Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales have garnered the greatest popular and scholarly attention despite the interdependence of works across the broad range of his artistic production. We read Andersen's fairy tales in concert with his travel writing to highlight the intertextual aspects that cross these seemingly distinct genres. We leverage recent advances in large language models (LLM) and network theory to generate representations that facilitate user exploration of these intertextual interdependencies across genres and across time. In the first part of our study, we use BERTopic and an LLM model fine‐tuned for nineteenth‐century Danish literary language to present independent and combined topic models of the two corpuses. This approach supports multi‐scalar analysis of intertextual elements within and across these corpuses, thereby implementing a method for macroscopic reading. In the second part of the study, we develop a series of networked representations of the dependencies between fairy tales, where these dependencies are generated on the basis of the shared intertextual topic space of the fairy tales and the travel writing. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of disease burden worldwide, with a significant proportion of cases and deaths attributable to modifiable risk factors. Recent interest has emerged in using cardiac computed tomography (CT) imaging as a tool to enhance motivation and drive positive behavioural changes. However, the impact of providing visual feedback of plaque from CT on risk factor control and individual health behaviours remains understudied. This study aimed to assess the effects of visual feedback from cardiac CT imaging on health-related behaviours and risk factor control. A systematic search of electronic databases was conducted, yielding nine studies (five randomised controlled trials and four observational studies) for analysis. The results varied, but based on the limited low-quality data, CT imaging appears to have short-term favourable effects on cholesterol levels and systolic blood pressure reductions, and positive dietary behavioural changes. Further research is warranted to better understand the long-term impact of cardiac CT imaging on health behaviours and risk factor modification. Aims: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains a significant public health concern, influenced by both genetic susceptibility and lifestyle factors. Integrating genetic risk information into clinical practice shows promise but has yielded mixed results regarding its impact on CVD prevention and management. This systematic review aimed to assess the impact of providing genetic CVD risk information on health behaviours, psychological outcomes, and risk factors., Methods: Following JBI methodology and PRISMA 2020 guidelines, four electronic databases and two trial registries were searched for randomised controlled trials evaluating the impact of genetic risk information on the CVD risk profile. Data was synthesised using a narrative synthesis approach., Results: Of the 3,596 articles retrieved, 11 studies were eligible. Genetic risk information showed modest improvements in dietary behaviour but had inconclusive effects on physical activity and medication adherence. Minimal changes in psychological outcomes were noted, including a slight decrease in depression. The impact on traditional risk factors, such as systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol was also limited. Bias across all studies was noted., Conclusions: Genetic CVD risk information has limited effects on clinical outcomes and psychological factors, despite its potential to encourage some health behaviour changes.
