Introduction: Although currently assisted reproductive methods are widely used in the treatment of human infertility, there are still contradictory results of studies on the growth of children after treatment with these methods, including IVF. Therefore, the present study was performed with aim to determine the growth parameters (weight, height and head circumference) in neonates born by IVF in Motazedi and Jahad University Infertility Treatment Centers in Kermanshah city. Methods: This analytical study was conducted on 105 term neonates born in two groups of IVF infertility treatment and normal pregnancy during 2021-2022. All stages of IVF were performed in Motazedi and Jahad University Infertility Treatment Centers in Kermanshah, and then the mothers and their neonates were followed up until after birth. The information of newborns was checked in terms of height, weight and head circumference and recorded in a checklist which was the main and exclusive tool for collecting the study information.
