Objective: The present work describes the automated radiochemical syntheses of different PET tracers like [68Ga]Ga-Pentixafor, [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-4 and [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE using optimized single protocol in the non-cassette based Eckert & Ziegler (EZ) Modular Lab (fixed tubing system) without any modification in the inbuilt human machine interface (HMI) software. Recently, PET agents viz. [68Ga]Ga-Pentixafor and [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-4 are gaining prominence for the diagnosis of overexpressed Chemokine Receptor-4 (CXCR4) and Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP) receptor, respectively, in the microenvironment of numerous cancer types. The promising results observed with the clinical usage of [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE produced using the automated protocol, provided impetus for the clinical translation of [68Ga]Ga-Pentixafor and [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-4 using the in-house developed automated radiolabeling protocol.Methods: Herein we report a single radiolabeling protocol for the automated preparation of [68Ga]Ga-Pentixafor and [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-4 in the non-cassette based EZ Modular-Lab Standard radiochemistry module, without any changes in schematic, graphical user interface (GUI) software and time list, from that used for routine production of [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE in our centre, since 2015. Physico-chemical quality control and in-vitro stability analyses were carried out using radio-TLC and radio-HPLC.Results: The automated protocol yielded reliable and consistent non-decay corrected (ndc) radiochemical yield (RCY) of (84.4±0.9)% and (85.5±1.4)% respectively, for [68Ga]Ga-Pentixafor and [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-4, with RCP> 98%, which are comparable to the RCY of (84.4±1.2)% and RCP (99.1±0.3)% for [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE. The biological quality control studies confirmed the formulations to be of ready-to-use pharmaceutical grade.Conclusion: The consistent and reliable RCY and RCP of multiple 68Ga-labeled PET tracers by single optimized automated radiochemistry protocol exhibits the versatility of the EZ Modular Lab.

Abstract We describe a method to generate scalar–tensor theories with Weyl symmetry, starting from arbitrary purely metric higher derivative gravity theories. The method consists in the definition of a conformally-invariant metric $$\hat{g}_{\mu \nu }$$ g ^ μ ν , that is a rank (0,2)-tensor constructed out of the metric tensor and the scalar field. This new object has zero conformal weight and is given by $$\phi ^{2/\Delta }g_{\mu \nu }$$ ϕ 2 / Δ g μ ν , where $$(-\Delta )$$ ( - Δ ) is the conformal dimension of the scalar. As $$g_{\mu \nu }$$ g μ ν has conformal dimension of 2, the resulting tensor is trivially a conformal invariant. Then, the generated scalar–tensor theory, which we call the Weyl uplift of the original purely metric theory, is obtained by replacing the metric by $$\hat{g}_{\mu \nu }$$ g ^ μ ν in the action that defines the original theory. This prescription allowed us to define the Weyl uplift of theories with terms of higher order in the Riemannian curvature. Furthermore, the prescription for scalar–tensor theories coming from terms that have explicit covariant derivatives in the Lagrangian is discussed. The same mechanism can also be used for the derivation of the equations of motion of the scalar–tensor theory from the original field equations in the Einstein frame. Applying this method of Weyl uplift allowed us to reproduce the known result for the conformal scalar coupling to Lovelock gravity and to derive that of Einsteinian cubic gravity. Finally, we show that the cancellation of the volume divergences in the theory given by the conformal scalar coupling to Einstein–Anti-de Sitter gravity is achieved by the Weyl uplift of the original theory augmented by counterterms, which is relevant in the framework of conformal renormalization.

Introduction: There are a few studies on the psychotropic prescription pattern in Eastern India, particularly in West Bengal, with limited statistics and focus, as well as there is no study conducted in health facilities particularly catering to the labor class population. To improve the mental health-care delivery in laborers and their dependents through policy-making, information is required regarding psychotropic prescription patterns in laborers suffering from mental disorders. Materials and Methods: A hospital-based, cross-sectional study was conducted for 6 months. A total of 3000 patients were randomly selected from those who consented to utilize their information for study purposes. DSM-5 was used for psychiatric diagnosis. Descriptive statistic was used to describe drug use pattern. The World Health Organization-drug use indicators were used for analyzing prescriptions. Results: Among 3000 participants, 1114 (37.1%) and 537 (17.9%) were suffering from somatic symptom disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, respectively. Antidepressants and benzodiazepines (BZDs) with Z-drugs together form the major bulk of prescriptions. Amitriptyline, olanzapine, and alprazolam were the most commonly prescribed antidepressants, antipsychotics, and BZDs, respectively. Conclusion: Neurotic and anxiety disorders are major psychiatric morbidity among the labor class population. Antidepressants like amitriptyline and BZDs like alprazolam can meet the majority of mental health needs of laborers. Therefore, policy and provision are required for an adequate availability of these drugs in catering centers.

Koro, a culture-bound syndrome originating from Southeast Asia is characterized by a perception of acute retraction of the penis, accompanied by an acute panic-like reaction of impending danger or death. Koro-like symptoms are considered variants of classical Koro syndrome and differ from it phenomenologically. We described here a case series of secondary Koro, presenting as a delusional disorder who remitted on treatment with antipsychotics and maintained the improvement on follow-up. It is important to differentiate between classical Koro with Koro-like syndrome, with exploration of any delusional core during clinical assessment for better categorization and management.

BACKGROUND: COVID-19 pandemic has changed the life of people in many facets, economic, social, and psychological. Frontline health-care workers (HCWs) fighting against this pandemic faced some psychological as well as social issues which are of major concern. The objective of the study is to evaluate the magnitude of mental health problems, namely depression, anxiety, and stress among frontline HCWs as well as their perception on ongoing events and surroundings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It was a prospective, observational study on n = 85 HCWs over a 4-month period. Study participants were sampled purposively in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria; data were collected by online survey method. A semi-structured scale was used: Part A of which assessed the demography and perception of HCWs on surrounding along with ongoing social events and Part B consisted of the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale-21 that was used to assess mental health issues. All the associations were tested in percentages and proportions. Statistics was calculated by using SPSS 24th version. RESULTS: Majority of the participants were female doctors and belonged to 21–30 years' age group. Most of them were marginally worried of contacting infection (73%) but were substantially apprehensive of transmitting infection to their family (56.5%) and hoped positive outcome ultimately in the form of recovery from infection. Majority (96.4%) gathered information from authentic sources and were confident of adequacy of their knowledge. Majority (88.3%) were satisfied about their occupational safety and responded on scientific solution of pandemic. However, we got a mixed result about their professional appreciation. Depression symptom score was higher than anxiety and stress symptom score in our participants. CONCLUSIONS: Doctors and nurses both were suffering from mental health issues, and provision of adequate information and occupational safety may lessen these burdens.
