The anti-skid performance of snowy and icy pavements is a popular research topic among road workers. Snow and ice are pollutants on a road surface. They significantly reduce the skid resistance of pavements, and thus, cause traffic accidents. Pertinent research progress on the skid resistance of snowy and icy pavements was reviewed and summarized in this work. The formation and classification of snowy and icy pavements were described on the basis of the state of snow and ice. The friction mechanisms between tires and snowy and icy pavements were revealed. Measurement methods and their applicability to the skid resistance of snowy and icy pavements were summarized. Factors that affect the skid resistance of pavements were discussed from the perspectives of pavement, environment, and vehicle. In addition, models of snowy and icy pavement resistance were classified into experience, mechanical, and numerical models. The advantages and disadvantages of these models were then compared and analyzed. Some suggestions regarding snowy and icy pavements were presented in accordance with the aforementioned information, including the development of efficient testing tools, the quantification of skid resistance under the coupling effects of multiple factors, the establishment of unified evaluation standards, and the development of more effective skid resistance models.

In recent years, although China’s economy has continued to grow, the environmental impact is greatly affected by the use of primary energy, such as global warming, which has become more and more serious. Under the background of energy conservation and emission reduction, China’s emission reduction pressure is very great. In this paper, an online monitoring system for carbon emissions is developed for real-time monitoring of carbon emissions, and the ant colony algorithm is used to perform multi-objective optimization based on “construction period-cost-carbon emissions.” Through the organic integration of wireless sensors, communication networks, cloud servers, and mobile devices, a real-time monitoring system for carbon emissions has been developed, which can monitor and visualize the carbon emissions generated by major machinery on site in real time. At the same time, the resource consumption of each process in different modes is sorted out, and the multi-objective optimization problem of “construction period-cost-carbon emission” is designed to seek the optimal solution by combining the multi-objective optimization theory. In this paper, the developed real-time monitoring system is applied in the actual field, the stability and practicability of the system are verified, and the process-related data is obtained by combining the monitoring system and field investigation. The experimental results show that the relative deviations of the two units are consistent, fluctuating between 0.54% and 6.14%, and the overall deviations are 3.61% and 3.63%, respectively. Therefore, the online carbon emission monitoring system has stable data and high accuracy. By comparing the data trends of the online monitoring method and the emission factor method, it is found that the two trends are consistent, which verifies the applicability of the online monitoring method in the field of carbon emission monitoring.

Carbon neutrality and carbon peak are two important measures to control climate change. They have a huge impact on many companies in the fields of energy, industry, construction, transportation, etc. They can change the development pattern of related industries and increase many new investment and development opportunities. This paper proposes a path analysis of the standardization of energy economic management under the background of carbon neutrality and carbon peak, aiming to study the development forecast of energy economic management under low-carbon conditions. The algorithm proposed in this paper is an energy consumption analysis algorithm based on the IPAT model, which can be combined with the IPAT model to analyze and process energy consumption data. In addition, by analyzing and evaluating the contribution of various factors, people can better understand the impact of energy consumption on the environment and formulate corresponding solutions. The experimental analysis results of energy economic management based on carbon neutrality and carbon peak show that, from 2013 to 2017, under the baseline scenario, carbon emissions increased year by year, from 9.25 billion tons to 10.48 billion tons. Under the carbon neutral scenario, its carbon emissions are 9.22 billion tons, 9.24 billion tons, 9.22 billion tons, 9.19 billion tons and 9.21 billion tons respectively. Obviously, under the carbon neutral scenario, carbon emissions can be better controlled through carbon neutral and carbon peak strategies. Through these experimental prediction results, it can be proved that carbon neutrality and carbon peaking have excellent effects on promoting energy economic management. At the same time, this study also provides valuable reference information for further research on carbon neutrality and carbon peaks.

Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS), once termed as malignant fibrous histiocytoma, has always been diagnosed exclusively in clinical practice because it lacks any defined resemblance to normal mesenchymal tissue. Although myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) has been separated from UPS due to its fibroblastic differentiation with myxoid stroma, UPS and MFS are still identified as a sarcoma group in terms of molecular landscapes. In this review article, we will describe the associated genes and signaling pathways involved in the process of sarcoma genesis and make a summary of conventional management, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and some novel potential treatments of UPS/MFS. With the progressive advancements in medical technology and a better understanding about the pathogenic mechanism of UPS/MFS in the coming decades, new lights will be shed on the successful management of UPS/MFS.

The hydraulic force has a great negative effect on the cartridge poppet valve system. Based on the law of momentum, the calculation formula of flow force of outflow poppet valve is modified, and a new valve core structure is designed. The compensation effect of the improved main valve core structure on the hydraulic force is discussed; secondly, CFD simulation is carried out to obtain the influence rules of these parameters on hydrodynamic forces. According to the analysis, the influence of main valve core arc structure on hydrodynamic force compensation under different opening degrees is also studied; then the optimal parameters of the arc structure are obtained through analysis. AMEsim system simulation model and test-bed are built to verify the hydrodynamic formula and simulation results. The experimental results verify that the new valve core structure has a good hydrodynamic compensation effect.
