Background: Physiologic MRI-based tumor habitat analysis has the potential to predict patient outcomes by identifying the spatiotemporal habitats of glioblastoma. This study aims to prospectively validate the cut-off for tumor progression obtained from tumor habitat analysis based on physiologic MRI in ascertaining time-to-progression (TTP) and the site of progression in glioblastoma patients following concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT). Methods: In this prospective study (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT02613988), we will recruit patients with IDH-wild type glioblastoma who underwent CCRT and obtained immediate post-operative and three serial post-CCRT MRI scans within a three-month interval, conducted using diffusion-weighted imaging and dynamic susceptibility contrast imaging. Voxels from cerebral blood volume and apparent diffusion coefficient maps will be grouped using k-means clustering into three spatial habitats (hypervascular cellular, hypovascular cellular, and nonviable tissue). The spatiotemporal habitats of the tumor will be evaluated by comparing changes in each habitat between the serial MRI scans (post-operative and post-CCRT #1, #2, and #3). Associations between spatiotemporal habitats and TTP will be analyzed using cox proportional hazard modeling. The site of progression will be matched with spatiotemporal habitats. Discussion: The perfusion- and diffusion-derived tumor habitat in glioblastoma is expected to stratify TTP and may serve as an early predictor for tumor progression in patients with IDH wild-type glioblastoma. The transition from immunoglobulin M (IgM) to affinity-matured IgG antibodies is vital for effective humoral immunity. This is facilitated by germinal centers (GCs) through affinity maturation and preferential maintenance of IgG+ B cells over IgM+ B cells. However, it is not known whether the positive selection of the different Ig isotypes within GCs is dependent on specific transcriptional mechanisms. Here, we explored IgG1+ GC B cell transcription factor dependency using a CRISPR-Cas9 screen and conditional mouse genetics. We found that MIZ1 was specifically required for IgG1+ GC B cell survival during positive selection, whereas IgM+ GC B cells were largely independent. Mechanistically, MIZ1 induced TMBIM4, an ancestral anti-apoptotic protein that regulated inositol trisphosphate receptor (IP3R)–mediated calcium (Ca2+) mobilization downstream of B cell receptor (BCR) signaling in IgG1+ B cells. The MIZ1-TMBIM4 axis prevented mitochondrial dysfunction–induced IgG1+ GC cell death caused by excessive Ca2+ accumulation. This study uncovers a unique Ig isotype–specific dependency on a hitherto unidentified mechanism in GC-positive selection. Approaches to central nervous system (CNS) tumor classification and evaluation have undergone multiple iterations over the past few decades, in large part due to our growing understanding of the influence of genetics on tumor behavior and our refinement of brain tumor imaging techniques. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) both play a critical role in the diagnosis and monitoring of brain tumors, although MRI has become especially important due to its superior soft tissue resolution. The purpose of this article will be to briefly review the fundamentals of conventional and advanced techniques used in brain tumor imaging. We will also highlight the applications of these imaging tools in the context of commonly encountered tumors based on the most recently updated 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) classification of CNS tumors framework. Simple Summary: Progression/recurrence, pseudoprogression, and radionecrosis are all scenarios that can be expected during the treatment course of glioma and GBM. Although MRI, PET, CT, and MRS have shown some capabilities in differentiating these conditions, there is still a considerable need for the emergence of state-of-the-art techniques to assist field professionals. Here, we introduce radiomics, a process that extracts many features from medical images using data characterization algorithms and a promising tool to differentiate these scenarios. The results could significantly impact patients' care by enhancing the understanding and accuracy of post-treatment follow-ups in brain cancer patients. Glioma and glioblastoma multiform (GBM) remain among the most debilitating and life-threatening brain tumors. Radiomics emerges as a promising tool in initial diagnosis, grading, and survival prediction in patients with glioma and can help differentiate these post-treatment scenarios. Preliminary published studies are promising about the role of radiomics in post-treatment glioma/GBM. However, this field faces significant challenges, including a lack of evidence-based solid data, scattering publication, heterogeneity of studies, and small sample sizes. Objective: Bevacizumab is a feasible option for treating cerebral radiation necrosis (RN). We investigated the clinical outcome of RN after treatment with bevacizumab and factors related to the initial response and the sustained effect. Methods: Clinical data of 45 patients treated for symptomatic RN between September 2019 and February 2021 were retrospectively collected. Bevacizumab (7.5 mg/kg) was administered at 3-week intervals with a maximum four-cycle schedule. Changes in the lesions magnetic resonance image (MRI) scans were examined for the response evaluation. The subgroup analysis was performed based on the initial response and the long-term maintenance of the effect. Results: Of the 45 patients, 36 patients (80.0%) showed an initial response, and eight patients (17.8%) showed delayed worsening of the corresponding lesion. The non-responders showed a significantly higher incidence of diffusion restriction on MRI than the responders (100.0% vs. 25.0%, p<0.001). The delayed worsening group showed a significantly higher proportion of glioma pathology than the maintenance group (87.5% vs. 28.6%, p=0.005). Cumulative survival rates with sustained effect were significantly higher in the groups with non-glioma pathology (p=0.019) and the absence of diffusion restriction (p<0.001). Pathology of glioma and diffusion restriction in MRI were the independent risk factors for non-response or delayed worsening after initial response. Conclusion: The initial response of RN to bevacizumab was favorable, with improvement in four-fifths of the patients. However, a certain proportion of patients showed non-responsiveness or delayed exacerbations. Opinion statement: Cranial radiation is ubiquitous in the treatment of primary malignant and benign brain tumors as well as brain metastases. Improvement in radiotherapy targeting and delivery has led to prolongation of survival outcomes. As long-term survivorship improves, we also focus on prevention of permanent side effects of radiation and mitigating the impact when they do occur. Such chronic treatment-related morbidity is a major concern with significant negative impact on patient's and caregiver's respective quality of life. The actual mechanisms responsible for radiation-induced brain injury remain incompletely understood. Multiple interventions have been introduced to potentially prevent, minimize, or reverse the cognitive deterioration. Hippocampal-sparing intensity modulated radiotherapy and memantine represent effective interventions to avoid damage to regions of adult neurogenesis. Radiation necrosis frequently develops in the high radiation dose region encompassing the tumor and surrounding normal tissue. The radiographic findings in addition to the clinical course of the patients' symptoms are taken into consideration to differentiate between tissue necrosis and tumor recurrence. Radiation-induced neuroendocrine dysfunction becomes more pronounced when the hypothalamo-pituitary (HP) axis is included in the radiation treatment field. Baseline and post-treatment evaluation of hormonal profile is warranted. Radiation-induced injury of the cataract and optic system can develop when these structures receive an amount of radiation that exceeds their tolerance. Radiation is a commonly used treatment modality for head and neck as well as CNS tumours, both benign and malignant. As newer oncology treatments such as immunotherapies allow for longer survival, complications from radiation therapy are becoming more common. Radiation-induced optic neuropathy is a feared complication due to rapid onset and potential for severe and bilateral vision loss. Careful monitoring of high-risk patients and early recognition are crucial for initiating treatment to prevent severe vision loss due to a narrow therapeutic window. This review discusses presentation, aetiology, recent advances in diagnosis using innovative MRI techniques and best practice treatment options based on the most recent evidence-based medicine. Purpose: To assess and compare the diagnostic performance of 3D amide proton‐transfer‐weighted (3D‐APTW) imaging, 3D pseudocontinuous arterial spin‐labeling (3D‐PcASL) imaging, and diffusion‐weighted imaging in distinguishing true progression (TP) from treatment response (TR) in posttreatment malignant glioma patients. Materials and methods: Forty‐eight patients with suspected tumor recurrence were prospectively enrolled. Histological or longitudinal routine MRI follow‐up over six months was assessed to confirm lesion type. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), relative APTWmax (rAPTW), and relative CBFmax values (rCBF) were measured in lesions with enhancing regions on post‐gadolinium T1‐weighted MRI. MRI parameters between the TP and TR groups were compared using Student's t tests. In addition, a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was constructed, and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was calculated to assess the differentiation diagnostic performance of each parameter. Results: The TP group showed a significantly higher rAPTW and rCBF than the TR group; the AUCs of rAPTW and rCBF to distinguish between TP and TR were 0.911 (with sensitivity of 90.3% and specificity of 82.4%) and 0.852 (with sensitivity of 80.6% and specificity of 82.4%), respectively. By adding the rAPTW values to rCBF values, the diagnostic ability was improved from 0.852 to 0.951. ADC showed no significant differences between the TP and TR groups, with an AUC lower than 0.70. Conclusion: Both 3D‐PcASL and 3D‐APTW imaging could distinguish TP from TR, and 3D‐APTW had a better diagnostic performance. To analyse the value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and the choline (Cho)/creatine (Cr) ratio and Cho/N-acetyl-aspartate (NAA) ratio in magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in the differential diagnosis between recurrent glioma and radiation injury. Chinese and English studies related to the diagnosis of recurrent glioma and radiation injury using DWI and MRS and published before 15 October 2022 were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biomedical Literature Database, VIP Journal Database, and Wanfang Database for a meta-analysis. A total of 11 articles were included in this study. ADC was lower in the recurrent glioma group than in the radiation injury group (standardized mean difference = -1.29, 95% confidence interval (CI) (-1.87, -0.71), P < 0.001). The Cho/Cr ratio was higher in the recurrent glioma group than in the radiation injury group (weighted mean difference = 0.65, 95% CI (0.40, 0.90), and P < 0.001). The Cho/NAA ratio was higher in the recurrent glioma group than in the radiation injury group, as evidenced by the sensitivity analysis. The sensitivity and specificity of the Cho/Cr ratio were 0.85 (0.73-0.92) and 0.82 (0.67-0.91), respectively, and the area under the curve was 0.86. The sensitivity and specificity of the Cho/NAA ratio were 0.82 (0.66-0.91) and 0.94 (0.69-0.99), respectively, and the area under the curve was 0.93. This meta-analysis showed that ADC, Cho/Cr, and Cho/NAA ratios all had high sensitivity and specificity. Simple Summary: Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the adult central nervous system. Despite aggressive multimodal treatment, its prognosis remains poor. During follow-up, it remains challenging to distinguish treatment-related changes from tumor progression in treated patients with gliomas due to both share clinical symptoms and morphological imaging characteristics (with new and/or increasing enhancing mass lesions). The early effective identification of tumor progression and treatment-related changes is of great significance for the prognosis and treatment of gliomas. As the most common neuro-epithelial tumors of the central nervous system in adults, gliomas are highly malignant and easy to recurrence, with a dismal prognosis. Imaging studies are indispensable for tracking tumor progression (TP) or treatment-related changes (TRCs). During follow-up, distinguishing TRCs from TP in treated patients with gliomas remains challenging as both share similar clinical symptoms and morphological imaging characteristics (with new and/or increasing enhancing mass lesions) and fulfill criteria for progression. Thus, the early identification of TP and TRCs is of great significance for determining the prognosis and treatment. Histopathological biopsy is currently the gold standard for TP and TRC diagnosis. However, the invasive nature of this technique limits its clinical application. Advanced imaging methods (e.g., diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), perfusion MRI, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), positron emission tomography (PET), amide proton transfer (APT) and artificial intelligence (AI)) provide a non-invasive and feasible technical means for identifying of TP and TRCs at an early stage, which have recently become research hotspots. This paper reviews the current research on using the abovementioned advanced imaging methods to identify TP and TRCs of gliomas. First, the review focuses on the pathological changes of the two entities to establish a theoretical basis for imaging identification. Then, it elaborates on the application of different imaging techniques and AI in identifying the two entities. High-grade gliomas remain the most common primary brain tumour with limited treatments options and early recurrence rates following adjuvant treatments. However, differentiating true tumour progression (TTP) from treatment-related effects or pseudoprogression (PsP), may critically influence subsequent management options. Structural MRI is routinely employed to evaluate treatment responses, but misdiagnosis of TTP or PsP may lead to continuation of ineffective or premature cessation of effective treatments, respectively. A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses method. Embase, MEDLINE, Web of Science and Google Scholar were searched for methods applied to differentiate PsP and TTP, and studies were selected using pre-specified eligibility criteria. The sensitivity and specificity of included studies were summarised. Three of the identified methods were compared in a separate subgroup meta-analysis. Thirty studies assessing seven distinct neuroimaging methods in 1372 patients were included in the systematic review. The highest performing methods in the subgroup analysis were DWI (AUC = 0.93 [0.91–0.95]) and DSC-MRI (AUC = 0.93 [0.90–0.95]), compared to DCE-MRI (AUC = 0.90 [0.87–0.93]). 18F-fluoroethyltyrosine PET (18F-FET PET) and amide proton transfer-weighted MRI (APTw-MRI) also showed high diagnostic accuracy, but results were based on few low-powered studies. Both DWI and DSC-MRI performed with high sensitivity and specificity for differentiating PsP from TTP. Considering the technical parameters and feasibility of each identified method, the authors suggested that, at present, DSC-MRI technique holds the most clinical potential. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pseudoprogression (PsP) refers to treatment‐related clinico‐radiologic changes mimicking true progression (TP) that occurs in patients with glioblastoma (GBM), predominantly within the first 6 months after the completion of surgery and concurrent chemoradiation therapy (CCRT) with temozolomide. Accurate differentiation of TP from PsP is essential for making informed decisions on appropriate therapeutic intervention as well as for prognostication of these patients. Conventional neuroimaging findings are often equivocal in distinguishing between TP and PsP and present a considerable diagnostic dilemma to oncologists and radiologists. These challenges have emphasized the need for developing alternative imaging techniques that may aid in the accurate diagnosis of TP and PsP. In this review, we encapsulate the current state of knowledge in the clinical applications of commonly used metabolic and physiologic magnetic resonance (MR) imaging techniques such as diffusion and perfusion imaging and proton spectroscopy in distinguishing TP from PsP. We also showcase the potential of promising imaging techniques, such as amide proton transfer and amino acid‐based positron emission tomography, in providing useful information about the treatment response. Additionally, we highlight the role of "radiomics", which is an emerging field of radiology that has the potential to change the way in which advanced MR techniques are utilized in assessing treatment response in GBM patients. Finally, we present our institutional experiences and discuss future perspectives on the role of multiparametric MR imaging in identifying PsP in GBM patients treated with "standard‐of‐care" CCRT as well as novel/targeted therapies. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays an important role in the modern radiation therapy (RT) workflow. In comparison with computed tomography (CT) imaging, which is the dominant imaging modality in RT, MRI possesses excellent soft‐tissue contrast for radiographic evaluation. Based on quantitative models, MRI can be used to assess tissue functional and physiological information. With the developments of scanner design, acquisition strategy, advanced data analysis, and modeling, multiparametric MRI (mpMRI), a combination of morphologic and functional imaging modalities, has been increasingly adopted for disease detection, localization, and characterization. Integration of mpMRI techniques into RT enriches the opportunities to individualize RT. In particular, RT response assessment using mpMRI allows for accurate characterization of both tissue anatomical and biochemical changes to support decision‐making in monotherapy of radiation treatment and/or systematic cancer management. In recent years, accumulating evidence have, indeed, demonstrated the potentials of mpMRI in RT response assessment regarding patient stratification, trial benchmarking, early treatment intervention, and outcome modeling. Clinical application of mpMRI for treatment response assessment in routine radiation oncology workflow, however, is more complex than implementing an additional imaging protocol; mpMRI requires additional focus on optimal study design, practice standardization, and unified statistical reporting strategy to realize its full potential in the context of RT. In this article, the mpMRI theories, including image mechanism, protocol design, and data analysis, will be reviewed with a focus on the radiation oncology field. Representative works will be discussed to demonstrate how mpMRI can be used for RT response assessment. We aimed to use quantitative values derived from perfusion and diffusion-weighted MR imaging (PWI and DWI) to differentiate radiation-induced necrosis (RIN) from tumor recurrence in Glioblastoma (GBM) and investigate the best parameters for improved diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making. Methods: A retrospective analysis of follow-up MRI with new enhancing observations was performed in histopathologically confirmed subjects of post-treated GBM, who underwent re-surgical exploration. Quantitative estimation of rCBV (relative cerebral blood volume) from PWI and three methods of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) estimation were performed, namely ADC R1 (whole cross-sectional area of tumor), ADC R2 (only solid enhancing lesion), and ADC R3 (central necrosis). ROC curve and logistic regression analysis was completed. A confusion matrix table created using Excel provided the best combination parameters to ameliorate false-positive and false-negative results. Results: Forty-four subjects with a mean age of 46 years (range, 19–70 years) underwent re-surgical exploration with RIN in 28 (67%) and recurrent tumor in 16 (33%) on histopathology. rCBV threshold of >3.4 had the best diagnostic accuracy (AUC = 0.93, 81% sensitivity and 89% specificity). A multiple logistic regression model showed significant contributions from rCBV (p < 0.001) and ADC R3 (p = 0.001). After analysis of confusion matrix ADC R3 > 2032 × 10−6 mm2 achieved 100% specificity with gain in sensitivity (94% vs. 56%). Conclusions: A combination of parameters had better diagnostic performance, and a stepwise combination of rCBV and ADC R3 obviated unnecessary biopsies in 10% (3/28), leading to improved clinical decision-making. Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the ability of postmortem computed tomography (PMCT) to distinguish intraperitoneal decomposition gas from pneumoperitoneum due to intestinal perforation. Methods: This retrospective study investigated the factors affecting intraperitoneal gas in two groups of 14 decedents as detected by postmortem CT performed in the Department of Legal Medicine of Hamburg University. The first group died with a cause of death associated with intestinal perforation, and the second group with other different natural causes of death. These factors include postmortem interval, gas volume, gas distribution, radiology alteration index (RAI), and pneumoperitoneum-associated pathology. Results: The findings of this study showed the appearance of specific gas distribution patterns and a significant increase in gas volumes in the cases of intestinal perforation. Moreover, postmortem interval and the pneumoperitoneum-associated pathology could help distinguish postmortem-generated gas from pneumoperitoneum. The use of regorafenib in recurrent glioblastoma patients has been recently approved by the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) and added to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) 2020 guidelines as a preferred regimen. Given its complex effects at the molecular level, the most appropriate imaging tools to assess early response to treatment is still a matter of debate. Diffusion-weighted imaging and O-(2-18F-fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine positron emission tomography ([18F]FET PET) are promising methodologies providing additional information to the currently used RANO criteria. The aim of this study was to evaluate the variations in diffusion-weighted imaging/apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and [18F]FET PET-derived parameters in patients who underwent PET/MR at both baseline and after starting regorafenib. We retrospectively reviewed 16 consecutive GBM patients who underwent [18F]FET PET/MR before and after two cycles of regorafenib. Patients were sorted into stable (SD) or progressive disease (PD) categories in accordance with RANO criteria. We were also able to analyze four SD patients who underwent a third PET/MR after another four cycles of regorafenib. [18F]FET uptake greater than 1.6 times the mean background activity was used to define an area to be superimposed on an ADC map at baseline and after treatment. Several metrics were then derived and compared. Log-rank test was applied for overall survival analysis. Percentage difference in FET volumes correlates with the corresponding percentage difference in ADC (R = 0.54). Patients with a twofold increase in FET after regorafenib showed a significantly higher increase in ADC pathological volume than the remaining subjects (p = 0.0023). Kaplan–Meier analysis, performed to compare the performance in overall survival prediction, revealed that the percentage variations of FET- and ADC-derived metrics performed at least as well as RANO criteria (p = 0.02, p = 0.024 and p = 0.04 respectively) and in some cases even better. TBR Max and TBR mean are not able to accurately predict overall survival. In recurrent glioblastoma patients treated with regorafenib, [18F]FET and ADC metrics, are able to predict overall survival and being obtained from completely different measures as compared to RANO, could serve as semi-quantitative independent biomarkers of response to treatment. Simultaneous evaluation of [18F]FET and ADC metrics using PET/MR allows an early and reliable identification of response to treatment and predict overall survival. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The field of gold catalysis has been in constant expansion during the last twenty years. Based on the precept of π‐activation of unsaturated simple substrates, several new rearrangements have been discovered, implying aryl, alkyne, alkene or keto derivatives as key partners. In this personal account, the main contributions in the field of gold catalysis from our group will be highlighted, emphasizing the recent reports, starting from 1,6‐ and 1,5‐enynes and then moving to keto‐ynes derivatives. The gold‐catalyzed reactions will be presented starting from classical skeletal rearrangements (cycloisomerization) and then domino processes. Brain tumors and brain metastases induce changes in brain tissue remodeling that lead to immunosuppression and trigger an inflammatory response within the tumor microenvironment. These immune and inflammatory changes can influence invasion and metastasis. Other neuroinflammatory and necrotic lesions may occur in patients with brain cancer or brain metastases as sequelae from treatment with radiotherapy. Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive primary malignant brain cancer in adults. Imaging methods such as positron emission tomography (PET) and different magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques are highly valuable for the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of GBM and other malignant brain tumors. However, differentiating between tumor tissue and inflamed brain tissue with imaging protocols remains a challenge. Here, we review recent advances in imaging methods that have helped to improve the specificity of primary tumor diagnosis versus evaluation of inflamed and necrotic brain lesions. We also comment on advances in differentiating metastasis from neuroinflammation processes. Recent advances include the radiosynthesis of 18F‐FIMP, an L‐type amino acid transporter 1 (LAT1)‐specific PET probe that allows clearer differentiation between tumor tissue and inflammation compared to previous probes, and the combination of different advanced imaging protocols with the inclusion of radiomics and machine learning algorithms. Positron emission tomography (PET) using O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine (18F-FET) PET has been shown to be a useful tool for differentiating radiation therapy outcomes, such as brain metastasis recurrence or radiation necrosis. We present the case of a female patient with brain metastases from pulmonary mucinous adenocarcinoma with suspicion of tumor recurrence on follow-up magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after radiosurgery. 18F-FET PET/computed tomography (CT) was indicative of radiation necrosis. Due to the patient's medical history and the discrepancy between the brain MRI and PET/CT results, surgical biopsies were decided, which were positive for brain metastasis recurrence. The diagnosis of metastasis recurrence may also be challenging on 18F-FET PET/CT. In case of discrepancies between MRI and PET/CT results, false-negative 18F-FET PET/CT remains a possibility and requires careful follow-up or biopsy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

An efficient Fe(OTf)3‐catalyzed nucleophilic addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN) to isochromene acetals has been achieved for the synthesis of 1‐cyano‐isochromenes. In the presence of 1–20 mol% Fe(OTf)3, a various of 1‐cyano‐isochromenes were obtained in good to excellent yields at room temperature. Purpose: To evaluate the role of specific distributions of free air in predicting the location of gastrointestinal (GI) tract perforation., Materials and Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with surgically proven GI tract perforation between January 2015 and June 2019 were included in the study. The site of perforation was based on surgical findings in all cases. Two radiologists retrospectively interpreted the computed tomography (CT) images of these patients for extraluminal free air distribution. Perforation sites were demonstrated intraoperatively in all cases and were categorized as follows: stomach and duodenum, jejunum and ileum, proximal colon (cecum, ascending colon, and transverse colon), distal colon (descending colon and sigmoid colon), rectum, and appendix., Results: There were 79 male and 36 female patients with a mean age of 56.4 years. Periportal, perihepatic, and perigastric free air were statistically significant in predicting gastroduodenal perforation. Mesenteric free air was significant in predicting both small bowel and distal colon perforations. Pelvic free air was statistically significant in distal colon perforations. Periappendiceal free air was found to be a strong predictor of acute perforated appendicitis., Conclusion: Specific free air distributions may help to predict the site of gastrointestinal perforation, which would change the treatment plan., (© 2021.
