This study describes the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City. The background of this research is because several problems were found in the development of the creative economy in Sawahlunto, namely, human resource development is not optimal, capital is still limited, product marketing is still limited. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City and what factors affect the implementation of the creative economy development strategy in Sawahlunto City. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results show that the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office can be said to have been carried out well, although in its development there are still shortcomings and obstacles faced

This study examines the urgency of counseling guidance in fostering student discipline at the Muhammadiyah Tebing Tinggi Private Junior High School. This research is based on the existence of student discipline problems at school. The disciplinary behavior is related to violations of the rules and regulations set by the school. Schools as a strategic place to overcome students' undisciplined approach require a counseling approach. This study aims to analyze the importance of counseling guidance in fostering student discipline. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of principals, BK teachers, and students. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by schools in fostering student discipline are by providing counseling and punishment services. It is hoped that with these efforts, students will be able to behave in an orderly discipline, always in an orderly manner with regulations everywhere.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the epistemological process of Documental Linguistics, as well as Documental Semiotics in Spain. Added to this, he also wants to analyze the relationship of these disciplines with Documentation developed in Spain. Also, establish brief relationships with the theories that act as the basis of Documental Linguistics, in this case Structural Linguistics and Documental Semiotics, in turn, Semiotics. For that, a qualitative methodology, descriptive type, of exploratory character was applied. It is a theoretical-bibliographic approach, with a critical and reflective purpose about the disciplines of Documental Linguistics and Documental Semiotics, as well as about Structural Linguistics and Semiotics. Thus, there is a metalinguistic process in the procedures that involve the interpretation of information and its organization into concepts and the representation of the document, through a translation of concepts responsible for representing document information, as this information is produced in natural language, therefore translated, in metalinguistic procedures, into specialized documental language. Therefore, studies that explore Knowledge Organization and Documentation Science are aligned with the importance of language in the document processing process. Thus, Linguistics makes it possible to extract from the document information that is implied and inscribed in its dialogical aspects, in an intertextual perspective, the so-called documental sign, the same measure, Peircean Semiotics makes it possible to treat documental semiosis., A proposta desta pesquisa é analisar o processo epistemológico da Linguística Documental, bem como a Semiótica Documental na Espanha. Somado a isso, também deseja analisar a relação dessas disciplinas com a Documentação desenvolvida na Espanha. Outrossim, estabelecer breves relações com as teorias que atuam como base da Linguística Documental, no caso a Linguística Estrutural e da Semiótica Documental, por sua vez, a Semiótica. Para tanto, aplicou-se uma metodologia de natureza qualitativa, tipo descritiva, de caráter exploratória. Trata-se de abordagem teórico-bibliográfica, com o propósito crítico e reflexivo acerca das disciplinas Linguística Documental e Semiótica Documental, bem como acerca da Linguística Estrutural e Semiótica. Desse modo, há um processo metalinguístico nos procedimentos que envolvem a interpretação da informação e sua organização em conceitos e na representação do documento, por via de uma tradução de conceitos responsáveis por representar a informação documental, já que essa informação é produzida em linguagem natural, por conseguinte traduzida, em procedimentos metalinguísticos, para a linguagem documental especializada. Portanto, os estudos que exploram a Organização do Conhecimento e a Ciência da Documentação estão alinhados à importância da linguagem no processo de tratamento documental. Sendo assim, a Linguística possibilita extrair do documento informações que estão subentendidas e inscritas em seus aspectos dialógicos, em uma perspectiva intertextual, o chamado signo documental, a mesma medida, a Semiótica peirceana possibilita tratar a semiose documental.

This research aims to get actual and factual information about the actualization of the national spirit in responding to the covid 19 outbreak at Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Junior High School. The research process uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. This research was conducted on the learning process of Pancasila Education and Citizenship (PPKn). Subjekresearch is the principal, teacher PPKn and student. The findings in this study show that; 1) Students do not yet have a complete understanding of the concept of national insight, but implicitly in the process of learning PPKn, teachers always build a climate of togetherness and help each other. This condition can actually be understood if the seeds of the national spirit have appeared. The selection of varied learning methods is used by PPKn teachers and IPS teachers, which support the national attitude of students. PPKn and IPS learning carried out contributes considerable in shaping the national spirit of students in school which is characterized by the direction of achievement of learning success that not only looks at cognitive aspects, but also emphasized on affective and psychomotor aspects, especially those that are charged with national values. 2) Strengthening the organization with the foundation of the spirit of nationalism based on state ideology and Muhammadiyah values. Through a strong organizational commitment, the spirit of nationality flows in students. 3) The practice of the student's national spirit is realized through its participation in scouting activities (Hizbul Wathan/ HW scouting), flag ceremony activities, sports competitions, and regional arts events are a form of stimulation in developing national values in students and not spreading hoax news about the covid 19 pandemic.

This study aimed to determine the internal and external factors that cause low learning achievement of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Barejulat. Internal factors include intelligence, interests, talents, and motivation, while external factors include family, school, and community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Instrument using interview sheet. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, or verification. Test the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing persistence, source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students. The results of this study indicate that students who get low learning scores, are caused by the lack of intelligence, interests, talents, and motivations possessed by both of them. Besides that it is also influenced by the family environment, school environment, and environment. Low student motivation is due to students’ high sense of laziness in doing assignments and the lack of motivation given by parents. The family environment is very closely related to learning achievement. This is related to the lack of attention and warmth in the students' families themselves. Efforts made by teachers in improving the learning achievement of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Barejulat are by creating a class atmosphere that is thick with the spirit to compete, and guiding students by holding additional lessons. In addition, the teacher also tries to communicate with the parents of these students so that they pay more attention to their children's learning activities.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various fields in the world, without exception in the field of education. This situation causes the change in learning which is usually face-to-face in the classroom to be carried out at home, namely by online learning. During online learning, many students find it difficult to learn mathematics online. This study aims to determine the difficulties of teachers in online learning at SDN 32 Cakranegara in Mathematics. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, the population in this study were all grade III-VI teachers at SDN 32 Cakranegara, the sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The research sample selected was 4 class teachers. The data collection instruments used interview questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results showed that teachers experienced difficulties in online learning, namely: learning planning in the technique of determining learning methods, making learning media and determining 3 types of affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessments. Difficulties in implementing learning in preliminary activities are preparing students psychologically and physically and providing motivation, core activities are observing, asking questions, digging and collecting information and communicating and closing activities on feedback, follow-up and information on further activities. And the difficulty of providing an assessment in applying 3 types of affective assessment on observation, self-assessment, assessment between students and journals. Cognitive on written tests, oral tests and assignments and psychomotor on practice, projects, and portfolios during online learning in Mathematics.

The study was aimed at evaluating the management of non-formal education institution in Maluku Province. Mixed methods were applied to conduct the study with the population included all 24 accredited non-formal education institutions in Maluku Province in 2017-2018. The non-formal institutions namely Central Maluku Regency 2 Learning Centre Community Activities (PKBM), Southeast Maluku Regency 2 Course and Training Institute (LKP), and 1 PKBM, Buru Regency 2 LKP, and 1 PKBM, Tanimbar Islands Regency 6 PKBM and Ambon City 3 LKP, 6 PKBM and 1 Learning Activity Center. The sample of this study was 24 non-formal education institutions (population sample) with census techniques, and two educators and two learning residents were also involved be interviewed. In collecting the data, several instruments were implemented such as non-test techniques in the form of assessment rubrics, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In analyzing the data, the context, input, process and product (CIPP) was used as the bases theory and it was analyzed through quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis ways. The results of this study reported that non-formal education institutions in Maluku Province did not optimally in applying the principles of good governance in the institution management and it was categorized in low level based on the CIPP model of evaluation.

This research has the aim to evaluate aspects of COVID-19 surveillance input in Buleleng Health Center I. The research design used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interview techniques with research informants as many as 5 people with purposive sampling techniques and data retrieval techniques using structured interviews, documentation studies and observations. The conclusion of this study is that man is not in accordance with the guidelines; methode in accordance with the guidelines is the availability of guidelines for prevention and prevention of COVID-19 Disease Rev.5; the allocation of funds has not been in accordance with the guidelines because the amount of funds available does not match the increase in cases that occur but the source of funds is appropriate; facilities and infrastructure are only problems of the internet network that have not been in accordance with the guidelines
