To effectively address climate change, it is necessary to quantify the carbon emissions in high energy-consuming regions, analyze driving factors, and explore effective pathways for achieving green development. Therefore, this paper takes Liaoning Province as research area, using extended Kaya identity and LMDI method to analyze the driving factors of carbon emissions from energy consumption in five major industries and the residential consumption sector from 2011 to 2020 in Liaoning Province. Furthermore, this paper uses the Tapio model to explore the decoupling relationship between carbon emissions and economic development. The results show that: 1) From 2011 to 2020, total carbon emissions from energy consumption in five major industries showed a trend of initially declining and then rising, while carbon emissions from the residential consumption sector exhibited an upward trend. 2) For carbon emissions from the industrial sector, economic output and industrial structure are the primary factors that promote and inhibit carbon emissions respectively. The inhibitory effects of energy structure and energy intensity are not significant. Population scale has a certain promoting effect on carbon emissions. For residential energy consumption carbon emissions, Household consumption expenditure, residential energy structure, and residential population scale are driving factors that promote the growth of carbon emissions, while residential energy intensity restrains the growth of carbon emissions. 3) From 2011 to 2018, carbon emissions from the industrial sector have been decoupled from economic output, and the decoupling state is dominated by weak decoupling. However, carbon emissions are once again correlated with economic development in 2019-2020. Evaluation of urban environmental sustainability is an important prerequisite for scientific decision-making of urban sustainability. This paper proposed an evaluation method of urban environmental sustainability based on the integration of multi-improvement demands. Considering the interaction between the economic and social systems on the environmental system, this paper constructed an urban environmental sustainability evaluation indicator system from three dimensions: environmental foundation, environmental pollution, and environmental protection. Combined with the actual improvement demands of each city, a corresponding weighting method was constructed, and the weights of each city's individualized improvement demands were obtained through the analysis of indicator data. Further, in order to consider the fairness and guidance of the evaluation, the corresponding random simulation algorithm was matched for the individualized weights, and the evaluation value and the superiority probability in a stable state after multiple simulations were sought. Based on this, this paper conducted an empirical evaluation of urban environmental sustainability of the 14 cities in Liaoning Province, China. Through the demand-driven evaluation model, cities can obtain improvement suggestions that meet their demands while understanding their environmental sustainability level. Farmers' participation in ecological tourism management in nature reserves is an important way to increase income. Based on 921 pieces of household survey data from 44 villages in six nature reserves in Liaoning Province, this paper uses multiple linear regression (OLS) and propensity score matching (PSM) to explore the impact of ecotourism on rural household income. The research results show that (1) a total of 90 rural households participated in ecotourism management, accounting for 9.78% of the total, and 831 rural households did not participate in ecotourism management, accounting for 90.22% of the total. The participation rate of farmers around the nature reserves was not high; (2) the participation in ecotourism management of farmers around the nature reserve has a positive and significant impact on the per capita annual net income of their households; and (3) multiple linear regression analysis will overestimate the income effect of ecotourism. Ecological networks are an effective strategy to maintain regional ecological security. However, current research on ecological network construction in areas with large-scale resource extraction is limited. Moreover, classic ecological network construction methods do not perform satisfactorily when implemented in heavily damaged mining landscapes. Taking the example of Liaoning Province, China, a framework for stepwise renewal of ecological networks was proposed, which integrates basic ecological sources and other sources that include mining areas. The framework was based on multi-source ecological environment monitoring data, and all potential ecological sources were extracted and screened using an MSPA model and the area threshold method. Further, ecological sources were classified into two types and three levels based on the influence of abandoned mines and the characteristics of ecosystem services in the ecological sources. Ecological corridors were extracted using the MCR model. An ecological corridor optimization process based on combining the gravity model with addition and removal rules of corridors was proposed. The results indicated that the basic ecological network in Liaoning Province included 101 ecological sources and 162 ecological corridors, and the supplementary ecological network included 28 ecological sources and 67 ecological corridors. The ecological sources were divided into two types, and corridors were divided into three types. The basic ecological network exhibited a spatial distribution of discrete connections in the west and close connections in the east. Changes in ecological network topological indicators indicated that a supplementary ecological network strengthened the structural performance of the regional ecological network, expanding spatial coverage, filling hollow areas, and enriching local details of the regional ecological network. Regulation strategies were proposed for ecological sources with different connection modes. The number of ecological sources implementing restrictive development, pattern optimization, and protective development were 101, 12, and 16, respectively. This paper provides a constructing framework of ecological networks adapted for resource-based regions. Based on the practical requirements of China's urban–rural integrated development, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the impact of agricultural labor migration on the urban–rural dual economic structure. This paper empirically examined the impact of agricultural labor migration on the urban–rural dual economic structure by using the spatial Durbin model and the geographically and temporally weighted regression model on the basis of the panel data of 14 regions in Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2020. The results show that agricultural labor migration has an obvious optimization effect and spatial spillover effect on the urban–rural dual economic structure; in terms of space, agricultural labor migration has a stronger impact on the central and western regions and a weaker impact on the southeastern regions; in terms of time, agricultural labor migration can stably promote the integration of urban and rural economies before the second Lewis turning point. Therefore, this paper provides references with regard to increasing investment in rural education and training; improving the structure of government spending; and protecting the rights and interests of rural migrants. The Daling River Basin is an important ecological functional area in the western region of Liaoning with outstanding environmental problems. The monitoring of ecological and environmental quality in the basin and the analysis of driving factors are of great importance for the protection of the ecological environment and the improvement of economic quality. In this paper, the three periods of Landsat remote sensing images in 1995, 2010 and 2020 are used as the basic data, and platforms and technical means such as RS and GIS are used to decipher and extract the three periods of land use information, and to construct the land use type transfer matrix. The remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) was improved, and the principal component analysis method was applied to construct the improved remote sensing ecological index (IRSEI) model based on the greenness (NDVI), moisture (WET), heat (LST) and new dryness (N-NDBSI), so as to realize the dynamic monitoring of ecological and environmental quality in the study area. Based on the land use change, combined with the trend of improved remote sensing ecological index (IRSEI) of Daling River Basin, thus achieving the purpose of rapid and efficient dynamic monitoring of ecological quality of Daling River Basin from 1995 to 2020. A geoprobe model was then used to systematically assess the drivers of ecological quality in the catchment. The results show that the improved remote sensing ecological index (IRSEI) can efficiently and accurately obtain the spatial distribution pattern and temporal variation trend of IRSEI in the study area, which is more in line with the characteristics of indicators in this study area. The IRSEI in the study area showed an increasing trend from 1995 to 2020, from 0.4794 to 0.5615, and the proportion of benign ecological classes increased year by year during the period. Among the evaluation indicators, NDVI and N-NDBSI are the main factors affecting the environmental and ecological quality of the Daling River Basin, and the increase of vegetation cover, climate regulation and human activities have obvious promoting effects on the improvement of the ecological environment of the Daling River Basin. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has become a vital treatment approach for coronary artery disease, but the clinical data of PCI cannot be directly utilized due to its unstructured characteristics. The existing clinical named entity recognition (CNER) has been used to identify specific entities such as body parts, drugs, and diseases, but its specific potential in PCI clinical texts remains largely unexplored. How to effectively use CNER to deeply mine the information in the existing PCI clinical records is worth studying. In this paper, a total of 24 267 corpora are collected from the Cardiovascular Disease Treatment Center of the People's Hospital of Liaoning Province in China. We select three types of clinical record texts of fine-grained PCI surgical information, from which 5.8% of representative surgical records of PCI patients are selected as datasets for labeling. To fully utilize global information and multi-level semantic features, we design a novel character-level vector embedding method and further propose a new hybrid model based on it. Based on the classic Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network (BiLSTM), the model further integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERTs) for feature extraction and representation, and finally uses Conditional Random Field (CRF) for decoding and predicting label sequences. This hybrid model is referred to as BCC-BiLSTM in this paper. In order to verify the performance of the proposed hybrid model for extracting PCI surgical information, we simultaneously compare both representative traditional and intelligent methods. Under the same circumstances, compared with other intelligent methods, the BCC-BiLSTM proposed in this paper reduces the word vector dimension by 15%, and the F1 score reaches 86.2% in named entity recognition of PCI clinical texts, which is 26.4% higher than that of HMM. The improvement is 1.2% higher than BiLSTM + CRF and 0.7% higher than the most popular BERT + BiLSTM + CRF. Compared with the representative models, the hybrid model has better performance and can achieve optimal results faster in the model training process, so it has good clinical application prospects. In recent years, although the air quality in the Liaoning region has improved, heavy pollution weather is still caused by external pollution transportation. In order to study the influence of multi-directional long-distance pollution on the heavily polluted weather in Liaoning, this paper analyzes three types of transport channel (northerly, northwesterly, and southwesterly transport corridors) by combining ground observations, airborne observations, AQI and the concentration data of atmospheric pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10 and so on. The results show that both northerly and southwesterly winds caused widespread fog and haze in the Liaoning region. The PM2.5 concentration reached the second-highest value on record (1479 µg/m³) during the pollution period caused by northwesterly wind transport. Wind and sand transported from the northwest mainly caused dusty weather in Liaoning, with PM10 concentration reaching up to 1200 µg/m³ during the pollution period. Northeasterly and northwesterly wind transport mainly led to the accumulation of pollutants in high places to high pollution values. Convergence of winds due to southwesterly wind transport led to prolonged accumulation of pollutants in the Liaoning region, resulting in severe pollution. Multiple datasets related to pond and marine aquaculture have been published using diverse remote sensing technologies, yet a comprehensive dataset detailing spatial distribution on both land and sea sides is lacking. Firstly, a meticulous comparison of datasets which we selected related to aquaculture ponds and marine, ensuring consistency in trends. Subsequently, the datasets published by our team were edited and integrated to illustrate aquaculture activities on both sides of China's coastal zone. Finally, a spatial differentiation of coastal aquaculture in major provinces was analyzed. This analysis also utilizes the types of coastline and statistical data, guiding coordinated resource management efforts. The results unveil a distinctive spatial distribution pattern, concentrating aquaculture in the northern regions—Bohai Sea, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Pearl River coasts in Guangdong. The provinces rich in aquaculture resources, such as Shandong, Guangdong, and Liaoning, exhibit extensive coastlines. However, remote sensing monitoring suggests an underestimation of Liaoning's marine aquaculture compared to statistical yearbook data. Furthermore, southern provinces like Guangdong and Fujian exhibit significantly higher aquaculture output than Liaoning. Zhejiang leads in fishing output. This article is based on a systematic analysis of the current situation of hydropower development and the degree of hydropower resource development and utilization in Liaoning Province, pointing out the problems, construction opportunities, advantages, and disadvantages faced by current hydropower development; Based on the relevant planning achievements of hydropower development in Liaoning Province for many years, this paper analyzes the planning situation of conventional hydropower stations and pumped storage power stations that can be constructed in the future in Liaoning Province; By analyzing specific cases of using upstream and downstream reservoirs to construct pumped storage power stations, suggestions for ensuring the development of hydropower in Liaoning Province are proposed, providing reference for the hydropower construction in Liaoning Province in the new era. This paper presents an interesting case study on Legacy Data Integration (LDI for short) for a Regional Cloud Arbitration Court. Due to the inconsistent structure and presentation, legacy arbitration cases can hardly integrate into the Cloud Court unless processed manually. In this study, we propose an AI-enabled LDI method to replace the costly manual approach and ensure privacy protection during the process. We trained AI models to replace tasks such as reading and understanding legacy cases, removing privacy information, composing new case records, and inputting them through the system interfaces. Our approach employs Optical Character Recognition (OCR), text classification, and Named Entity Recognition (NER) to transform legacy data into a system format. We applied our method to a Cloud Arbitration Court in Liaoning Province, China, and achieved a comparable privacy filtering effect while retaining the maximum amount of information. Our method demonstrated similar effectiveness as the manual LDI, but with greater efficiency, saving 90% of the workforce and achieving a 60%-70% information extraction rate compared to manual work. With the increasing development of informationalization and intelligentization in judgment and arbitration, many courts are adopting ABC technologies, namely Artificial intelligence, Big data, and Cloud computing, to build the court system. Improving the income and assets of forest farmers is the basis for realizing the sustainable development of forestry. In this paper, we tested the impact of membership in herbal medicine planting cooperatives on forest farmer household income and assets using the propensity score matching (PSM) method and household surveys of the study area. The results showed that cooperative membership can greatly improve forest farmer household income and assets; the higher the accumulation of forest farmer household social capital and human capital, the more farmers were inclined to participate in cooperatives. Householders who were migrant workers were more likely to make the decision to participate in cooperatives compared with those without migrant work experiences. The results of ATT further verified the conclusion that cooperative membership can significantly improve income and assets, which increased by 7.04% and 4.19%, respectively. In addition, according to the survey, the current development of cooperatives in the forestry area experienced problems such as inconsistent quantitative and qualitative development, insufficient driving force, irregular operating mode, inaccurate policy support, and inadequate guidance mechanisms. This paper focused on innovating cooperation mechanisms, enriching joint forms, enhancing driving capacity, stimulating internal driving forces, strengthening system construction, improving standards, enhancing guidance services, and strengthening institutional guarantees. High Spatial and Spectral Resolution (HSSR) remote-sensing images can provide rich spectral bands and detailed ground information, but there is a relative lack of research on this new type of remote-sensing data. Although there are already some HSSR datasets for deep learning model training and testing, the data volume of these datasets is small, resulting in low classification accuracy and weak generalization ability of the trained models. In this paper, an HSSR dataset Luojia-HSSR is constructed based on aerial hyperspectral imagery of southern Shenyang City of Liaoning Province in China. To our knowledge, it is the largest HSSR dataset to date, with 6438 pairs of 256 × 256 sized samples (including 3480 pairs in the training set, 2209 pairs in the test set, and 749 pairs in the validation set), covering area of 161 km2 with spatial resolution 0.75 m, 249 Visible and Near-Infrared (VNIR) spectral bands, and corresponding to 23 classes of field-validated ground coverage. It is an ideal experimental data for spatial-spectral feature extraction. Furthermore, a new deep learning model 3D-HRNet for interpreting HSSR images is proposed. The conv-neck in HRNet is modified to better mine the spatial information of the images. Then, a 3D convolution module with attention mechanism is designed to capture the global-local fine spectral information simultaneously. Subsequently, the 3D convolution is inserted into the HRNet to optimize the performance. The experiments show that the 3D-HRNet model has good interpreting ability for the Luojia-HSSR dataset with the Frequency Weighted Intersection over Union（FWIoU） reaching 80.54%, indicating that the Luojia-HSSR dataset constructed in this paper and the proposed 3D-HRnet model have good applicable prospects for processing HSSR remote sensing images. Night lighting is closely related to social and economic development. Inversion of socioeconomic parameters using nighttime light (NTL) remote sensing data is a research hot spot currently. In this paper, a calibration method based on adaptive clustering algorithm for the Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (NPP-VIIRS) NTL data was proposed to remove background noise in the original imagery. The validity of the calibration method was evaluated through comparing the correlation between the corrected NTL data and the regional economic data. The result indicated that the NTL data obtained by this calibration method have higher correlation with the regional GDP data, and the values of R2 and the root mean square error (RMSE) were 0.8531 and 133.18, respectively. On this basis, the total nighttime light (TNL)-gross domestic product (GDP) regression model obtained from this paper was used to invert the GDP of Liaoning Province from 2012 to 2016. Using the TNL-GDP regression model established in high-quality regions to verify the fraudulent economic statistics of Liaoning Province, it can be proved that NTL data can be a reliable reference for reflecting regional economic development trends. Given that technology transfer provides an important boost for promoting national economic development, technology transfer policy (TTP) has attracted more and more attention from academia and industry. The government issued many policies. However, the implementation effect of TTP still needs to be clarified. This study is carried out from the progressive level of "text content-influence path-implementation effect." It aims to adopt a systematic analysis method to analyze policy tools and policy implementation stages, then builds a conceptual framework of the influence path of TTP. Then the relationship between variables in the qualitative model was clarified, and the system dynamics (SD) model was used to build a quantitative model with four feedback loops. Finally, taking Liaoning, China as an example, the system simulation and sensitivity analysis of the main parameters are implemented in Vensim PLE. Different policy tools have different roles in the TTP impact stages of research, transfer, and industrialization. Based on the data of 2013–1019, the SD model constructed in this paper can be used to predict the implementation effect of TTP during 2020–2015. Simulation and sensitivity analysis results provide practical enlightenment for government departments to improve the implementation effect of the existing TTP. This study also provides other researchers with a systematic understanding for improving the implementation effect of TTP with a "text content-influence path-implementation effect" conduction chain and provides new insights for further research on TTP. Sustainability is indispensable for cities to achieve long-term positive development. This paper evaluated the sustainability of 14 cities in Liaoning province from 2015 to 2019. A new weighting method was proposed that combined the subjective dimensional weights derived from sentiment analysis with the objective indicator weights derived from the entropy weight method. Sentiment analysis was applied to process the text information in the government work reports for obtaining the sentiment scores of the three dimensions of the economy, society and environment. In addition, the raw data of the indicators were used to measure their importance of the indicators. The assessment results showed that Shenyang and Dalian had a much better level of sustainable development than other cities in Liaoning Province, with Shenyang and Dalian both having assessed values above 0.45. The three dimensions of sustainable development were unbalanced. Overall, the cities of Liaoning Province had a low level of sustainability and poor sustainability momentum. Finally, in response to the poor performance of economic and social sustainability, it is suggested that the authorities should take measures to boost domestic consumption and give more spending on health care and science and technology. The northward expansion of peanut cultivation in China is limited by the availability of heat resources, and frost poses a significant challenge to peanut planting in Northeast China. Peanut is the 3rd largest crop in Liaoning province, which is an important exporter of peanuts in China. This paper studied the hazard of frost to peanut cultivation from a disaster-causing perspective, which is of great significance for ensuring the area stability and production safety of oil crops in emerging production areas. Based on the daily minimum temperature data of 56 meteorological stations in Liaoning from 1961 to 2020, the number of spring and autumn frost days were identified, as well as the first and last frost dates during the peanut growing season. The risks of spring frost and autumn frost in peanut cultivation were evaluated and the adaptability of current sowing and harvesting periods in reducing the frost risk in Liaoning was assessed. The results showed that the risk of autumn frost increased from southwest to northeast in Liaoning, while the risk of spring frost increased from south to north. The probability of daily frost occurrence exhibited an "S" shape during autumn and an inverse "S" shape during spring. It took approximately two months for the probability to increase from 0% to 100% and vice versa. The safe growth period for peanuts in Northeast China can be defined as the time between the corresponding date of the sowing lower limit temperature and the date of first frost. Autumn frost has a greater impact on peanut cultivation in Liaoning compared to spring frost. To avoid autumn freezing damage in the highest risk areas such as Fuxin city, the north-central part of Shenyang city and Tieling city, which are the main peanut-producing regions in Liaoning, it is necessary to postpone the harvesting date. While spring freezing damage in most major peanut-producing regions in Liaoning can be avoided by postponing the sowing date, the impact on the harvesting date must also be considered. Phlogopite is a crucial indicator for effectively constraining the magmatic evolution and emplacement mechanism of kimberlite. In this study, samples were collected from the No. 110 kimberlite pipe within diamond belt I and the No. 50 kimberlite pipe within diamond belt II in the southern Liaoning diamond mining area in the eastern North China Craton (NCC). Zonation is highly developed in the phlogopite; the major and trace element compositions of the phlogopite zonation in the samples were analyzed. In this study, phlogopite from the No. 50 pipe kimberlite (#50 phlogopite) zonation is divided into the following components: (1) The cores, low Ti-Cr xenocryst, average Mg# = 90.6, has a resorption structure, the presence of serpentine and talc minerals in low Ti-Cr cores (xenocrysts) can be used as evidence for hydrothermal metasomatism; (2) cores/inner rims (between core and outer rim), high Ti-Cr, it is thought to be related to the assimilation of mantle materials by deep kimberlite magma, average Mg# = 88.2; (3) outer rims, low-Cr/Cr-poor, average Mg# = 82.4, Fe, Al and Ba contents increased, and there was a trend of evolution to biotite composition believed to be related to the metasomatic metamorphism of melt and wall rock during the late magmatic evolution or ascent; (4) rinds, it is characterized by re-enrichment of Mg, rind I (low-Ti-Cr, average Mg# = 88.4), rind II (high-Ti-Cr, Mg# = 88.6), rind II may be formed earlier than rind I. Rind is very rare and has been reported for the first time in southern Liaoning kimberlite. This study was only accidentally found in the outermost part of #50 phlogopite, the Mg-rich feature represents an environment in which oxygen fugacity has increased. The phlogopite in samples from pipe No. 110 (#110 phlogopite) exhibits relatively homogeneous characteristics across different zones and is more enriched in Al and Ba, which is likely the result of mantle metasomatism. Due to its euhedral characteristics and limited composition variation, it is considered that #110 phlogopite is more likely to be derived from direct crystallization from magma than from xenocrysts. In addition, based on the simultaneous enrichment of Al and Fe in phlogopite from the core to the outer rim, pipe No. 50 was determined to be a micaceous kimberlite, while pipe No. 110 more closely resembles group I kimberlites. This paper proposes that successive pulses of kimberlite magma emplacement gradually metasomatized the conduit, and subsequent kimberlite magma ascended along the metasomatized conduit, thereby minimizing the interaction between the later magma and the surrounding mantle lithosphere. Introduction: Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide and has become a health issue of global concern. Based on the "System of Health Accounts 2011" (SHA 2011) for patients with depression, this paper studies the changes in the current curative expenditure (CCE) of outpatient depression in Liaoning Province, China, and provides policy recommendations. Method: A stratified multistage random sample of 56,994 patients with depression included from 1,227 healthcare facilities in Liaoning Province were included. The significance of differences in variables within groups was analyzed by univariate analysis (including descriptive statistics analysis, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-WallisH test), and factors influencing depression outpatient CCE were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and constructing structural equation models (SEM). Results: The CCE of outpatient depression was ranging from CNY 75.57 million to CNY 100.53 million in 2015-2020, with the highest of CNY 100.53 million in 2018, CNY 103.28 million in 2019. Medical expenditures are mainly concentrated in general hospitals and provincial healthcare institutions, accounting for about 90% of all provincial scope expenditures. The multiple regression results show that provincial healthcare institutions, purchase of drug, select medical treatment for depression, general hospitals and urban employees' health insurance are the main influencing factors for depression outpatient CCE. The results of SEM show that insurance status negative impact outpatient expenditure. Conclusion: Health insurance is an important factor in equitable access to healthcare resources for patients, and medication expenditure is the influential factor affecting the high expenditure of outpatient clinics. It is of great importance to reduce the medical burden of patients by increasing the coverage of medical insurance, increasing the proportion of bills that are eligible for reimbursement, and improving the system by guaranteeing the supply of psychotropic medication. Within the area of regional port clusters, this paper establishes a multi-period mixed integer programming model to optimize the empty container repositioning between public hinterlands and ports, comprehensively considering the quantitative and periodic inventory control strategy. At the same time, this paper dynamically and heuristically determines the empty container inventory threshold (D, U) under quantitative strategy and S under periodical strategy at each port within the regional port clusters. On this basis, the empty container repositioning schemes between public hinterlands and ports are optimized by using Markov decision process combined with dynamic programming method. In addition, Liaoning coastal regional port cluster and its northeast hinterland are selected as the objects to solve this model and the results show that the total cost of shipping company can be saved by 14.16% and 11.92%, respectively, by the quantitative and periodical inventory control strategy. Selecting the quantity of public hinterland terminals, the empty container demand of public hinterland terminals and ports, the inventory threshold of empty containers and other factors, this paper carries on the sensitivity analysis. This paper validates inventory control strategy can weaken the shipping company in the influence of the external environment changes. In order to optimize the economy and environmental protection of microgrid, this paper establishes a demand response model based on comprehensive satisfaction, combines the advantages of the classical multiobjective particle swarm algorithm and multiobjective firefly algorithm, and proposes a hybrid particle swarm optimization and firefly algorithm (HPSOFA) to solve the joint economic and environmental dispatch problem of microgrid and improve the wind and light consumption capacity. The proposed improved algorithm introduces a random perturbation term and adaptive learning coefficients, and the algorithm is selected by the dominance relationship of individuals, which improves the diversity of populations and increases the possibility of the algorithm to solve the global optimum. The proposed algorithm is used to solve the test functions of different dimensions, and the results show that the Pareto front of HPSOFA has better distribution and accuracy, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Simulation analysis is carried out using power data from a region of Liaoning Province, China, and experiments conclude that the operating cost and environmental cost of HPSOFA are significantly lower than other algorithms. It is widely recognized that urban resilience is one of the core goals of urban development. As an important part of a city, the resilience level of urban human settlements directly affects the development trend of urban resilience. However, at present, research results on the resilience of urban human settlements are very rare, are mainly concentrated in the central region of China, and rarely take into account the economically backward northeastern region. Therefore, in order to better improve the anti-risk ability of the urban human settlement environment system in three provinces of Northeast China, fully implement the strategic goal of "Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China", and achieve high-quality urban development, this paper focuses on 34 prefecture-level cities in three provinces of Northeast China and proposes an urban human settlement resilience evaluation system with 36 indicators in five dimensions, namely, the natural system, human system, housing system, supporting system, and social system. Using the entropy weight method, the Dagum Gini coefficient, and a geographical probe model, the changes in the resilience level of each city from 2005 to 2020 were measured, and the urban living environment was assessed in terms of the adaptability and resilience of the development level in each subsystem based on the temporal and spatial evolution law and its influencing factors. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) The development level of urban human settlement resilience in the three provinces in Northeast China showed an N-shaped development trend from 2005 to 2020, but the regional differences were significant, and the overall spatial pattern was "high in the south and low in the north". (2) In terms of the overall difference, the overall difference in urban human settlement resilience in the three northeastern provinces of China was small: the inter-regional difference was the main source of the difference, and the intra-regional difference was the secondary source. The regional differences were in the order of Heilongjiang Province > Liaoning Province > Jilin Province, indicating that Jilin Province had the smallest difference and that the resilience level of urban human settlements does not show a balanced development trend. In terms of the average Gini coefficient between regions, the order of difference was Liaoning Province–Heilongjiang Province > Jilin Province–Liaoning Province > Jilin Province–Heilongjiang Province, indicating that the difference between Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province was the most significant. (3) The "natural system", "human system", "living system", "supporting system", and "social system" had significant spatial and temporal heterogeneity and significantly affected the resilience level of urban human settlements in the three provinces in Northeast China. The management and knowledge of landfills are generally inadequate and could lead to significant catastrophes. This is particularly concerning for solid waste landfills due to their large size and potential to threaten nearby structures and residents in the event of landslides. In this paper, we investigated a backfill landslide induced by road construction in a coal mine slag landfill. Our analysis of satellite images and field surveys revealed that the alteration of the mounding morphology at the slope's crest by construction triggered the landslide. We established an engineering geological model of the main sliding plane and utilized the discrete-element program MatDEM to reproduce the landslide's development and predict its final accumulation pattern and impact range. Our study highlights the potential dangers of engineering construction carried out on relatively stable solid landfills. Airborne transient electromagnetic (ATEM) technology is a technique often used in mineral exploration and geological mapping. Due to inductive polarization (IP) phenomena, the ATEM response curve often shows a negative response or declines rapidly to the attenuation curve. Traditional resistivity inversion techniques do not explain the IP response of a signal well, so the negative response is usually removed during data processing, resulting in a reduced correctness and authenticity of the findings. In this paper, in the parameter inversion based on the Cole–Cole model, the Jacobian matrix chain analysis method is used to calculate, and the current waveform calculation is also considered in the inversion. The results show that compared with the perturbation method, the analysis technique can greatly reduce the calculation time and improve the inversion efficiency. In the single-point one-dimensional inversion and lateral constraint quasi-two-dimensional inversion, the Cole–Cole four-parameter forward response has strong inversion accuracy, which can successfully invert the actual exploration content and the Cole–Cole four-parameter response. Some measured sounding data in the Qingchengzi survey area of Liaoning Province, China have a negative response to IP, and the resistivity scheme cannot be used alone for inversion, but the real underground resistivity structure can be obtained through the method studied in this paper, and good exploration results can be obtained. The sea area of Changhai County in Dalian City is a typical floating raft aquaculture area, located in Liaoning Province, China, where a key issue in determining the scale and spatial layout of the floating raft aquaculture is the assessment of the impact of aquaculture activities on the hydrodynamic environment. To address this issue, we established depth-averaged two-dimensional shallow water equations and three-dimensional incompressible Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations for the open sea area described in this paper. The impact of floating rafts for aquaculture on hydrodynamic force was reflected in the numerical model by changing the Manning number, where scenarios with different aquaculture densities were taken into account. Finally, the water exchange rate of the floating raft aquaculture area in the study area was calculated. It was found, through a comparison between the simulated value and the measured value obtained via layered observation, that the two values were in good agreement with each other, indicating that the model exhibits great accuracy. In addition, the calculation results for scenarios before and after aquaculture were compared and analyzed, showing that from low-density to high-density aquaculture zones, the variation in flow rate was greater than 80% at the peak of a flood tide. The water exchange rates of the water body after 1 day, 4 days, and 8 days of water exchange were also calculated, and the results show that they had been reduced by 17.92%, 13.59%, and 1.63%, respectively, indicating that the existence of floating rafts for aquaculture indeed reduced the water exchange capacity of the water body. The model described in this paper can serve as a foundation for other studies on aquaculture in open sea areas, and it provides a theoretical basis for the scientific formulation of marine aquaculture plans and the rational optimization of the spatial layout. The "carbon peak and carbon neutral" emission target has set new requirements for the supply chain structure, exacerbated by the complexity and vulnerability of the agricultural sector and global supply chains after the COVID-19 outbreak. Under these circumstances, the resilience evaluation of the agricultural supply chain based on green transformation became an important subject. Based on this topic with outstanding problems, this paper evaluates the resilience level of the agricultural supply chain in northeast China with the goal of achieving the "double carbon" objective. By focusing on its resilience, we selected Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces as research subjects and collected the agricultural supply chain-related data from 2010 to 2019. Based on the relationship between supply chain nodes and the operation system, an evaluation model containing three levels was established. The entropy weight method and TOWA operator were used to carry out secondary weighting on the evaluation system and time levels containing 12 indicators, following the evaluation of the resilience level of the agricultural supply chain in three static and dynamic dimensions using the grey correlation method. The results show that the importance of the evaluation level of "internode resilience level" has always been a priority during the decade. Therefore, it is pointed out that the resilience construction and green transformation of the agricultural supply chain should be strengthened and implemented from the following three aspects: strengthening agricultural modernization, optimizing supply chain operation, and the implementation and promotion of effective policies. With the rapid development of urbanization and the widening gap between urban and rural areas, how to effectively enhance the balanced development of urban and rural areas as well as promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas have become heated topics. Based on the basic theory of urban–rural integration and spatial balance, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system. Using a coupling coordination model and an obstacle degree model, this paper selects 32 indicators from aspects of economy, society and ecology to measure the development level of urban–rural integration in 34 prefecture-level cities in Northeast China from 2000 to 2019. We also analyze the spatial pattern, evolution type characteristics and obstacle factors of urban–rural relations. The results show that: (1) The growth rate of urban development in Northeast China is higher than that of rural development. Except for rural ecology, all dimensions of urban and rural areas have increased year by year, but there are large spatial differences within the region. (2) The urban–rural integration development level of Northeast China is growing constantly and the types of urban and rural coordination are all rising to a higher level. Areas with high urban–rural coordination levels are concentrated in the Harbin–Changchun urban agglomeration and the central and southern Liaoning urban agglomeration, with obvious agglomeration effects. (3) In the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the restrictive degree of the rural social subsystem was higher than that of the urban subsystem. The restrictive factors in the coordinated development of urban and rural areas are relatively stable, and include per capita consumption expenditure, per capita public budget expenditure, books in public libraries per thousand people, etc. (4) The functions of rural social elements should be enhanced, and the social urban–rural integrated development mechanism should be established to promote the integrated development of urban and rural society. With the gradual intensification of aging in China, the issue of elderly care has become the primary issue that needs to be urgently solved in society. The construction of a reasonable and scientific integrated medical and care service system can not only efficiently allocate medical resources and services, but also better meet the needs of the elderly. Due to the involvement of multiple disciplines such as architecture, sociology, psychology, and behavioral science in the construction of the system, as well as the restriction of various objective factors such as medical capacity, spatial scale, and operating costs, the government and elderly care institutions have always been unable to find the best solution for how to scientifically and reasonably construct an integrated medical and care service system. This paper is based on Anshan City, Liaoning Province, which has prominent aging issues and distinct characteristics of the elderly population. Through extensive field research in elderly care institutions, and face-to-face communication with personnel from relevant government departments such as the Municipal Commission on Aging, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Health Commission, the Medical Insurance Bureau, and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, it truly understands the problems that arise in the construction of the urban integrated medical and care service system. From three aspects: urban situation, institutional situation and the needs of the elderly, it is proposed to establish a clear departmental linkage mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities, a policy guarantee mechanism tailored to local conditions, a multi-measure operation mechanism, a technology first intelligent response mechanism, a warm and efficient service mechanism for the people, an overall layout mechanism, an evaluation and supervision mechanism for full process control, and a talent supply mechanism of external introduction and internal training. As a major agricultural province, understanding the spatial distribution characteristics of non-point source pollution in Liaoning Province plays a crucial role in preventing and controlling non-point source pollution. This paper uses the pollution discharge coefficient method to calculate the TN and TP load of non-point source pollution in each city of Liaoning Province in 2019. The results indicate that: (1) In 2019, the emissions of TN and TP from non-point source pollution in Liaoning Province were 245.6 thousand t and 23.2 thousand t, respectively. Livestock and poultry farming is the main source of TN and TP pollution. (2) The total amount of standard pollution load was 361.269 billion m3. TN is the main source of non-point source pollution, with TN and TP accounting for 67.96% and 32.04%, respectively. Overall, pollution in the central and western regions is more serious than in the eastern regions, while pollution in the plain areas is worse than in the mountainous and hilly areas. Chaoyang should be a key focus in terms of the prevention and control of non-point source pollution, and the abundant total water resources play a crucial role in reducing pollution levels. Using a sample of 1166 maize-planting farmers from Liaoning province in China, in this paper, we provide a new explanation for the slow-proliferation situation of straw return. Both our theoretical and empirical results indicate that the low rate of adoption of straw return can be partly attributed to the farmers' choice to undertake off-farm work. Probit, PSM, IV-probit, and bivariate probit models are utilized to estimate the interdependent nature of these two simultaneous decisions, with an identified causal effect ranging from −0.115 to −0.287. Instead of the "income-increasing effect", our research supports the dominant existence of the "lost-labor effect". Furthermore, intelligent and risk-tolerant farmers undertaking off-farm work are found to have additional negative impacts on the likelihood of straw return adoption. With regard to the mediating mechanisms, we find that the choice of off-farm work may decrease the probability of raising cattle and also downscale arable land, thereby reducing the likelihood of straw return adoption. In line with our proposed model, fluid cognitive ability contributes to the farmers' adoption of straw return by increasing their learning and updating efficiency. In contrast, crystal cognitive ability deters the undertaking of nonfarm work by establishing a comparative advantage in agricultural production, thus indirectly promoting the proliferation of straw incorporation. According to our theoretical and empirical findings, the proper policy interventions proposed mainly include three points. First, governments should endeavor to increase agricultural specialization by further promoting arable land transfer and human capital accumulation in farming. Second, it is beneficial to facilitate the process of learning by doing and social learning by enhancing the human capital levels of farmers. Last, it is necessary to cultivate farmers' inclination towards long-term investment by explaining the concrete benefits of straw return to farmers on a timely basis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The dilemma of aging and lack of successors must be understood to improve the scale efficiency and competitiveness of China's agriculture. This paper uses a survey of 1347 farmers in Liaoning, Jiangsu, and Jiangxi and applies tobit and probit models to explore the impact of intergenerational inheritance on farmland management in terms of the current scale and willingness for expansion. The results show that (1) an increased probability of intergenerational inheritance in agriculture can significantly increase the scale of farmland operations, with a greater effect on the current scale than on the willingness to expand; (2) the scale upgrading effect of agricultural intergenerational inheritance is greater in regions with frequent nonagricultural activities and in families with middle or low-scale farmland operations; and (3) the promotion effect on the current scale is greater for elderly farmers 60 years old or above than for farmers who are 40–59 years old, while the promotion effect on the willingness for expansion exists only for the latter. Therefore, policies should attract young, skilled laborers to return to their hometowns for agricultural employment and entrepreneurship and support farmland transfer and scale operation in regions with frequent nonagricultural activities or a lower scale of agricultural operations. Studying the internal relationship between urbanization process and cultivated land change can reveal the differential law of different urbanization processes and effectively protect cultivated land resources. Using the land-use change analysis method, this paper analyzed the quantity and quality change of cultivated land during the process of urbanization in the Bohai Rim region from 1990 to 2020 and explored its driving mechanism. The results show that the urbanization level in the Bohai Rim region increases by 31.06%, and 120 km2 farmland will be occupied for every 1% increase in urbanization level. The level of urbanization is higher in Beijing and Tianjin, medium in Liaoning and Shandong, and lower in Hebei. The area of cultivated land decreased year by year, and the decrease in dry land was the largest, followed by paddy land. Hebei, Shandong, and Liaoning have a high contribution rate to the reduction in cultivated land around the Bohai Sea. Population urbanization, spatial urbanization, and other factors have a significant impact on the study area, while economic urbanization and life urbanization show different laws. It is suggested that the development of urbanization can be promoted in a timely and appropriate manner, and the harmonious development of urbanization can be promoted by optimizing the layout of land use and avoiding excessive occupation of cultivated land at the expense of food security and ecological environment. City sustainability means a balance among economy, society, and environment in the rapid urbanization process. Effective assessment of city sustainability could guide a city to develop in the desired direction. Northeastern China was one of the forefronts of China's reform and opening up, but now it has become a "sore point" in national development. Liaoning province plays a crucial role in the process of realizing the revitalization of Northeastern China. This paper investigated the sustainability performances of cities in Liaoning by following the process of multi-criteria decision making. A novel weighting method was proposed based on Synergetics that considers the interrelationship among sustainability criteria. The results showed that the sustainability level of Liaoning was not ideal, with only two cities having sustainability performances over 0.55. The cities located in the Middle region had a higher sustainability level than those in the West and East regions. Moreover, the performances on the three dimensions were uncoordinated. The salary of employed staff and disposal income were the two important factors on sustainable development. The forecasting analysis showed that the sustainability level of the cities will develop at a rapid pace in the future. Electromagnetic (EM) surveys play a significant role in mineral exploration. However, the EM method often faces limitations when investigating minerals in areas covered by rivers, lakes, or other water bodies. This paper introduces audio magnetotelluric (AMT) observation technology that utilizes separated electric and magnetic channels to deal with this challenge over water-covered areas. The study analyzes and discusses the characteristics of the relative error of the magnetic field through forward simulation. The observation and profile experiments were conducted at the estuary of a river in Liaoning Province, China, and high-quality data in the river and the pseudo-geoelectric section of the underwater space were successfully obtained. The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the AMT observation technology over water-covered areas, emphasizing the importance of locating the magnetic channel in a quiet zone at a certain distance from the shore. This configuration helps reduce the influence of resistivity differences between water and shore, ultimately improving data quality and accuracy. The research suggests that the AMT observation technology, utilizing separated electric and magnetic channels, has the potential for further improvement and can serve as a valuable guide for mineral exploration over water-covered areas. As China's main grain-producing region, the ecological security pattern of Liaoning Province has an extremely important impact on the ecological security of Northeast China and even the whole country. Furthermore, the construction of the ecological security pattern is restricted by the ecological vulnerability assessment in order to explore the ecological vulnerability pattern of spatial distribution and the trend of future vulnerability development in Liaoning Province and guide how to formulate ecological protection policies scientifically. Based on the sensitivity–resilience–pressure (SRP) conceptual model which is combined with natural and socio-economic factors, the ecological vulnerability evaluation index system of Liaoning Province is established in this paper. This paper also evaluates the ecological vulnerability of Liaoning Province from 2010 to 2020 and analyzes the driving factors by using a geographic detector and the CA-Markov model. Moreover, the study forecasts the growing tendency of vulnerability in 2025. The results show that (1) the ecological vulnerability of Liaoning Province is mainly light and has medium vulnerability, which gradually decreases from northwest to southeast; (2) the spatial heterogeneity of the ecological vulnerability index (EVI) is very significant in the southeast and northwest region but not significant in the middle; (3) from the past decade to the next five years, the ecological vulnerability of Liaoning Province has been improving, and the overall distribution pattern of ecological vulnerability is relatively stable; (4) the analysis of driving factors indicates that the impact of natural environmental factors such as land-use type and habitat quality on EVI is more significant than socio-economic factors such as population density. The research results implicate that it is necessary to formulate an ecological protection and restoration plan in Liaoning Province to prevent further ecological degradation in high-value areas of northwest Liaoning, and to balance the relationship between human development and ecological protection and restoration in the metropolitan district. The aims of this paper is to illustrate the importance of grain production in China's food security strategy based on the three Northeastern provinces (NEP) in the new period, which quantitative assessment of climate change under the background of the loss caused by meteorological disasters of regional food production is clarify. In this paper, using grain planting area, yield and agricultural disaster statistics from 1981 to 2020, comparison analysis grain production and disaster characteristics between NEP and the whole country respectively. The disaster-yield assessment model was used to estimate the disaster-yield loss and final yield of the NEP by inputting disaster data in recent 10 years, and the sensitivity and stability of the disaster-yield assessment model were re-tested. The results showed that :(1) from 1981 to 2020, the grain planting area and total output in NEP increased significantly, and the proportion of the total output of NEP increased steadily, and the proportion of the total output of the three northeast provinces reached 1/5 of the total output of the whole country by 2020. (2) The disaster situation in NEP showed a significant trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The incrasing of average grain yield during the past 40 years was 65.96kg⋅ha-1 and 252.5kg⋅ha-1 per year for NEP and the whole country, while the incrasing of average grain yield during the past 10 years was 52.6kg⋅ha-1 per year for NEP significantly. (3) From 2011 to 2020, the average affected area and affected area in China were 23704.5x10³ha and 11204.7x10³ha, respectively, and 3899.1x10³disasters of the whole country and the three northeastern provinces were significantly lower than those of the previous three years, making it the decade with the least severe disasters in 40 years. (4) The simulation accuracy of the disaster-yield assessment model was high. The linear regression coefficients (R²) of simulated grain yield and measured grain yield in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces were 0.98, 0.90 and 0.88, respectively. The slopes were 1.05, 1.02 and 0.98 (P < 0.01), respectively. The loss rate of grain yield due to agro-disaster was 10.4%, 17.9% and 18.0% respectively in the three province, while which was more than 8.0%, 17.0% and 16.0% for 20a.years. (5) The model slightly overestimated the grain yield of Jilin and Liaoning in recent 10 years due to the overall light disaster situation. Based on the data from 1981 to 2010, the regional grain disaster loss assessment model was proved to be able to evaluate the loss of grain yield caused by meteorological disasters well, and had the performance of predicting grain yield, and has the feasibility of operational application. The impact of meteorological disasters on the grain output in northeast China is higher than the average level of disasters in the whole country. Considering that the grain output in Northeast China accounts for a high proportion of the national grain output, preventing the risk of agro-meteorological disasters in Northeast China in the new period is of great importance to guarantee the national food security. From the perspective of the production–living–ecological space, this paper reclassifies the land-use categories in the central and southern Liaoning urban agglomeration in the years 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2018. It then quantitatively analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of land-use transitions by adopting the land-use transfer matrix and other methods. This paper further uses the eco-environmental quality index and ecological contribution rate to explore the eco-environmental effects of the land-use transition. Finally, it identifies the influencing factors of the eco-environmental effect and the spatial differentiation law of the effect in the study area through the multi-scale geographically weighted regression (MGWR) model. The main conclusions reached are as follows: (1) During the study period, a slow increase was seen in the ecological land of the central and southern Liaoning urban agglomeration. A sharp decline occurred in the production land, and a rapid rise was found in the living land. (2) From 1990 to 2018, the eco-environmental quality index in the study region showed significant spatial differentiation, with the distribution characteristics being high in the east and low in the west. The areas have expanded and spread along the Shenyang-Dalian axis to form medium-low quality agglomerations. The encroachment of agricultural production land and urban and rural living land on forest ecological land is the main contributor to the deterioration of the eco-environmental quality during the study period. Language is the cornerstone of children's learning knowledge and exploring the world. Language teaching is an indispensable part of early childhood education, which can help children improve their communication ability and help children communicate with classmates and teachers in school. The teaching form of preschool language education is too single, which does not conform to children's own learning ability. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should actively optimize the language environment to make children willing to express themselves in language: introducing game activities to make children want to express themselves in language. With the help of situational display, children like to express themselves in language and carry out performance activities to give children the opportunity to express themselves in language. With the help of home force, children dare to express themselves in language. Children are in a dynamic stage of rapid growth. In order to enable children to learn language effectively, teachers should make clear the development center of children and their mastery of language. To guide language teaching in accordance with students' aptitude for a long time, at the same time, we should update our rigid views on children at any time, boldly innovate the content and thinking mode of children's language teaching activities, and mobilize children's initiative and enthusiasm to participate in language learning, so that they can achieve the language learning goals of being able to speak, loving to speak and bravely speaking. This paper selects the learning situation of preschool children as the object, establishes an evaluation model by using the hybrid GA-BP neural network method, and makes an empirical analysis on the development of preschool education in Liaoning Province. The GA-BP neural network model is trained by MATLAB 7.0, and the simulation results show that the model can evaluate the development of preschool education scientifically, and it is scientific and practical. According to the results of this paper, the corresponding evaluation model of preschool education language teaching quality is put forward, which makes a good prediction preparation for children to learn language better in advance. Electric vehicles are rapidly popping up in the market as a new alternative to fossil fuels, in order to reduce carbon emissions in urban areas. However, the improper placement of charging piles has impeded the development of electric vehicles. In this paper, 12 indicators from 4 categories, namely economy, environment, cost, and service quality are selected to form an index system for evaluating the location of electric vehicle charging piles. The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is also applied for the same purpose. On the basis of the evaluation, this paper proposes a set coverage model and adopts a greedy heuristic algorithm to find out the optimal location of charging piles. Finally, the paper verifies the reasonability and feasibility of this model by studying the existing location of electric vehicle charging piles in northeast China. The evaluation is based on the Liaoning Province Electric Vehicle Big Data Supervision Platform, which has data that are official and scientifically based. The set coverage model proposed, based on the evaluation, is a new solution to finding out the optimal location of electric vehicle charging piles across China. Global warming, caused by greenhouse gas emissions, is a major challenge for all human societies. To ensure that ambitious carbon neutrality and sustainable economic development goals are met, regional human activities and their impacts on carbon emissions must be studied. Guizhou Province is a typical karst area in China that predominantly uses fossil fuels. In this study, a backpropagation (BP) neural network and extreme learning machine (ELM) model, which is advantageous due to its nonlinear processing, were used to predict carbon emissions from 2020 to 2040 in Guizhou Province. The carbon emissions were calculated using conversion and inventory compilation methods with energy consumption data and the results showed an "S" growth trend. Twelve influencing factors were selected, however, five with larger correlations were screened out using a grey correlation analysis method. A prediction model for carbon emissions from Guizhou Province was established. The prediction performance of a whale optimization algorithm (WOA)-ELM model was found to be higher than the BP neural network and ELM models. Baseline, high-speed, and low-carbon scenarios were analyzed and the size and time of peak carbon emissions in Liaoning Province from 2020 to 2040 were predicted using the WOA-ELM model. As an important supplement to "location space", "flow space" has become an important trend in urban network research. At present, the theoretical basis and empirical research of urban network structure from the perspective of "flow space" are not completely clear. Based on the urban spatial network structure research system framework, this paper comprehensively studies the urban spatial structure, spatial network pattern and development mode of Liaoning Province in China by using multivariate data flow. The results show that: (1) Cities at all levels in Liaoning Province have different functions and roles in the urban network level, with Shenyang and Dalian as the leading cities, and Anshan and Jinzhou as "transit hubs"; (2) Liaoning Province takes Shenyang-Dalian as its main axis, the Shenyang economic circle with Shenyang as the core and the coastal economic belt with Dalian as the core and Dandong and Yingkou as the two wings intersect to form the urban spatial network pattern; (3) In the future, Liaoning Province should further form the urban development model of "core city-axis-cluster". Under the trend of globalization, it should carry out in-depth promotion in combination with "Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Circle" "Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt" and "Liaoning Northwest Strategy", and finally form a balanced, efficient and comprehensive urban network structure. Servitization has a significant impact on the upgrading and reform of the equipment manufacturing industry. From the perspective of application of high-end servitization theory in business practice of equipment manufacturing industry, based on the review of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the concept of integration delay strategy mechanism of cooperative production between enterprises and customers, and thus constructs the theoretical model framework of 4S service pilot high-end equipment manufacturing product-customer interaction experience. With the Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry as a case for quantitative analysis, the feasibility of using delay strategy in the 4S service pilot program is demonstrated, and the three-stage development plan of Liaoning 4S service pilot is outlined. The results show that: At present, in the trend of servitization of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises, 4S service pilot high-end manufacturing product model enables equipment manufacturing enterprises to delay production time and produce according to customer orders, improve service efficiency and optimize resource allocation, and help enterprises to obtain new exclusive competitive advantages. Species of the Pholcus phungiformes group exhibit high diversity in Liaoning Province of northeastern China. This paper summarizes the current knowledge on this species-group from this area. A checklist of 22 species recorded from this province is given, accompanied with a distribution map of the species. Pholcus xiuyan Zhao, Zheng & Yao, sp. nov. Mapping the distribution of coniferous forests is of great importance to the sustainable management of forests and government decision-making. The development of remote sensing, cloud computing and deep learning has provided the support of data, computing power and algorithms for obtaining large-scale forest parameters. However, few studies have used deep learning algorithms combined with Google Earth Engine (GEE) to extract coniferous forests in large areas and the performance remains unknown. In this study, we thus propose a cloud-enabled deep-learning approach using long-time series Landsat remote sensing images to map the distribution and obtain information on the dynamics of coniferous forests over 35 years (1985–2020) in the northwest of Liaoning, China, through the combination of GEE and U2-Net. Firstly, to assess the reliability of the proposed method, the U2-Net model was compared with three Unet variants (i.e., Resnet50-Unet, Mobile-Unet and U-Net) in coniferous forest extraction. Secondly, we evaluated U2-Net's temporal transferability of remote sensing images from Landsat-5 TM, Landsat-7 ETM+ and Landsat-8 OLI. Finally, we compared the results obtained by the proposed approach with three publicly available datasets, namely GlobeLand30-2010, GLC_FCS30-2010 and FROM_GLC30-2010. The results show that (1) the cloud-enabled deep-learning approach proposed in this paper that combines GEE and U2-Net achieves a high performance in coniferous forest extraction with an F1 score, overall accuracy (OA), precision, recall and kappa of 95.4%, 94.2%, 96.6%, 95.5% and 94.0%, respectively, outperforming the other three Unet variants; (2) the proposed model trained by the sample blocks collected from a specific time can be applied to predict the coniferous forests in different years with satisfactory precision; (3) Compared with three global land-cover products, the distribution of coniferous forests extracted by U2-Net was most similar to that of actual coniferous forests; (4) The area of coniferous forests in Northwestern Liaoning showed an upward trend in the past 35 years. The area of coniferous forests has grown from 945.64 km2 in 1985 to 6084.55 km2 in 2020 with a growth rate of 543.43%. This study indicates that the proposed approach combining GEE and U2-Net can extract coniferous forests quickly and accurately, which helps obtain dynamic information and assists scientists in developing sustainable strategies for forest management.
