The article presents conversations with a number of women in the television industry regarding the opportunities for women in the industry. While parity for all is nowhere on the horizon, the women say talent, focus and determination will lead to success. According to the author, smart women focus on what they want and are not shy about speaking up. The women believe that success is not measured by money and titles, it is the ability to juggle meetings, mothering and mentoring, knowing it is impossible to have it all, at least all at once.
