Online social media platforms such as YouTube have grown in popularity in recent years, providing as critical routes for content creators, advertisers, and platform administrators to access a large worldwide audience. Accurate video popularity prediction is critical for improving content strategy, increasing user engagement, and increasing video visibility. This study intends to improve video popularity prediction accuracy by presenting a fresh methodology that goes beyond traditional analysis. To construct a more effective prediction model, the suggested method combines examining metadata, such as title, description, and channel title, with thumbnail analysis. The project aims to dramatically increase prediction accuracy by extracting relevant information from both metadata and thumbnails. To do this, multiple classification techniques, including Support Vector Machine, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Extreme Gradient Boosting, and K-Nearest Neighbors, were used to train and forecast the model. Notably, when it came to feature extraction, the Gradient Boosting and Random Forest algorithms achieved amazing accuracy of 97% when using all extracted and original data, and 82% and 92% when using only extracted features. In comparison, previous studies employing simply extracted features obtained only 74% accuracy. Over a million Android mobile applications are available in the Google Play store, which users download and use for various purposes. In the meantime, they have become a prominent target for immoral incursions as a result of their open-source platform and popularity. Due to their inability to recognize and predict malware with varying features, conventional techniques in this investigation failed to detect sophisticated malware. In recent years, machine learning classification methods have been used to tackle these problems, and this study discovers that ensemble learning yields the best outcomes. Consequently, this study suggested an Ensemble learning classification model trained on the (Malgenome, CIC-MalDroid2020, and Drebin) mobile malware dataset using Random Forest with Binary Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm. This study aims to classify human Coronary Artery Heart Disease using the cutting-edge Random Forest Algorithm and to compare its performance to that of the more traditional Naive Bayes algorithm. An IDS built using the Information Gain Algorithm and an unique One Class Support Vector Machine with Random Forest Feature Selection (Group 1) for detecting denial-of-service attacks in wireless ad hoc networks are compared for accuracy and detection rate (Group 2). The purpose of this study is to apply machine learning methods to the problem of classifying musical genres. Here, signal processing is used to extract the rhythm pattern feature, which is then used in conjunction with machine learning algorithms to provide a multiclass categorization of musical genres. A preexisting internet music collection is used to generate two distinct datasets, one with undersampling and the other with oversampling to achieve class balance. Two types of models were compared for their efficacy in this research. The first model is an enhanced support vector machine that is fully trained to identify the musical genre of an input signal from its spectrogram. The Random Forest Classifier is the second model. The purpose of this research is to compare and contrast how well the random forest algorithm and the decision tree method perform in classifying fire and smoke photographs. In this study, we compare Naive Bayes (NB) and Novel Tree Specific Random Forest for their ability to forecast the downstream impacts of air pollution (RF). To evaluate the performance of the Music Genre Prediction System using a novel Convolutional Neural Network and Random Forest Algorithm. Materials and Methods: The dataset used in this study is the standard dataset called GTZAN, which contains 1000 music files, each 100 of 10 different genres. Early Parkinson's disease (PD) diagnosis is essential for preventing the illness's development and providing patients with the opportunity to take disease-specific therapy. In this project, we carry out a comparative analysis for effective dysphonia (a speech disorder) and Parkinson's disease spotting using Machine Learning methods. To distinguish between PD patients and normal individuals. We used Naïve Bayes (NB), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LREG), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms to demonstrate a robust detection process. According to experimental findings, the KNN outperformed other ML algorithms. The results of the trial conducted at UCI contain data from 31 patients, 23 of whom were diagnosed with PD. According to World Health Organization, in 2014 the death rate caused by lung cancer in Indonesia was 21.8% in men and 9.1% in women with 30,865 cases of death caused by lung cancer each year in men and women. Many studies have been carried out on computational lung cancer. One of them is by implementing machine learning in detecting lung cancer. However, there are obstacles, namely the imbalance in the amount of data between patients and non-patients. So it takes an approach to overcome this imbalance. One of these methods is ADASYN which is then combined with the Random Forest classification algorithm. In this study, we will compare the results of the classification model performance in Random Forest before and after the ADASYN sampling method was used in the training process. Our study introduces a new machine learning algorithm for estimating 3D cumulative radial profiles of total and gas mass in galaxy clusters from thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich (SZ) effect maps. We generate mock images from 2522 simulated clusters, employing an autoencoder and random forest in our approach. Notably, our model makes no prior assumptions about hydrostatic equilibrium. Our results indicate that the model successfully reconstructs unbiased total and gas mass profiles, with a scatter of approximately 10%. We analyse clusters in various dynamical states and mass ranges, finding that our method's accuracy and precision are consistent. Multilevel inverter technology is the best preferred choice of high and medium power industrial control applications and its reliability is often lowered by the solid state switches such as IGBT/MOSFET. Timely monitoring and accurate identification of faulty switches is always a challenging area. Numerous measures using current measurement have been recommended to identify and localize any fault in switching devices of inverters. In view of the complications of load current addressed fault finding practices, this work focuses on voltage features of inverter which is independent of load variations. Random forest algorithm is a dominant machine learning process useful in the alignment of large data base and it is considered in this work for identification of faulty switches of multi-level inverter. Face recognition has increasingly favored over other biometric modalities such as fingerprint, iris, that have historically been seen to be more reliable. This is because face recognition has become more accurate over time. Face recognition has certain distinct advantages over other biometric modalities one of which is that it is less intrusive. Modern facial recognition systems just need users to be in the camera's field of view. It can be used in many environments, recognition is greater where the system does not expect people to cooperate, such as in security measures. Face recognition without occluded parts can no longer meet the needs of modern society. The face recognition in complex environment needs to be addressed w.r.t the real-world situation. Thus, we have proposed face recognition system for detecting the masked and unmasked images efficiently. The dataset used for the experiment consist of 50 individuals with 50 images with masked and 50 unmasked images. The collected images were in different orientation, illumination and poses. For the purpose of face recognition, only the area the face had to be cropped and saved. So, only the face from the image was cropped using Haar-Cascade model to identify the face from the image. For masked images, a dlib script MaskTheFace is used to mask the unmasked faces and prepare a synthetic dataset of masked faces. Further, feature extraction is done using different techniques such as Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and Local Binary Pattern (LBP). Finally, we have analyzed the performance of Machine Learning algorithms like Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF) for face recognition using face as a trait for masked and unmasked persons. Assessing type of soil and its required nutrients is an important domain in modern agriculture. So moving towards the same vision, this research work addresses this issue of forecasting suitable crops on the basis of environmental factors and its yield based on previous data sets available on the net. The study not only discusses yield and crops, but also stresses on the amounts and types of nutrients present in the soil beforehand by using supervised machine learning algorithms. Among different models used, random forest generates the best performance. Further in the paper we will see how random forest provides us an accuracy of 93% and the least error rate of only 0.3% among all other algorithms using rainfall as a parameter to predict our desired crops. Within the banking industry, requests for credit cards are growing tremendously, and manually reviewing each application is frequently a tiresome task that is also prone to human error. In this situation, banks and other big financial institutions can use a machine learning model to forecast whether or not to grant the customer a credit card. Banks utilize machine learning techniques to process their financial data, extract knowledge from it, and use it for risk management and decision-making. This study has created, trained, and evaluated three classification models utilizing authentic Kaggle datasets. The main research goal is to assess and contrast the models based on how accurately they project the composition of the typical class. In this work, we examine the accuracy, F1 Score, Precision, and confusion matrix of different supervised machine learning models to estimate the probability that a credit card request would be approved. After testing three classifiers, it is discovered that Random Forest outperformed Decision Tree and Logistic Regression. MODIS remote monitoring software for fire hazard data analysis, depending on weather that uses meteorological data and information on vegetation fires, is within the research. The software is designed to calculate the meteorological fire danger index according to Nesterov, set up dependency relation of meteorological parameters (daytime air temperature and dew-point, daily precipitation) and vegetation fire propagation. The software involves a relational database model, MySQL database management server, HeidySQL service requesters called clients and Orange data processing. The software was verified in the Russian Far East throughout the fire-hazardous season of 2016. Nowadays in India, due to the increase in the number of accidents vehicles are being automated using a variety of Computer vision algorithms. This paper focuses on the detection of tail signals of cars under different illumination circumstances. This system is implemented using FAST and SIFT algorithm which helps to extract features from the images. The obtained features were optimized by using K-Means Clustering Algorithm. This huge feature vector is converted into 8 clusters. These optimized feature vectors were trained on five different classifiers as Decision Tree, SVM(RBF), Random Forest, and Voting Classifier. The trained data set used in this algorithm contains around 9052 images. The obtained accuracy results of different classifiers are as follows, Decision tress has 76.36%, SVM(RBF) has 77.91%, Random Forest has 87.52%, KNN has 89.72%, the Voting classifier has 86.52%. The research on autonomous vehicles has increased with the flourishing of the smart city agenda and improvement in commute-related aspects. This contributes to expanding the scope of research for the detection of pedestrians, cyclists, nearby cars, and other objects on the road. This paper presents a novel approach to the recognition of stop and slow-down signals. The signals are detected based on cyclists, bikers and pedestrians crossing the street. The approach of this paper is to detect these types of signals, which will support autonomous vehicles in avoiding accidents and ensure the safety of people travelling around an autonomous car. Product categorization is the process of automatically predicting a product's catalog route based on a predetermined catalog hierarchy in which all categories are formulated. Knowing how to add your goods to the most relevant category on any marketplace, including Flipkart, and Amazon is crucial to its selling. Categorization is a lengthy process that takes extensive study on the platform which has been improved with different methodologies used in this work. Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models are used to sort items into recognized categories. Using information such as the item's title and summary, this model can properly classify it in each classification. Random Forest (RF) outperformed the other ML models, such as SVM, KNN, and Naive Bayes (NB), with an f1-score of 97 percent and a macro average of 94 percent. Epilepsy is one of the most prominent neurological diseases, affecting millions of people worldwide. It is a prevalent neurological illness, affecting about 70 million people worldwide. The usual method of seizure detection utilized by neurologists is time-intensive. An abrupt increase in brain activity known as a seizure can happen to anyone at any time. Indians are thought to make for nearly one-sixth of the world's epilepsy population, with estimates ranging as high as 12 million. Due to the health hazards it presents, the condition has always had a significant amount of significance in the biomedical community. It is characterized by recurring, unprovoked seizures, and the electroencephalogram can be used to diagnose it. The epilepsy study evaluates the EEG data to detect epileptic seizures in their early phases. EEG measures the electrical activity in the brain. Building patient-independent models is more challenging than developing patient- specific classifiers, which have received a lot of research. The Bonn University database is utilized for this work's cross- patient perspective since it is more challenging due to EEG variability between various participants. A comparison of the pattern recognition algorithms used for EEG-based epileptic seizure diagnosis was carried out. In this work, we have two methods: logistic regression and random forest. Logistic regression has a little greater accuracy under some circumstances. In pattern recognition problems, proper feature selection is critical. For the best features, we used recursive feature elimination (wrapper method). We used EEG signals in our study to assess the performance of logistic regression, random forest algorithms. In today's world, being the easy availability of the internet, almost everyone is connected. Every individual for their daily news relies on online resources, which greatly impacts their quality of life. The development of social media platforms has grown tremendously. However, many of these platforms are spreading fake news that pauses serious concern. It leads to a decrease in income for individuals or companies. Some people often create fake news for gaining fame, for election purposes, and for creating hatred towards other companies to reduce their revenue. All these can have negative consequences on society. Just by the use of a single click, many people forward appealing headlines, photos, etc. to gain the attention of an individual, without even checking whether it is fake or not. It is hard-core truth that many false websites give false news and checking their authenticity is really a challenge. This paper presents a comparative analysis of methods for the user to check the news whether that's real or fake by providing accuracy and recall using machine learning. The models used are naïve Bayes (NB), decision tree classifier (DT), random forest (RF), and logistic regression (LR) for analysis to detect fake news. The result shows that the DT classifier achieved 99.56% accuracy as compared to RF (99.35%), LR (98.91%), and NB (94.89%). The recall also shows better results for DT and RF than LR and NB. Brain cancer is a highly lethal form of cancer with low survival rates and expensive treatment costs. Detecting tumors at an early stage is essential for improving patient outcomes, and the utilization of machine learning (ML) algorithms has demonstrated potential in augmenting the accuracy of brain tumor detection. This research aims to develop an ML model that predicts the likelihood of brain cancer by combining various factors. Four popular ML algorithms, namely Random Forest, Support Vector Machines (SVM), Gradient Boosting, and Decision Tree, are compared for their performance in this task. The dataset used in this study is obtained from Kaggle, a platform for data science competitions and projects. Among the four ML algorithms evaluated, Gradient Boosting achieved the highest accuracy of 83.9%, followed by Random Forest with 81%, SVM with 80.2%, and Decision Tree with 74.1%. To gain further insights, the research conducted feature importance analysis to identify the factors that contribute most significantly to the prediction of brain cancer likelihood.
