Background: This study aims to investigate the correlation between NK and NKT cell proportion disparities and prognosis in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: Forty-four cases of acute myeloid leukemia patients were selected, and flow cytometry was utilized to evaluate the expression of bone marrow NK and NKT cells. Next-generation sequencing technology was employed to detect genetic mutations in these 44 AML patients, and the rates of first induction remission and overall survival were recorded. Comparisons were made to analyze the respective differences in NK and NKT cell proportions among AML patients with various genetic mutations and risk stratifications. Results: The FLT-3-ITD+ group exhibited a significant increase in the proportion of NK cells compared to the normal control group and FLT3-ITD+/NPM1+ group, whereas the proportion of NKT cells was significantly decreased. Additionally, the CEBPA+ group showed an increased proportion of NKT cells compared to the TP53+ group and ASXL1+ group. The high-risk group had a higher proportion of NK cells than the intermediate-risk group, while the proportion of NKT cells was lower in the high-risk group compared to the intermediate-risk group.Patients achieving first induction remission displayed a higher proportion of NKT cells at initial diagnosis compared to those who did not achieve remission. The distribution of NK cells show significant differences among AML patients in different survival periods. Conclusion: This results implies that distinct genetic mutations may play a role not only in tumor initiation but also in shaping the tumor microenvironment, consequently impacting prognosis. The growth of lithium (Li) dendrites, characterized by construction of internal Li substrate and surface solid electrolyte interphase (SEI), represents a significant hurdle for both liquid‐state and solid‐state Li batteries. To better understand the growth behaviors of these dendrites at atomic to device scale, advanced electron microscopy techniques have emerged as a valuable tool, providing high temporal and spatial resolutions for real‐time observations. In this review, the mechanistic aspects of growth of Li dendrites are delved first from both thermodynamic and kinetic perspectives. Then, a systematic overview of the state‐of‐the‐art in‐situ devices is provided that is developed for integration into electron microscopes, detailing the corresponding static and dynamic structures of Li dendrites. Additionally, the utilization of the non‐destructive cryogenic TEM technique is explored to classify and compare the local fine structure information of as‐formed Li deposits, which are influenced by various factors such as current density, temperature, electrolyte composition, solvents, and additives. Overall, this review article offers a comprehensive understanding of the physical origins associated with Li dendrites, spanning from atomic to device scales and encompassing both liquid and all‐solid‐state battery scenarios, then envisioning fundamental principles and strategies for optimizing batteries and overcoming the critical challenges posed by Li dendrites. Traditional flat PV heat pumps has low irradiation density, large PV area, and the PV evaporators are always fixed, causing large area occupation and lots of irradiation missing, which limit the application and system efficiency. To solve the problems, a novel concentrated PV-air dual-source heat pump system (CPV-DSHP) was proposed in the previous paper, but the annual performance and economic comparison with flat PV-DSHP (FPV-DSHP) are still blank, which are extremely concerning to researchers. Besides, the paper also fills related content about the impact of irradiation composition on the system performance and economics, as well as the irradiation comparison on tracking CPV and fixed FPV surface. From the calculation of the validated model, it's found that the CPV-DSHP system could capture 6098 MJ and 2213 MJ more solar energy, and produce 282.21 kWh and 100.16 kWh more electricity in Garze and Hefei in a year. The annual concentration efficiency is 82.73 % in Garze where direct irradiation accounts for 68.89 %, which is only 73.15 % in Hefei with 39.84 %.The COP PVT is annually lifted by 0.40 in Garze. Although the two systems could both get payback in 5∼6 years, the CPV-DSHP only shows economic advantages in places with good direct irradiation conditions like Garze. • A novel concentrated PV-air dual-source heat pump system (CPV-DSHP) is presented. • The annual performance and economic comparison in different cities are supplemented. • The CPV-DSHP could produce 282.21 kWh more electricity in Garze in a year. • The annual concentration efficiency is 82.73 % in Garze with better direct irradiation. • Payback time is 5∼6 years but CPV-DSHP only shows economic advantage in Garze. The construction of heterojunctions and surface defects is a promising strategy for enhancing photocatalytic activity. A surface sulfur vacancy (V S )-rich Zn 3 In 2 S 6 /Bi 2 MoO 6 heterojunction photocatalyst (ZIS-V S /BMO) was herein developed for the selective oxidation of biomass-derived 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (HMF) to value-added 2,5-diformylfuran (DFF) coupled with H 2 production. The ZIS-V S /BMO heterojunction consisted of Bi 2 MoO 6 (BMO) with preferentially exposed high-index (131) facets and V S -rich two-dimensional (2D) Zn 3 In 2 S 6 (ZIS-V S ) nanosheets with preferentially exposed high-index (102) facets. The directional transfer of light-driven electrons from BMO to ZIS-V S occurs in the heterojunction interface, as confirmed by an in situ irradiated XPS (ISI-XPS) measurement, which facilitates the electron-hole separation. The benefits of V S in activating HMF, suppressing overoxidation of DFF, and accelerating electron transport were disclosed by molecular simulation. ZIS-V S /BMO displays outstanding performance with a DFF yield of 74.1% and a DFF selectivity of 90%, as well as a rapid rate of H 2 evolution. This research would help design highly efficient photocatalysts and develop a new technology for biomass resource utilization.
