2023 年 11 月 20 日下午，中国建筑设计研究院有限公司本土设计研究中心 ( 以下简称“本土中心”) 20 年 展览暨崔愷院士《本土设计Ⅲ》和《本土设计Ⅳ》新书发布活动在中国院 BIM 楼隆重举行。伴随着中国经济 腾飞和世界影响力的逐步扩大，本土中心在 20 年时间里完成了 200 多个海内外设计作品，出版了 10 多本著作， 举办或参加了 60 多次展览，成为中国建筑界一个现象级的学术研究和设计实践机构。笔者躬逢其盛，将结合 这次展览和前后 4 本《本土设计》著作 ( 图 1)，对本土中心的理论与实践作出评述。 在《本土设计Ⅲ》开篇，崔愷写道 ：“设计要有方法”。如果说 2008 年的《本土设计Ⅰ》提出理念、 2016 年的《本土设计Ⅱ》制定策略，那么 2023 年的《本土设计Ⅲ》和《本土设计Ⅳ》就进入了方法层面的 讨论。7 年间，崔愷和本土中心通过大量实践不断诠释着“本土设计”思想的内涵，一些潜移默化的改变正 在发生。我曾在 2016 年的评论文章《厚土重本，大地文章》中讨论了本土设计中蕴含的国家意识和均衡思维， 及与传统儒家“士”文化的传承关系 [1]。本文则重点聚焦本土设计的“方法”，讨论本土设计思想演变的过程 和内在动力、“实践理性”的具体含义、本土设计方法的核心特征，以及本土设计思想中的职业伦理意味。笔 者认为，“本土设计方法”不只是“本土设计”的方法，更是以“本土”为“设计方法”；本土设计近期作品 与建筑领域的“现代主义”和“后现代主义”都有密切的渊源 ；本土思想的目标是不断回归常识，重建工匠 精神，为中国城市与建筑设计工作提供行动指南。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
