Abstract

Objective To improve the accuracy of rational diet and the quality of life in hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus by using quality control circle activities. Methods The problem-solving QCC activities were carried out, and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented, including the establishment of a systematic health education model, the establishment of a multi-dimensional training system, and establishment of a perfect catering mechanism in the canteen. Results The accurate rate of rational diet in hospitalized diabetic patients increased from 45. 52% before implementation of QCC activities to 77. 99% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC activities can improve the accurate rate of rational diet for hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus, effectively improve the blood sugar level, improve the self-management ability, delay disease progression, and improve the quality of life. (目的 探讨品管圈活动提高住院糖尿病患者合理膳食精准率的效果, 旨在改善患者生活质量。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动, 通过现状分析、原因解析, 制定针对性对策并实施, 包括构建系统化健康教育模式、建立多维度培训体系、建立完善的食堂配餐机制等。结果 住院糖尿病患者合理膳食精准率从品管圈活动实施前的45. 52%提升至品管圈活动实施后的77. 99%。结论 通过品管圈活动, 能提高住院糖尿病患者合理膳食精准率, 有助于改善住院糖尿病患者的血糖水平, 提高患者自我管理能力, 延缓疾病进展, 提高生活质量。)

2. Innovative reform strategy of artistic practice of university folk dance education based on information fusion technology

Abstract

With the development of history, some folk dances are annihilated and lost in the inheritance. In order to protect and inherit national intangible cultural heritage and promote the construction of advanced socialist culture, this paper uses information fusion technology, combines national aesthetic personality, and refers to multi-factor theory, construction theory, and distillation theory to design and reform the art practice model of folk dance education. The data of dancers’ skeletal joint points are collected by using multiple Kinect sensors, and the Kalman filter algorithm is selected to establish the human skeletal motion model and fuse the data information of each joint point. Taking the hand_right and elbow_right joints as examples, it was found that the mean value of the error between the testers’ joint trajectory and the template movement was reduced from 10mm to 4mm, and the mean value of the error between the joint angle and the template movement was reduced from 90° to 35°. Comparing the dance movement training effects and scores of the experimental group and the control group, it was found that the experimental group kicked the front and side legs an average of 70 times/minute, the middle jump height was improved by 10cm, and the average score was 3.33 points higher. This indicates that the integration of information fusion technology in the art practice of dance education can realize the practical innovation of college folk dance education and improve the comprehensive level of folk dance.

3. Efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis: study protocol for randomized, controlled, exploratory clinical trial

Abstract

Abstract Background At present, there is short of effective treatment for acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (AE-IPF). The treatment of IPF with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has some advantages. However, the evidence is unclear whether TCM can be recommended as an effective therapy to treat AE-IPF. The purpose of the study is to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM for patients with AE-IPF. Methods A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, exploratory clinical trial will be performed. A total of 80 patients diagnosed with AE-IPF will be randomized into the intervention or control group. In addition to conventional treatment, the intervention group will be treated with Kangxianhuanji granule, and the control group will be given a placebo granule. The administration frequency is 10 g each time and two times daily. After 4 weeks of treatment, the patients were followed up for 12 weeks. The primary outcomes are treatment failure rate and all-cause mortality. Secondary outcome measures will include the length of hospitalization, overall survival, acute exacerbation rate, intubation rate, Modified British Medical Research Council (mMRC) score, the St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (SGRQ-I) score, and arterial blood gas analysis. Discussion TCM may be beneficial in IPF. However, it has never been evaluated in patients with AE-IPF, who are incredibly prone to respiratory failure and have a high mortality rate. It is the first clinical trial to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of AE-IPF. This result will provide a basis for further study, which provides a high-quality evidence for the treatment of AE-IPF with TCM. Trial registration Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ChiCTR1900026289 . We introduce Imagen 3, a latent diffusion model that generates high quality images from text prompts. We describe our quality and responsibility evaluations. Imagen 3 is preferred over other state-of-the-art (SOTA) models at the time of evaluation. In addition, we discuss issues around safety and representation, as well as methods we used to minimize the potential harm of our models.

Abstract

The power of surface chemistry to create atomically precise nanoarchitectures offers intriguing opportunities to advance the field of quantum technology. Strategies for building artificial electronic lattices by individually positioning atoms or molecules result in precisely tailored structures but lack structural robustness. Here, taking the advantage of strong bonding of Br atoms on noble metal surfaces, we report the production of stable quantum corrals by dehalogenation of hexabromobenzene molecules on a preheated Au(111) surface. The byproducts, Br adatoms, are confined within a new surface reconstruction pattern and aggregate into nanopores with an average size of 3.7+-0.1 nm, which create atomic orbital-like quantum resonance states inside each corral due to the interference of scattered electron waves. Remarkably, the atomic orbitals can be hybridized into molecular-like orbitals with distinct bonding and anti-bonding states. Our study opens up an avenue to fabricate quantum structures with high yield and superior robustness., Comment: 15 pages, 5 figures; Including supporting information.
