One of the most promising futuristic NoSQL database types is Graph Database or Knowledge Graph. These databases use topological data models to store big data and substantially support data relationship analysis. While developing a global Knowledge Graph for any system, there always exists a smaller subgraph called a local graph. Many local graphs combine to develop a global holistic graph. The general approach for development of these local knowledge graph is proposed in this paper. Along with the model, their possible curation approaches and generic targetable refinement areas of these databases are discussed in the work. In the end, few of the realistic application areas are being identified and conferred for future research in this domain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
