In this paper, new formulations are given for the second order necessary conditions in parameter optimization with equality constraints. The new conditions are shown to be equivalent to previously known conditions by using the properties of projection matrices. Probabilistic or Stochastic programming is a framework for modeling optimization problems that involve uncertainty. The process of control of the respiratory system is one of the most important tasks in physiology of respiration. The role of blood partial pressure in our body system is very crucial because it depends on the heart rate and ventilation. The construction of a model and its analysis are actually linked with understanding the nature of the mechanisms, including physiological mechanisms that satisfy the need of living organism. In the present paper we study the blood partial pressure of our body system mainly the arterial system and venous system. Two nonlinear coupled ordinary differential equations have used associated to arterial pressure and venous Pressure. In this paper an inventory system is developed for deteriorating items with multi-variate demand. Here, demand rate is a function of time, stock and selling price. In this study, we have taken production rate is demand dependent. We have also considered the situation, when the retailer has the reserve money but still wants to avail the facility of progressive credit period. Shortages are allowed in inventory which is completely backlogged. In this paper, an inventory model is developed for decaying items with time and stock dependent demand rate. The effect of life time and the effect of inflation are also considered in this study. The competitive nature of the market has been accounted for by taking permissible delay in payments into consideration. The deterioration rate is taken as two parameter Weibull distribution function of time. The model is developed to determine optimal replenishment policy by minimizing total system running cost of entire season.
