Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are the collection of computational techniques or models encouraged by the shape and purpose of natural or organic neural networks. Furthermore, a cubic intuitionistic fuzzy (CIF) set is the modified or extended form of a Fuzzy set (FS). Our goal was to address or compute the model of Aczel-Alsina operational laws under the consideration of the CIF set as well as Aczel-Alsina t-norm (AATN) and Aczel-Alsina t-conorm (AATCN), where the model of Algebraic norms and Drastic norms were the special parts of the Aczel-Alsina norms. Further, using the above invented operational laws, we aimed to develop the model of Aczel-Alsina average/geometric aggregation operators, called CIF Aczel-Alsina weighted averaging (CIFAAWA), CIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted averaging (CIFAAOWA), CIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid averaging (CIFAAHA), CIF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric (CIFAAWG), CIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted geometric (CIFAAOWG), and CIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid geometric (CIFAAHG) operators with some well-known and desirable properties. Moreover, a procedure decision-making technique was presented for finding the best type of artificial neural networks with the help of multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems based on CIF aggregation information. Finally, we determined a numerical example for showing the rationality and advantages of the developed method by comparing their ranking values with the ranking values of many prevailing tools.

Teleoperated robots have attracted significant interest in recent years, and data gloves are one of the commonly used devices for their operation. However, existing solutions still encounter two challenges: the ways in which data gloves capture human operational intentions and achieve accurate mapping. In order to address these challenges, we propose a novel teleoperation method using data gloves based on fuzzy logic controller. Firstly, the data are collected and normalized from the flex sensors on data gloves to identify human manipulation intentions. Then, a fuzzy logic controller is designed to convert finger flexion information into motion control commands for robot arms. Finally, experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and precision of the proposed method.

Self-powered photodetectors have the advantages of high sensitivity, sustainability, and small size and have become a research hotspot in advanced optoelectronic systems. However, the low output photocurrent density seriously hinders the practical application of ferroelectric self-powered photodetectors. Herein, the high-efficiency photoelectric detection performance of the Bi1-xHoxFeO3 ferroelectric self-powered photodetector is realized by doping Ho. The responsivity (R) and detectivity (D*) can reach 0.0159 A/W and 1.94 × 1011 Jones under monochromatic light with a wavelength of 900 nm. Meanwhile, the R and D* can reach 0.022 A/W and 2.65 × 1011 Jones under sunlight. These excellent photodetection performances are attributed to the high short-circuit current density (Jsc). When the Ho content is 6%, the output photocurrent reaches up to 0.81 mA/cm2. The systematic structure and photo-electric characteristic analysis suggest that the decrease in the band gap leads to the generation of a larger photocurrent while the ferroelectric polarization is reduced slightly. This work provides a new way to obtain high-performance self-powered photodetectors.

The immense potential of flexible energy storage materials applied in wearable electronic devices has stimulated a lot of science researches on manufacturing technology and performance optimization. Herein, an all-inorganic flexible ferroelectric film with multilayer heterostructure is prepared based on Mn doped Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3BiNi0.5Zr0.5O3 (Mn:BNT-BNZ) and Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3BiZn0.5Zr0.5O3 (BNT-BZZ) relaxor ferroelectrics. A win-win situation of breakdown strength and polarization is achieved in the Mn:BNT-BNZ/BNT-BZZ multilayer film with the stacking period N = 3, of which energy density and efficiency reach 80.4 J/cm3 and 62.0% respectively. It is proposed that the excellent energy storage performances are attributed to the synergistic effect of the electric field amplification effect, interface blocking effect and the polarization coupling effect based on the multilayer heterostructure. Moreover, the flexible ferroelectric film exhibits outstanding temperature (25–205 °C), frequency (0.5–5 kHz) stability and antifatigue property (1 × 108 cycles), and can well maintain stable performance at different tensile/compressive bending radii (10–5 mm) and even after 104 bending cycles with a fixed bending radius of 3 mm. This work opens up a promising route to the development of flexible energy storage materials.

Lithium-ion batteries are usually connected in series and parallel to form a pack for meeting the voltage and capacity requirements of energy storage systems. However, different pack configurations and battery module collector positions result in different equivalent connected resistances, leading to pack current inhomogeneity, which seriously reduces the lifetime and safety of the pack. Therefore, in order to quantitatively analyze the influence of the connected resistance on the current distribution, this study researched the initial cell current distribution of the parallel module by developing mathematical models of different configurations. Then, this study explored the influence of multiple module collector positions on the current inhomogeneity of the pack under the dynamic current condition. The results show that the inhomogeneity of cell current and discharge capacity in the pack with parallel modules connected in series can be improved by keeping each cell in a parallel module with the same distance to its module collector. Furthermore, the current homogeneity of the edge parallel modules in the pack is seriously affected by the position of the single module collector. Therefore, this study innovatively proposes the symmetrical multiple module collectors of the pack, which can greatly improve the current homogeneity of the edge parallel modules, thereby improving the lifetime and safety of the pack.

In order to meet the energy and power requirements of large-scale battery applications, lithium-ion batteries have to be connected in series and parallel to form various battery packs. However, unavoidable connector resistances cause the inconsistency of the cell current and state of charge (SoC) within packs. Meanwhile, different assembly methods and module collector positions (MCPs) may result in different connector resistance arrangements, thereby leading to different cell current distributions. Therefore, the correlation of connector resistance to battery pack performance is worth investigating. Based on the simplified equivalent circuit model (ECM), the mathematical models of cell current distribution within packs under different assembly methods are obtained in this paper. Then, we use COMSOL Multiphysics simulation to analyze the guidelines of series assembly for parallel modules and then study the influences of connector resistance and MCP on series–parallel battery packs. The results show that the assembly method with an equal distance between each cell and the assembly contact surface for series assembly can effectively reduce the inhomogeneous current. However, the cell current and SoC distribution within the series–parallel battery pack is completely independent of the Z-configuration and ladder configuration. In addition, for series–parallel battery packs, the non-edge parallel module part of the series–parallel battery pack can be replaced with a series cell module (SCM) structure. Finally, the influences of the value of the connector resistance and current rate on the cell current distribution are discussed.

A novel method for optimal design of hydrodynamic performance of bionic propeller with a deformable leading edge is proposed. Based on the bionics principle and method of parameterized modeling, the fore-fin concave-convex structure of humpback whales is applied to the propeller leading edge, the leading edge in the propeller to meet flow region according to the exponential decay curve and the standard sine curve smooth leading edge for similar humpback fins protuberant structure of concave and convex deformation, and the leading edge of concave and convex bionic propeller. The hydrodynamic performance, the cavitation performance, and the noise performance of the exponential decay bionic propeller and the sinusoidal function bionic propeller were simulated respectively. The propeller with a better performance is selected, and the simulation based design (SBD) technology is introduced into the optimization design of the new bionic propeller. The parameters controlling the shape of the exponential attenuation curve of the guide edge deformation are taken as optimization design variables, the torque of the parent propeller is taken as the constraint condition, the open water efficiency is selected as the objective function, and the optimization algorithm of Sobol and T-Search is adopted. A bionic propeller optimization system based on the exponential decay curve is constructed. The results show that the application of the concave and convex structure of the humpback whale fore-fin to the guide edge of the propeller improves the cavitation performance and noise performance of the propeller, but the improvement of the open water performance of the propeller is not particularly significant. It is verified that the hydrodynamic performance optimization design method of the bionic propeller established in this paper is effective and reliable, which provides a certain theoretical basis and technical guidance for the performance numerical calculation and configuration optimization design of the bionic propeller.
