This research paper investigated the citation patterns within the Moor Journal of Agricultural Research from the year 2006 to2016, offering a comprehensive analysis of author collaboration, institutional contributions, and preferred information resources. The study spans a significant period and presents key findings that shed light on the journal's significance in the agricultural research community.One notable finding is the prevalence of collaborative efforts among authors, with threeauthored papers leading the pack at 32.79% of the total published articles during the study period. Two-authored papers follow closely, constituting 26.23% of the total output. In contrast, singleauthor papers occupy the fourth position, contributing 14.75% of the recorded papers. These results align with previous research, particularly the findings of Singh (2017), highlighting the collaborative nature of scientific research. Institutional analysis reveals that the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in Ogun State, stands as the journal's most prominent contributor, accounting for 39.80% of the articles. The University of Ibadan in Oyo State follows with 19.14%, while Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife contributes 13.40%. This strong representation indicates the high recognition of the journal among agricultural scientists in the South West of Nigeria. Collectively, fifteen universities from the South West contribute 90.91% of the articles, while five universities from the northern region contribute 5.27%. The South-South region contributes 2.39%. Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, representing the South East, contributes the least at 1.43%, emphasizing the need for broader regional coverage. In terms of institutional affiliations of authors, the Institute of Agricultural Research and Training (IAR&T) emerges as the dominant contributor, with an impressive 68.47% of the articles. This significantly surpasses other institutions, with the National Horticulture Research Institute and Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria, both in Ibadan, contributing 8.11% each. The substantial difference between IAR&T and other institutions suggests a potential advantage related to its role as the journal's publisher. Further analysis reveals that the Federal College of Agriculture in Ibadan contributes the highest number of articles (41.18%), followed by the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology in Ibadan (29.41%).. Thoth is a free desktop/laptop software application with a friendly graphical user interface that facilitates routine data-visualization and statistical-calculation tasks for astronomy and astrophysical research (and other fields where numbers are visualized). This software has been upgraded with many significant improvements and new capabilities. The major upgrades consist of: (1) six new graph types, including 3D stacked-bar charts and 3D surface plots, made by the Orson 3D Charts library; (2) new saving and loading of graph settings; (3) a new batch-mode or command-line operation; (4) new graph-data annotation functions; (5) new options for data-file importation; and (6) a new built-in FITS-image viewer. There is now the requirement that Thoth be run under Java 1.8 or higher. Many other miscellaneous minor upgrades and bug fixes have also been made to Thoth. The newly implemented plotting options generally make possible graph construction and reuse with relative ease, without resorting to writing computer code. The illustrative astronomy case study of this paper demonstrates one of the many ways the software can be utilized. To review the analytical methods for carious and erosive demineralization an initial search of peer-reviewed scientific literature from the digital library database of PubMed/Medline indexed journals published up to early 2022 was carried out based on keywords relevant to the topic criteria including bibliographic citations from the papers to gather the most updated information. This current review aims to provide an updated overview of the advantages, limitations, and potential applications of direct and indirect research methods available for studying various dynamic stages of carious and erosive demineralization in enamel and dentin. This paper categorizes and describes the most suitable, frequently adopted and widely used quantitative and qualitative techniques in in vitro/in vivo research which are well-established, emerging, or comparatively novel techniques that are being explored for their potential validation. The author undertakes a descriptive and synthesis and analysis of the novel COVID-19 Pandemic dubbed as the Corona disease or the "Wuhan Virus". Essentially, the author explores six objectives and points to the effects of the pandemic psychologically, health-wise, economically and even socially. Quintessentially, the author contends the untold value of prior planning in disaster preparedness and mitigation, a glaring challenge to all nations across the globe. Background: Data integrity is a priority in any internet research study; it should be maintained to protect the safety and privacy of human participants and to maintain the validity and reliability of research findings. However, one noteworthy risk of web-based research is fraudulent respondent activity. When investigators must utilize anonymous web-based recruitment techniques to reach hidden and expanded populations, steps should be taken to safeguard the integrity of data collected. Objective: The purpose of this paper is to present a novel protocol in the form of an anonymous web-based research data integrity plan (DIP) protocol that outlines steps for securing data integrity while conducting anonymous web-based data collection. Methods: In this paper, we discuss a protocol regarding the development and implementation of a specific DIP in response to fraudulent activity in an original large-scale mixed methods study launched in April 2021. Four primary steps, each with a set of affiliated procedures, are presented: (1) defining the risks, (2) planning research protocols, (3) securing data collection and recruitment, and (4) determining enrollment. Results: Following the relaunch of a large-scale original study and implementation of the DIP protocol, preliminary analyses demonstrated no fraudulent activity. A pre-post analysis is underway to evaluate the effectiveness of the DIP strategies from February 2022 through May 2023. Conclusions: Implementing the DIP protocol could save valuable research time, provides a process to examine data critically, and enables the contribution of rigorous findings to various health fields. The present study is aimed at examining effects of using technology integrated classroom to find academic performance, learning attitudes and involvement of UG learners. In the fast-changing environment of technology, mastering a target language has been turning easy with available sources such as blogs, websites, online discussion forums, media, and other sources of knowledge. In changing perspectives of second language learning (ESL), technology integrated language learning as part of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) gains importance in academics. As part of it, this paper presents a structured attempt on using Technology Integrated models for learning English through a channel such as Local Area Network (LAN), Internet-based teaching of English, etc. for ESL learners under flipped learning methodology (Abraham, 2008). In the context of ESL, the Technology integrated learning model was taken to prove that it would elicit skills of learners in expressing and exhibiting their talent through English language skills effectively against traditional pedagogical approaches. Concerning it, it is observed that the ability of the facilitator to design, develop and offer appropriate material plays a pivotal role in determining effectiveness in organizing a language class technically through a sequential implementation of a structural methodology. Results of experimentation exhibit that the adopted method is more effective than non-flipped classroom learning. Objective To familiarize the integrated learning approaches in teaching and learning English through a variety of standard materials at the undergraduate (UG) level to foster cognitive and insightful learning skills among ESL learners. Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the research trends of the Korean Journal of Medical Education (KJME) since it became an English-language journal. Methods: A total of 274 articles published in KJME from 2016 to 2023 were analyzed. All article types were included in the analysis. NetMiner ver. 4.0 (Cyram Inc., Korea) was used for the main keyword and topic modeling analysis. Results: Of the 274 articles, 170 (62%) and 104 (38%) were by domestic and international authors, respectively. The main keywords with high frequency were “students,” “learning,” “experience,” “pandemic,” and “perception.” Three topics were derived using topic matching analysis: “residents’ perception and attitude of the pandemic,” “assessment of learning and achievement,” and “learning experiences in the pandemic.” Conclusion: Since the shift to English-language journals, medical education research has witnessed an increase in the number of articles published by international authors. Research on postgraduate education has increased. Research topics are relevant to situations such as the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. Electronic health records (EHRs) contain valuable data for reuse in science, quality evaluations, and clinical decision support. Because routinely obtained laboratory data are abundantly present, often numeric, generated by certified laboratories, and stored in a structured way, one may assume that they are immediately fit for (re)use in research. However, behind each test result lies an extensive context of choices and considerations, made by both humans and machines, that introduces hidden patterns in the data. If they are unaware, researchers reusing routine laboratory data may eventually draw incorrect conclusions. In this paper, after discussing health care system characteristics on both the macro and micro level, we introduce the reader to hidden aspects of generating structured routine laboratory data in 4 steps (ordering, preanalysis, analysis, and postanalysis) and explain how each of these steps may interfere with the reuse of routine laboratory data. As researchers reusing these data, we underline the importance of domain knowledge of the health care professional, laboratory specialist, data manager, and patient to turn routine laboratory data into meaningful data sets to help obtain relevant insights that create value for clinical care. Patients with microsatellite-instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatched repair-deficient colorectal cancer (CRC) appear to be responsive to checkpoint inhibitors. This study aimed to assess research trends in CRC immunotherapy. Publication patterns of articles covering immunotherapies in CRC in the Web of Science Core Collection database were retrospectively examined using VOS viewer software (version 1.6.16) prior to 25 May 2021. Ultimately, 3977 records were identified that were published between 1975 and 2021, which received a total of 128,681 citations (an average of 32.36 citations per item), with a noticeable rise in 2014. The majority of articles were published in the US (35.8%), China (17.7%), and Germany (9.4%). Publications mainly originated from the Institut National de la Santé Et De La Recherche Medicale Inserm, followed by the University of Texas System and Harvard University; however, Johns Hopkins University received the most citations (18,666 for 69 publications). The Journal of Clinical Oncology issued the most publications (n = 146), while the most referenced item (7724 citations) was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2012. The most common keywords were associated with tumors (expression and microsatellite instability) or immune system components (t-cells/dendritic cells). The findings demonstrate the scientific community's interest in the MSI-H subtype of colorectal tumors and how immunotherapy may be employed more successfully to treat metastatic CRC. Application of information technologies in the process of research in the field of physical education and sport, sports medicine allows to effectively use mathematical and statistical methods in scientific research and teaching. We have highlighted the main stages of practical training aimed at the formation of practical skills in the use of non-parametric methods for estimating and analyzing statistical hypotheses in sports-pedagogical and biomedical research among the students in the field of physical education and sports. It was noted that the role of qualitative statistical processing of research results is growing. It is important to form the skills the use of the methods of mathematical statistics of future specialists in various fields. The article presents a systematic process for the formation practical skills and abilities to use non-parametric procedures for statistical analysis of sports pedagogical data on the example of the Mann-Whitney U-test. There are the following stages of the training: announcement of the theme, goals, tasks; actualization of core knowledge; formation of theoretical skills. Article contains stages the presentation of the algorithm for the comparative analysis of independent sample data that does not follow the normal distribution law. It is shown calculation of a working example of the Mann-Whitney U-test using MS Excel in group using a interactive whiteboard with a detailed explanation of the steps; individual solving of the practical tasks; knowledge check. The aim of the study is to substantiate and analyze the strategy of managerial decision-making in information and analytical activities, to specify the main aspects of analytics for decision-making. Strategies for making managerial decisions in information and analytical activities are substantiated. The relevance of the use of information-analytical research is determined. The main aspects of analytics for decision making are analyzed, as well as the ranging of classes according to the degree of intelligence and complexity of tasks is taken into account. The peculiarities of completeness and reliability of information for information-analytical research are revealed. It is determined, that information analytics is a component of management. The regional management analytics is analyzed, as a result of which it is proposed the scheme of regional management with the use of information and analytical support is offered. The basic principles of design are offered. It is proved, that the management system requires modern analytical support, performed according to the requirements of science, the latest methodologies, including information and analytical activities. Problems and negative sides in the process of information-analytical activity in the system of regional management are determined. It is noted, that information and analytical support helps to achieve the best results, and the effectiveness of activities in any field depends on the management system.
