Is the DuoStim strategy an effective alternative to two conventional ovarian stimulation cycles in poor-prognosis patients undergoing preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) to improve euploidy rates and obtain the first euploid embryo in less time? This randomized controlled trial was performed at IVI Madrid between June 2017 and December 2020 and included 80 patients with a suboptimal profile aged 38 or older undergoing PGT-A cycles. Patients were blindly randomized into two groups: 39 women underwent two ovarian stimulations in consecutive cycles (control group), whereas the double stimulation strategy was applied to 41 women (DuoStim group). The main outcome was the euploidy rate in each group. The secondary outcomes were the time it took to obtain a euploid embryo and the main cycle outcomes. The baseline characteristics of the patients were similar. No differences were found between the control group and the DuoStim group in the mean days of stimulation (21.3 ± 1.6 versus 23.0 ± 1.4, P = 0.10), total gonadotrophins (4005 ± 450 versus 4245 ± 430, P = 0.43), metaphase II oocytes (8.7 ± 1.8 versus 6.8 ± 1.7, P = 0.15) or euploid embryos obtained (0.8 ± 0.4 versus 0.6 ± 0.4, P = 0.45). The euploid rate per randomized patient (ITT) was 16.1% in the control group versus 22.7% in the DuoStim group, with P -values of 0.371, and the euploidy rate per patient treated was 39.0% versus 45.7% in the control versus DuoStim groups. However, there was a significant difference in the average number of days it took to obtain a euploid blastocyst, favouring the DuoStim group (44.1 ± 2.0 versus 23.3 ± 2.8, P < 0.001). The use of the DuoStim strategy in poor-prognosis patients undergoing PGT-A cycles maintains a similar euploidy rate while reducing the time required to obtain a euploid blastocyst. Background: Fertility centre websites are a key sources of information on medically assisted reproduction (MAR) for both infertile people and the general public. As part of a global fertility market, they are also a window to attract potential future patients. They give formal and practical information but in the way the information is displayed, they also convey social representations, and in particular, gender representation in its intersectional dimension. The objective is to analyse the sex, class and race representations regarding reproduction and parenthood that are embedded in the content of fertility centre websites in eight European countries., Methods: The 5 most visible fertility centres that appeared in the first places on Internet search were selected for each country under study, except for one country which has only three fertility centres. In total, 38 fertility centre websites were considered for a thematic analysis using an iterative approach and a comprehensive perspective., Results: Each centre details its services and techniques according to the legal provisions in force in its country. However, on all the websites studied, the fertility centres demonstrate a strong gendered representation. The logos generally depict women or parts of their bodies, as do the photos, which mainly show white women with light eyes. The description of the causes of infertility and the techniques offered by the centres also highlights gender differences. Sperm donation, where MAR is reserved for heterosexual couples, is included among the techniques for women with the comment that it will enable them to fulfil their dream of becoming mothers., Conclusions: MAR, and through it the project of having a child and procreative work, is presented as a matter for white, cisgender and heterosexual women, thus fueling stratified reproduction and limiting reproductive justice. Introduction: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of death among transgender women and people with HIV. Exogenous estrogen and psychosocial stressors are known risk factors for CVD. Yet, few studies have used biomarkers to examine the role of stress in CVD risk among transgender women with HIV (TWHIV). This analysis examined whether stress moderates relationships between gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) duration and CVD risk among TWHIV., Methods: This cross-sectional analysis of baseline data from an observational cohort of 108 Black and Latina TWHIV in Boston, New York, and Washington, DC, enrolled December 2020 - June 2022, measured socio-demographics, medical diagnoses, medications, smoking history, and perceived stress via interviewer-administered surveys. Physiological stress was measured with 14 biomarkers to calculate allostatic load indices (ALI). Forty participants provided saliva samples used to calculate cortisol awakening response and cortisol daily decline. The 2018 American College of Cardiology revised pooled cohort equation estimated 10-year CVD risk. Data were analyzed in 2024., Results: GAHT duration was positively associated with CVD risk scores in bivariate regression. In multivariable linear regression models (adjusting for age, income, education), only age and ALI remained significantly associated with CVD risk scores [β 1.13, CI: 1.05, 1.21]. No stress measure significantly interacted with GAHT duration to affect CVD risk scores. In visual plots, GAHT duration increased CVD risk scores only for TWHIV experiencing the highest ALI., Conclusions: Stress plays an important role in CVD in TWHIV. Objective: Tesamorelin is the only FDA-approved therapy to treat abdominal fat accumulation in people with HIV (PWH). Phase III clinical trials were conducted prior to the introduction of integrase inhibitors (INSTIs), which are now a mainstay of HIV antiretroviral therapy., Design: We leveraged a randomized double-blind trial of 61 PWH and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tesamorelin 2 mg once daily vs. identical placebo among participants on INSTI-based regimens at baseline., Methods: In the parent clinical trial, visceral fat cross-sectional area, hepatic fat fraction, and trunk-to-appendicular fat ratio were quantified using magnetic resonance imaging, proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, respectively, at baseline and 12 months. Metabolic and safety outcomes were compared between treatment arms., Results: Among 38 participants on INSTI-based regimens at baseline, 15 individuals on tesamorelin and 16 individuals on placebo completed the 12-month study. Tesamorelin led to significant declines in visceral fat (median [interquartile range]: -25 [-93, -2] vs. 14 [3, 41] cm 2 , P  = 0.001), hepatic fat (-4.2% [-12.3%, -2.7%] vs. -0.5% [-3.9%, 2.7%], P  = 0.01), and trunk-to-appendicular fat ratio (-0.1 [-0.3, 0.0] vs. 0.0 [-0.1, 0.1], P  = 0.03). Tesamorelin was well tolerated with a similar frequency of adverse events, including hyperglycemia, between groups., Conclusions: The current analysis provides the first dedicated data on the efficacy and safety of tesamorelin among PWH on INSTI-based regimens. The ATP10B gene has been proposed to play an important role in the development of early-onset Parkinson's disease (PD). Nevertheless, various studies have presented controversial conclusions regarding the involvement of this gene in PD. Here, we screened 1162 patients with PD, employing a targeted resequencing approach to investigate the putative relevance of this gene in a large independent cohort of these patients from southern Spain. Variations were classified according to the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics criteria. Association studies were performed using data of a representative healthy Spanish population from the Medical Genome Project. Frequent variants were excluded. A total of 68 variants (rare or very rare) were detected in our cohort. Among ATP10B variant carriers, 12.9 % were putative compound heterozygous carriers; of these, 25 % were patients with early-onset PD. No evidence of a relation between any rare variants of ATP10B and PD risk was observed. People with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV, PWH) face an increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) compared to the general population. We previously demonstrated that people with (versus without) HIV have higher macrophage-specific arterial infiltration in relation to systemic monocyte activation. We now show that select T lymphocyte subpopulations (naïve CD4+, effector memory CD4+, and central memory CD8+) are differentially associated with macrophage-specific arterial infiltration among participants with versus without HIV, with evidence of interaction by HIV status. The diagnosis of endometriosis by laparoscopy is delayed until advanced stages. In recent years, microRNAs have emerged as novel biomarkers for different diseases. These molecules are small non-coding RNA sequences involved in the regulation of gene expression and can be detected in peripheral blood. Our aim was to identify candidate serum microRNAs associated with endometriosis and their role as minimally invasive biomarkers. Serum samples were obtained from 159 women, of whom 77 were diagnosed with endometriosis by laparoscopy and 82 were healthy women. First, a preliminary study identified 29 differentially expressed microRNAs between the two study groups. Next, nine of the differentially expressed microRNAs in the preliminary analysis were evaluated in a new cohort of 67 women with endometriosis and 72 healthy women. Upon validation by quantitative real-time PCR technique, the circulating level of miR-30c-5p was significantly higher in the endometriosis group compared with the healthy women group. The area under the curve value of miR-30c-5p was 0.8437, demonstrating its diagnostic potential even when serum samples registered an acceptable limit of hemolysis. Dysregulation of this microRNA was associated with molecular pathways related to cancer and neuronal processes. We concluded that miR-30c-5p is a potential minimally invasive biomarker of endometriosis, with higher expression in the group of women with endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy.

Purpose of Review: People with HIV (PWH) on antiretroviral therapy (ART) globally are disproportionately affected by obesity, with prevalence rates highest among women with HIV. The purpose of this review is to discuss rates of obesity, factors associated with obesity, and adverse consequences of obesity among PWH., Recent Findings: Among PWH on ART, rates of obesity have increased over the last several decades and tend to be higher than the general population. Weight gain with the initiation of new ART regimens such as integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI)-based regimens are thought to contribute to higher rates of obesity among PWH on ART. Other factors, such as sex and ethnicity, also are associated with obesity among PWH on ART. Higher obesity rates among PWH may contribute to heightened cardiometabolic disease risk and lower health-related quality of life., Summary: Prospective studies which identify factors associated with increased obesity prevalence and weight gain among PWH are necessary for the development and implementation of obesity prevention and treatment strategies among PWH on ART and, in turn, reduce the prevalence of obesity in this population., (Copyright © 2023 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. Background: Prior research assessing the psychometric properties of the Global Psychotrauma Screen provided support for its internal consistency reliability, construct validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity in several international samples, but not specifically in a U.S. subsample., Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess psychometric properties of the GPS in the U.S., Method: This observational study included a convenience sample of individually recruited participants ( N  = 231) who completed an initial study with 126-item online questionnaire and a two-week follow-up study with GPS alone through the weblinks provided by the research team. Data analyzes included measuring internal consistency and test-retest reliability, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes (EFA and CFA), convergent and divergent validity, sensitivity, specificity, and severity of the GPS symptom items. Additional CFA was conducted with data ( N  = 947) from the GPS multinational research project, U.S. subsample., Results: The results showed acceptable internal consistency and test-retest reliability, convergent validity, and divergent validity of the GPS. The construct validity results supported a three-factor structure of the GPS symptoms. The GPS domains showed acceptable sensitivity and specificity with the cut-off scores of 3 for PTSD and 5 for CPTSD domains; and the scores of 1 for the anxiety, depression, and insomnia domains respectively. The GPS risk factors predicted the GPS symptom severity., Conclusions: This study provides new and additional evidence on the psychometric properties of the GPS which may help health care providers with the selection of an appropriate screening instrument for trauma-related transdiagnostic symptoms. Context: Since the initial outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a novel population of children with in utero exposure to maternal infection has emerged whose health outcomes are largely unknown., Objective: To compare longitudinal growth trajectories among infants with vs without in utero COVID-19 exposure., Methods: We conducted a longitudinal cohort study leveraging a prospectively enrolled perinatal biorepository among 149 infants with in utero COVID-19 exposure and 127 unexposed controls. Weight, length, and body mass index (BMI) were abstracted from health records at 0, 2, 6, and 12 months and standardized using World Health Organization growth charts. Analyses were adjusted for maternal age, ethnicity, parity, insurance, and BMI as well as infant sex, birthdate, and breastfeeding., Results: Infants with in utero COVID-19 exposure vs controls exhibited differential trajectories of weight and BMI, but not length, z-score over the first year of life (study group × time interaction, P < .0001 for weight and BMI). Infants born to mothers with prenatal COVID-19 had lower BMI z-score at birth (effect size: -0.35, 95% CI -0.66 to -0.03) and greater gain in BMI z-score from birth to 12 months (effect size: 0.53, 95% CI 0.06 to 0.99). Birth weight z-score mediated a significant proportion of the relationship between COVID-19 exposure and postnatal growth (estimate ± SE, 32 ± 14%, P = .02)., Conclusion: Infants with in utero COVID-19 exposure exhibited lower birth weight and accelerated weight gain in the first year of life, which may be harbingers of downstream cardiometabolic pathology. Plasma vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) coreceptor neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) had the largest association with coronary plaque in the Randomized Trial to Prevent Vascular Events in HIV (REPRIEVE) proteomics analysis. With little known about NRP-1 in people with human immunodeficiency virus (PWH), we explored its relation to other proteins in REPRIEVE and validated our findings through a Centers for AIDS Research Network of Integrated Clinical Systems (CNICS) case-cohort study by assessing its relation to host factors and incident cardiovascular disease and cancer. Within REPRIEVE, NRP-1 was associated with proteins involved in angiogenesis, signal transduction, immunoregulation, and cell migration/adhesion. Within CNICS, NRP-1 was associated with key host factors, including older age and male sex. NRP-1 was associated with an increased hazard of multiple cancers but a decreased prostate cancer risk. Finally, NRP-1 was most strongly associated with mortality and type 2 myocardial infarction. These data suggest that NRP-1 is part of a clinically relevant immunoregulatory pathway related to multiple comorbidities in PWH. Clinical Trials Registration . Background: Sodium-glucose transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors have been approved for treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM), chronic kidney disease, and heart failure, but little is known about prescription levels and safety profiles among people with HIV (PWH)., Methods: We leveraged data from the US Mass General Brigham electronic healthcare database to determine the use/uptake of SGLT2 inhibitors among PWH with type II diabetes (DM2) (with or without chronic kidney disease, proteinuria, or heart failure) and to assess rates of adverse events among PWH with DM2 taking SGLT2 inhibitors., Results: Among eligible PWH with DM2 receiving care at US Mass General Brigham (N = 907), SGLT2 inhibitors were prescribed to 8.8%. SGLT2 inhibitors were prescribed to a fraction of eligible PWH with DM2 and a concomitant diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (3.8%), proteinuria (13.2%), or heart failure (8.2%). PWH with DM2 on SGLT2 inhibitors experienced side effects (urinary tract infection, diabetic ketoacidosis, and acute kidney injury) at rates comparable with PWH with DM2 prescribed glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists. Rates of mycotic genitourinary infections were higher among those prescribed SGLT2 inhibitors (5% vs. 1%, P = 0.17), but no cases of necrotizing fasciitis ensued., Conclusions: Additional studies are needed to characterize population-specific salutary and adverse effects of SGLT2 inhibitors among PWH and potentially augment prescription rates when guideline indicated., Competing Interests: M.E. Purpose: Analyse and describe the anatomical and etiological classification, clinical and epidemiological characteristics and most frequent symptoms of uveitis cases in our population., Patients and Method: Descriptive, retrospective observational study of uveitis cases treated in the Ophthalmology Department of Virgen del Rocío University Hospital in 2021. The demographic and clinical characteristics were studied., Results: A total of 109cases of uveitis were studied, 46 men and 63 women, with a mean age of 45.43±16.11 years. The most frequent symptoms were pain (74.31%), hyperemia (73.39%) and blurred vision (65.14%). The most frequent anatomical classification was anterior (55.96%), followed by panuveitis (18.35%), posterior (12.84%) and intermediate uveitis (7.34%). Regarding etiology, most uveitis were idiopathic (42.99%), followed by non-infectious (38.32%) and finally infectious (18.69%)., Conclusions: In southern España, the characteristics of uveitis are similar to other studies in Western countries., (Copyright © 2023 Elsevier España, S.L.U. Background: The schoolyard environment provides key opportunities to promote physical activity and socioemotional development for children. Schoolyards can also serve as a community park resource outside of school hours. We aimed to: (i) implement and evaluate reliability of the System for Observing Outdoor Play Environments in Neighborhood Schools (SOOPEN), (ii) assess schoolyard use by children during recess and community members of all ages outside of school hours, and (iii) investigate relationships of schoolyard and children´s group characteristics with physical activity levels and prosocial interactions., Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we observed student and community visitor behavior using SOOPEN at three urban elementary schoolyards in Tacoma, Washington, USA, prior to renovations intended to expand each facility's use as a community park in neighborhoods with poor park access. We assessed interrater reliability using intraclass correlation coefficients and described current levels of schoolyard use (at the group level), physical activity, and prosocial behavior. Physical activity was assessed on a five-point scale and dichotomized to indicate moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA). Social interactions were coded as prosocial, antisocial, or neutral. We examined associations of selected schoolyard features and group characteristics with group MVPA and prosocial behavior during recess using modified Poisson regression to estimate prevalence ratios (PR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI)., Results: We observed a total of 981 activity-defined, informal groups in the schoolyards, and achieved good to excellent interrater reliability using SOOPEN. Community use of the schoolyards during evenings and weekends was limited (n = 56 groups). During 26, 25-50 min recess periods (n = 833 groups), 19% of groups were engaged in MVPA. Schoolyard areas with paved surfaces were associated with more MVPA (PR = 1.52, 95% CI: 1.04, 2.23) compared to field/grass areas; supervised groups were associated with less MVPA than groups not directly supervised by an adult (PR = 0.59, 95% CI: 0.36, 0.96). Schoolyard characteristics were not associated with prosocial behavior. Mixed-gender groups were associated with more MVPA and more prosocial behavior., Conclusions: Our study using SOOPEN, a reliable new activity observation tool, highlights the multi-dimensional dynamics of physical activity and social interactions in schoolyards, which could be leveraged to promote healthy behaviors during and outside of school hours., (© 2023. Background: People with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) have heightened incidence/risk of diastolic dysfunction and heart failure. Women with HIV have elevated cardiac fibrosis, and plasma osteopontin (Opn) is correlated to cardiac pathology. Therefore, this study provides mechanistic insight into the relationship between osteopontin and cardiac fibrosis during HIV infection., Methods: Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) modeled cardiac fibroblasts in vitro. Simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV)-infected macaques with or without antiretroviral therapy and HIV-infected humanized mice modeled HIV-associated cardiac fibrosis., Results: Lipopolysaccharide-stimulated MEFs were myofibroblast-like, secreted cytokines, and produced Opn transcripts. SIV-infected animals had elevated plasma Opn at necropsy, full-length Opn in the ventricle, and ventricular interstitial fibrosis. Regression modeling identified growth differentiation factor 15, CD14+CD16+ monocytes, and CD163 expression on CD14+CD16+ monocytes as independent predictors of plasma Opn during SIV infection. HIV-infected humanized mice showed increased interstitial fibrosis compared to uninfected/untreated animals, and systemic inhibition of osteopontin by RNA aptamer reduced left ventricle fibrosis in HIV-infected humanized mice., Conclusions: Since Opn is elevated in the plasma and left ventricle during SIV infection and systemic inhibition of Opn reduced cardiac fibrosis in HIV-infected mice, Opn may be a potential target for adjunctive therapies to reduce cardiac fibrosis in people with HIV., Competing Interests: Potential conflicts of interest. Background: Most women who are treated at in vitro fertilization (IVF) clinics have trouble conceiving due to ovarian failure (OF), which seems to be associated to short telomeres and reduced or absent telomerase activity in their granulosa cells. Indeed, telomere pathways are involved in organ dysfunction. However, sexual steroids can stimulate the expression of the telomerase gene and have been successfully used to prevent telomere attrition. Thus, a strategy to improve IVF outcomes in women with OF could be telomerase reactivation using sexual steroids., Methods: We conducted a double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Patients with diminished ovarian reserve were randomized to Danazol or placebo for 3 months. We included patients with normal ovarian reserve in the study as untreated controls. Patients and controls underwent several ovarian stimulations (OSs). Telomere and IVF parameters were assessed., Results: We found that the mean telomere length in blood and the percentage of short and long telomeres were similar throughout the 3 months of treatment with Danazol. Remarkably, while the number of cells with one telomeric repeat-containing RNA (TERRA) focus decreased ( p  = 0.04) after the first month of Danazol treatment, the number of cells with 2 to 4 TERRA foci increased ( p  = 0.02). Regarding fertility, no differences were found in the antral follicle count. Interestingly, in OS performed after the trial, all Danazol-treated patients had a better MII oocyte rate compared to OS performed before the pilot study.EudraCT number: 2018-004400-19., Conclusions: Danazol treatment seemed to affect telomere maintenance, since both the number of TERRA foci and the ratio of MII oocytes changed. Objective: Accumulating evidence demonstrates that gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) improves mental health outcomes in transgender persons. Data specific to the risks associated with GAHT for transgender persons continue to emerge, allowing for improvements in understanding, predicting, and mitigating adverse outcomes while informing discussion about desired effects. Of particular concern is the risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in the context of both longitudinal GAHT and the perioperative setting. Combining what is known about the risk of VTE in cisgender individuals on hormone therapy (HT) with the evidence for transgender persons receiving HT allows for an informed approach to assess underlying risk and improve care in the transgender community., Observations: Hormone formulation, dosing, route, and duration of therapy can impact thromboembolic risk, with transdermal estrogen formulations having the lowest risk. There are no existing risk scores for VTE that consider HT as a possible risk factor. Risk assessment for recurrent VTE and bleeding tendencies using current scores may be helpful when assessing individual risk. Gender affirming surgeries present unique perioperative concerns, and certain procedures include a high likelihood that patients will be on exogenous estrogens at the time of surgery, potentially increasing thromboembolic risk., Conclusions and Relevance: Withholding GAHT due to potential adverse events may cause negative impacts for individual patients. Providers should be knowledgeable about the management of HT in transgender individuals of all ages, as well as in the perioperative setting, to avoid periods in which transgender individuals are off GAHT. Treatment decisions for both anticoagulation and HT should be individualized and tailored to patients' overall goals and desired outcomes, given that the physical and mental health benefits of gender affirming care may outweigh the risk of VTE., (Copyright © 2022 AACE. Background: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-associated nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is characterized by a high prevalence of hepatic fibrosis as a strong clinical predictor of all-cause and liver-specific mortality risk., Methods: We leveraged data from an earlier clinical trial to define the circulating proteomic signature of hepatic fibrosis in HIV-associated NAFLD. A total of 183 plasma proteins within 2 high-multiplex panels were quantified at baseline and at 12 months (Olink Cardiovascular III; Immuno-Oncology)., Results: Twenty proteins were up-regulated at baseline among participants with fibrosis stages 2-3 versus 0-1. Proteins most differentially expressed included matrix metalloproteinase 2 (P < .001), insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 7 (P = .001), and collagen α1(I) chain (P = .001). Proteins were enriched within pathways including response to tumor necrosis factor and aminopeptidase activity. Key proteins correlated directly with visceral adiposity and glucose intolerance and inversely with CD4+ T-cell count. Within the placebo-treated arm, 11 proteins differentially increased among individuals with hepatic fibrosis progression over a 12-month period (P < .05)., Conclusions: Among individuals with HIV-associated NAFLD, hepatic fibrosis was associated with a distinct proteomic signature involving up-regulation of tissue repair and immune response pathways. Purpose: Through a survey-based approach, we sought to investigate regional differences in gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) prescribing practices, as well as HIV screening and prevention practices among clinicians providing care to transgender individuals., Methods: Our survey was disseminated between December 2019 and January 2021 to clinicians who prescribe GAHT within New England (United States). Between-group differences in GAHT prescribing and HIV screening/prevention practices were evaluated by practice setting and subspecialty., Results: Of the 20 survey respondents, 55% practiced in health care settings affiliated with an academic institution, 45% practiced in a community-based health care setting, and 30% were Endocrinologists. Clinicians in community-based health care settings reported more frequently prescribing oral 17β-estradiol ( p =0.02) and spironolactone ( p =0.007) for feminizing GAHT compared with clinicians in health care settings affiliated with an academic institution, who reported more frequently prescribing leuprolide ( p =0.03). For masculinizing GAHT, clinicians from health care settings affiliated with an academic institution reported more frequently prescribing topical testosterone ( p =0.03). There were no significant between-group differences in reported barriers to initiation or reasons for stopping GAHT. While non-Endocrinologists reported "often" or "always" offering HIV screening, most Endocrinologists reported "rarely" or "never" offering HIV screening and "rarely" or "never" offering pre-exposure or postexposure prophylaxis to their transgender patients., Conclusions: Regional GAHT prescribing practices varied by setting. Additional research is needed to better understand whether these differences translate to differences in GAHT efficacy and side-effects. Further, HIV screening/prevention practices varied by subspecialty.
