Objective To investigate the key genes associated with ferroptosis in peri-implantitis and explore the potential mechanisms regulating peri-implantitis. Methods Several datasets were obtained from the GEO database. Differential expressed genes were screened, and GO and KEGG analyses were performed. A PPI network was constructed using the STRING website. Key genes were validated using a test set, and the diagnostic value of key genes was determined. The content and proportion of 22 immune cells in peri-implantitis tissues were obtained through immune infiltration analysis. Key genes were validated by qRT-PCR and Western Blot(WB). Results There were 1 138 differential genes between peri-implantitis tissues and normal gingival tissues, of which 29 were related to ferroptosis. The gene expression in peri-implantitis tissues mainly involved processes such as immune response activation. Five key genes in the ferroptosis-related differential genes, namely SOX2, GJA1, IL1B, GPX2 and CHAC1, were differentially expressed in peri-implantitis tissues and had high diagnostic value. Immune infiltration analysis showed significant changes in immune cells such as memory B cells and plasma cells in peri-implantitis tissues. qRT-PCR and WB confirmed significant differential expression of mRNA and the protein transcribed by key genes. Conclusion Differential genes between peri-implantitis and ferroptosis are screened using bioinformatics analysis and biological validation, providing new insights into the study on peri-implantitis.

In order to study the crack damage propagation law of rotor blades under complex loads in the actual service of aero-engines, the crack propagation life curve of blades was constructed based on the operational data of aero-engine, and the crack propagation rate formula was established by fracture mechanics theory. Taking the high-pressure compressor blade as an example, the load model of the compressor blade structure was constructed by the fluid-solid coupling method. The Paris， Walker and Newman crack growth rate formulas were used to analyze the three-dimensional crack propagation in the tip region of the compressor blade. The simulation results show that the prediction results of the three crack propagation rate formulas are consistent with the crack propagation curve of the engine operation data in the early stage of crack propagation, which can better describe the crack propagation law of the blade. In the stage of stable crack propagation, the prediction results of Walker and Newman formulas are relatively dangerous, and the prediction results of Paris formula are in good agreement with each other, and can be mutually confirmed with the requirements of damage development control in the manufacturer's technical manual.

A taxonomic revision of the genus Trichohoplorana Breuning, 1961 is presented. A junior synonym of Trichohoplorana, Ipochiromima Sama & Sudre, 2009, syn. nov., is proposed. A junior synonym of T. dureli Breuning, 1961, I. sikkimensis (Breuning, 1982), syn. nov., is proposed. Trichohoplorana is newly recorded from Vietnam. A new species, T. nigeralba sp. nov. is described from Vietnam. Trichohoplorana luteomaculata Gouverneur, 2016 is newly recorded from China and Vietnam. Hind wings and male terminalia of T. luteomaculata are described for the first time. Trichohoplorana is redescribed, and a key to Trichohoplorana species is presented.

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety treated by Bian-stone hot ironing-massage and Chinese herbal medicine penetration combined with music-guided imagination therapy. The music-guided imagination therapy was used to relieve patient’s negative emotions. Bian-stone hot ironing-massage and Chinese herbal medicine penetration were carried out to relieve the gastrointestinal symptoms of the patients. These two TCM technologies were complementary in the treatment of chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety and depression. This study aimed to identify factors that affect the prognosis of children with pulmonary valve atresia and intact ventricular septum treated with transthoracic balloon dilation of the pulmonary valve. The study included 148 participants who were followed up for 5 years. Of these, 10 died, while 138 survived. Independent sample t-test and χ2 test were used to analyze clinical data of children in the death and survival groups. It was found that height, weight, body surface area, arterial oxygen saturation, degree of tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary valve cross valve pressure difference, ICU length of stay, length of stay, reoperation intervention, and complications were statistically significant (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis of the measurement indicators with statistically significant differences showed that height, weight, body surface area, arterial oxygen saturation, ICU length of stay, and length of stay had AUCs ranging from 0.723 to 0.870. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the degree of tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary valve cross valvular pressure difference, ICU length of stay, reoperation intervention, and complications were independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of patients with PA/IVS undergoing transthoracic balloon dilation of pulmonary valve. The study proposed a nomogram prediction model using R language software 4.0 "rms" package, which was validated using calibration curve and decision curve. The model had a C-index of 0.667 (95% CI: 0.643-0.786) and high degree of fit. This study provides clinicians with a prediction model to identify children with poor prognosis after treatment with transpulmonary valve balloon dilatation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study has analyzed ozone pollution in Tianjin from 2013 to 2022, focusing on the relationships between ozone distribution, meteorological conditions, and precursor substances. A method for identifying high-value areas of ozone precursors using the Ozone Sensitivity Factor (FNR) has been introduced. Results show that the average ozone concentration in Tianjin has been 100.608 µg/m3, with an annual growth rate of 2.84 µg·m⁻3·yr⁻¹. Tianjin has ranked among the top provinces and urban agglomerations in China for both ozone concentration and growth rate. Ozone levels have peaked in summer, followed by spring, autumn, and winter, while the growth rate has been highest in spring. This indicates that ozone pollution extends from summer into spring and autumn. An analysis of six ozone pollution events reveals significant regional transmission impacts from northern Hebei and Inner Mongolia, contributing over 30%, with additional significant contributions from southern and southwestern Hebei and western Shandong. In terms of controlling ozone precursors, high-HCHO-value areas have been identified. The correlation between areas of high HCHO values and ground-level ozone concentrations was 0.56339 during the ozone season and 0.2214 during the non-ozone season, both of which improved identification accuracy to varying degrees, suggesting that targeting precursor emissions in these areas could enhance pollution mitigation efforts. This article aims to address the issue of low recognition accuracy in existing sorting robots caused by lighting, occlusion, and environmental factors. A fruit recognition method based on a flexible tactile sensor array is described. This method enables the robot to directly perceive the attributes of the objects and identify fruits using a flexible gripper, facilitating intelligent sorting. A novel flexible tactile sensor array is utilized to construct a flexible hand tactile information acquisition platform, which collects tactile time series data for the fruits. Principal component analysis is then employed for dimensionality reduction, followed by the development of an improved particle swarm optimization for the support vector machine model. Through an experimental study, the optimized model is compared with four other models, demonstrating better classification performance. The optimized model achieves an average tactile classification accuracy of up to 98.10% for the five types of fruits. A comparison between the improved optimization algorithm, genetic algorithm, and grid search algorithm reveals the superior optimization performance of the new approach. In the future, this method is expected to be implemented in industrial sorting robots for intelligent sorting on automatic production lines. Objective: To verify the administration of a new nano delivery system coated with Tirofiban on preventing early thrombosis in vein graft. Methods: Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups with eight rabbits in each group. The rabbits of all groups underwent jugular vein transplantation, except group I with only neck opening and closing operation. Vein grafts of group II were preprocessed by intravenous injection of normal saline; group III were preprocessed by tirofiban alone; group IV were preprocessed by unloaded nanoparticles of PLGA-PEG; group V were preprocessed by PLGA-PEG coated with tirofiban. Coagulation and platelet function of peripheral and vein graft blood were detected at 1, 2, 4, 12 h and 1, 3, 7, 10, 14 days after operation. Patency rate of vein graft and blood flow index were measured by vascular ultrasound at third, seventh, 10th, and 14th days after operation; two rabbits in each group were randomly sacrificed at the corresponding time of detection. Pathological differences of vein grafts were observed by HE stainin. Results: The patency rate of vein grafts in group V was significantly higher than that in group II to IV. The platelet and platelet aggregation rate in group V were inhibited in vein graft blood significantly. The post-operative PT and APTT in vein graft blood in group V were increased obviously while the FBG, D-dimer and FDP were significantly inhibited. Except group I, the lumen loss rate of vein grafts in group V was significantly lower than that in other groups, and vein graft blood in group V had a significant lower expression of platelet P-selectin and GP IIb/IIIa receptor than that in other groups. Conclusion: This study proves that PEG-PLGA coated with tirofiban can effectively prevent early vein graft stenosis from thrombosis by inhibition of platelet function, coagulation function.
