The article titled "The Practicum in non-face-to-face teaching contexts: research from practice" is a review of the work coordinated by Martín Cuadrado and R. (coords.) titled "The Practicum in non-face-to-face teaching contexts: research from practice". The work addresses the curricular practices of the degrees in the Faculty of Education at UNED in the context of non-face-to-face university education. It is a collective work that compiles the experience of academia and professional practice in the semi-face-to-face university training at UNED. The book analyzes the role and functions of the different actors in this context, as well as good practices in tutoring and structuring the tasks that students must carry out in their practical training. It also addresses formative and cooperative evaluation in the closing stage of the practicum. The article highlights the importance of understanding practicum as a research process that allows addressing the challenges of professional performance in a context of constant changes.
