The incentive forms of criminal proceedings enshrined in the criminal procedure legislation have a significant restorative potential and are expedient from the point of view of criminal procedure economy. However, law enforcement practice does not demonstrate the expected widespread effectiveness of appropriate incentive procedures in criminal proceedings. It is only possible to identify obstacles to their proper implementation by defining appropriate criteria. Purpose: to formulate criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the forms under study comparing the conditions for the formation of an effective legal regime, highlighted in the theory of law, to functional and content elements of incentive forms of criminal proceedings. The key methods are the methods of analysis, comparison and axiology. In addition, the methods of synthesis, logical, cause-effect relations, etc. are used. Results: in order to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of incentive criminal procedures, it is necessary to have clear criteria that will allow to assess the following: achievement by the state of the public function and social efficiency in the implementation of a particular form of incentive criminal proceedings; satisfaction of the parties with the implementation of an incentive form of criminal proceedings; economic expediency. The identification of unsatisfactory incentive procedures from the point of view of the identified areas will allow to initiate mechanisms for their appropriate transformation.

The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of the implementation of the robotics curriculum. Research place at SMPIT Insan Sejahtera Sumedang. Evaluation of the implementation of the robotics curriculum in research using a descriptive evaluation method of case study design with a qualitative approach. The evaluation model used in this study adopts the CIPP evaluation model which is limited to input, process, and product components. Participants in this study were principals, vice principals, robotics teachers and students of SMPIT Insan Sejahtera class IX. The criteria in this study also act as an instrument in conducting evaluation research. The data collection technique used in this study was a semi-structured interview. The results showed that in general, the evaluation of the implementation of the robotics curriculum at SMPIT Insan Sejahtera has shown good results even though there are several aspects that still require attention and improvement for the success of learning implementation in the future. Some aspects that need to be considered come from input components such as teacher competence, learning infrastructure, and supervision of the fulfillment of learning outcomes. While the process component is related to a series of learning planning, one of which is the selection of learning methods that are considered inappropriate to be applied to students. All aspects of the curriculum product component show good results and are in accordance with research evaluation criteria.

The rapid development of the MSME sector shows that there is great potential if this can be managed and developed well which will certainly be able to create strong micro, small and medium enterprises. The main problem in developing MSMEs is related to presenting financial reports. The inability to present quality financial reports is one of the weaknesses of management. This condition also occurs among MSME business actors in Banjarmasin. This has an impact on the difficulty of MSME actors in evaluating their operational performance. There is still not much research related to management knowledge in preparing financial reports for MSME players. So the aim of this research is to analyze how management knowledge influences the preparation of MSME financial reports in Banjarmasin City. The population of this research is MSMEs registered with the Banjarmasin City Cooperative and Industrial Service. Takes the form of a descriptive quantitative approach. The method used is Linear Regression, namely testing the Goodness and Fit Model, the feasibility of this model can be seen in the determination test (R-Square) and F Test. The results of the hypothesis test state that management knowledge influences the preparation of MSME financial reports in Banjarmasin City with a significance value (Sig ) is 0.000. The influence of management knowledge on the preparation of financial reports is 45.7%.

This study aimed to develop, test the feasibility, and evaluate the usefulness of animated videos as learning media for elementary school students in the Kemuhammadiyahan subject. This research employed the Research and Development method with five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDEI model). Data for the current research were gathered through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Material and media experts were involved in product validation tests to test the product's feasibility. The product usability test was conducted using a questionnaire instrument administered to 10 students in the small-scale trial and 31 in the large-scale trial. The product validation obtained a percentage of 85% from the material expert and 87% from the media expert, both in the valid categories. Based on the responses of 10 students in the small-scale trial, the product attractiveness test results were 83.45% or very interesting. The product's attractiveness value was 87.86%, or very interesting, in a large-scale trial of 31 students. As a result, research on the development of animated video media on the Kemuhammadiyahan subject for elementary school students was very feasible in learning Kemuhammadiyahan.

Rehabilitasi pecandu napza tidak lain dalam rangka membantu para pecandu napza jiwanya terlepas di ketergantungan napza melalui program tertentu. Di Inabah proses rehabilitasi dilakukan dengan mengintensifkan kegiatan mandi malam, zikir, dan shalat (wajib dan sunat) dan keberhasilannya sudah mendapat pengakuan dari berbagai pihak dan berbagai penelitian menunjukkan efek amaliah tersebut terhadap perubahan perilaku para pcandu napza setelah menjalani pembinaan kurang lebih minimal empatpuluh hari lamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi kurikulum pembinaan jiwa para pecandu napza. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dalam membina para pecandu napza di Inabah adalah metode latihan jiwa (riyadlatu al-nafs) sebagai proses pensucian jiwa (tazkiyat al-nafs) dan pembersihan hati (tashfiyat al-qulb) dengan melalui tiga tahapan, takhliyat, pengosongan dari kotoran jiwa dan hati, tahalliyat pengiassan jiwa dan hati dengan akhlak dan sifat-sifat Allah, dan tajalliyat Allah dalam jiwa dan hati pecandu napza sebagai hasil dari amaliah yang konsisten dan inten serta continue.

A Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) technique is a type of physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology. This research is one of a series of PVD studies aimed at determining the best PLD coating that can minimize the damage of steel pins made of SKD61 with a hardness of 48±1 HRc. The study began with the dummy blocks from SKD61 as research samples, followed by PVD-PLD with three coating materials as alternatives: Al/Cr (70:30), Al/Ti1 (50:50), and Al/Ti2 (63:37), all without active gases (N and C). The procedures used to test the research findings were FESEM, SEM, XRF, EDS, Vickers, and Rockwell Microhardness. The experiments were conducted at the BRIN Fotonic Research Center and the PT AHM Laboratory. The PLD process lasted for 10 minutes and employed an Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a Q-switch with a time delay of 180 s, a pulse energy of 70 mJ, and a vacuum pressure of 1.161.35 Torr.Based on the results of the coating study, an AlTi1 coating was found to be the most effective material coating. The coating consisted of amorphous particles with a size range of 10 nm to 20 nm The coating had a thickness of 23 µm, and the surface hardness was measured to be 474-523 mHv for the single-layer coating and 477-501 mHv for the multilayer coating. The materials in both single-layer and multilayer coating samples have the same hardness in ascending order: AlCr, AlTi2, AlTi1, with a Ti concentration rise from 0.7% to 3.7%. The impact of the Ti element is also crucial in increasing hardness, wear resistance, and roughness.

As the living standard of the people in China has changed drastically, the aesthetic quality of daily life has been increasing day by day, and people’s desire for a better life is also increasing. This paper proposes a color harmony model based on hue statistical features, using maximum likelihood estimation to extract the main hue region and extract related features from the corresponding region. Based on the inconsistencies in feature dimensions, a model is created to evaluate color harmony using Gaussian mixture training and is employed for image aesthetics evaluation. Finally, regression is employed to analyze the factors that influence life aesthetics evaluation, and the model is tested and analyzed using linear diagnosis and residual analysis. The results show that the influence index affecting the evaluation of daily life aesthetics is judgment beauty, and its influence coefficient is 4.4323. The product of image entropy and image gradient is used as the connotation of judging the aesthetics of daily human life, which is consistent with the evaluation of human aesthetic judgment. The theoretical connotations of life aesthetics are clarified and enhanced in this paper, and it develops its thinking to construct the reality of the good life.

In this work, we propose the use of a low-cost PV monitoring system for providing accurate and comprehensive data required in the development of efficient and reliable solar PV plants. The system is developed based on an open-source Arduino platform with the capability to monitor solar irradiance, and electric outputs and temperature of multiple solar panels, which should enable the accurate assessment of solar energy resource, as well as electrical energy produced by PV plant under real operating conditions. To demonstrate its applicability, the system has been installed at the campus of Politeknik Negeri Pontianak in Pontianak City, and the data collected by the system is used to assess solar energy resource at the location. Data collected by the system from August 2020 to September 2021 shows that the values of solar irradiation are in the range of 2.9–4.1 kWh/m2 per day, and electric energy produced by commercial solar panels are in the range of 0.30–0.46 kWh/m2 per day, correspond to the monthly averaged efficiencies of 8–13%. The values of solar irradiation are 15–40 % lower than those obtained from the space-averaged satellite data which are in the range of 4.1–5.8 kWh/m2 per day. This shows the significant effects of local conditions, and confirms the advantage of assessment using the low-cost monitoring system that directly accounts for the effects of local conditions without the need of simulation using complex model and sophisticated software that required in the assessment using satellite-derived data.

This study aimed to analyze the urgency of heutagogy-based local wisdom values in the elementary school curriculum in Bali. This research method used a survey with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted on elementary school teachers in Buleleng Regency, Bali using a purposive sampling technique consisting of 27 elementary school teachers from nine districts. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which consisted of a 2013 curriculum implementation questionnaire, Balinese local wisdom values applied in elementary schools, and teachers' opinions about the importance of heutagogy elements applied to the 2013 curriculum. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicated that local wisdom is low in the 2013 curriculum, Balinese local wisdom was rarely inserted into learning, and the primary need for 4C elements found in heutagogy. Therefore, character values, actions, works and traditional games of Balinese local wisdom based on heutagogy in the elementary school curriculum were very urgent to be implemented in elementary schools in Bali. Steps that can be taken include elaborating the values of local Balinese wisdom in teaching materials, media, evaluation tools, lesson plans, and student worksheets.

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of fermented Amorphophalllus companulatus (AC) tubers by Bacillus subtilis on the final weight, carcass weight, and tibia bone of broiler chickens. The feeding trial lasted for 35 days. One hundred and twelve eight days old male broilers of the New Lohmann strain were used for the study. There were four treatment groups and four replications with seven birds per replicate. The four treatments were 1) a control diet without FAC, 2) a diet with 5% FAC, 3) a diet with 10% FAC, and 4) a diet with 15% FAC. The variable observed were final weight, carcass weight, abdominal fat weight, percentage of carcass weight, length, and weight of tibia bone. The result showed that feeding FAC tubers meal did not affect (P>0.05) final weight, carcass weight, the percentage of carcass weight, length, and weight of tibia bone. The repentant bath of Abah Anom's Inabah is hydrotherapy, and many parties admit its success in curing drug addicts. However, many parties have yet to understand bathing repentance in the concept and implementation process. This paper described the concept and implementation of the Abah Anom's Inabah. In addition, this article is also projected to explain the impact of the repentance bath on drug addict patients. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this research are conceptually the Abah Anom's Inabah as a form of internal and external hydrotherapy to heal drug addicts is based on the postulate of the Qur'an and hadith. Such as concerning water as the primary source of life for God's creatures, concerning bath as a way to purify both physical and mental conditions, the benefits of water in purifying physical and mental states, concerning water from the sky (rain) as a purifier and the prohibition of khamr (which is intoxicating). The implementation of the Abah Anom’s Inabah is like the janābah bath or the bath performed after having major ḥadaś by reading special intentions and prayers. It is carried out in the last third of the night every morning at around 02.00 am in stages: the preparation, the implementation, and the closing. Based on the data, it was concluded that Abah Anom's Inabah positively impacts patients through self-awareness, body cleanliness from toxins, and peace of soul.

This study aims to determine the extent of student understanding of the personality and social competence of teachers. Personality competence is part of teacher competence that must be known by prospective teacher students. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 173 PGSD students in the fourth semester. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 20% of the students did not understand the competence of teachers, especially the personality competencies that prospective teachers must possess to become teachers in the future. Personal competence is a competency that must be possessed by every teacher. Personality competencies do not just appear, but must be instilled since the teacher is still a teacher candidate at a teacher training college.

This study aimed to explore more deeply about heutagogy as a learning approach for students in elementary schools in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 with all the dynamics of the conditions that occurred. The research method used bibliographic research by prioritizing the integrity and accuracy of sources, relationships, meaning relations, and conformity with the research focus. The data collection technique of this research was by studying the documentation of articles related to heutagogy and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicated that: (1) Heutagogy was an alternative learning that can be developed by teachers in elementary schools because this approach provided more optimal space and learning expectations for students, by making themselves the control of learning, (2) This approach heutagogy made the atmosphere and learning outcomes more interesting and motivates students to bring out all their abilities in the principles of humanity in the corridor of democratic education, and (3) The application of the heutagogy approach in elementary schools was a very wise alternative because students, facilitated by teachers, can choose and determine something they wanted to learn, without neglecting the general principles of formal learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimanakah praktik akuntansi dan kendala-kendala apakah yang menghambat penerapan akuntansi bagi UMKM yang menjadi binaan Rumah UMKM Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualititatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan terutama melalui kuesioner google form dan wawancara secara langsung kepada 69 responden dipilih random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 80% UMKM belum memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan akuntansi yang benar dan pentingnya akuntansi dalam pengelolaan sebuah usaha. Sebagian besar (51%) pelaku UMKM belum melakukan pecatatan atas transaksi penjualan, pembelian, persediaan barang, kas masuk, kas keluar dan pembayaran gaji dan transaksi lainnya. Sebagian besar (80%) pelaku UMKM yang melakukan pencatatan tidak menyimpan catatan secara permanen dan menggunakan sistem pencatatan single entry dan masih belum menerapkan pembukuan double entry. Sistem pencatatan 100% dilakukan secara manual. 30% pelaku UMKM enyusun laporan keuangan namun tidak disajikan secara lengkap dan 70% pelaku UMKM tidak membuat laporan keuangan. Alasan tidak melakukan pencatatan dan membuat laporan keuangan karena berbagai kendala yang menghambat.

Banyak faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja, kejadian tersebut tidak dapat dipantau secara ketat karena tidak ada petunjuk atau tanda-tanda akan terjadi kecelakaan. Untuk menciptakan sistem kerja dan keselamatan di tempat kerja, perlu dilakukan pengenalan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) secara terstruktur, terencana dan terpadu, sehingga dalam hal ini peran serta manajemen dan semua pihak dapat bekerja sama untuk mengurangi dan mencegah akan kecelakaan di tempat kerja yang diakibatkan oleh kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman tentang Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja serta mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di tempat kerja. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Madiun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Madiun dapat mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di tempat kerja.

The Covid 19 pandemic has had such a big impact on the education system, especially the National education system. In the conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic, national learning is carried out online, both formal and non-formal education (training). Related to this, the authors conducted a study on the application of asynchronous and synchronous blended learning in Stunting Prevention and Handling Training held at the Ministry of Social education and training institutions. The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness and constraints of implementing asynchronous blended learning and synchronous training. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of the study show that the implementation of asynchronous and synchronous blended online learning Training on Stunting Prevention and Handling is not yet effective. This is due to the asynchronous setting being carried out only with independent asynchronous (AM) without the presence of a facilitator. The existence of a facilitator can play an important role in maintaining and maintaining the level of student learning motivation and facilitating relationships between training participants and with the facilitator. Then in the implementation of synchronous online learning Training on Stunting Prevention and Handling is also considered less effective. The main obstacle is the internet network which is not accessible to participants, especially from remote areas. So that it is very difficult for participants to follow synchronous learning as a whole.

Soursop plant parts that are often used by the community, namely the fruit and leaves. Ripe soursop fruit is usually developed to produce juice and lunkhead products. Ripe soursop fruit contains vitamin C which is known to have a wrong function, namely to increase immunity, so that it can protect the body from pathogens. Soursop leaves are often used by the community in the form of a decoction of the leaves for traditional medicine. The research about antioxidant test on ethanol extract of soursop leaves (Annona muricata Linn) had been conducted using DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhdirazyl). This research aims to indicate the antioxidant activity of soursop leaves. Samples were collected from Lambaro Skep, a region of Banda Aceh. Then, the sample was dried by air before macerated using ethanol 96%. After that, the filtrate is evaporated using rotary evaporator and concentrated again using a hairdryer. The concentrated extract is then tested for antioxidant activity using DPPH method at maximum wavelength of 517 nm. The result shows young soursop leaves extract has 14.462 ppm of IC50 value, while old soursop leaves extract has IC50 value of 9.626 ppm.

The activity of using mercury in gold mining in Alue Baro Village, Meukek District is carried out freely so that it has a negative impact on the environment and the health of the miners. This study aims to determine the level of mercury in the hair of artisanal gold miners in Alue Baro village by referring to the reference that has been set by WHO. The data sample collection was carried out by taking 6 hair samples from the Alue Baro village gold miners who were selected with various types of work, namely gold processing, waste processing and waste waste until the time of the interview with a minimum working period of 1 year with sample codes R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 as control samples. The six samples were analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry equipped with a Mercury Analyzer which showed results, respectively, 1.01; 2.38; 1.65; 1.35; 1.66; and 0.64 ppm. The results of this study indicate that all hair samples have mercury levels above the mercury threshold that has been set by WHO, namely 1 ppm. High levels of mercury in hair samples were analyzed on exposure to mercury. Further research was conducted to analyze other metals contained in the hair of gold miners in Alue Baro village

Waktu henti antibiotik merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap residu antibiotik. Residu obat dalam unggas dan produk unggas menjadi perhatian karena membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat seperti berupa reaksi alergi dan hipersensitivitas, gangguan reproduksi, karsinogenisitas, nefropati, gangguan flora normal usus dan resistansi antibiotik. Peternak broiler yang memperhatikan waktu henti antibiotik baru sekitar separuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu henti antibiotik pada broiler. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 103 Rumah Tangga Peternak (RTP) dengan kriteria sampel adalah peternak yang menggunakan antibiotik dalam proses pemeliharaan broilernya. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji t dengan taraf signifikan (α) sebesar 5 %. Hasil penelitian menemukan faktor yang berkorelasi secara signifikan terhadap waktu henti antibiotik adalah umur peternak dengan kekuatan korelasi lemah dan cukup, Lama bekerja dengan kekuatan korelasi yang cukup, dan jumlah kepemilikan broiler dengan kekuatan korelasi yang cukup. Waktu henti antibiotik secara rerata berbeda nyata berdasarkan pada faktor pengambil keputusan dan penggunaan kombinasi antibiotik. Pengambil keputusan yang dilakukan oleh peternak dan yang tidak menggunakan kombinasi antibiotik waktu henti antibiotiknya lebih panjang.

Background and Aim: Antibiotics are often overused and misused by broiler farmers. Moreover, this practice may lead to antibiotic resistance. Antibiotics may be used for various purposes such as therapy, prophylaxis, flushing, and growth promoters. The study aimed to examine the association of knowledge and attitudes with antibiotics used by broiler farmers. Materials and Methods: The study design was cross-sectional. The data were obtained from interviewing 132 farmers' households in Bogor District, West Java, Indonesia. The outcome variable was antibiotic use, whereas the independent variables included knowledge and attitude toward antibiotic resistance. The statistical analysis used a t-test and correlation test. Results: A total of 78% of broilers farmers use antibiotics, and most of the farmers used antibiotics for flushing and prophylaxis. Furthermore, antibiotic use was associated with broiler farmers' knowledge and attitudes toward antibiotic resistance. However, there is no significant correlation between the duration of antibiotics use and their knowledge and attitude. Conclusion: The use of antibiotics in broilers is still high in Bogor, and most of the used antibiotics belong to the Medically Important Antimicrobial category. In general, the use of antibiotics in broilers is influenced by knowledge.

This study aims to identify factors that can influence students when using the learning management system (LMS) in learning educational pedagogy. The LMS that we mean in this study is Pedagogi.id Platform. The design model in the study uses the UTAUT model. Questionnaires with five UTAUT variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, behavioral intention, and use behavior, were distributed to students at one of the universities in Bandung. Hypothesis testing or data analysis of this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the entire hypothesis was accepted or had a significant influence between variables. The most potent factors shown based on the results of the magnitude of influence are the variables facilitating conditions on student usage behavior and performance expectancy on student behavior intention. Therefore, this study recommends learning by utilizing technology, especially in universities, to improve students' knowledge and skills, one of which is using the Pedagogi.id Platform.

The vision-based approach to mobile robot navigation is considered superior due to its affordability. This paper aims to design and construct an autonomous mobile robot with a vision-based system for outdoor navigation. This robot receives inputs from camera and ultrasonic sensor. The camera is used to detect vanishing points and obstacles from the road. The vanishing point is used to detect the heading of the road. Lines are extracted from the environment using a canny edge detector and Houghline Transforms from OpenCV to navigate the system. Then, removed lines are processed to locate the vanishing point and the road angle. A low pass filter is then applied to detect a vanishing point better. The robot is tested to run in several outdoor conditions such as asphalt roads and pedestrian roads to follow the detected vanishing point. By implementing a Simple Blob Detector from OpenCV and ultrasonic sensor module, the obstacle's position in front of the robot is detected. The test results show that the robot can avoid obstacles while following the heading of the road in outdoor environments. Vision-based vanishing point detection is successfully applied for outdoor applications of autonomous mobile robot navigation.

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi setiap lini kehidupan, termasuk pola konsumsi pangan. Sayangnya, perubahan yang terjadi dapat mengarah pada pola makan positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelisik dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pola makan. Jika ditemukan perubahan ke arah negatif dapat dilakukan antisipasi guna mencegah masalah kesehatan di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu penduduk usia produktif di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 133 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan konsumsi makanan utama dan selingan, sayur dan buah, air putih, minuman rempah-rempah, suplemen, makanan ringan kemasan dan fast food serta penurunan konsumsi gorengan. Perubahan paling umum berupa peningkatan jumlah, ragam dan frekuensi konsumsi. Pengetahuan dan sikap gizi responden cenderung baik dan positif. Mayoritas responden kadang-kadang mempertimbangkan harga pangan dan mengalami peningkatan perilaku memasak. Sebanyak 51,9% responden rutin memantau berat badan dan 49,3% diantaranya mengalami kenaikan berat badan. Peningkatan konsumsi makanan ringan dan fast food dapat mengarah pada kenaikan berat badan. Ditambah lagi, konsumsi buah dan sayur yang belum mencukupi kebutuhan harian. Perlu ditemukan penyebab perubahan yang terjadi sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya guna mencegah masalah kesehatan di kemudian hari.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of teacher motivation on student learning activities in PAI subjects at SMPN 39 Surabaya. In this study, the authors conduct quantitative research which is a knowledge discovery process that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to find information about what we want to know. Based on the research problem formulation and the existing data analysis process, the following conclusions can be drawn: All teachers at SMPN 39 Surabaya have a high enough effort to motivate their students, including in the fairly high category. This can be seen from the creativity, activity, and absorption of student learning outcomes which are quite high. The relationship of motivation given by the teacher to student learning activities at SMPN 39 Surabaya is very influential with a fairly good interpretation, this is evident from the results of Statistical Analysis Table 22 which shows that the calculated Chi SChi-Square = 28.36 is greater than the Chi-Square table obtained Fo > Ft 5% (5.99) means the significance (Ho is rejected) and in the interpretation table the Contingency Coefficient value is 0.664 so it is in the range of numbers between 0.600 to 0.800 with a fairly high (good) interpretation which indicates a fairly good relationship between the motivation given by the teacher and student learning activities at SMPN 39 Surabaya in the 2021/2022 academic year.

The purpose of this study is to describe the philosophical, educational, and religious values ​​of the Jaranan Pegon art and culture. Because many people have not been able to catch this, and including the cultural arts players themselves, so the performances are an only spectacle, without making it a guide. Meanwhile, nowadays, the influence of globalization, and technological advances, is increasingly threatening the next generation of the nation, the erosion of the original culture of Indonesia, and also the eastern character that emphasizes etiquette and morals, as well as good manners. What is later feared that Indonesia will lose the next generation of the nation as expected. Method Objectives This research uses qualitative research methods (by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation) to explore the philosophical, educational, and religious values ​​that exist in the art and culture of Jaranan Pegon. The results of the study can be seen that the art of jaranan culture has the potential to be a means of education, learning facilities and means of da'wah to the actors of the jaranan arts themselves and the community. This potential will grow if it is supported by the active role of community leaders and scholars.

Background: E-government is an initiative taken by governments worldwide to align the administration of their countries. Governments have utilized the internet as part of a transition into a globalized economy. This helps reduce red tape and procedures in dealing with people in government agencies. This study aims to develop an e-government model as an anti-corruption strategy by applying the Penta-helix model and religiosity as the moderating variable. Methods: The data was gathered from government officials, representatives in business, media, academia, and NGOs, in Indonesia and Malaysia in 2021. Online questionnaires were distributed to 240 respondents from Indonesia and Malaysia. In addition, SPSS v.25 and SEM AMOS v.25 were used to analyze the data. Results: The findings indicate that the Penta-helix elements and religiosity could help to reduce corruption in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Malaysia must increase its human resource competency and embed the religiosity element as a tool to reduce corruption. Conclusion: Penta-helix and religious factors should be incorporated by organizations in Malaysia and Indonesia as part of their strategy in combating corruption.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the ability of educators to apply the active learning method, (2) the activities of educators during the application of the active learning method, (3) the activities of students during the application of the active learning method and (4) student learning outcomes, during the application of the active learning method. The results showed that: (1) The ability of educators to manage learning methods in the first cycle was 2.41 for the second cycle increased to 2.93 and in the third cycle increased again to 3.00. So for three cycles there was an increase from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III with good categories, (2) the activity of educators in the first cycle of material delivery activities was 34.33%. In the second cycle the dominant activity decreased to 22.33% while in the third cycle the dominant activity of educators was to provide guided training by 24.33%, (3) the student activity in the first cycle was 36.67%, the second cycle decreased to 26.67% until the third cycle. . the cycle decreased again to 23.33 so that for three cycles in general there was an increase, and (4) the learning mastery of classical students in the application of learning in the first cycle 60 to the second cycle increased to 88.89% and in the first cycle increased to 88.89 cycle II III has been achieved.

This study investigates the factors that encourage grassroots innovation that contributes to addressing natural resource management problems in Warungbanten Village. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a from the theoretical perspective of grassroots innova­tion. The primary data were obtained from observation during one-month field study and in-depth interviews with a number of key informants, such as village heads, traditional stakeholders, farmers, representatives of women's groups, and youth involved in the grassroots innovation process. The results showed that the growth of grassroots innovation in natural resource management in Warung­banten Village cannot be separated from three main factors, namely innovator aspect attached to the role of the village head as the initiator; socio-cultural and environmental aspect that allows the spirit of mu­tual cooperation and involvement of the parties; and market or benefit aspect attached to commercial and non-commercial values of the innovation carried out. Grassroots innovation that took place in Warungbanten Village also contributed to efforts to overcome challenges and problems in natural resource management, namely supporting the village sovereignty over natural resources, developing the sustainable livelihoods in rural areas, and removing administrative constraints in natural resource management caused by village boundary conflicts. The aim of this research was to examine the impact of nano encapsulation of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract as feed additive that was given through drinking water towards growth performance of broiler. Experimentation plan that used in this research were completely randomized design using 6 increment treatment of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract to the drinking water of the chicken each with 5 repetitions. Detail of rations treatment were T0 drinking water treatment without feed additive (negative control), T1 drinking water treatment + 0.2 mg/kg body weight simvastatin (positive control), T2 drinking water treatment + 1.5% Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract, T3 drinking water treatment + 3.0% Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract, T4 drinking water treatment + 1.5% nano-encapsulation of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract, T5 drinking water treatment + 3.0% nano-encapsulation of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract. Parameters observed were the nano-encapsulation characterization of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract (particle size, potential zeta, and morphology), growth performance of broiler: feed intake, body weight, and FCR. The result of this research showed adding the nano-encapsulation of Melastoma malabathricum L. fruit extract do not give impact toward growth performance.

Soil composition and herbivory are two environmental factors that can affect plant traits including flower traits, thus potentially affecting plant-pollinator interactions. Importantly, soil composition and herbivory may interact in these effects, with consequences for plant fitness. We assessed the main effects of aboveground insect herbivory and soil amendment with exuviae of three different insect species on visual and olfactory traits of Brassica nigra plants, including interactive effects. We combined various methodological approaches including gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, spectroscopy and machine learning to evaluate changes in flower morphology, colour and the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Soil amended with insect exuviae increased the total number of flowers per plant and VOC emission, whereas herbivory reduced petal area and VOC emission. Soil amendment and herbivory interacted in their effect on the floral reflectance spectrum of the base part of petals and the emission of 10 VOCs. These findings demonstrate the effects of insect exuviae as soil amendment on plant traits involved in reproduction, with a potential for enhanced reproductive success by increasing the strength of signals attracting pollinators and by mitigating the negative effects of herbivory.

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that predominantly affects the axial skeleton, although it can affect peripheral joints, and extra-musculoskeletal manifestations also occur. Historically, axSpA was thought to be a disease predominantly seen in men, although with the advent of magnetic resonance imaging techniques and advances in research, this dogma has been challenged and refuted. Sex and gender are different concepts, and both can have a role in disease. In axSpA, consideration of the influence of sex and gender on the disease phenotype is necessary to predict outcomes and to enable the development of therapeutic approaches that are best suited to individual patients.

Higher education is faced with the question of how large numbers of students can be supported to learn complex skills without increasing teachers' supervision time proportionally and while preserving, or preferably improving, quality. Practicing skills only once does not work. Students need repetitive practice, feedback, and structured support to master a skill. They need to gain insight into what went well and what could be improved, so that they can further direct their attention while practicing. However, teachers cannot provide feedback after every practice session of students because their time is scarce. To solve this problem, an online formative assessment method for interactive and practice-oriented skills' training, Pe(e)rfectly Skilled, was developed. The Pe(e)rfectly Skilled method provides structured support for self-regulation, goal setting, feedback, and reflection. This method affords practicing skills repetitively, both individually and collaboratively, at students' own time, pace, and location. In this article, theoretical and practical underpinnings underlying the Pe(e) rfectly Skilled method are described.

The development of multidisciplinary education requires people to communicate, learn, and design beyond the boundaries of their own domains. In this research, an education design framework is developed to facilitate and support university teachers in multidisciplinary educational design. In addition, it serves as an aid to potentially transform domain-specific action-oriented knowledge into domain-integrated action-oriented knowledge by supporting knowledge co-construction across domain boundaries. The educational design framework, grounded in seamless and hybrid learning paradigms and theory on wicked problem solving, is being developed in a design-oriented educational research. This resulted in a multidisciplinary educational design game, which aims to facilitate cross-border communication, knowledge co-construction, and educational design processes during multidisciplinary educational design and improve the quality of the resulting multidisciplinary educational design.
