Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) merupakan terobosan baru yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dalam dunia otomotif khususnya di Indonesia. Dengan dukungan konsep ramah lingkungan jenis mobil LCGC ini menjadi alternatif bagi konsumen yang menginginkan mobil khususnya di Indonesia. Untuk memperkirakan mobil LCGC sesuai dengan kebutuhan dapat menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode simple additive weighting (SAW). Data didapat dari observasi dan interview yang dilakukan melalui sales dan montir mobil atau pakar yang lebih mengetahui tentang kondisi pasar dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Hasil yang dicapai adalah merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan memprediksi mobil LCGC yang sesuai keinginan konsumen berdasarkan harga, kapasitas mesin, fitur keselamatan, hemat bahan bakar, akomodasi kabin. Dengan menentukan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif dibuat perangkingan sehingga dari alternatif yang ada mendapatkan alternatif terbaik.

Internet menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat diera digital. Namun masih ada provinsi yang belum mendapatkan sinyal internet, sehingga masyarakat setempat belum bisa menggunakan internet. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan 34 provinsi di Indonesia berdasarkan kekuatan sinyal internet yang diterima oleh Desa/Kelurahan menurut provinsi di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan implementasi Business Intelligence (BI) yang dapat memberikan visualisasi terhadap masalah tersebut dalam bentuk Dashboard menggunakan Platform Tableau Desktop 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu mengolah dataset dari www.bps.go.id dengan rentang antara bulan Januari 2021, sampai dengan bulan Desember 2021. Hasil akhir dari artikel ini adalah Dashboard yang menampilkan kekuatan sinyal internet yang diterima Desa/Kelurahan menurut provinsi di Indonesia. Kesimpulan artikel ini adalah didapatnya informasi bahwa terdapat 78938 Desa/Kelurahan di Indonesia, dan yang sudah tercover sinyal 4G mencapai 78,45%, dengan provinsi yang paling banyak menerima sinyal 4G adalah Jawa Tengah, sebanyak 7765 Desa/Kelurahan, dan Desa/Kelurahan yang belum menerima sinyal 4G mencapai 21,55%, dengan provinsi yang paling banyak belum menerima sinyal internet adalah Papua, sebanyak 938 Desa/Kelurahan

Online shopping is so popular with the public because it is easy and convenient to do. The convenience of online shopping is supported by the payment method via paylater. However, paylater also results in bad behavior such as impulse buying. Various responses from the community made researchers conduct research to find out the public's view of paylater. In this study, researchers tried to do sentiment analysis using the Naive Bayes Classifier and TextBlob methods from the TetxBlob library with the Python programming language. From the dataset collected via Twitter, it produces 405 data. Sentiment analysis using the Naive Bayes Classifier method produces a negative sentiment of 70.62% or 286 data, positive sentiment is 22.72% or 92 data, neutral sentiment is 6.67% or 27 data. Meanwhile, using the TextBlob method also produced more negative sentiment, namely 55.8% or 226 data, positive sentiment collected 33.09% or 134 data, neutral sentiment amounted to 11.11% or 45 data. Thus, it can be concluded that the community feels unfavorable towards the use of paylater. In testing the model with the confussion matrix, it can be seen that the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is more accurate by 91% compared to TextBlob which is only 61%.

Utilization of ICT in various sectors is needed, especially those related to business impact and strategy. Information technology is the backbone of the sustainability of businesses, companies, and organizations. Companies that are able to utilize ICT well, therefore indirectly adapt to the times and strive to excel from competitors. The method used refers to the steps recommended by Carlo Vercellis. The software and tools used are open source based, such as Pentaho Data Integration for processing extract, transform, load (ETL), Pentaho Community Edition for dashboards, Pentaho Report Designer for report generation, and Mondrian OLAP for displaying multidimensional data. The results of this study conclude application of business intelligence in universities is very easy and efficient, the use of a dashboard that is presented visually and interactively is very helpful for leaders in viewing existing research data. So it is very helpful for organizations, especially university leaders in making decisions.

PT. Aura Cantik adalah Gudang Penimbunan barang kosmetik berupa Kosmetik berupa tata rias & perawatan, Perhiasan, Jam Tangan dan Busana (Fashion) bagi Pria dan Wanita. Kemudian barang tersebut hendak disalurkan ke Toko Bebas Bea yang bernama "Jakarta Duty Free" yang hendak menjualnya. Penelitian gudang tersebut yang dilakukan secara metode Kualitatif yang dimaksud bertujuan menganalisis dan mengumpulkan data-data dikerjakan. Prosedur Gudang Kosmetik bekerja setiap waktu transfer pengeluaran atau penarikan dari/ke Toko Bebas Bea yang berdasarkan peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea Cukai Nomor PER-01/BC/2018 tentang Toko Bebas Bea. Langkah-langkah prosedur terhadap Barang kosmetik itu diawali dari Purchase Order, Good Receiving, Good Checking, sampai Refill Stock. Dalam kegiatan Good Checking, Petugas Bea Cukai juga turut ikut campur untuk memasuki data dokumen-dokumen barang ke dalam audit Ekspor / Impor yang akan dibawa ke Kantor Pusatnya. Dalam kegiatan itu, Warehouse Manager / Supervisor bertugas mencatat dan mencetak surat bukti dokumen yaitu PPB-TBB bertujuan melaporkan transaksi barang Toko Bebas Bea kepada Bea Cukai. Padahal, pengerjaannya masih dilakukan secara manual dan terlalu bergantung kepada MS Excel yang mengakibatkan waktu yang cukup lama sebelum menjual barang. Untuk mengurangi waktu pencetakan, Sistem kerja gudang kosmetik ini diintegrasikan menjadi Website yang bisa digunakan oleh kedua Atasan Warehouse tersebut dengan mesin back-end NodeJS & MySQL (database) disediakan XAMPP. Perancangan dan pengembangan Website tersebut dalam jangka waktu panjang untuk disempurnakan dengan Metode Waterfall. Hal ini membantu pengguna seperti Warehouse Manager/Supervisor dapat mencetak surat PPB-TBB dengan data dokumen barang dengan mudah dan mempercepat pencarian barang yang terkategorisasi sehingga Website tersebut hanya terkoneksi intranet di dalam satu gudang saja.Kata Kunci: Bea Cukai, Gudang, Toko Bebas Bea, WebsiteAbstract - PT. The warehouse research, which was carried out using a qualitative method, was intended to analyze and collect data. The Cosmetic Warehouse procedure works every time the transfer of expenses or withdrawals from/to the Duty Free Shop is based on the regulation of the Director General of Customs Number PER-01/BC/2018 concerning Duty Free Shops. The procedure steps for cosmetic goods start from Purchase Order, Good Receiving, Good Checking, to Refill Stock. In Good Checking activities, Customs Officers also intervene to enter goods document data into Export / Import audits which will be brought to the Head Office. In this activity, the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor is in charge of recording and printing proof of documents, namely PPB-TBB with the aim of reporting the transaction of Duty Free Shop goods to Customs. In fact, the process is still done manually and is too dependent on MS Excel which results in quite a long time before selling goods. To reduce printing time, this cosmetic warehouse work system is integrated into a website that can be used by the two warehouse supervisors with the back-end engine NodeJS & MySQL (database) provided by XAMPP. Website design and development in the long term to be perfected with the Waterfall Method. This helps users such as Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to easily print PPB-TBB letters with item document data and speed up searching for categorized items so that the Website is only connected to the intranet in one warehouse.Keywords: Custom Duty, Duty Free Shop, Warehouse, Website

Since Indonesia was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the sectors affected was Education. The government makes an online learning system policy where the system is run with an online process. Not a few of them complained about the limitations of activities issued by the government. Twitter social media is often used to express opinions about concerns about programs issued by the government. The Twitter data crawling process was carried out using the hashtag "learning from home" to get as many as 1,000 datasets, followed by the process of removing duplicates which left 524 datasets and then carrying out the implementation stage of the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of positive and negative sentiments from the dataset labeling classification and to determine the accuracy results of using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method as well as the results of evaluation tests on positive and negative sentiment datasets. Based on the experiment, positive sentiment was obtained as many as 480 and negative sentiment as many as 44 out of 524 datasets. The accuracy results in the evaluation test process get results of 88.5% where negative sentiments get a precision value of 12%, recall 17%, and f1-score 14%, while positive sentiments get a precesion value of 95%, recall 93%, and f1 -score 94%.

The government imposed LFH (Learning From Home) and WFH (Work From Home) during the PSBB implementation in each region due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world. Educators, especially teachers, are required to organize online teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this activity is so that teachers no longer have difficulty in utilizing and using ICT technology, especially in making learning videos for subject matter, so that students or students can easily understand the material provided, thus indirectly motivating students in study. The form of implementation is carried out virtually accompanied by practical tutorials using the zoom meeting platform. The results of the evaluation questionnaire which were filled out by the activity participants after the service activities were completed, resulted in 52.23% who were satisfied while 44.06% of the participants felt strongly agreed and very satisfied & greatly helped by the service activities in the form of assistance in making learning videos using OBS software.

Pelatihan entrepreneurship untuk UMKM dan pasar elektronik di Kecamatan Muara Batangtoru, Tapanuli Selatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usaha pelaku UMKM agar memberikan kontirbusi yang signifikan terhadap penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan ekspor dan daya saing melalui keterampilan masyarakat tentang strategi beriwrausaha dengan memanfaatkan pasar elektronik (e-commerce). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Hutaraja Kecamatan Muara Batangtoru, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan yang diikuti oleh 45 peserta yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, Karang Taruna dan Penggiat Media Sosial. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini akan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pasar elektronik sekaligus menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship serta hasil usaha yang dipasarkan di pasar elektronik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegatan pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan, diskusi hingga praktek yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Heritage in Pesantren is a potential for halal tourism by prioritizing religious values which have not been given much attention. Madura is better known as the pesantren base which has grown rapidly from the past until now and the heritage of the pesantren is spiritual values that have grown as the civilization of the Madurese community in particular. This study aims to explore the heritage of pesantren in the Madurese community as a whole as potential development of halal tourism. While the approach used is community-based tourism to heritage boarding schools. The research technique used in this research is the observation of several heritage pesantren that have the potential to develop halal tourism in Sumenep Madura and in-depth interviews with managers and the community around the pesantren. The result showed that the lack of understanding of halal tourist destinations and the low literacy of the Madurese community as well as the limited time in research which becomes an obstacle to further tourism development. Thus, the presence of formal education has given a lot of transformation in the direction of pesantren education and has affected the availability of santri facilities.

Penyebaran COVID-19 menyembabkan pembatasan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Pembelajaran secara daring merupakan perubahan yang harus dilakukan. Tujuannya agar kualitas pendidikan tetap terjamin dengan baik. Penggunakan website dalam pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu pilihan. Penggunaan website dalam media pembelajaran daring digunakan pada mata kuliah entrepreneurship di Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Website Entreprenuer Fair atau website EF2 digunakan sebagai penilaian proposal bisnis kelompok mahasiswa pada mata kuliah tersebut. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan sehingga dilakukan pengukuran kualitas website. Webqual 4.0 digunakan untuk penilaian kualitas website EF2. Variabel Webqual yang digunakan adalah Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Interaksi Layanan, Kualitas Antar Muka Pengguna, Usability dan Tingkat Kepuasan. Dari data yang didapatkan, terdapat 472 responden yang mengisi kuesioner dengan pertanyaan yang diajukan sebanyak 25 pertanyaan. Dalam mengolah data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi smatPLS untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reabilitas dari data yang didapat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas interaksi layanan, kualitas antar muka pengguna dan usability memiliki efek yang positif pada tingkat kepuasan, sedangkan kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh positif pada tingkat kepuasan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa kualitas interaksi layanan, kualitas antar muka pengguna dan usability mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna website EF2. One of them is education. Online learning is a change that must be made. The goal is that the quality of education is guaranteed to be good. The use of websites in online learning is an option. The use of websites in online learning media is used in entrepreneurship courses at Bina Sarana Informatika University. The Entrepreneur Fair website or the EF2 website is used as an assessment of student groups' business proposals for these courses. It is necessary to evaluate and develop so that the quality of the website is measured. Webqual 4.0 is used to assess the quality of the EF2 website. The Webqual variables used are Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, User Interface Quality, Usability and Satisfaction Level. From the data obtained, there were 472 respondents who filled out a questionnaire with 25 questions asked. In processing research data using the SMATPLS application to determine the level of validity and reliability of the data obtained. The results showed that the quality of service interaction, user interface quality and usability had a positive effect on the level of satisfaction, while the quality of information did not have a positive effect on the level of satisfaction. So it can be concluded that the quality of service interaction, user interface quality and usability affect the level of satisfaction of EF2 website users. Pengangguran adalah keadaan dimana seorang yang tergolong pada angkatan kerja yang ingin mendapatkan kerja. Hal ini dapat dicermati untuk membantu mengetahui taraf kesejahteraan masyarakat, mengingat tingginya tinkat pengangguran pada Desa Bojong Kulur, banyaknya warga pada Desa Bojong Kulur, dan sendang terjadinya pandemik Covid-19. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan klasifikasi pengangguran dengan metode Naïve Bayes pada Desa Bojong Kulur. Penulis melakukan klasifikasi dengan metode Naïve Bayes menggunakan aplikasi pendukung Rapidminer untuk pengujian akurasi, presisi, dan recall terhadap data yang tersedia. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menyiapkan data training sebanyak 40 data dan data testing sebanyak 10 data yang dipilih secara acak. Data testing tersebut akan dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi pendukung Rapidminer. Hasil pengujian akurasi, presisi, dan recall klasifikasi pengangguran pada Desa Bojong Kulur dengan metode Naïve Bayes cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 80%, presisi sebesar 100%, dan recall sebesar 50%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes yang digunakan memberikan proses seleksi yang cepat dan metode yang mudah dipahami dengan tingkat akurasi yang tidak dapat disangkal.Kata Kunci : Pengangguran, Naïve Bayes, Klasifikasi, Data Mining Unemployment is a condition in which a person belonging to the labor force wants to get a job. This can be observed to help determine the level of community welfare, given the high level of unemployment in Bojong Kulur Village, the large number of residents in Bojong Kulur Village, and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the authors classify unemployment using the Naïve Bayes method in Bojong Kulur Village. The author performs the classification using the Naïve Bayes method using the Rapidminer support application for testing accuracy, precision, and recall of the available data. The test is carried out by preparing 40 training data and 10 testing data randomly selected. The testing data will be analyzed using the Rapidminer supporting application. The results of testing the accuracy, precision, and recall of unemployment classification in Bojong Kulur Village using the Naïve Bayes method are quite high at 80%, precision at 100%, and recall at 50%. So, it can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes classification method used provides a fast selection process and an easy-to-understand method with an undeniable level of accuracy.Keywords: Unemployment, Nave Bayes, Classification, Data Mining

Petshop adalah salah satu tempat untuk menjual kebutuhan hewan peliharaan seperti menjual peralatan dan perlengkapan untuk hewan peliharaan. Saat ini sistem penjualan yang digunakan oleh Klinik Petshop “wine” masih menggunakan cara manual, dimana para pelanggan harus datang langsung ke toko untuk membeli kebutuhan hewan peliharaan. Pada penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah klinik petshop “wine” dalam mengelola transaksi jual-beli peralatan dan perlengkapan hewan peliharaan secara online, dan memberikan informasi mengenai cara perawatan hewan serta jual-beli hewan peliharaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah telah dibangun aplikasi petshop wine berbasis android yang terbukti dapat mempermudah costumer dalam membeli perlengkapan dan peralatan hewan peliharaan terbukti dari hasil uji efektivitas sistem diperoleh sebesar 91,33%, lalu untuk hasil uji efektivitas yang dilakukan oleh admin sebesar 83,17%, responden yang menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini telah dikategorikan sesuai atau telah efektif layak diterapkan pada petshop wine.

Bahasa Sunda merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di SDN Jatiwaringin XII. Namun, banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan terhadap pelajaran bahasa Sunda karena kebanyakan dari mereka merupakan pendatang, selain itu penyampaian materi yang dilakukan secara daring juga merupakan salah satu penyebabnya. Untuk membantu siswa mempelajari bahasa Sunda, maka dibuatlah game edukasi bahasa Sunda yang dapat mudah dimainkan dan dipahami. Dalam game ini siswa mendapatkan materi bahasa Sunda dan diberikan pertanyaan terkait materi sebelumnya. Pembuatan game ini menggunakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) dengan menggunakan scratch. Penelitian ini menghasilkan game edukasi bahasa Sunda yang dapat diakses secara langsung melalui website. Dari pengujian, didapatkan bahwa sebesar 92,5% dari 7 responden sangat setuju game ini mudah dimainkan dan dipahami.

Transportasi merupakan jenis moda kendaraan yang digunakan seseorang agar mencapai satu tempat ke tempat lainnya yang ingin dituju. Salah satu jenis transportasi yang sangat familiar bagi masyarakat adalah ojek online yaitu Grab Indonesia. Grab terus berinovasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan secara lebih efisien, dan cakupan layanannya juga semakin luas. Namun dari sekian banyak manfaat yang diberikan oleh Grab, terdapat pro dan kontra, dan tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama kepercayaan terhadap Grab itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa banyak hasil sentimen positif dan negatif dari dataset, dan mengetahui hasil dari proses pengujian algoritma dan nilai akurasi dari pengujian evaluasi, dan mengetahui apakah pelanggan puas dengan Layanan Grab Indonesia.

Matematika sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa. Penyebab sulitnya mempelajari matematika karena beberapa masalah, seperti penyajian pembelajaran matematika tidak menarik bagi mereka dan siswa yang cenderung malas menghafalkan rumus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu media pembelajaran yang interaktif yaitu game edukasi matematika yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa untuk mempelajari matematika. Dengan adanya game edukasi bisa memudahkan siswa dalam mempelajari matematika dan juga bisa membuat meningkatkan minat belajar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan skala likert, maka didapatkan presentase sebesar 93% yang menunjukkan siswa dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif seperti game edukasi matematika untuk mempelajari matematika.

The purpose of this study describes the management of pesantren heritage by human resources which includes planning, recruitment, and evaluation of human resource development in boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this study is in Pondok Pesantren Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. Data collection techniques using interview, documentation and observation methods. Informants in this study are caregivers and caretakers of regional and central boarding schools. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Analysis of data through descriptive analysis. The results showed that the heritage of Annuqayah pesantren in the form of (1) manuscripts of books written by the caretakers of pesantren huts, Jami'Mosque, and Asta founder of Annuqayah pesantren; (2) Human resource management in the management of heritage pesantren includes analysis of human resource development, recruitment process, education and training programs, formation of pesantren culture, as well as evaluations that are emphasized on behavior changes in carrying out tasks and responsibilities.

The use of the artificial neural network (Backpropagation) method can be used in determining the best architectural model for predicting the number of elementary school students in the Siantar Barat District. The dataset used is a dataset on the number of Elementary School (SD) students in West Siantar District, Pematang Siantar City in 2017-2021 obtained from the Website of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (https://dapo.kemdikbud.go.id /pd/3/076303). The dataset is then divided into 2 parts, namely the training and testing dataset. In the training datasets, attribute X1 is a dataset for 2017, X2 is the dataset for 2018, X3 is a dataset for 2019, and attribute Y (target) is the dataset for 2020. For the test datasets, attribute X1 is the dataset for 2018, attribute X2 is a dataset for 2019, attribute X3 is a dataset for 2020 and attribute Y (target) is a dataset for 2021. The results obtained from the analysis of the Backpropagation and virtualization methods using the MatLab application can be generated with a valid dataset and produce an accuracy rate of 87.5% in architectural models 3-9-1. So that the Backpropagation method can be used as a prediction method that makes it very easy to find predictions.

Most security system's essential errand is to check that the people are in fact who they claim to be. In Contrast to traditional techniques such as passwords and smart cards that are used in some organizations, fingerprint identification may be preferred as it makes the information virtually impossible to steal. The most extensive used biometric features are Fingerprints, in order to identify a person because of their uniqueness and invariance. The fingerprint consists of valleys and ridges on the surface of a fingertip. In this paper, a new hybrid strategy Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) with Bat Algorithm (BA) is proposed to extract features from fingerprint images. Both PSO and BA algorithms are swarm-based algorithms that mimics the swarm behaviour of particles and bats in nature. In the field of image processing, features are extremely significant. Before obtaining features, the noisy area should be removed from the foreground first, and then several important techniques are applied on each sample image in the database such as Fingerprint Enhancement by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), Binarization, and Thinning. The hybrid (PSO-BA) algorithm is proposed as a pre-enhancing step to select the clear minutiae (or feature) structures across several iterations, which will be more suited for the matching phase. By comparing the proposed method with several methods in calculating FAR and FRR, the results showed that the FAR (0.001) and FRR (0.01) were less than the other proposed methods. Алгоритми ОРЧ і АК є алгоритмами на основі рою, які імітують поведінку рою частинок і кажанів у природі. У сфері обробки зображень особливості надзвичайно значущі. Перед отриманням ознак слід спочатку видалити зашумлену область з переднього плану, а потім до кожного зразка зображення в базі даних застосувати кілька важливих методів, таких як покращення відбитків пальців з використанням швидкого перетворення Фур'є (ШПФ), бінаризації та проріджування. Гібридний (ОРЧ-АК) алгоритм пропонується як попередній крок для вибору чітких структур дрібниць (або ознак) в декількох ітераціях, які більше підходять для етапу зіставлення. При порівнянні запропонованого методу з кількома методами розрахунку коефіцієнта помилкового відхилення (КПВ) та коефіцієнта помилкового прийняття (КПП) результати показали, що КПВ (0,001) та КПП (0,01) були меншими, ніж у інших запропонованих методів.
