In recent years， with persistent development of endoscopic technology， the detection rate of superficial non-ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors （SNADETs） has been gradually increased. SNADETs which are identified during early stage rarely metastasize distantly. Consequently， early diagnosis and treatment of SNADETs are of significance. In this article， literature review was conducted at home and abroad， endoscopic resection technologies for SNADETs were analyzed and summarized， aiming to improve endoscopic minimally invasive treatment for SNADETs， enhance clinical efficacy and safety， elevate the quality of life and provide ideas and reference for subsequent in-depth research.

Aim: To evaluate the effect of sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate (SPMC) and 3 L split-dose polyethylene glycol (PEG) with or without dimethicone on bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods: In this multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled study conducted from April 2021 to December 2021, consecutive adult patients scheduled for colonoscopy were prospectively randomized into four groups: SPMC, SPMC plus dimethicone, 3 L PEG, and 3 L PEG plus dimethicone. Primary endpoint was colon cleansing based on Boston Bowel Preparation Scale (BBPS). Secondary endpoints were bubble score, time to cecal intubation, adenoma detection rate (ADR), patient safety and compliance, and adverse events. Results: We enrolled 223 and 291 patients in SPMC and 3 L PEG group, respectively. The proportion with acceptable bowel cleansing, total BBPS score and cecal intubation time were similar in all four subgroups (p > 0.05). Patient-reported acceptability and tolerability was significantly greater in SPMC than 3 L PEG group (p < 0.001); adverse events were significantly lower in SPMC than latter group (p < 0.001). ADR in both groups was greater than 30%. Conclusion: SPMC had significantly higher acceptability and tolerability than 3 L PEG, however, was similar in terms of bowel-cleansing effect and cecal intubation time and hence can be used before colonoscopy preparation. Several factors significantly contribute to the onset of infectious diseases, including direct and indirect transmissions and their respective impacts on incubation periods. The intricate interplay of these factors within social networks remains a puzzle yet to be unraveled. In this study, we conduct a stability analysis within a network-organized SIR model incorporating dual delays to explore the influence of direct and indirect incubation periods on disease spread. Additionally, we investigate how compound networks affect the critical incubation period. Our findings reveal several vital insights. First, by examining crossing curves and the dispersion equation, we establish the conditions for Turing instability and delineate the stable regions associated with dual delays. Second, we ascertain that the critical incubation value exhibits an inverse relationship with a network's eigenvalues, indicating that the Laplacian matrix does not solely dictate periodic behavior in the context of delays. Furthermore, our study elucidates the impact of delays and networks on pattern formation, revealing distinct pattern types across different regions. Specifically, our observations suggest that effectively curtailing the spread of infectious diseases during an outbreak is more achievable when the incubation period for indirect contact is shorter and for direct contact is longer. Namely, our network framework enables regulation of the optimal combination of (τ 1 , τ 2) to mitigate the risk of infectious diseases. The spread of infectious diseases often presents the emergent properties, which leads to more difficulties in prevention and treatment. In this paper, the SIR model with both delay and network is investigated to show the emergent properties of the infectious diseases' spread. The stability of the SIR model with a delay and two delay is analyzed to illustrate the effect of delay on the periodic outbreak of the epidemic. Then the stability conditions of Hopf bifurcation are derived by using central manifold to obtain the direction of bifurcation, which is vital for the generation of emergent behavior. Also, numerical simulation shows that the connection probability can affect the types of the spatio-temporal patterns, further induces the emergent properties.
