Background Frequently associated with early psychosis, depressive and manic dimensions may play an important role in its course and outcome. While manic and depressive symptoms can alternate and co-occur, most of the studies in early intervention investigated these symptoms independently. The aim of this study was therefore to explore the co-occurrence of manic and depressive dimensions, their evolution and impact on outcomes. Methods We prospectively studied first-episode psychosis patients (N = 313) within an early intervention program over 3 years. Based on latent transition analysis, we identified sub-groups of patients with different mood profiles considering both manic and depressive dimensions, and studied their outcomes. Results Our results revealed six different mood profiles at program entry and after 1.5 years follow-up (absence of mood disturbance, co-occurrence, mild depressive, severe depressive, manic and hypomanic), and four after 3 years (absence of mood disturbance, co-occurrence, mild depressive and hypomanic). Patients with absence of mood disturbance at discharge had better outcomes. All patients with co-occurring symptoms at program entry remained symptomatic at discharge. Patients with mild depressive symptoms were less likely to return to premorbid functional level at discharge than the other subgroups. Patients displaying a depressive component had poorer quality of physical and psychological health at discharge. Conclusions Our results confirm the major role played by mood dimensions in early psychosis, and show that profiles with co-occurring manic and depressive dimensions are at risk of poorer outcome. An accurate assessment and treatment of these dimensions in people with early psychosis is crucial.

Background: Contribution Assistance coverage for National Health Insurance Participants Participation among recipients is greater than that of non-participants, but the use of health services by National Health Insurance PBI participants in Indonesia remains relatively low. This study aims to determine in 2021 which factors influence the utilization of health services by National Health Insurance PBI group participants in Jambi City. Methods: This study is a quantitative cross-sectional investigation. The sample consisted of 106 random samples collected using the technique of accidental sampling. In this study, the independent variables were education, occupation, knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health conditions, affordability, and information, while the dependent variable was health service utilization. Respondents filled out questionnaires to generate data. The data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate (chi-square) tests. Result: This study's findings indicate that the majority of respondents, 61.3%, do not utilize health services. Knowledge (0.000), attitudes (0.003), perception of health conditions (0.012), and information are associated with the utilization of health services, according to this study's statistical analyses (0.000). In addition, there is no correlation between education (0.147), occupation (0.295), affordability (0.787), and the utilization of health services among National Health Insurance (JKN) PBI group participants. Conclusion: There is a correlation between knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health conditions, and information and the utilization of health services by National Health Insurance for the PBI Group participants in Jambi City.

The decrease in the number of old patient visits in 2019 to 2020, namely patients who carry out reuse at the Jambi Kambang General Hospital. The decreasing number of old patients in several polyclinics and emergency rooms can be a symptom of a decrease in loyalty to Kambang Jambi General Hospital. This study aim to determine the relationship between the perception of the marketing mix and the loyalty of outpatients at Kambang Jambi General Hospital. This research was quantitative study used cross sectional desain. Sample was outpatients, totaling 105 patients, taken with purposive sampling technique. Data collected from July 2021 to March 2022, used questionnaires that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed by two-stages such as univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. There was correlation between the marketing mix and patient loyalty with the marketing mix of Place (p-value=0.017) PR=2.899, Promotion (p-value=0.000) PR=4526, People (p-value=0.000) PR=6.789, Process (p-value=0.001) PR=3.955, and Physical evidence ( p-value=0.009) PR=3.018. Meanwhile, product marketing mix (p-value=0.136), and price (p-value=0.371) unrelated to loyalty. The variables that have a correlation with the marketing mix are place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence, and those that do not have a correlation with the marketing mix are product and price. Thus, the hospital is expected to be able to improve the marketing mix of places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence tailored to the needs and desires of patients so that patient loyalty increases at Kambang Jambi General Hospital. Jumlah pasien lama di beberapa poli dan juga instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) yang menurun sehingga mampu menjadi gejala adanya penurunan loyalitas bagi Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi bauran pemasaran dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang berjumlah 105 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021 hingga Maret 2022, menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis dua tahap univariat dan bivariat dengan uji kai-kuadrat. Terdapat hubungan bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan bauran pemasaran Tempat (p-value=0.017) PR=2.899, Promosi (p-value=0.000) PR=4526, Orang (p-value=0.000) PR=6.789, Proses (p-value=0.001) PR=3.955, dan Bukti fisik (p-value=0.009) PR=3.018. Sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu bauran pemasaran Produk (p-value=0.136), dan Harga (p-value=0.371). Variabel yang memiliki korelasi dengan bauran pemasaran adalah tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik, dan yang tidak memiliki korelasi dengan bauran pemasaran adalah produk dan harga. Dengan demikian, rumah sakit diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan bauran pemasaran tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pasien sehingga loyalitas pasien meningkat di Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Losses experienced by BPJS Health due to payment of contributions that have been stopped for participants who have used maternity services of more than 200 billion in a span of 2 years. It was recorded that 64.7% of mothers who were about to give birth registered as participants a month before giving birth and then quit (43%) or did not comply with the payment after delivery. The largest percentage comes from independent participants or non-wage recipients (PBPU). In Jambi Province, non-compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions is the highest in Jambi City. There were 77,489 participants in arrears in 2021 which resulted in a loss of 60.1 billion. Non-compliance in paying dues comes from multiple factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors causing the non-compliance of independent participants in paying BPJS Health contributions after utilizing childbirth services in Jambi City. A quantitative study approach with a cross-sectional design conducted in Jambi City in 2022. There were 96 respondents who were selected based on the accidental sampling technique. The study instrument was a questionnaire. Quantitative data processing through the stages of editing, coding, entry and cleaning with SPSS. Data analysis consisted of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study found that as many as 33.3% of independent participants did not comply in paying BPJS Health contributions after using childbirth services. There is a significant relationship between the number of family members (p = 0.001), knowledge (0.000), perception of illness (p = 0.001), clinical assessment (p = 0.000), and willingness to pay (WTP) with the non-compliance of independent participants in paying BPJS Health contributions. after the use of maternity services. It is recommended for BPJS Health to consider the application of the waiting period method for participants who will take advantage of maternity services. As well as increasing promotive activities for the Jambi City Government in educating and increasing public awareness about the importance of health insurance in protecting household financing.

Background : The coverage of BPJS Health membership has reached more than 80% of the total population, but the utilization rate of health services for PBI group participants is the lowest, one of which is in Jambi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factors that influence the utilization of health services for PBI participants in Jambi City. Method : An observational analytic study using a cross sectional design with a population of PBI BPJS Health participants in Jambi City. Calculation of the sample using the Lemeshow formula, as many as 106 samples with accidental random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet, then the data was processed through data editing, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. Results : The results showed that the most dominant factor influencing the utilization of health services in Jambi City PBI participants was knowledge (OR=0.173). Conclusion : Health Service Providers are expected to increase socialization and education efforts to the public on the importance of utilizing health services (promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative) both directly and by maximizing the role of social media accounts of health facilities.

Background:Puskesmas in the JKN/BPJS system have a major role in health services. If the puskesmas services provided are good, then JKN participants will use health services more at the puskesmas. Puskesmas Kumun is one of the puskesmas that has a wide working area and serves 9 villages. The number of BPJS participants in puskesmas has reached 61%, but the use of national health insurance shows a less percentage. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Health Center. Method: This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach, with a sample of 100 samples. This research was conducted in the district of Kumun Debai. Sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate (chi-square) tests. Result:Based on the statistical test in this study, it showed that the factors related to the utilization of the national health insurance were knowledge (p=0.019), education (p=0.000), occupation (p=0.013), income (0.011), and health facilities. And there is no relationship between attitude (p = 0.069), and trust (p = 0.054) with the use of the national health insurance. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge, education, occupation, income, and health facilities with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Community Health Center in Sungai Penuh City.

Performance is a function of encouragement and expertise for a person in carrying out an obligation and work in order to have a certain degree of ability and ability. Based on the Profile of Departement of Municipality Jambi in 2022, it is known that of the 12 types of health services in of Departement of Municipality Jambi, there are 8 health services whose performance has decreased. The research was quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were 82 employees, selected purposive sampling who worket at of Departement of Municipality Jambi. Data collected was on January 25 2022 until March 16 2022. The dependent variables are age, gender, education, years of service, position, vision and mision, goals, measure of success, satisfaction with rewards, satisfaction with superios, satisfaction with coworkers. Data analized 2 stages such, Univariat, Bivariat used pearson correlation. The was correlation between age (p = 0.001), vision and mission (r = 0.334, p = 0.002), goals (r = 0.277, p = 0.012) measure of success (r = 0.507, p = 0.000), satisfaction with rewards (r= 0.332, p=0.003), satisfaction with superiors (r=0.365, p=0.001), and satisfaction with co-workers (r=0.311, p0.004) with employee performance. There was correlaton, vision and mission, goals, measures of success, satisfaction with rewards, satisfaction with superiors, and satisfaction with co-workers with employee performance. It is hoped that the Health Departement of Municipality Jambi has supported factors in achieved indicators of success, superiors must be firm in gived warnings to employees, paid attention to employees salarie. Keywords: Performance, Strategic Planning, Job Satisfaction, Employees ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah suatu fungsi dari dorongan dan keahlian bagi seseorang dalam melaksanakan suatu kewajiban dan pekerjaan agar memiliki derajat kesanggupan dan kemampuan tertentu. Berdasarkan Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi Tahun 2020 diketahui bahwa dari 12 jenis pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Dinkes Kota Jambi, terdapat 8 pelayanan kesehatan yang capaian kinerjanya mengalami penurunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 82 pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling Pengumpulan data pada 25 Januari 2022- 16 maret 2022. Variabel dependennya umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja jabatan, vii misi, tujuan sasaran, ukuran keberhasilan, kepuasan terhadap imbalan,, kepuasan terhadap atasan, dan , kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja . Analisis data dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, analisis Univariat, Analisis Bivariat yang terdiri dariUji Korelasi Pearson. Terdapat hubungan antara Visi misi (r=0,334, p=0,002), tujuan sasaran (r= 0,277, p=0,012) ukuran keberhasilan (r=0,507, p= 0,000), kepuasan terhadap imbalan (r= 0,332, p=0,003), kepuasan terhadap atasan (r=0,365, p=0,001), dan kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja (r=0,311, p-0,004) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan visi misi, tujuan sasaran, ukuran keberhasilan, kepuasan terhadap imbalan, kepuasan terhadap atasan, dan kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi memiliki faktor pendukung dalam mencapai ukuran keberhasilan, atasan tegas dalam memberikan peringan kepada pegawai, serta memperhatikan gaji pegawai. And there is no relationship between education (0.147), occupation (0.295) and affordability (0.787) with the utilization of health services for participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) PBI group. There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health conditions and information with the utilization of health services for the participants of the National Health Insurance for the PBI Group in Jambi City.

The provision of health services is one way to meet the needs and demands of the community for health, in the process including health financing. There are six financing patterns applied, one of which is out of pocket financing and Social Health Insurance Administration Body. The ability to buy health services depends on the readiness of the family to finance the household, so socioeconomic status influences the use of health financing patterns. This study uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design. The population is the head of the family who seeks treatment at Abdul Manap Hospital, with as many as 89 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using chi-square. Based on the analysis, the variables that have a relationship with the pattern of Social Health Insurance Administration Body financing are income (p-value 0.000), occupation (p-value 0.003), number of family members (0.028), and asset ownership (0.000). Meanwhile, the one that does not have a relationship is education (0.276). The conclusion of this study is that income, occupation, the number of family members, and asset ownership have a relationship with the use of financing patterns, while education has no effect.

This study aims to determine the determinants of willingness to pay national health insurance contributions to independent participants in Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The population is all participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in 3 sub-districts (East Jambi District, Jambi Market and Jelutung) namely 42,592 participants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between, income, perception of illness and ability to pay contributions with willingness to pay contributions, and there is no relationship between education and the number of family members with willingness to pay contributions.

Reduction of duration of untreated psychosis (DUP) remains a key goal of early intervention programs. While a significant body of literature suggests that a short DUP has a positive impact on outcome, little is known regarding the threshold above which various dimensions of outcome are impaired. In this study, we explore the DUP threshold that best discriminates subgroups with poorer outcome regarding global functioning and quality of life after 3 years of treatment. A total of 432 patients were followed-up prospectively over 3 years. Several hypothetical cut-off points for DUP were tested in order to maximize differences in effect size for quality of life and general functioning. While a DUP cut-off of 86 weeks defined two subpopulations with a difference of greatest effect size in quality of life after 3 years, it is already at a cut-off of 3 weeks of DUP that two subpopulations with a difference in global functioning of the greatest effect size was reached. DUP seems to have a differential impact on the various components of outcome, and in particular on quality of life and global functioning. Our data suggest that aiming at very short DUP is justified, but that DUP over 3 weeks are still compatible with good quality of life after 3 years of treatment.
