High oxygen (hyperoxia) concentration may damage multiple organs and systems in newborns, such as the lung, brain and intestines. Metabolic abnormalities are important early events in the pathogenesis of neonatal hyperoxia related pulmonary diseases. This article reviews the increased glucose and lipid metabolism as well as dys-regulation of amino acid metabolism after hyperoxia related bronchopulmonary dysplasia in newborns. The potential mechanism may be that the high oxygen concentration increases formation of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS), and also change the mitochondrial dynamics of neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia, leading to reduction of mitochondrial fusion, enhances fission and autophagy. This study also finds that many metabolism-related enzymes and metabolites are changed during hyperoxia related diseases. However, clinical research has not yet been conducted. Future research should focus on combining metabolic profiles with multi omies data, including transcriptome sequencing, genomics and proteomics to identify potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for hyperoxia related neonatal lung injury in order to develop new strategies for the treatment of metabolic abnormalities resulted from neonatal hyperoxia related pulmonary diseases. Ce-based metal-organic frameworks were applied to confine Pd particles and Mn ions were incorporated inside by interfacial reaction, which was pyrolyzed to prepare MnCeOx mixed oxide supporting Pd as precursor. The characterization results showed that the as-prepared Pd-MnCeOx catalysts possessed nanorod morphology, on which Pd were highly dispersed and Mn were homogeneously doped into CeO2 lattice. Mn doping effectively improved the concentration of oxygen vacancy and the low-temperature redox of support, enhancing the lattice oxygen mobility in CO oxidation. In addition,when Mn doping amount reached 3.26%,the strongest metal-support interaction between Pd and the mixed oxide in Pd-MnCeOx-10was observed,leading to the improved catalytic activity as complete CO conversion at 100 ℃. It is an important link for optimizing land and resource management and coordinating the relationship between people and land to analyze the spatio-temporal expansion characteristics and driving forces of impervious surface. But the research on the difference of impervious surface expansion and its influence mechanism in Yunnan needs to be improved. Therefore, data from 2006 to 2015 Statistical Yearbook of Yunnan and Tsinghua University􀆳s GAIA (Global Artificial Impervious Area) data are used to analyze the spatio-temporal expansion characteristics of impervious surfaces in the whole province, then the driving factors affecting expansion of impervious surfaces in Yunnan by using geographic detector is analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) From the perspective of space, from 2006 to 2015, the impervious surfaces of 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan experienced unprecedented expansion, but there were regional differences, uneven expansion and other problems, among which Kunming, Qujing, Honghe Prefecture and Yuxi had a strong expansion. (2) In the time series, the impervious surface of Yunnan shows a state of continuous accelerating expansion. (3) The main factors influencing the expansion of impervious surface in Yunnan from 2006 to 2015 are the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and highway mileage, and the interaction among different factors has enhanced the expansion of impervious surface. The results can provide reference for understanding the mechanism of impervious surface expansion and promote sustainable development and coordinated development in Yunnan. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In view of the low specific capacitance and rate performance of supercapacitor electrode materials, the idea of constructing three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical nanostructured electrode materials is proposed to provide more active sites for electrochemical reactions. Taking transition bimetallic CoNi2S4 as the research object, the electrode material with 3D hierarchical nanostructure was formed by self-assembly under the condition of introducing structure directing agent and two-step hydrothermal method. The structure consists of countless nanofibers interwoven from the inner core to the outer surface, forming stable nanospheres with a diameter of about 2 µm. The 3D hierarchical nanostructure exhibited a specific surface area of 22. 9 m²/g and distributed nanopores with pore sizes ranging from 5-20 nm. When used as a supercapacitor electrode material. the CoNi2S4 material exhibited a specific capacitance of 1 299. 4 F/g. Even at an ultra-high current density of 50 A/g. the specific capacitance of the electrode material could still retain 23. 8%, showing its excellent specific capacitance and rate performance. To improve the local mining and global search ability of quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm ( QPSO), this paper proposed an improved QPSO algorithm( DSQPSO). DSQPSO algorithm introduced the double strategies co-evolution to adjust the particle position update formula. Firstly, in order to fully reflect the advantage of individual exploration and the characteristic of collective guidance, this paper put forward two kinds of ideas of attraction points to achieve better integration of individuals and the swarm as well as information exchange. Secondly, it redefined the search scope of the particle through considering the relationship between the optimal average position and the global optimum and individual's historical optimum respectively. Moreover, in the iterative process, DSQPSO used the random perturbation mechanism to adjust the global optimal position in order to help the diversity of the swarm to be preserved. Based on 18 test functions, this paper compared DSQPSO with PSO, QPSO, RQPSO and LQPSO in convergence accuracy and robustness. Furthermore, in terms of the optimization results, it compared the improved algorithm with eight intelligent algorithms on two practical engineering optimization problems. Experiments indicate that whether in benchmarking or in engineering application, DSQPSO has obvious advantages in calculation precision and convergence effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective　MRI scanning technique was used to measure the thickness of the anterior and posterior angles of the medial and lateral compartments of the knee joint in normal adults，so as to provide technical means and parameters for the design of total knee replacement prosthesis and the optimization of artificial meniscus design. Methods　The imaging data of MRI scanning of unilateral knee joint of adult patients in Yunnan Traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected. 248 cases without knee edema， obvious degeneration of meniscus，meniscus injury and tear in MRI films were taken as samples，including 137 women， 111 men， 18-80 years old， with a median age of 50 years. The sagittal MRI films of knee joint were observed， Three senior clinicians measured the meniscus anterior and posterior angle thickness of the medial compartment of the knee joint and the meniscus anterior and posterior angle thickness of the lateral compartment of the knee joint， and the average of the three measurements was taken as the final measurement result. The measurement results were statistically analyzed by spss27.0 statistical software package. Results　The thickness of anterior horn of meniscus in the medial compartment was （ 3.65 ± 0.93） mm； the thickness of posterior horn of meniscus in the medial compartment was （ 5.25 ± 1.17） mm； the thickness of anterior horn of meniscus in the lateral compartment was （4.82 ± 1.08）mm；the thickness of posterior horn of lateral in the lateral compartmentwas （6.89 ± 1.03）mm. The t test of two independent samples showed that the thickness of the posterior angle of meniscus in the medial compartment was statistically significant between men and women （ P < 0.05） . The anterior and posterior Angle thickness of the meniscus in the medial ventricle of the left and right knee joints was significantly different from that in the lateral ventricle （ P < 0.05） . According to Pearson correlation analysis， there was a correlation between the anterior angle thickness of medial interventricular meniscus and the posterior angle thickness of medial interventricular meniscus in both sexes （ P < 0.05） . There was a correlation between the thickness of anterior horn of lateral interventricular meniscus and the thickness of posterior horn of lateral interventricular meniscus in both sexes （P < 0.05） . Conclusion　In this study，MRI imaging technology was used to reveal the morphological characteristics and changes of meniscus in normal adults through the measurement of meniscus morphology，which is conducive to the design of total knee replacement prosthesis and the optimization of artificial meniscus design，so as to better guide clinical treatment.
