- Abstract
The Heart Center Leipzig has implemented an innovative off-pump minimally invasive cardiac surgery-coronary artery bypass grafting approach, focusing on complete arterial revascularization using bilateral mammary arteries through a minimally invasive incision (left anterolateral minithoracotomy). This technique has been successfully incorporated into routine clinical practice at our centre for the past 8 years. The majority of patients are eligible for this procedure. This video tutorial provides an overview of patient selection, the preoperative protocol and a step-by-step description of this procedure., (© The Author 2025.
