and improve the localization accuracy of the small objects. Furthermore, an image segmentation method is proposed to effectively reduce missed and false detection events. It divides the original high-definition image into multiple subimages, first detected and then reassembled. Finally, the improved YOLOX network is used as the detector of the DeepSORT to perform small-scale vehicle detection and tracking tasks in various traffic scenarios. Experiments show that the proposed method can significantly improve the detection accuracy of the network and effectively solve the problems of missed detection and false positives in small-scale vehicle tracking tasks in high-resolution aerial images captured by high-altitude UAVs. Based on the theory and application, this paper discusses the optimization of art image segmentation algorithm based on FFNN (Feed Forward Neural Network). In this paper, residual units are used in the corresponding stages of encoder and decoder, and feature information of several convolution layers in each convolution stage of encoder is extracted at the same time. And the feature pyramid module is used to extract multiscale features from the feature map of the last convolution stage in the encoder. Finally, pixel by pixel additions combine the previously mentioned feature information into the corresponding layer of the decoder. Additionally, an improved weight adaptive algorithm based on feature preservation is suggested in this paper, which addresses the issue that the conventional image segmentation algorithm is noise-sensitive. The adaptive connection weight mechanism is also introduced. The accuracy and recall rates of this optimization algorithm can both reach 96.574%, according to the results of 50% cross-validation. All the segmentation performance evaluation indexes of this algorithm are higher than the existing main algorithms. Moreover, the algorithm takes a short time, does not need too much manual intervention, and can effectively segment artistic images. Using image segmentation techniques to assist physicians in brain tumor diagnosis is a hot issue in computer technology research. Although most brain tumor segmentation networks to date have been based on U-Net, the prediction results are depending on which are not well generalized and need to be further improved. As the depth of the network increases, the gradients of the network vanish together with the decrease of the accuracy; meanwhile, the large number of parameters in the network will cause data redundancy. Moreover, a single modality of MRI images cannot adequately segment tumor details. Therefore, a segmentation network with an improved U-Net model is proposed in this paper, which combines Dilated Convolution-Dense Block-Transformation Convolution-Unet (hereafter referred to as DRT-Unet). The network adopts the combination of dilated convolution, dense residual block, and transposed convolution. In the coding process, a dilated convolution block and a local feature residual for fusing dense block are adopted to replace the 3 × 3 convolution layers on each layer in U-Net, and a transition layer is used for down-sampling. In the decoding process, a local feature residual is adopted for fusing dense blocks; meanwhile, a deconvolution structure with up-pooling and transposed convolution cascade is used. By connecting the decoded output features with the encoded low-level visual features, the information on transition layer loss is obtained. With the development of urban economic construction and urban planning, higher requirements are put forward for the government community in the corresponding community management, community service, and other related things. As an important technical means to assist the government and community in management, video recognition technology plays an important role in the accurate management and service of the government and community. Traditional algorithms based on partial differential equations will destroy image edges and image details in video recognition. Based on this, this paper improves the traditional partial differential equation algorithm of image recognition, selects the GAC model based on image segmentation in the main function, and innovatively optimizes the stop function of its equation function, so as to improve the effect of community case image segmentation. In the image smoothing layer, this paper innovatively selects the second derivative based on image processing as the inherent feature of image recognition, so as to solve the rough problem of image edge and improve the processing efficiency of the algorithm. In order to further maintain the details of the relevant images of community cases, this paper integrates the Gaussian curvature driving function on the improved partial differential equation algorithm, so as to protect the details of the smooth region of the relevant recognition video and solve the disadvantages of the traditional algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved partial differential equation algorithm proposed in this paper improves the accuracy of video recognition by about 5% compared with the traditional algorithm. Long-term robust visual localization is one of the main challenges of long-term visual navigation for mobile robots. Due to factors such as illumination, weather, and season, mobile robots continuously navigate with visual information in a complex scene, which is likely to lead to failure localization within a few hours. However, semantic segmentation images will be more stable than the original images against considerable drastically variable environments; therefore, to make full use of the advantages of both semantic segmentation image and its original image, this paper solves the above problems with the latest work of semantic segmentation and proposes the novel hybrid descriptor for long-term visual localization, which is generated by combining a semantic image descriptor extracted from segmentation images and an image descriptor extracted from RGB images with a certain weight, and then trained by a convolutional neural network. Our experiments show that the localization performance of our method combining the advantages of semantic image descriptor and image descriptor is superior to those long-term visual localization methods with only an image descriptor or semantic image descriptor. Finally, our experimental results mostly exceed state-of-the-art 2D image-based localization methods under various challenging environmental conditions in the Extended CMU Seasons and RobotCar Seasons datasets in specific precision metrics. Image coloring is a time-consuming and laborious work. For a work, color collocation is an important factor to determine its quality. Therefore, automatic image coloring is a topic with great research significance and application value. With the development of computer hardware, deep learning technology has achieved satisfactory results in the field of automatic coloring. According to the source of color information, this paper can divide automatic coloring methods into three types: image coloring based on prior knowledge, image coloring based on reference pictures, and interactive coloring. The coloring method can meet the needs of most users, but there are disadvantages such as users cannot get the multiple objects in a picture of different reference graph coloring. Aiming at this problem, based on the instance of color image segmentation and image fusion technology, the use of deep learning is proposed to implement regional mixed color more and master the method. It can be divided into foreground color based on reference picture and background color based on prior knowledge. In order to identify multiple objects and background areas in the image and fuse the final coloring results together, a method of image coloring based on CNN is proposed in this paper. Firstly, CNN is used to extract their semantic information, respectively. According to the extractive semantic information, the color of the designated area of the reference image is transferred to the designated area of the grayscale image. During the transformation, images combined with semantic information are input into CNN model to obtain the content feature map of grayscale image and the style feature map of reference image. Then, a random noise map is iterated to make the noise map approach the content feature map as a whole and the specific target region approach the designated area of the style feature map. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of the colour optimal matching model in art design through the method of Bayesian decision-making and the colour optimal matching model designed and applied to practice. Although Bayesian conditional theory constructs a representation theorem for causal decision theory, eliminating the formal differences between evidence decision theory and causal decision theory and reflecting their common intrinsic form. However, it still does not resolve the conflict between causal and evidential decision theories, but only translates it into a different interpretation of state parsing, and the choice of interpretation still comes from people's different intuitive understanding of rationality. To address the problem that the colour information of the target image in the traditional recolouring method easily interferes with the recolouring process and affects the colour effect of the resulting image, a new method of recolouring based on the centralization constraint is proposed in the paper. A new method of colour transfer based on random walk image segmentation is proposed. First, an improved random walk image segmentation method is introduced to segment the reference image and the content image to obtain a more reasonable segmentation region, which can enhance the hierarchy of the resulting image. Second, the proposed colour transfer strategy performs feature matching in the corresponding region to achieve colour transfer. Finally, the structure-preserving filter is introduced to further optimize the resulting image to effectively improve the visual effect of the resulting image. Extensive experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve significantly better-quality results than the colour clustering-based colour transfer method. The experimental analysis shows that the newly designed comprehensive objective evaluation index of colour transfer in the paper can effectively solve the problem of the one-sidedness of a single evaluation index and can achieve highly consistent evaluation results with subjective evaluation. With the rapid development of deep convolutional neural networks, the results of image semantic segmentation are remarkable, and the segmentation effect is greatly improved. The pooling layer of the convolutional neural network will reduce the resolution of the feature map, which makes the convolutional neural network lose a lot of spatial information while extracting semantic features. How to integrate semantic features with semantic information and spatial information will become an important factor to improve the performance of semantic segmentation. Firstly, this paper improves the global attention upsampling module and uses the improved global attention upsampling module to form a multiscale global attention up-mining module in a new connection way. The upsampling module of multiscale attention establishes the relationship between high-level features and lower-level features at a longer distance. Compared with PANet, the method proposed in this paper deepens the close relationship between semantic information and spatial information. Experiments show that the segmentation effect of the feature fusion method based on cascade is better than that of the feature fusion method based on weight. The segmentation effect of the two fusion methods is improved by 8.3% and 5.7% compared with the PANet on the PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset and by 4.5% and 3.6% on the Cityscapes dataset, respectively. Image semantic segmentation is one of the core tasks for computer vision. It is widely used in fields such as unmanned driving, medical image processing, geographic information systems, and intelligent robots. Aiming at the problem that the existing semantic segmentation algorithm ignores the different channel and location features of the feature map and the simple method when the feature map is fused, this paper designs a semantic segmentation algorithm that combines the attention mechanism. First, dilated convolution is used, and a smaller downsampling factor is used to maintain the resolution of the image and to obtain its detailed information. Secondly, the attention mechanism module is introduced to assign weights to different parts of the feature map, which reduces the accuracy loss. The design feature fusion module assigns weights to the feature maps of different receptive fields obtained by the two paths and merges them together to obtain the final segmentation result. Finally, through experiments, it was verified on the Camvid, Cityscapes, and PASCAL VOC2012 data sets. Mean intersection over union (MIoU) and mean pixel accuracy (MPA) are used as metrics. The method in this paper can make up for the loss of accuracy caused by downsampling while ensuring the receptive field and improving the resolution, which can better guide the model learning. And the proposed feature fusion module can better integrate the features of different receptive fields. In this paper, the most common pepper noise in grayscale image noise is investigated in depth in the median filtering algorithm, and the improved median filtering algorithm, adaptive switching median filtering algorithm, and adaptive polar median filtering algorithm are applied to the OTSU algorithm. Two improved OTSU algorithms such as the adaptive switched median filter-based OTSU algorithm and the polar adaptive median filter-based OTSU algorithm are obtained. The experimental results show that the algorithm can better cope with grayscale images contaminated by pretzel noise, and the segmented grayscale images are not only clear but also can better retain the detailed features of grayscale images. A genetic algorithm is a kind of search algorithm with high adaptive, fast operation speed, and good global space finding ability, and it will have a good effect when applied to the threshold finding of the OTSU algorithm. However, the traditional genetic algorithm will fall into the local optimal solution in different degrees when finding the optimal threshold. The advantages of the two interpolation methods proposed in this paper are that one is the edge grayscale image interpolation algorithm using OTSU threshold adaptive segmentation and the other is the edge grayscale image interpolation algorithm using local adaptive threshold segmentation, which can accurately divide the grayscale image region according to the characteristics of different grayscale images and effectively improve the loss of grayscale image edge detail information and jagged blur caused by the classical interpolation algorithm. The visual effect of grayscale images is enhanced by selecting grayscale images from the standard grayscale image test set and interpolating them with bilinear interpolation, bucolic interpolation, NEDI interpolation, and FEOI interpolation for interpolation simulation validation. At present, the segmentation method for the heart is one of the most difficult problems and a hot topic in medical imaging segmentation and image analysis. In order to achieve high-precision recognition of heart and blood vessel image, a single target auxiliary blood vessel image recognition algorithm, based on Markov Random Field (MRF) and ash fusion residual network information, is proposed in this paper. The corresponding features are extracted by the residual network depth, and the heart and blood vessels are segmented with high precision through MRF gray information to assist blood vessel image recognition. Thus, an algorithm combining Markov Random Field and Grayscale Information can complete such auxiliary recognition for single target ship image. The paper will also discuss auxiliary recognition techniques for identifying images of the heart and blood vessels. Added to that, it presents current medical image algorithms with a particular emphasis on cardiac image algorithms. Through a series of analysis, better algorithms are proposed. Thus, the research contents of a single target present the vascular image recognition algorithm. Therefore, a blood vessel image recognition algorithm is proposed for the research content of a single target. A series of validation experiments are conducted on the DRIVE and star datasets. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has high segmentation accuracy, can achieve high-precision segmentation, and can achieve high-precision single target blood vessel image recognition. Segmentation of pulmonary vessels in CT/CTA images can help physicians better determine the patient's condition and treatment. However, due to the complexity of CT images, existing methods have limitations in the segmentation of pulmonary vessels. In this paper, a method based on the separation of pulmonary vessels in CT/CTA images is investigated. The method is divided into two steps: in the first step, the lung parenchyma is extracted using the Unet++ algorithm, which can effectively reduce the oversegmentation rate; in the second step, the pulmonary vessels in the lung parenchyma are extracted using nnUnet. According to the obtained lung parenchyma segmentation results, the "AND" operation is performed on the original image and the lung parenchyma segmentation results, and only the blood vessels within the lung parenchyma are segmented, which reduces the interference of external tissues and improves the segmentation accuracy. The experimental data source used CT/CTA images acquired from the partner hospital. After the experiments were performed on a total of 67 sets of images, the accuracy of CT and CTA images reached 85.1% and 87.7%, respectively. The comparison of whether to segment the lung parenchyma and with other conventional methods was also performed, and the experimental results showed that the algorithm in this paper has high accuracy. The saliency calculation model based on the principle of partial differential equations sometimes highlights areas with high contrast in the background, and the salient targets obtained occasionally have holes. The above problems can be solved by combining the improved convex hull calculation center saliency map. This paper designs a single-target color image segmentation algorithm based on partial differential equations. First, we calculate the basic saliency map according to the uniqueness of the color and the spatial distribution of the color; second, we then use the superpixel to improve the convex hull and calculate the central saliency map according to the principle; finally, the basic saliency map and the central saliency map are calculated. The weighted fusion is used to obtain the comprehensive saliency map, and the threshold method is used to segment the comprehensive saliency map to obtain the final target image. This paper designs an evaluation standard suitable for the segmentation of the illuminated highlight area of the effect image. It compares the experimental results of the segmentation method in this paper with the SLIC (Simple Linear Iterative Clustering) method and the traditional superpixel method to segment the illuminated highlight area. The segmentation method is applied to the image enhancement experiment. Based on the fuzzy means clustering algorithm, a fuzzy clustering objective function including brightness, color, and distance parameters is designed, which improves the weight of the brightness value in the clustering and improves the edge fit of the segmentation of the lighting highlight area of the rendering. The segmentation method produced by combining the clustering method with the superpixel biased clustering method can improve the output effect of the illuminated highlight area of the effect image after segmentation. We perform color equalization processing on the image to be segmented to reduce the impact of light, then set the closed value of the brightness information component, perform segmentation judgment, and expand the long and short axes of the ellipse model in the high-brightness area to further reduce the impact of light. The experimental results prove that the above method has a better segmentation effect than the traditional ellipse model and can accurately segment the gesture image. In order to improve the recognition and optimization effect of dance movements, this paper combines multi-threshold image segmentation technology to perform intelligent recognition of dance movements. Moreover, this paper analyzes the window focus calibration process in the cascade multi-threshold expansion method and focuses the window on the object body to expand from small to large. A Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (VSLAM) method is proposed to construct a 3D environment map in the creation of dynamic noise information which leads to significant errors in camera pose estimation and a substantial number of noise points. For this problem, this paper proposed a method based on YOLACT, which combined optical flow and ViBe+ semantic map construction algorithm. First, our approach uses LK optical flow method to estimate the overall motion trajectory of adjacent frames. Then the trajectory data are employed to intercept the relative position of the current frame to the previous frame. Afterward, we combine ViBe+ algorithm to accurately detect and eliminate dynamic noise. Secondly, image semantic segmentation is performed based on YOLACT model. Image feature points are extracted from MAPLAB algorithm, pose estimation of the camera is performed and movement trajectory is recorded to complete a semantic map. Finally, through ablations study with common algorithms, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm effectively avoids interference of dynamic noise information on VSLAM. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. By verifying the effectiveness of the above model on a publicly available dataset and comparing it with the more popular semantic segmentation methods, the model proposed in this paper has higher semantic segmentation accuracy and reflects certain advantages in objective evaluation. This paper adopts the method of visual characteristics of the double random matrix to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the design of fractal art patterns. For the practical application needs in fractal graphic design, a method is proposed to automatically extract the core base pattern based on fractal graphic content and generate a four-sided continuous pattern. The method first uses the Canny operator for edge detection to analyze the area of the main pattern. Then, it uses a grayscale cogeneration matrix to extract and analyze the graphic texture features, based on which the best splicing method is selected to splice the extracted pattern, and then, it achieves two splicing methods of flat row and staggered four-sided continuous pattern. The method has good practicality with low complexity and high versatility under the premise of ensuring the beauty of the generated four-sided continuous pattern. It can assist designers to design patterns, improve efficiency, and save design costs. In this paper, we improve the existing image segmentation methods, adopt two segmentation methods, namely quadratic tree segmentation and HV segmentation, propose a new local codebook selection strategy, and study the degree of self-adaptation of different methods to images in terms of segmentation methods and local codebook selection strategies. It makes the network unable to train efficiently on long text prediction problems. Finally, the improved algorithm of this paper is tested on the standard and living image libraries, and the experimental results show that the use of local codebooks makes the image coding speed significantly improved compared with the fixed fractal. In the face of the image to be retrieved, it is only necessary to perform the coding operation to obtain the fractal code to perform similarity matching, which can meet the requirement of real-time retrieval. In the real world, the boundaries between many objective things are often fuzzy. When classifying things, they are accompanied by ambiguity, which leads to fuzzy cluster analysis. The most typical in fuzzy clustering analysis is the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm obtains the membership degree of each sample point to all the class centers by optimizing the objective function, so as to determine the category of the sample point to achieve the purpose of automatically classifying the sample data. Based on fuzzy C-means clustering, this paper analyzes the image segmentation algorithm of the chroma sensor array. The fuzzy C-means (FCM) algorithm for colorimetric sensor array image segmentation is an unsupervised fuzzy clustering and recalibration process, which is suitable for the existence of blur and uncertainty in colorimetric sensor array images. However, this algorithm has inherent defects; that is, it does not combine the characteristics of the current colorimetric sensor array diversity and instability, does not consider the spatial information of the pixels, and only uses the grayscale information of the image, making it effective for noise. The image segmentation effect is not ideal. Therefore, this paper proposes a new colorimetric sensor array image segmentation algorithm based on fuzzy C-means clustering. Through the image segmentation effect test, the image segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper demonstrates an overall optimal segmentation accuracy of 96.62% in all array point image segmentation, which can effectively and accurately achieve the target extraction of colorimetric sensor array images. In the process of the development of image processing technology, image segmentation is a very important image processing technology in the field of machine vision, pedestrian detection, medical imaging, and so on. However, the traditional image segmentation technology cannot solve the problems of reflection and uneven illumination. This paper presents a local threshold segmentation method based on FPGA, which can automatically select the optimal threshold according to different gray levels of images. First, the image is processed by mean filtering to remove noise interference in the image. Then, the idea of the mean value of the local neighborhood block and the Gaussian weighted sum in the local neighborhood is used to deal with the reflective and uneven light on the image. The process is designed and realized on FPGA. Finally, the design algorithm is verified by ModelSim simulation software and QT5 software. As one of the important components in the transmission line, the insulator is related to the safe and reliable operation of the entire transmission line. Aerial images are characterized by complex backgrounds, multiple pseudotargets, and low signal-to-noise ratios. Rapid and accurate localization of insulators in aerial images is a critical and challenging task in automatic inspection of transmission lines. Most insulator localization methods suffer from the loss of target edge detail information and large amount of model parameters. To solve these problems, this paper adopts an Encoder-Decoder architecture, called ED-Net, to realize end-to-end intelligent and accurate identification of insulators in aerial images. Firstly, Initial Module and CA-Bottleneck which are used to extract features from images to generate finer feature maps are proposed in the Encoder path. Meanwhile, global average pooling is used to preserve the maximum receptive field. Secondly, in the Decoder path, Refinement Boundary Module and Asymmetric Convolution Module are given to perform boundary optimization on the feature map, which are generated by the Encoder path. Finally, the Attention Feature Fusion Module is introduced into the Decoder path to combine high-level features with low-level features better and reduce the gap between features of different levels. The proposed model architecture keeps a suitable balance between the model parameters and insulator segmentation performance on insulator test datasets. Specifically, for a 512 × 512 input image, 95.12% mean intersection over union is achieved on the insulator test datasets with different environments and model parameters size being only 13.61 M. In this paper, an FPGA-based convolutional neural network coprocessor is proposed. The coprocessor has a 1D convolutional computation unit PE in row stationary (RS) streaming mode and a 3D convolutional computation unit PE chain in pulsating array structure. The coprocessor can flexibly control the number of PE array openings according to the number of output channels of the convolutional layer. In this paper, we design a storage system with multilevel cache, and the global cache uses multiple broadcasts to distribute data to local caches and propose an image segmentation method that is compatible with the hardware architecture. The proposed coprocessor implements the convolutional and pooling layers of the VGG16 neural network model, in which the activation value, weight value, and bias value are quantized using 16-bit fixed-point quantization, with a peak computational performance of 316.0 GOP/s and an average computational performance of 62.54 GOP/s at a clock frequency of 200 MHz and a power consumption of about 9.25 W. Fire in power equipment has always been one of the main hazards of power equipment. Smoke detection and recognition have always been extremely important in power equipment, as they can provide early warning before a fire breaks out. Compared to relying on smoke concentration for recognition, image-based smoke recognition has the advantage of being unaffected by indoor and outdoor environments. This paper addresses the problems of limited smoke data, difficult labeling, and insufficient research on recognition algorithms in power systems. We propose using three-dimensional virtual technology to generate smoke and image masks and using environmental backgrounds such as HDR (high dynamic range imaging) lighting to realistically combine smoke and background. With the rapid growth of the network user base and the number of short videos, a large number of videos related to terrorism and violence have emerged in the Internet, which has brought great challenges to the governance of the network environment. At present, most short-video platforms still adopt manual-review and user-report mechanisms to filter videos related to terrorism and violence, which cannot adapt to the development trend of short-video business in terms of recognition accuracy and timeliness. In the single-mode recognition method of violent video, this paper mainly studies the scene recognition mode. Firstly, the U-Net network is improved with the SE-block module. After pretraining on the Cityscapes dataset, semantic segmentation of video frames is carried out. On this basis, semantic features of scenes are extracted using the VGG16 network loaded with ImageNet pretraining weights. SE-U-Net-VGG16 scene recognition model is constructed. Because of its large specific surface area, small particle size, high surface energy, and unique nanoeffect, the morphological characteristics of nanoparticles are the key factors affecting the properties of materials. How to detect and evaluate the morphological characteristics of nanoparticles is the first problem to be solved in the preparation and application of nanomaterials. The main purpose of this paper is to use TEM to recognize the image features of nanoparticles and introduce the transmission electron microscope and image edge segmentation method and random forest algorithm. A method integrating the in situ characterization of modern electron microscopy and the measurement of the electrical properties of nanomonomers was developed. In this paper, a multielectrode TEM in situ electrical measurement platform is prepared, which improves the contact during the integration of nanomaterials and improves the electrical measurement accuracy of the TEM in situ electrical method. In this paper, based on the random forest algorithm, a multirandom forest algorithm is proposed. Due to the different gray levels of images referenced by the multirandom forest algorithm, the segmentation results are processed by FCM clustering algorithm. Experimental results show that in terms of image segmentation accuracy, the minimum Jaccard coefficient obtained by multiple random forest algorithm is 89% and 95%, respectively, which is obviously better than watershed segmentation method and maximum entropy threshold segmentation. In the aspect of automatic image segmentation of nanoparticles, the image segmentation accuracy is the highest when the sample block size and the number of sample blocks selected in the multiple random forest algorithm are 5 ∗ 5 , 7500, and 35, respectively. Medical multiobjective image segmentation aims to group pixels to form multiple regions based on the different properties of the medical images. Segmenting the 3D cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) images is still a challenging task owing to several reasons, including individual differences in heart shapes, varying signal intensities, and differences in data signal-to-noise ratios. This paper proposes a novel and efficient U-Net-based 3D sparse convolutional network named SparseVoxNet. In this network, there are direct connections between any two layers with the same feature-map size, and the number of connections is reduced. Therefore, the SparseVoxNet can effectively cope with the optimization problem of gradients vanishing when training a 3D deep neural network model on small sample data by significantly decreasing the network depth, and achieveing better feature representation using a spatial self-attention mechanism finally. In this paper, we use convolutional neural networks to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the classification and recognition of bone and muscle anatomical imaging graphics of 3D magnetic resonance and design corresponding models for practical applications. A series of medical image segmentation models based on convolutional neural networks is proposed. In this paper, firstly, a separated attention mechanism is introduced in the model, which divides the input data into multiple paths, applies self-attention weights to adjacent data paths, and finally fuses the weighted values to form the basic convolutional block. This structure has multiple parallel data paths, which increases the width of the network and therefore improves the feature extraction capability of the model. Then, this paper proposes a bidirectional feature pyramid for medical image segmentation task, which has top-down and bottom-up data paths, and, together with jump connections, can fully interact with feature maps at different scales. After that, a new activation function Mish is introduced, and its advantages over other activation functions are experimentally demonstrated. Finally, for the situation that medical image annotations are not easy to obtain, a semisupervised learning method is introduced in the model training process, and the effectiveness of this method is experimentally demonstrated. The joint network first denoises the input image, then super-resolution mapping is performed on the noise-removed feature map, and finally, the super-resolution 3D-MR image is obtained. We update the network by combining the denoising loss and super-resolution loss during the joint network training process. The experimental results show that the joint network with denoising first and then super-resolution outperforms the joint network with other task order and outperforms the method that performs the two tasks separately and the proposed method in this paper has the optimal performance. In order to reveal the dissolution behavior of iron tailings in blast furnace slag, the main component of iron tailings, SiO2, was used for research. Aiming at the problem of information loss and inaccurate extraction of tracking molten SiO2 particles in high temperature, a method based on the improved DeepLab v 3+ network was proposed to track, segment, and extract small object particles in real time. First, by improving the decoding layer of the DeepLab v 3+ network, construct dense ASPP (atrous spatial pyramid pooling) modules with different dilation rates to optimize feature extraction, increase the shallow convolution of the backbone network, and merge it into the upper convolution decoding part to increase detailed capture. Secondly, integrate the lightweight network MobileNet v3 to reduce network parameters, further speed up image detection, and reduce the memory usage to achieve real-time image segmentation and adapt to low-level configuration hardware. Finally, improve the expression of the loss function for the binary classification model of small object in this paper, combining the advantages of the Dice Loss binary classification segmentation and the Focal Loss balance of positive and negative samples, solving the problem of unbalanced dataset caused by the small proportion of positive samples. In order to correctly obtain normal tissues and organs and tumor lesions, the research on multimodal medical image segmentation based on deep learning fully automatic segmentation algorithm is more meaningful. This article aims to study the application of deep learning-based artificial intelligence nuclear medicine automated images in tumor diagnosis. This paper studies the methods to improve the accuracy of the segmentation algorithm from the perspective of boundary recognition and shape changeable adaptive capabilities, studies the active contour model based on boundary constraints, and proposes a superpixel boundary-aware convolution network to realize the automatic CT cutting algorithm. In this way, the tumor image can be cut more accurately. The experimental results in this paper show that the improved algorithm in this paper is more robust than the traditional CT algorithm in terms of accuracy and sensitivity, an increase of about 12%, and a slight increase in the negative prediction rate of 3%. Medical image segmentation is a key technology for image guidance. Therefore, the advantages and disadvantages of image segmentation play an important role in image-guided surgery. Traditional machine learning methods have achieved certain beneficial effects in medical image segmentation, but they have problems such as low classification accuracy and poor robustness. Deep learning theory has good generalizability and feature extraction ability, which provides a new idea for solving medical image segmentation problems. However, deep learning has problems in terms of its application to medical image segmentation: one is that the deep learning network structure cannot be constructed according to medical image characteristics; the other is that the generalizability y of the deep learning model is weak. To address these issues, this paper first adapts a neural network to medical image features by adding cross-layer connections to a traditional convolutional neural network. In addition, an optimized convolutional neural network model is established. The optimized convolutional neural network model can segment medical images using the features of two scales simultaneously. At the same time, to solve the generalizability problem of the deep learning model, an adaptive distribution function is designed according to the position of the hidden layer, and then the activation probability of each layer of neurons is set. This enhances the generalizability of the dropout model, and an adaptive dropout model is proposed. This model better addresses the problem of the weak generalizability of deep learning models. Based on the above ideas, this paper proposes a medical image segmentation algorithm based on an optimized convolutional neural network with adaptive dropout depth calculation. An ultrasonic tomographic image and lumbar CT medical image were separately segmented by the method of this paper. In this paper, we propose an improved algorithm based on the active contour model Mumford-Shah model for CT images, which is the subject of this study. After analyzing the classical Mumford-Shah model and related improvement algorithms, we found that most of the improvement algorithms start from the initialization strategy of the model and the minimum value solution of the energy generalization function, so we will also improve the classical Mumford-Shah model from these two perspectives. For the initialization strategy of the Mumford-Shah model, we propose to first reduce the dimensionality of the image data by the PCA principal component analysis method, and for the reduced image feature vector, we use K -means, a general clustering method, as the initial position algorithm of the segmentation curve. For the image data that have completed the above two preprocessing processes, we then use the Mumford-Shah model for image segmentation. The Mumford-Shah curve evolution model solves the image segmentation by finding the minimum of the energy generalization of its model to obtain the optimal result of image segmentation, so for solving the minimum of the Mumford-Shah model, we first optimize the discrete problem of the energy generalization of the model by the convex relaxation technique and then use the Chambolle-Pock pairwise algorithm We then use the Chambolle-Pock dual algorithm to solve the optimization problem of the model after convex relaxation and finally obtain the image segmentation results. Finally, a comparison with the existing model through many numerical experiments shows that the model proposed in this paper calculates the texture image segmentation with high accuracy and good edge retention. Currently, deep learning has become more and more mature in the field of medical image segmentation. Through using the computer, the deep learning models established can completely help doctors to perform medical image segmentation. Most of the current deep learning models are based on Unet. The U‐shaped structure and the skip connection layer of Unet can effectively achieve precise image segmentation. However, for complicated images, the network structure of Unet is not sufficient enough. In response to this problem, some scholars have designed Unet++ by adding a denser skip connection layer to U‐Net. Compared to U‐Net, Unet++ is more effective in dealing with complex images, but it has drawbacks in many aspects, and there is still a large loss of eigenvalues in the skip connection and up‐sampling processes. To address these issues, this paper uses the channel and attention mechanism to improve the Unet++ model to obtain better image segmentation efficiency and accuracy. Meanwhile, based on Unet++, this paper designs a new model called CA‐Unet++. The proposed model uses the channel module and the attention module to solve the eigenvalues loses in the long‐distance skip connection process and the up‐sampling process, respectively. For the past several years, semantic segmentation method based on deep learning, especially Unet, have achieved tremendous success in medical image processing. The U‐shaped topology of Unet can well solve image segmentation tasks. However, due to the limitation of traditional convolution operations, Unet cannot realize global semantic information interaction. To address this problem, this paper proposes RT‐Unet, which combines the advantages of Transformer and Residual network for accurate medical segmentation. In RT‐Unet, the Residual block is taken as the image feature extraction layer to alleviate the problem of gradient degradation and obtain more effective features. Meanwhile, Skip‐Transformer is proposed, which takes Multi‐head Self‐Attention as the main algorithm framework, instead of the original Skip‐Connection layer in Unet to avoid the influence of shallow features on the network's performance. Besides, we add attention module at the decoder to reduce semantic differences. According to the experiments on MoNuSeg data set and ISBI_2018cell data set, RT‐Unet achieves better segmentation performance than other deep learning‐based algorithms. During the COVID-19 pandemic, huge interstitial lung disease (ILD) lung images have been captured. It is high time to develop the efficient segmentation techniques utilized to separate the anatomical structures and ILD patterns for disease and infection level identification. The effectiveness of disease classification directly depends on the accuracy of initial stages like preprocessing and segmentation. This paper proposed a hybrid segmentation algorithm designed for ILD images by taking advantage of superpixel and K-means clustering approaches. Segmented superpixel images adapt the better irregular local and spatial neighborhoods that are helpful to improving the performance of K-means clustering-based ILD image segmentation. To overcome the limitations of multiclass belongings, semiadaptive wavelet-based fusion is applied over selected K-means clusters. The performance of the proposed SPFKMC was compared with that of 3-class Fuzzy C-Means clustering (FCM) and K-Means clustering in terms of accuracy, Jaccard similarity index, and Dice similarity coefficient. The SPFKMC algorithm gives an accuracy of 99.28%, DSC 98.72%, and JSI 97.87%. In recent years, semantic segmentation method based on deep learning provides advanced performance in medical image segmentation. As one of the typical segmentation networks, U-Net is successfully applied to multimodal medical image segmentation. A recurrent residual convolutional neural network with attention gate connection (R2AU-Net) based on U-Net is proposed in this paper. It enhances the capability of integrating contextual information by replacing basic convolutional units in U-Net by recurrent residual convolutional units. Furthermore, R2AU-Net adopts attention gates instead of the original skip connection. In this paper, the experiments are performed on three multimodal datasets: ISIC 2018, DRIVE, and public dataset used in LUNA and the Kaggle Data Science Bowl 2017. Finding your favorite videos from massive sports video data has become a big demand for users, accurate sports videos can better help people learn sports content, and the traditional data management and retrieval methods using text identifiers are difficult to meet the needs of users, so the research on the extraction of sports objects in sports videos is of great significance. This paper mainly studies and proposes the basketball object extraction method based on image segmentation algorithm and can accurately analyze the trajectory of the basketball target. By modeling the video frame of basketball game, the basketball object is selected for segmentation and extraction. The extracted basketball object can be used for tracking the target in the basketball video clip retrieval system. At the same time, the segmentation and extraction of the basketball object are also the core part in the basketball video clip retrieval framework. Combined with the characteristics of basketball video images in the database, the algorithm extracts the image block variance and contrast to form the training feature vector, and the correct segmentation rate on the database is higher than 95.2%. How to solve multi-category image recognition and meet a certain accuracy is a key issue in the research of high-resolution remote sensing images, and it is of great significance. This article mainly studies artificial neural network in the classification of multi-source remote sensing images. This paper improves the efficiency and accuracy of image segmentation by studying the principle and implementation process of image segmentation algorithm from the two aspects of initial segmentation and region merging; secondly, it studies the method of object feature quantization and the image of different object features on the classification results; and finally, it selects BP neural network. The network classification method classifies the image objects and realizes the extraction and classification of high-resolution remote sensing images. Experiments in this paper show that for multi-source remote sensing image data, the overall accuracy of the two parallel classification algorithms is very similar, and both are close to 85%, which has a good classification effect. When performing large-scale image classification, the terrain types in the image will be more complicated. In this case, the extraction accuracy relative to the artificial neural network classification method will decrease, and the classification time will also become longer. In order to improve the security effect of image information, this paper studies the reversible information hiding of the digital images combined with the pixel combination algorithm and proposes an improved simulated annealing algorithm using the incremental calculation method of statistical functions. Moreover, according to the gray gradient information contained in the image, this paper proposes an automatic threshold determination algorithm suitable for the unimodal gray distribution images and uses this algorithm to complete the threshold determination and binary segmentation of all images. Landslides in nature are harmful to economic development and people's lives and cause irreparable losses to the environment. With the application of image detection technology and intelligent algorithm, a new way for landslide detection is proposed to achieve effective detection and identification of hazards. This paper takes the landslide as the data set, carries on the noise reduction, the image expansion, and the image segmentation processing to the image, and extracts the object region information. The quantitative description of the azimuth displacement and displacement change of the crack curve is completed in this paper. This method is suitable for 3D simulation model, sand and stone model, soil model, and the sliding test results of Panzhihua Flight Field, which proves that the design method is effective. The task of semantic segmentation is to obtain strong pixel-level annotations for each pixel in the image. For fully supervised semantic segmentation, the task is achieved by a segmentation model trained using pixel-level annotations. However, the pixel-level annotation process is very expensive and time-consuming. To reduce the cost, the paper proposes a semantic candidate regions trained extreme learning machine (ELM) method with image-level labels to achieve pixel-level labels mapping. In this work, the paper casts the pixel mapping problem into a candidate region semantic inference problem. Specifically, after segmenting each image into a set of superpixels, superpixels are automatically combined to achieve segmentation of candidate region according to the number of image-level labels. Semantic inference of candidate regions is realized based on the relationship and neighborhood rough set associated with semantic labels. Finally, the paper trains the ELM using the candidate regions of the inferred labels to classify the test candidate regions. The experiment is verified on the MSRC dataset and PASCAL VOC 2012, which are popularly used in semantic segmentation.
