Human gender has different biometric techniques such as computer interaction, digital forensics, and computer research. One of the most significant biometric authentications is gait recognition. The system's end goal is to recognize individuals (at a distance) by analyzing their gait. Oxidative Coupling of Methane (OCM) is a chemical reaction which directly converts natural gas, primarily consisting of methane into value-added chemicals, specifically ethylene. The OCM process faces challenges in the limitations of yield and high separation cost in transforming natural gas into useful chemical products. Ethylene serves various purposes, including the production of fabricated plastics and is widely used as a raw material. This paper focuses on machine learning algorithms to predict ethylene production using a catalysis dataset. So initially the high ethylene yield is predicted from the 18 catalysts collected from the dataset. The clustering algorithm called K-Mean clustering and Agglomerative clustering is used to identify the high-yield ethylene. Among 18 catalysts, 9 elements are identified as the largest amount of ethylene from the catalysis data. The prediction models are used to predict the large yield of ethylene from the catalysis. The prediction model like Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), and Gradient Boosting (GB) are compared to identify the best model for the prediction of ethylene yield. Based on the analysis, the agglomerative clustering along with the Random Forest predicts the higher ethylene composition from the OCM dataset. The ethylene production of the Magnesium (Mg), Barium (Ba) and Zirconium (Zr) chemical compounds along with oxygen and methane is predicted with the error rate of 0.17, 0.89 and 0.99 respectively. In this work, objects from Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 17 (SDSS DR17) [1] were classified as dwarfs or giants using learning methods. The classification was created by supervised learning. Machine learning algorithms like K Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Classification and Random Forest were developed in addition to Decision Trees. The algorithm that performed the worst was naive Bayes. Random Forest, which performed the best, was able to successfully classify the cases in the dataset that were marked as stars. Mangrove forests in the Sambas Regency area have changed over the last few decades, both naturally and through anthropogenic activities. The existence of mangrove forests has an important ecological role and contributes to the economic sustainability of communities in the coastal area of Sambas Regency. This study aims to monitor the condition of mangrove forests in Sambas Regency and provide spatial data related to the distribution and changes that have occurred in the mangrove forests of Sambas Regency in the last few decades. The method used in this study is a combination of remote sensing methods with Landsat satellite imagery data from 1989 to 2021, digital elevation model data from SRTM, aerial map data for virtual ground checks, and ground truth data collection in the field. The classification of mangrove forests is carried out in a supervised classification with the random forest algorithm on the Google Earth Engine platform. The results show that the existing mangrove forest area is 8,571.95 ha, distributed over 10 districts in Sambas Regency. The random forest algorithm classification with 100 decision trees resulted in a model accuracy of 0.970 and overall accuracy of 79.61%. Changes were detected from 1989 in.the form of a reduction in the area of 2,399.72 ha and an increase in the mangrove area of 2,549.95 ha. Several factors that cause changes in mangrove areas are degradation, land conversion into ponds and agricultural areas as well as mangrove expansion both naturally and from mangrove planting by the surrounding community and from government programs. The use of remote sensing data can assist in monitoring changes in mangrove areas in Sambas Regency and can be used as recommendations for conservation, climate change mitigation, and sustainable management of mangrove forests. Attacks like Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) pose a major threat to the network's security. Many different firms' servers have fallen prey to such unusual types of attacks. These attacks from the many bots under the direction of the botmaster (cracker) can possibly result in the victim's computational and communication capabilities being severely impaired. To create an effective NIDS, the researchers used datasets that were made accessible to the public. Existing studies' datasets, however, are insufficient since they exclude the most commonly used protocols, such as DHCP, which is essential to network architecture. In a network, IP addresses and other crucial network setup settings are dynamically assigned via the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Two research inquiries serve as the foundation for this work: 1) what algorithm will get the best results for identifying Distributed Denial of Service attacks? 2) How accurate would these algorithms be if they were trained on real-world data? Indian Premier League (IPL) is a famous Twenty-20 League conducted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). It was started in April 2008 and completed its fifteen seasons in 2022. The current, i.e., the fifteenth IPL season, was held in May 2022. IPL is a popular sport where it has a large set of the audience throughout the country. Therefore, every cricket fan would be eager to know and predict the IPL match results. This project is about a detailed exploratory data analysis of IPL matches conducted from the year 2008 till matches held in 2019. Here, we analyze the overall IPL match scores, best batting and bowling performances, the team with a more significant number of wins, the most successful IPL team, the most valuable players and their best performance range, and so on. The complete dataset is collected from officials of BCCI of IPL matches held from 2008-2019 through Kaggle. Here, the testing accuracy of SVM classifier is highest at 0.9159, and the next highest is the Decision Tree algorithm which gave 0.8225 accuracies. The second highest is Logistic Regression, which gave 0.8159 accuracies, and the Random Forest algorithm, with 0.7563 accuracies. Mineralogy plays an important role in the early stages of earth resource exploration. In the past decades, geologists started to use hyperspectral in various scales of mineral identification, from hand specimen samples to airborne geological mapping surveys. Performing conventional mineral classification with hyperspectral methods is time-consuming and requires significant human intervention, from the endmember selection for each mineral to validating the classes manually in laboratory analysis. In this study, we introduced supervised machine learning algorithms to stimulate the mineral mapping process of a large dataset of core data. Three hyperspectral imageries of milled pebbled samples were used where one of the samples was pre-identified and used for training machine learning models to identify the mineralogy of the other two samples. The samples contain four minerals; namely Muscovite, Tourmaline, Illite and High-Crystallinity Illite, that will be auto-identified by the machine learning algorithms. In this study, Random Forest and Convolutional Neural Network were the selected algorithms to perform the mineral identification. Both algorithms produce high-accuracy mineral maps compared to the existing mineral maps from the previous study. The Convolutional Neural Network struggled to identify High-Crystallinity Illite, whilst Random Forest succeeded in separating High-Crystallinity Illite from other minerals. Thus, the Random Forest algorithm produces higher accuracy results. The rate of penetration (ROP) prediction is carried out using a recorded drilling dataset from 02-Well. The prediction approaches use machine learning random forest regressor model and artificial neural network, especially the MLP regressor. The aim is to make the best machine learning model accurately predict the ROP parameter at 02-Well. The method used is designing the architecture of the machine learning model, which is divided into five stages: exploratory data analysis, data pre-processing, prediction and modeling using the selected algorithm, hyper-parameter tuning, and model evaluation. The 02-Well dataset would be divided into a 70% training set and a 30% test set as the base case. The model evaluation results show that modeling using a random forest regressor has a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) score of 19.81%, which belongs to the "Good Forecasting" criteria. Online social media platforms such as YouTube have grown in popularity in recent years, providing as critical routes for content creators, advertisers, and platform administrators to access a large worldwide audience. Accurate video popularity prediction is critical for improving content strategy, increasing user engagement, and increasing video visibility. This study intends to improve video popularity prediction accuracy by presenting a fresh methodology that goes beyond traditional analysis. To construct a more effective prediction model, the suggested method combines examining metadata, such as title, description, and channel title, with thumbnail analysis. The project aims to dramatically increase prediction accuracy by extracting relevant information from both metadata and thumbnails. To do this, multiple classification techniques, including Support Vector Machine, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Extreme Gradient Boosting, and K-Nearest Neighbors, were used to train and forecast the model. Notably, when it came to feature extraction, the Gradient Boosting and Random Forest algorithms achieved amazing accuracy of 97% when using all extracted and original data, and 82% and 92% when using only extracted features. In comparison, previous studies employing simply extracted features obtained only 74% accuracy. In recent years, machine learning classification methods have been used to tackle these problems, and this study discovers that ensemble learning yields the best outcomes. Consequently, this study suggested an Ensemble learning classification model trained on the (Malgenome, CIC-MalDroid2020, and Drebin) mobile malware dataset using Random Forest with Binary Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm. The aim of the study is to diminish the power loss with reference to sensitivity and precision in power transmissions and consumptions. As power theft is considered as non-technical loss, it is hard to track the total transmission. So the Random forest algorithm is proposed over the K-NN Algorithm to compare accuracy in power theft detection. Materials and Methods: There are two groups in this study each with a sample size of 21400 per group. Analysis is done with the pretest power 0.8. Results: The mean value for accuracy in the Random Forest algorithm is 90.6215 which is high when compared to K-NN algorithm whose accuracy is 82.2200. It has an insignificant value of 0.07 (p>0.05). These values are evaluated using SPSS for statistical analysis. The accuracy and precision with which Logistic Regression (LR) and Random Forest can predict forest fires are compared in this study (RF). The List Consists Of The Random Forest method outperforms other machine learning techniques in fire detection speed and accuracy. To better detect forest fires, a system that compares Random Forest with Logistic Regression was developed. Using G power, we determined that 28 people were needed for each experiment. The sample size for the pilot study was calculated to be 95 percent confident. This study aims to classify human Coronary Artery Heart Disease using the cutting-edge Random Forest Algorithm and to compare its performance to that of the more traditional Naive Bayes algorithm. Forty human subjects were used to create a dataset on kaggle (Framingham dataset). Naive Bayes (NB) is in Group 1, and Random Forest (RF) is in Group 2. (RF). The study's primary objective is to compare the efficacy of the state-of-the-art SVM method for image prediction with that of KNN, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Decision Tree. The UCI Machine Learning Laboratory provides a total of 569 samples. The purpose of this work is to contrast the effectiveness of the Logistic Regression algorithm with that of Novel Random Forest when predicting device failures. Two groups, alpha (0.05), power (80%), and the environment ratio are utilised in the G power analysis to determine the necessary sample size. Twenty thousand datasets are taken from Kaggle as a representative sample. There is a 75% training dataset and a 25% test dataset created from the collected samples (25 percent). An IDS built using the Information Gain Algorithm and an unique One Class Support Vector Machine with Random Forest Feature Selection (Group 1) for detecting denial-of-service attacks in wireless ad hoc networks are compared for accuracy and detection rate (Group 2). Substances and Methods: An IDS model was created using CIC-IDS 2017. The IDSs were modelled using the above methods and analysed using SPSS with 19 samples per group. The innovative One Class SVM with Random Forest Feature Selection IDS had a detection rate of 90% and an accuracy of 99.0%, whereas the Information Gain Algorithm IDS had 82.0 percent and 80.0 percent. The purpose of this study is to apply machine learning methods to the problem of classifying musical genres. Here, signal processing is used to extract the rhythm pattern feature, which is then used in conjunction with machine learning algorithms to provide a multiclass categorization of musical genres. A preexisting internet music collection is used to generate two distinct datasets, one with undersampling and the other with oversampling to achieve class balance. Two types of models were compared for their efficacy in this research. The first model is an enhanced support vector machine that is fully trained to identify the musical genre of an input signal from its spectrogram. The Random Forest Classifier is the second model. Experiments performed on the audio dataset show that an assembler classifier that takes use of both techniques achieves an AUC of 0.894. The purpose of this research is to compare and contrast how well the random forest algorithm and the decision tree method perform in classifying fire and smoke photographs. With a g power of 0.8 and an alpha of 0.05, we find that out of a total of 4000 photos, 2000 depict fire and the remaining 2000 depict smoke. Aim: The primary objective of this research is to increase the accuracy of detecting brain tumors using the Random Forest algorithm and to compare it to the thresholding method. Methods: There are two separate studies that are conducted in this research, the first is the Random Forest algorithm, and the second is a thresholding method. Analysis is conducted with the 36 magnetic resonance images (MRI) that are available, of which 90 % are dedicated to training and 10 % are used to test the effectiveness of a brain tumor. In this study, we compare Naive Bayes (NB) and Novel Tree Specific Random Forest for their ability to forecast the downstream impacts of air pollution (RF). Naive Bayes has a greater recognition rate than other machine learning algorithms and is thus more effective in detecting air pollution. Naive Bayes over Novel Tree Specific Random Forest is presented and developed as a framework for identifying air pollution to mitigate its aftereffects. The goal of this study is to utilise machine learning classifiers to categorise people's income levels, namely those with and without a household income of $50,000 or more. We examine two common algorithms in this study: Random Forest and Logistic Regression Algorithm. This experimental inquiry makes use of the Adult Income dataset, which has 32516 items. Early Parkinson's disease (PD) diagnosis is essential for preventing the illness's development and providing patients with the opportunity to take disease-specific therapy. Speech signal processing is widely used and has gained attention recently. In this project, we carry out a comparative analysis for effective dysphonia (a speech disorder) and Parkinson's disease spotting using Machine Learning methods. To distinguish between PD patients and normal individuals. We used Naïve Bayes (NB), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LREG), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms to demonstrate a robust detection process. According to experimental findings, the KNN outperformed other ML algorithms. The results of the trial conducted at UCI contain data from 31 patients, 23 of whom were diagnosed with PD.
