Literature and journalism are two field of study that has been a never-ending discussion throughout the history. The two fields, regardless of being considered as separate entity, has its association in the course. This paper dwells into the two fields together, that is, on literary journalism and how literary journalism examines the blurring of boundaries between narrative writing and factual reporting through comparison of select works of narrative nonfiction. The text analysed is a novelistic piece, “The Yoga Store Murder” (2013) by Dan Morse. The study confronts the reluctance to acknowledge this form of reportage as authentic and reliable because its literariness is misconstrued as compromising the objectivity of the piece. The authors also examine how literary journalism fits within the rubric of both literature and journalism. The study addresses the following research questions: where do fact and fiction meet in literary journalistic narratives? how do we navigate questions of authenticity, reliability and journalistic integrity in narrative journalism? The questions will be attempted to be answered with a detailed analysis of a text of investigative journalism that is also nonfiction writing, though literary in nature.

Agriculture makes major role in the economic growth. 70% population depends upon agriculture and capital comes from farming. Issues is agriculture is still following the old process. India has a variety of climate conditions due to this managing and minimizing water wastage is a challenge. One of the proposals for modern farming for renovate the existing procedure in farming. The main aim is proposed system will help farming advanced by utilizing new technology with Internet of things and Machine learning. An irrigation system monitoring soil of the land, temperature and humidity of the environment, light intensity, rain, level of the water tank, and everything will be displayed on LCD. Depends on soil data using AI/ML algorithm proposed system will predict whether the soil is dry or wet and hence system controlling the dc motor and it will alert the farmer by sending mobile notifications. The highlighting features of this proposed system were farmers able to access and monitoring information and process the data which is hosted in Cloud using AI/ML algorithms for accurate output. This research article intended to study and comparison of cytotoxicity effects of Magnesium AZ31 and PEEK 450G biomaterials. L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line was used to measure cytotoxicity effect of Magnesium AZ31 and PEEK 450G biomaterials by extraction method. Biocompatibility in-vitro cytotoxicity test was performed on L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line for Magnesium AZ31 and PEEK 450G samples. In extraction process, leachates take out from the test samples were used for measurements of cytotoxicity. Since there was reactivity and the reactivity grade was greater than ‘2’ in Magnesium AZ31 biomaterial, test sample was measured as non-toxic, where as in PEEK 450G biomaterial there was no reactivity, no reduction in cell growth and no cell lysis, the grade was zero, and test sample was measured as non-toxic. Hence PEEK 450G biomaterial reveals an outstanding cytotoxicity behaviour than Magnesium AZ31. This is an added advantage for cardiovascular stent implant applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Dancers require good body balance to maintain and continuously change the postures. Due to repetitive foot tapping, changes are seen in the medial longitudinal arch causing flat foot in Bharatanatyam dancers which affects their balance and overall performance while dancing. Strengthening extrinsic and intrinsic muscles is more effective interventions for flexible flat foot. Although foot muscle exercises for the height of MLA have been limited to intrinsic foot muscle strengthening without considering extrinsic foot muscle. Exercise interventions that comparing foot intrinsic muscle and extrinsic muscle are rare and studies of dynamic balance in relation to the pes planus in Bharatanatyam dancers are lacking. Therefore, the present study includes a comparison of the effects of foot intrinsic and tibialis posterior muscle training, in relation with foot arch height, dynamic balance, and performance in Bharatanatyam dancers with flexible flat foot. Objective: To compare the effects of foot intrinsic muscle and tibialis posterior muscle training on dynamic balance in Bharatanatyam dancers. Method: 30 flexible pes planus Bharatanatyam dancers were recruited and were randomized into two groups. Group A performed foot intrinsic muscle training and group B performed tibialis posterior muscle training. All groups received strength training for 30 minutes five times a week for six weeks Results & Discussion: Statistical analysis was done using pared t test for intragroup significance and independent t test for intergroup significance. Results obtained revealed that both groups showed significant difference between their pre-test and post-test values(p ≥ 0.05). However intergroup analysis showed no significant difference (p ≤ 0.05) between group A (Foot intrinsic muscle training) and group B (Tibialis posterior muscle training) in SEBT, FPI 6 and DFOS. Conclusion: Tibialis posterior muscle strengthening group is equally effective as foot intrinsic muscle strengthening in terms of foot posture, dynamic balance and Dance function. Background: To assess and contrast the depth of penetration of conventional calcium hydroxide, nanoparticle calcium hydroxide, silver nanoparticles, and combination of nanoparticle calcium hydroxide and silver nanoparticles into dentinal tubules using confocal laser scanning microscope., Materials and Methods: Eighty human single-rooted teeth were decoronated and instrumented up to Protaper Universal F3. Teeth were separated into four groups at random ( n = 20) following chemomechanical preparation. Group 1: Control Conventional Calcium Hydroxide; Group 2: Nanoparticle Calcium Hydroxide; group 3: Silver Nanoparticles; group 4: Combination of Nanoparticle Calcium Hydroxide and Silver Nanoparticles. With the use of lentulo spirals, medications were injected into the canals, stirred up with ultrasound, and then kept at 37°C for 24 hours. A 1 mm thick slice was obtained at 5 mm from the root apex by sectioning the root perpendicular to the long axis of the tooth and then put on a glass slide to measure the depth of penetration using a confocal laser microscope., Statistical Analysis: To quantify the depth of penetration among the four groups, a one-way ANOVA was used and post hoc-Tukey's test was used to compare between groups., Results: All of the groups were statistically significant, with group 4 showing the greatest depth of penetration, followed by group 2 and group 3. Purpose: To compare the surgical outcomes of trabeculectomy with and without anti-metabolites in patients with juvenile open-angle glaucoma (JOAG)., Methods: This retrospective comparative case series included 98 eyes of 66 patients with JOAG who underwent either trabeculectomy without anti-metabolites (group A, n = 53 eyes) or with anti-metabolites (group B, n = 45 eyes) with a minimum of 2 years follow-up. The main outcome measures were intra-ocular pressure (IOP), number of glaucoma medications, visual acuity, additional surgical interventions, surgical complications, and risk factors for failure. Surgical failure was defined as IOP >18 mmHg or failure to reduce IOP by <30% from the baseline value or IOP ≤5 mmHg or re-operation for refractory glaucoma or a complication or loss of light perception vision., Results: The mean post-operative IOP reduced significantly from baseline at all post-operative visits until 6 months and thereafter. The cumulative probability of failure at 2 years was 28.7% in group A [95% confidence interval (CI) = 17.6-44.8%] and 29.1% in group B (95% CI = 17.1-46.7%) (P = 0.78). Surgical complications occurred in 18 eyes (34%) in group A and 19 eyes (42%) in group B. Re-operations for glaucoma or complications were performed in two eyes (3.8%) in group A and two eyes (4.4%) in group B. Cox-hazard regression model revealed male gender (HR = 0.29; P = 0.008), baseline high IOP (HR = 0.95; P = 0.002), and an increased number of pre-operative glaucoma medications (HR = 2.08; P = 0.010) as significant factors associated with failure., Conclusion: : Our study results on trabeculectomy in JOAG revealed a success of 71% in both groups at 2 years follow-up. There was no significant difference in success or failure rates between the two groups. The risk factors for poor surgical outcome in JOAG were male gender, baseline high IOP, and an increased number of glaucoma medications., Competing Interests: None

Extremophiles are organisms that can survive and thrive in conditions termed as "extreme" by human beings. Conventional methods cannot be applied under extreme conditions like temperature and pH fluctuations, high salinity, etc. for a variety of reasons. Extremophiles can function and are adapted to thrive in these environments and are sustainable, cheaper, and efficient, therefore, they serve as better alternatives to the traditional methods. They adapt to these environments with biochemical and physiological changes and produce products like extremolytes, extremozymes, biosurfactants, etc., which are found to be useful in a wide range of industries like sustainable agriculture, food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. These products also play a crucial role in bioremediation, production of biofuels, biorefinery, and astrobiology. This review paper comprehensively lists out the current applications of extremophiles and their products in various industries and explores the prospects of the same. They help us understand the underlying basis of biological mechanisms exploring the boundaries of life and thus help us understand the origin and evolution of life on Earth. This helps us in the research for extra-terrestrial life and space exploration.
