Certain features such as typefaces can be associated with a preference for e-books or print books and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal typeface for reading electronic books. This research uses quantitative methods. This study utilized a Quasi Experiment design , which will be presented below. Through the use of Pretest and Posttest and questionnaires. DIMP Class A and DIMP Class B were the research subjects. Roboto typefaces were used in this study. Homogeneity Test, Independent Sample T Test, Wilcoxon test, and Mann-Whitney test, as the final data analysis in this study. Serif and Sans-Serif Typefaces cannot be differentiated in terms of reading experience, according to the homogeneously distributed samples based on the t-test. As a consequence of the data not being homogeneously distributed or not normally distributed, the Pretest and Posttest data were not normally distributed. The Postets data, after the Mann-Whitney test, showed no difference in the reading experience when using these two fonts; whereas, the pre- and post-test data in the classes using the Wilcoxon test showed a difference, illustrating that the two fonts have different effects on the reading experience. Abstrak Fitur tertentu seperti Typefaces dapat dikaitkan dengan kesukaan terhadap buku elekronik atau buku cetak dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan jenis huruf yang optimal untuk membaca buku elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Experiment, yang akan dipaparkan di bawah ini. Melalui penggunaan Pretest dan Posttest dan kuesioner. Kelas DIMP A dan Kelas DIMP B adalah subjek penelitian. Typefaces Roboto digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Uji Homogenitas, Independent Sample T Test, uji Wilcoxon, dan uji Mann-Whitney, sebagai analisis data akhir pada penelitian ini. Jenis Typefaces Serif dan Sans-Serif tidak dapat dibedakan dalam hal pengalaman membacanya, menurut sampel yang terdistribusi secara homogen berdasarkan uji-t. Sebagai konsekuensi dari data yang tidak terdistribusi secara homogen atau tidak berdistribusi normal, maka data Pretest dan Posttest tidak terdistribusi secara normal. Data Postets, setelah uji Mann-Whitney, tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam pengalaman membaca ketika menggunakan kedua jenis huruf ini; sedangkan, data sebelum dan sesudah tes di kelas-kelas yang menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan, yang mengilustrasikan bahwa kedua jenis huruf tersebut memberikan efek yang berbeda terhadap pengalaman membaca.

Obesity is also associated with increased inflammation and oxidative stress. Mediterranean and dash diets, as well as antioxidants, can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress levels in obesity. This study aimed to determine the effects of dietary modifications and antioxidants on inflammatory and oxidative stress levels in obesity. This study was carried out using the literature review method using PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar databases with the keywords Mediterranean Diet, DASH Diet, Antioxidant, Obesity, Inflammation, and Oxidative Stress. The inclusion criteria in this literature are articles published in the last 5 years (2018-2023) using RCT, in English, subjects >18 years old with obesity, interventions providing Mediterranean and dash diet, antioxidants derived from natural ingredients, and articles that can be accessed online. Articles were selected individually through a double process, considering the three main research quality criteria. This study showed that a modified diet and antioxidants can reduce inflammatory biomarkers and oxidative stress in obesity by suppressing NF-κB signaling and protecting against DNA damage. In conclusion, a modified diet and antioxidants can reduce inflammatory and oxidative stress in obesity.

Indonesia's development must be connected to the important role of village empowerment and disaster resilience. Efforts to increase village empowerment and resilience to disasters have been carried out previously, especially in villages in East Rembang. Even so, there has yet to be an evaluation to measure its success. This research aims to evaluate and map village empowerment and resilience using research instruments consisting of aspects, indicators, sub-indicators, and questions regarding disasters in East Rembang. The four main stages of research include instrument development, measurements of empowered and disaster-resilient villages that have been carried out, mapping of measurement results, and based on recommendations. The data collection technique used is a document study with the data collection instrument, namely a document study sheet containing a scale for measuring village empowerment and disaster resilience. The village empowerment scale was developed based on geographic, government, population, social, agricultural, economic, and housing aspects. In contrast, the disaster-resilient village scale consists of six aspects that reflect the value of security from disasters, facilities, and mitigation efforts. This research shows seven categories of villages that are empowered and resilient to disasters. The three villages with the highest level of empowerment are Sluke, Sendangmulyo, and Kragan Villages in Sluke, Sarang, and Kragan Districts, respectively. Meanwhile, the three villages with the highest disaster resilience are Sanetan, Bendo and Langgar Villages, Sluke District.

Environmental damage is a recurring issue in South Sulawesi. The community remains insufficiently aware of the importance of environmental conservation. One of the contributing factors is the lack of a character that values and loves the environment within the community. It is necessary to integrate local culture into environmental issues. Society should recognize that integrating knowledge and personal norms inherited from their ancestors can shape an environmentally friendly character. This research examines how Maudu Lompoa culture shapes an environmentally aware character among the followers. The research findings reveal that the formation of an environmentally aware character in Maudu Lompoa is rooted in the love and devotion to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a holy figure. Maudu Lompoa is conducted with great reverence at each stage, emphasizing cleanliness and the sanctity of the celebration process. The formation of an environmentally aware character stems from behavioral patterns and ancestral messages, which are embodied in preparing celebration materials, food, and event venues. This study could shape the community's understanding of environmental preservation and inspire a lifelong love of the environment ingrained in their values. Kerusakan lingkungan di Sulawesi Selatan masih sering terjadi. Masyarakat masih kurang menyadari pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Kurangnya karakter cinta lingkungan dalam diri masyarakat menjadi salah salah satu penyebabnya. Diperlukan integrasi budaya lokal dalam permasalahan lingkungan. Masyarakat harus menyadari bahwa integrasi pengetahuan dan norma-norma pribadi dari leluhur sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter cinta lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang budaya lokal Maudu Lompoa dengan fokus pada pelaksanaannya yang membentuk karakter cinta lingkungan para pengikutnya. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan pada pelaksanaan Maudu Lompoa dibentuk oleh landasan kecintaan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai manusia suci. Pelaksanaan Maudu Lompoa dilaksanakan dengan penuh khidmat dari setiap tahapannya dengan memperhatikan kebersihan dan kesucian prosesi perayaan. Pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan terbentuk dari bentuk perilaku dan pesan-pesan leluhur, yang tetuang dalam perilaku menyiapkan bahan perayaan, makanan, dan tempat pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi pada pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya, membentuk karakter cinta lingkungan yang akan bertahan lama karena berasal dari kepercayaan yang dianutnya

Mahasiswa sebagai representasi universitas dan agen perubahan, seharusnya memainkan peran aktif dalam memajukan pendidikan berkelanjutan di Indonesia (Education for Sustainable Development/ESD) melalui penerapan teknologi digital untuk menghasilkan berbagai inovasi di bidang pendidikan dan pembelajaran sehingga literasi digital dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dalam dunia pendidikan. Sejalan dengan kondisi ini, memperoleh pendidikan sesuai harapan tentunya merupakan hak setiap orang, termasuk bagi orang-orang dengan kebutuhan khusus, yaitu pendidikan yang kondusif dan inklusif. Penelitian ini mengkaji poster sebagai aktualisasi potensi dan penciptaan karya yang brilian melalui pendidikan inklusif menggunakan analisis komunikasi visual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design thinking yang terdiri dari tahap-tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa poster yang disajikan dapat mendukung peran Komisi Nasional Disabilitas dalam mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif bagi semua orang, terutama bagi orang-orang dengan disabilitas.

This study examines the effect of social media marketing on the sales performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The data were gathered from 308 business owners. The independent variables are brand awareness, engagement, word-of-mouth, content sharing, and conversion, while the dependent variable is sales performance. Cronbach’s alpha was used to assess the reliability of the variables. Correlation and regression analysis were conducted to determine the relationship between the variables. Brand awareness, engagement and word-of-mouth do not affect sales performance, which does not support hypotheses (p > 0.05). On the other hand, content sharing and conversion positively and significantly affect sales performance. The present study has contributed to the existing body of literature by providing insights into the effect of social media marketing on the sales performance of SMEs in Malaysia. This research recommends conducting a subsequent investigation on the obstacles associated with the execution of social media marketing, such as time constraints, limited resources, and lack of expertise.

This study aims to study carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (FTKL), which involves primary data through field studies with a quantitative approach. The CO sampling method involves 12 observation stations covering six main zones for eight days. Data are collected twice a day at night and day between 01:00 - 04:00 AM and 1:00 - 4:00 PM. The duration of the sampling is 30 minutes for one sample. Sampling time may vary for stations but still within the stipulated time. The instrument to measure CO is the Model Carbon Monoxide meter AS700A. The Analysis is descriptive. The findings show that the lowest value at night is stations 3 and 10, with an average concentration value of 5 parts per million (ppm). Simultaneously, the highest CO value in the afternoon is at station 1 and station 4, with a concentration of 12 ppm. The overall average at each station is high, between 7 to 12 ppm. Most stations show readings exceeding the WHO's standard (5 ppm/hour). However, CO's concentration is considerably under control because it does not exceed the standard limits of NAAQS and DOE. Overall, CO concentrations are higher in the day than in the morning and on weekdays than on weekends. In conclusion, vehicle increase significantly contributes to increased CO concentrations in Kuala Lumpur. The proactive and effective measures to reduce the well-being of life to maintain human health and the environment.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the arrangement of the learning process, and the animation learning video media has become the alternative solution for the continuity of the learning process. This study aims to develop and test the model empirically to predict the factors influencing students intention behavior on the usage of editing video application (Kinemaster) in the making of learning media animation video. Because Kinemaster application have a complete features in making learning video animation. To explores students intention behavior in accepting and using an editing video application (Kinemaster) based on the user's perspective. By implementing Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this research studies factors such as trust, motivation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and interest using the Kinemaster application. The data were obtained through an online survey by spreading the questionnaire to students of grade V in Elementary School and 96 students. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using the partial least square structural modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to test the model and hypothesis. This research result indicates that one hypothesis was rejected (H2), trust - perceived ease of use (P-Value 0.097 0.05), but the other factors imply significant results in accepting and using Kinemaster editing video application to make animation learning videos during the pandemic. The outcome in this study has succeeded in showing the significant influence of Kinemaster application by making learning video animation through TAM model that influences intention behavior on trust and motivation of the elementary students, that proves students creative potential in making video learning animation.

Recent trends of studies on technology acceptance in local government had recently been popular; the studies focused on identifying the predictors of human behavior in potential acceptance or rejection of technology. This study investigated the use of information technology/information system (henceforth, IT/IS) acceptance in government as a means to improve the quality of public service and strive for transparent governance. A mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) study was conducted, and data were collected through questionnaires involving 125 respondents, interviews, and observations. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as a theoretical framework for behavioral information systems and Smart Partial least square (Smart PLS) analysis was employed in elaborating the complex correlation between the determinants. The result showed that the perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) contributed positively to the perceived usefulness (PU) and attitude towards using technology (ATUT). Moreover, the ATUT significantly contributed to Behavioral Intention of Use (BITU); further, the BITU also contributed to actual technology use (ATU). The PU, however, possessed a negative impact on the ATUT. These results further the information regarding the quality and performance of IT/IS services that can be used as a basis for higher-level decision-making.

Dampak pandemi Covid 19 terhadap ekonomi menunjukkan adanya variasi menurut sektor dan lapangan usaha. Penelitian yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan (1) mengkaji pergeseran dan perubahan kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB pada masa pandemi Covid 19, (2) menganalisis perbedaan pergeseran kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB menurut kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan (3) menganalisis hubungan antara jumlah kasus positif Covid 19 dengan perubahan kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan perbandingan antar sektor dan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Periode waktu yang digunakan meliputi tahun 2018 (sebelum pandemi Covid 19) dan tahun 2020 (saat pandemi Covid 19). Data yang digunakan merupakan data PDRB sektoral dari data sekunder. Analisis pergeseran kontribusi dilakukan dengan perhitungan pertumbuhan (%/tahun) dan menggunakan grafik. Untuk mengkaji hubungan antara jumlah kasus positif Covid 19 dengan perubahan kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB digunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah mengalami pergeseran kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Sebagian sektor mengalami penurunan kontribusi, namun pada beberapa sektor lain justru mengalami peningkatan kontribusi. Secara spasial, terdapat perbedaan pergeseran kontribusi sektoral terhadap PDRB antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sektor yang terdampak cukup signifikan selama pandemi adalah sektor transportasi dan pergudangan yang pengalami penurunan 14,66 %/tahun dan terjadi di semua wilayah kabupaten kota. Sektor industri pengolahan juga mengalami penurunan kontribusi yang cukup signifikan di 9 (sembilan) kabupaten/kota. Namun demikian untuk sektor komunikasi dan informasi justru mengalami peningkatan kontribusi di seluruh wilayah kabupaten/kota. Jumlah kasus Covid 19 mempunyai hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap perubahan kontribusi untuk sektor konstruksi; sektor penyediaan akomodasi, makan, dan minum; sektor jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial; serta sektor jasa lainnya. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy shows variations by sector and business field. The research carried out is directed to achieve the objectives of (1) examining shifts and changes in sectoral contributions to GRDP during the Covid 19 pandemic, (2) analyzing differences in shifts in sectoral contributions to GRDP by regencies/cities in Central Java Province, and (3) analyzing the relationship between the number of positive cases of Covid 19 with changes in sectoral contributions to GRDP in Central Java Province. The research method used includes quantitative methods through a comparative approach between sectors and regencies/cities in Central Java Province. The period used includes 2018 (before the Covid 19 pandemic) and 2020 (during the Covid 19 pandemic). The data used is sectoral GRDP data from secondary data. The contribution shift analysis is carried out by calculating growth (%/year) and graphs. The Product Moment correlation examines the relationship between the number of positive cases of Covid 19 and changes in sectoral contributions to GRDP. The study results show that Central Java Province has experienced a shift in sectoral contributions to GRDP during the Covid 19 pandemic. Some sectors experienced a decrease in contribution, but in some other sectors, their contribution increased. There are differences in the shift in sectoral contributions to GRDP between regencies/cities in Central Java Province. The sector that was significantly affected during the pandemic was the transportation and warehousing sector, which experienced a decline of 14.66%/year and occurred in all regencies and cities. The manufacturing sector also experienced a significant decrease in its contribution in 9 (nine) regencies/cities. However, the communication and information sector experienced an increasing contribution in all regencies/cities. The number of Covid 19 cases has a significant negative relationship to changes in the contribution to the construction sector, providing accommodation, food, and drink; health services sector and social activities; and other service sectors.

Nowadays, Learning Management System (LMS) is widely used to support the learning process. LMS becomes a medium of interaction between students and teachers. Poor usability and user experience (UX) of an LMS can make students spend more time learning the system than learning the educational content. Therefore, usability and user experience evaluation are important for e-learning. Edmodo and Google Classroom are two widely used LMS. This study involved students as inspectors to compare the user experience of Edmodo versus Google Classroom using Technique for User Experience Evaluation in E-learning (TUXEL). Inspectors divided into two groups: one group inspected Edmodo and another group inspected Google Classroom. After completing the inspection, the inspectors were asked to fill three questionnaires: usability inspection, general LMS / pedagogical usability inspection, and user experience. The data then processed and analyzed per category per dimension. The results of the overall general usability and pedagogical usability inspections show fewer problematic aspects in Edmodo (22 items) than Google Classroom (30 items). However, Google Classroom seems to be preferred by students because it is simpler, practical and, more comfortable. Edmodo is recommended for distance learning since it has more features. While Google Classroom is more suitable to be used as a support or complement for a learning course.

The development of Islamic political thought has been going on for 15 centuries and Islam is a distinctive and independent cultural unit. Political Thought examines the exercise of power, who deserves to exercise it and how much power they can have. Political Thought tries to explain the concept of Justice that is carried out in human relations, especially in the system of government between the ruling and the ruled, including the thoughts of Islamic leaders who have their own views regarding the Islamic government system. The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic government system according to Muhammad Rasyid Rida and Ali Abdurraziq. This research is a library research. Data collection was obtained from library materials such as scientific books, journal articles, encyclopedias and other written sources, both printed and electronic. To analyze this research, in analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive technique. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded as follows. That they are reformers who are in the contemporary period such as Rasyid Rida, an Islamic political thinker as well as a politician of the Muslim Brotherhood who defends a type of government characterized by popular sovereignty, namely a government formed by representatives and deliberation through ahlul halli wa al aqdi because Rasyid Ridha has a view regarding the Islamic government system. where the Caliphate is needed which of course its function is to fulfill worldly interests and regulate the religious affairs of the Muslims. Meanwhile, the thought of Ali Abdurraziq who is also an Islamic political thinker who once worked as a judge of the Syar'iyah Court is that the caliphate is an outmoded Islamic political institution and only causes disasters for Muslims. The Islamic political institution only existed at the time of the Prophet in its perfect form.

Jenius merupakan aplikasi yang telah dirancang oleh Bank BTPN guna memudahkan masyarakat ketika mengatur life finance menggunakan smartphone. Namun, aplikasi Jenius masih ditemui permasalahan terkait keluhan-keluhan terkait layanan yang diberikan terlihat pada ulasan aplikasi Jenius di Appstore dan customer service Jenius di social media twitter. Hal ini menjadi alasan dilakukannya penelitian untuk mengetahui aspek dari kualitas layanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dengan loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Jenius, khususnya di Kota Malang yang saat ini sedang berkembang di bidang digital finance. Pada penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model Electronic Service Quality dan Electronic Recovery Service Quality, kedua model ini memiliki tingkat pengukuran yang baik berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan elektronik. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 100 sampel pengguna aplikasi Jenius di Kota Malang. Pada penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik sampling, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dan sederhana sebagai teknik dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh jika dimensi efficiency, fulfilment, dan compensation memiliki pengaruh signifikan parsial (individu) terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Jenius. Lalu diperoleh hasil jika dimensi efficiency, system availability, fulfilment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, dan contact memiliki pengaruh signifikan simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Jenius. Dan didapatkan juga bahwa kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Jenius. Abstract Jenius is an application that Bank BTPN has designed to make it easier for the public when managing life finance using a smartphone. However, the Jenius application still encounters problems related to the services provided, as seen in the Jenius application reviews on the Appstore and Jenius customer service on social media Twitter. The reason for conducting this research is to determine aspects of service quality that affect satisfaction with the loyalty of Jenius application users, especially in Malang City, which is currently developing in digital finance. This study uses quantitative methods using Electronic Service Quality and Electronic Recovery Service Quality models. Both of these models have a good level of measurement based on previous research conducted to measure the quality of electronic services. This study involved 100 samples of Jenius application users in Malang City. This research uses purposive sampling as a sampling technique and multiple and simple linear regression analysis as a technique in data analysis. The results obtained if the dimensions of efficiency, fulfillment, and compensation have a partial (individual) significant effect on the satisfaction of Jenius application users. Then the results are obtained if the dimensions of efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact have a simultaneous (together) significant influence on the satisfaction of Jenius application users. Moreover, it is also found that user satisfaction affects the loyalty of Jenius application users.

Pandemi COVID-19 mulai menyerang seluruh masyarakat dunia pada akhir tahun 2019. Penyebaran COVID-19 dapat terjadi secara cepat melalui percikan dari hidung atau mulut yang keluar saat orang yang telah terinfeksi batuk, bersin, atau berbicara. Masyarakat harus selalu waspada agar terhindar dari infeksi COVID-19. Banyak hal yang telah dilakukan sebagai bentuk pencegahan, seperti membuat aplikasi yang memberikan informasi terkait kesehatan khususnya COVID-19. Namun keberadaannya masih belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis memberikan sebuah solusi dengan merancang user experience aplikasi info COVID-19 berbasis mobile. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk memberikan rancangan user experience yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan, mudah digunakan, dan memberikan pengalaman yang berkesan bagi pengguna. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Human Centered Design (HCD). Hasil akhir dari rancangan sistem adalah berupa high-fidelity prototype yang kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan teknik usability testing. Usability testing dilakukan untuk menguji 3 aspek pada usability, yaitu aspek efektifitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan. Hasil dari evaluasi menghasilkan permasalahan yang kemudian dilakukan perbaikan dengan menghasilkan 4 rekomendasi perbaikan. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic began to strike all communities around the world at the end of 2019. The spread of COVID-19 can occur quickly through splashes from the nose or mouth that come out when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks. People should always be vigilant to avoid COVID-19 infection. Many things have been done as a form of prevention, such as creating an application that provides health-related information, especially about COVID-19. But its existence has not been able to meet the needs of users. Based on that problem, the author provides a solution by designing the user experience of a mobile-based application for COVID-19 information. The purpose of this design is to provide a design of user experience that can meet the needs, easy to use, and provide a memorable experience for users. The design is processed using Human Centered Design (HCD) method. The final result for the system design is a high fidelity prototype which is then evaluated using usability testing techniques. Usability testing is done to test 3 aspects of usability, that is aspect of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The results of the evaluation resulted some problems that were then improved by producing 4 improvement recommendations.

Sejak 2021, pelaksanaan perkuliahan di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya (Filkom UB) didukung oleh sebuah Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle yang diberi nama Eling (eling.ub.ac.id). Seiring berjalannya waktu, respon atau persepsi pengguna telah terbentuk sehingga mendorong perlunya analisis pengalaman pengguna sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan pengalaman pengguna yang terjadi selama menggunakan LMS Eling menggunakan metode UX Curve pada periode 12 bulan awal masa penggunaan. Dimensi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan karakteristik LMS Eling sebagai platform pendidikan, sehingga 5 dimensi yang digunakan yakni general ux, ease of use, interactivity, engagement, dan assignment & assessment. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 yang dapat menghasilkan 100 kurva. Dari 100 kurva yang dihasilkan terdapat 56 kurva kategori improving, 24 kurva kategori deteriorating dan 20 kurva stable. Analisis alasan perubahan partisipan dikelompokkan berdasarkan kurva dan berdasarkan kuartal dengan periode 12 bulan. Alasan perubahan partisipan yang didapatkan yaitu sebanyak 581 alasan yang terdiri dari 335 alasan positif dan 246 alasan negatif. Kurva general ux memiliki jumlah alasan perubahan terbanyak yakni 125 alasan yang terdiri dari 69 alasan positif dan 56 alasan negatif. Pada 1-3 bulan awal penggunaan dilaporkan jumlah alasan perubahan terbanyak yakni sebanyak 174 alasan dengan 89 alasan positif dan 85 alasan negatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bulan pertama hingga ketiga pada awal penggunaan LMS Eling merupakan momen yang paling berkontribusi terhadap perubahan pengalaman pengguna. Abstract Since 2021, the lectures at the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya (Filkom UB) has been supported by a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) named Eling (eling.ub.ac.id). Over time, user responses or perceptions have been formed, thus prompting the need for user experience analysis as a basis for consideration in further improvement and development. In the absence of long-term experience perspective information on the LMS, this study aims to determine changes in user experience that occur while using the LMS by using the UX Curve method in the initial 12-month period of use. The dimensions used in this study are adjusted to the characteristics of the LMS as an educational platform, so that the 5 dimensions used are general ux, ease of use, interactivity, engagement, and assignment & assessment. There were 20 participants in this study which could produce 100 curves. Of the 100 curves produced, there are 56 improving category curves, 24 deterioration curves and 20 stable curves. Analysis of the reasons for the change in participants was grouped by curve and by quarter with a 12-month period. The reasons for the change in participants were 581 reasons consisting of 335 positive reasons and 246 negative reasons. The general ux curve has the highest number of reasons for change, 125 reasons consisting of 69 positive reasons and 56 negative reasons. The first 1-3 months had the highest number of reasons for change, namely 174 reasons with 89 positive reasons and 85 negative reasons. Thus, the first to third months of use is the most influential on the changes of the user experience of the LMS.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kehidupan kesenian tradisional dan seniman di Sanggar Asmoro Bangun, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Sanggar ini merupakan sanggar kesenian Topeng Malangan yang bergerak untuk pelestarian budaya melalui pertunjukan dan pembelajaran. Selama pandemi, aktivitas sanggar tersebut terhenti. Penelitian ini menawarkan inovasi dalam bentuk purwarupa desain antarmuka pengguna (high-fidelity prototype) aplikasi perangkat bergerak bernama “Teater Budaya” yang menyediakan layanan untuk melihat pertunjukan dan mempelajari kesenian. Pendekatan perancangan Human Centered Design (HCD) digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk mendalami permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengguna dan stakeholder sehingga dapat dihasilkan rancangan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Perancangan dilakukan secara iteratif (berulang) untuk menghasilkan desain dengan usability yang baik. Rancangan dari aplikasi dievaluasi menggunakan metode remote usability testing dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Evaluasi usability dari purwarupa perancangan menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Aspek efisiensi mencapai persentase 100%. Selain itu, pada aspek kepuasan menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna terhadap rancangan. Pengujian dengan kuesioner SUS menunjukkan nilai usability rancangan masuk pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil perancangan purwarupa ini telah siap dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Keberadaan aplikasi “Teater Budaya” diharapkan dapat menembus batasan ruang dan waktu bagi seseorang yang ingin mempelajari dan menikmati kesenian Topeng Malangan. Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the lives of traditional arts and its artists at the Asmoro Bangun Art Studio, Malang Regency, East Java. This art studio preserves the Topeng Malangan (Malangan Mask Traditional Art) arts and culture through performances and learning. During the pandemic, the studio's activities were suspended. This research offers innovation of a user interface design prototype for a mobile application called “Teater Budaya” which provides services for viewing performances and learning the art. The Human Centered Design (HCD) approach was adapted in this study to explore the problems faced by users and stakeholders to design the application that user needs. The design process was iterative to produce a design with good usability. The design of the application was evaluated using the remote usability testing method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The usability evaluation of the design prototype showed a good usability. The efficiency aspect reaches a percentage of 100%. In addition, the satisfaction measurement shows that the users were satisfied with the design. Measurement with the SUS questionnaire shows the usability of the design is very good. This prototype design are ready for further development. The existence of the "Cultural Theater" application is expected to penetrate the boundaries of space and time for someone who wants to learn and enjoy the Topeng Malangan.

PT Mabruro Tour and Travel merupakan perusahaan yang fokus pada penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umroh. Namun pandemi COVID-19 membuat Travel Mabruro membutuhkan pelayanan online dalam pengelolaan pendaftaran jamaah dan pengurusan administrasi guna mengurangi kontak fisik yang dilakukan, untuk itu Travel Mabruro memanfaatkan situs web yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya, untuk dilakukan penambahan layanan tersebut. Agar penambahan produk layanan Travel Mabruro dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan, dilakukan perancangan user experience situs web yang diawali dengan analisis proses bisnis kemudian hasil analisis tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perancangan antarmuka. Untuk menghasilkan layanan yang sesuai kebutuhan, perancangan user experience menggunakan pendekatan Human-Centered Design (HCD). Berfokus dalam menghasilkan sistem layanan yang dapat berguna dan bermanfaat dengan melibatkan manusia, dalam hal ini pengguna dan stakeholder yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan terhadap pengguna serta pihak stakeholder dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi yang sebelumnya direncanakan. Terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, tahap pertama yakni spesifikasi konteks penggunaan dan kebutuhan pengguna yang didapatkan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak stakeholder yakni Travel Mabruro serta pihak pengguna yang nantinya menggunakan layanan, kemudian dilakukan pembuatan desain solusi yang menghasilkan wireframe, screenflow, dan high-fidelity prototype yang mana merupakan hasil akhir dari tampilan antarmuka situs web Travel Mabruro nantinya, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil evaluasi tersebut memperoleh nilai positif pada setiap skala UEQ, Untuk nilai skala daya tarik sebesar 1,698, skala kejelasan sebesar 1,547, skala efisiensi sebesar 1,552, ketepatan sebesar 1,692, stimulasi sebesar 1,721 dan kebaruan sebesar 1,921. Berdasarkan perbandingan skala benchmark UEQ, mendapatkan kategori good pada skala daya tarik, efisiensi, ketepatan dan kebaruan. Kategori above avarage didapatkan pada skala kejelasan, dan untuk skala stimulasi menghasilkan kategori excellent. Abstract PT Mabruro Tour and Travel is a company that focuses on organizing Hajj and Umrah. However because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Travel Mabruro need online services in managing registration and administration to reduce physical contact, for this reason Travel Mabruro utilizes a previously owned website to add these services. In order to add these services to run according to the needs and goals, a website user experience design is carried out which began with a business process analysis then the results of the analysis are used as references in interface design. To produce services that are suitable with the needs, the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach is used. Focusing on producing a service system that can be useful and beneficial by involving humans (in this case users and stakeholder) which aims to meet the needs and satisfaction of users and also achieve organizational goals that are previously planned. It consists of several stages, the first stage is to specify the context of use and user needs which are obtained by conducting interview with stakeholders (Travel Mabruro) and user who will use these services, then planning the design solution by making wireframe, screenflow and high-fidelity prototype which will be the final result of the Travel Mabruro interface. After that, the result of design solution will be evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The evaluation results to 43 random respondent obtained a positive value on each UEQ scale, 1.698 for the attractiveness scale value, 1.547 for perspicuity scale, 1.552 for efficiency scale, 1.692 for dependability scale, 1.721 for stimulation scale, and 1.921 for novelty scale. Based on UEQ benchmark scale comparison, the scale of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, and novelty obtained the “good” category. Meanwhile, the perspicuity scale obtained the “above average” category, while the stimulation scale obtained the “excellent” category.

This article aims to measure the level of sustainability of heritage cities in Malaysia. A thousand residents of ten selected heritage cities throughout Malaysia were selected as the respondents based on the cluster sampling and simple random methods to complete the questionnaire. A Likert scale on questionnaires 1 to 5 was used to elicit feedback. Five sustainability constructs were used: economic, social, environmental, cultural heritage, and government/community role. The results showed that the items in each study construct achieved an acceptable reliability level, with a Cronbach Alpha value greater than 0.70, and also met the normality test requirements. Descriptive analyses of the frequencies, percentages, and average mean values were used to establish each construct's level of sustainability. The results of the study show that the cities that attracted high scores were Georgetown (3.94), Taiping (4.00), Melaka City (3.76), and Muar (3.71). Meanwhile, the cities that attracted moderate scores were Kuala Kubu Bharu (3.36), Jugra (3.23), Tampin (3.37), Kuala Lipis (3.28), Kota Bharu (3.65) and Kuching (3.51). The implications of this study can be used to indicate the actual situation of the level of sustainability of heritage cities and be a reference to carry out the process of improvement towards a more sustainable city by 2030.

Bimbingan akademik merupakan kegiatan konsultasi antara dosen penasihat akademik dan mahasiswa dalam membantu menyelesaikan masalah studi serta merencanakan studi sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya. Panduan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang baru di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) telah dikembangkan secara khusus agar dosen dan mahasiswa dapat secara berkala memantau perkembangan studi mahasiswa dan melihat kekurangan studi mahasiswa berbasiskan pada data analisis hasil studi mahasiswa. Proses evaluasi berbasiskan data akan lebih mudah dilakukan jika menggunakan suatu sistem atau aplikasi yang memiliki visualisasi data yang bersesuaian. Untuk itulah perlu dirancang pengalaman pengguna dari aplikasi Pembimbingan PA agar dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan sistem nantinya. Penelitian ini membuat perancangan user experience aplikasi bimbingan akademik mahasiswa FILKOM dengan menerapkan metode Human-Centered Design (HCD) untuk membantu mengembangkan desain solusi yang fokus pada perspektif manusia ke dalam semua bagian proses pemecah permasalahan agar dapat membantu memetakan kebutuhan yang tepat bagi stakeholder dan pengguna. Hasil pengujian dengan metode usability testing menggunakan kombinasi penilaian pengujian ISO 9241-210 dan UEQ dengan detail teknik penilaian completion rate, time based efficiency, System Usability Scale (SUS), dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Abstract Academic guidance is a consultation activity between academic advisory lecturers and students in helping to solve study problems and planning studies according to their interests and abilities. The new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines at the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) have been specially developed so that lecturers and students can periodically monitor the progress of student studies and see the shortcomings of student studies based on data analysis of student study results. The data-based evaluation process will be easier to do if you use a system or application that has the appropriate data visualization. For this reason, it is necessary to design the user experience of the PA Guidance application so that it can be a reference in the development of the system later. This study designed a user experience application for academic guidance for FILKOM students by applying the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method to help develop solution designs that focus on the human perspective into all parts of the problem-solving process in order to help map out the right needs for stakeholders and users. The test results using the usability testing method use a combination of ISO 9241-210 and UEQ testing assessments with detailed assessment techniques for completion rate, time based efficiency, System Usability Scale (SUS), and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).

Sharia Insurance is an institution that provides services in the service sector that appears among people who still do not understand about sharia insurance and its mechanisms, so that people are still awkward to use the insurance services. Islamic insurance in Indonesia has the potential to grow along with the growth of the Islamic financial market. The sharia insurance strategy to increase product sales is carried out by conducting outreach to the public. In terms of increasing the number of customers, especially by expanding the market, especially for people who have not used sharia insurance services through direct socialization, maintaining and improving existing markets by trying to always maintain communication with customers to provide quality services, introducing financial planning and management. risk in Islamic insurance. Fast service provides convenience for more strategic management of needs so that it creates public interest in using sharia insurance services.

This study investigates the level of learning media among form-six students. A quantitative approach using a questionnaire instrument was employed. The sample size includes 201 form-six students using a simple random sampling technique where the analysis involved is a mean score scale. The findings showed that utilization levels were moderate. Pre-university students were selected due to the importance of learning media in furthering studies at the university level. A lack of learning media knowledge will result in the students being unable to compete with others at the university level. Students have less practical experience in using learning media while in class.

During Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the use of telemedicine services in Indonesia rose. Telemedicine service policies were released as an emergency condition during the pandemic. Meanwhile, the post-pandemic policies on telemedicine have never been formulated. This study aimed to construct the policy recommendation related to telemedicine services in Indonesia in the COVID-19 post-pandemic. The policy recommendations were developed after an initial analysis of user needs. The respondents were 102 telemedicine users who were over 18 years old. Results showed that most telemedicine users (61%) were worried about misdiagnosis, and others (52.9%) were worried about data security and confidentiality. The conceptual policy recommendation was developed based on the situation analysis. Multi-stakeholder cooperation across institutions such as the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Information Technology, the Food and Drug Administration, the Association of Health Service Facilities, professional organizations, and telemedicine startups. Such cooperation may harmonize the implementation of policies.

Endothelial instability is reported to be involved in the pathogenesis of COVID-19. The mechanism that regulates the endothelial dysfunction and disease virulence is not known. Studies on proteins that are released into circulation by activated endothelial cells may provide some means to understand the disease manifestation. The study investigated the circulating levels of two molecules Endoglin (Eng) and Syndecan-1 (SDC-1) that are presumed to be involved in the maintenance of endothelial integrity and their association with hypercoagulation marker in COVID-19 patients. The serum levels of Eng, SDC-1, D-mer were evaluated using ELISA at the time of admission (DOA) and day 7 post-admission among COVID-19 patients (N = 39 with 17 moderate and 22 severe cases). Compared to the time of admission, there was an increase in sEng and sSDC1 levels in all COVID-19 cases on day 7 post admission. The serum levels of sEng and sSDC-1 was significantly (P ≤ 0.001 & P ≤ 0.01 respectively) elevated in severe cases including the four deceased group compared to moderate cases on day 7 post admission. Further, the study molecules showed a strong positive association (P ≤ 0.001) with the hypercoagulation marker D-mer. The results show an early shedding of the endothelial proteins sEng and sSDC-1 into circulation as a host response to the viral infection during the febrile phase of infection.
