The sparse triangular solver (SpTRSV) is mostly used for scientific and engineering applications. The structured-grid triangular solver of regular dependencies (STRSV) is a special kind of SpTRSV. Some general SpTRSVs that disregards the regularity of the matrix are unsuitable for solving this problem. This paper proposes an efficient parallel algorithm for STRSV on the SW26010 (a kind of China independently designed many-core processors), namely swStructTRSV. The algorithm makes full use of the fine-grained and low latency communication characteristics of the SW26010 to reduce the waiting time for synchronization, maximizes the regularity of access to improve memory access bandwidth, and achieves overlap between memory access and computation simultaneously. Moreover, the idea of the algorithm can be extended to incomplete LU factorization (ILU factorization) because of consistent dependencies. The experimental results on a core group(8 * 8 network composed of 64 cores) of SW26010 show that swStructTRSV can achieve an average speedup of over 30 in the sequential version. swStructTRSV on SW26010 achieves solving speedups of 2.2 and 6.3 over the fast STRSV (fSpTRSV) previously implemented on SW26010 and MKL on Intel Xeon Gold 6132, respectively. swStructTRSV significantly outperforms cuSparse on NVIDIA TITAN RTX in terms of overall execution time. This paper presents a massively parallel approach of the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (PMLFMA) on homegrown many-core SW26010 cluster of China, noted as (SW-PMLFMA), for 3-D electromagnetic scattering problems. In this approach, the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) octree is first partitioned among management processing elements (MPEs) of SW26010 processors following the ternary partitioning scheme using the message passing interface (MPI). Then, the computationally intensive parts of the PMLFMA on each MPI process, matrix filling, aggregation and disaggregation are accelerated by using all the 64 computing processing elements (CPEs) in the same core group of the MPE via the Athread parallel programming model. Different parallelization strategies are designed for many-core accelerators to ensure a high computational throughput. In coincidence with the special characteristic of local Lagrange interpolation, the compressed sparse row (CSR) and the compressed sparse column (CSC) sparse matrix storage format is used for storing interpolation and anterpolation matrices, respectively, together with a specially designed cache mechanism of hybrid dynamic and static buffers using the scratchpad memory (SPM) to improve data access efficiency. The multi-objective optimisation of high-speed rail profile with small radius curve is studied in the paper. A multi-objective mathematical model for rail profile optimisation of high-speed railway is established. The CN60 rail profile is parameterised into a series of generalised functions of design variables. In order to guarantee the smoothness of the rail profile and meet the maximum grinding depth of rail in China, the constraints are employed. The wheel-rail vertical clearance and equivalent conicity of wheelset are taken as objective functions, and a rail wear prediction programme is compiled. Contact line method is employed to complete the detection algorithm of wheel-rail contact points. Finally, NSGA-II Algorithm is adopted to solve the Pareto-optimal front of the optimisation model. A set of solutions are retrieved from the Pareto optimal front solution as the optimised profile. The optimised rail profile and the original rail profile are matched with the LMA wheel profile (a certain worn type of wheel profiles for EMU in China) respectively. It is testified that the rail profile could effectively reduce the rail wear and improve curving performance. IoT integration provides SMEs with abundant real-time data, enabling deep insights into customer behavior, supply chains, and production. Simultaneously, the XGBoost algorithm efficiently processes and extracts actionable insights from this data. Data from 11 provinces in the Yangtze River economic belt highlights Jiangsu Province's leadership in regional innovation performance for 2015 and 2020. The empirical results, grounded in datasets amalgamating information from these provinces, attest to the potential of this IoT and XGBoost-driven approach. Boasting an impressive accuracy rate of 91.7%, surpassing alternative machine learning techniques like SVM, KNN, DT, RF, and LR, this research underscores the effectiveness of this integrated strategy in optimizing SME operations. A trend in the development of spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology is the shift from a single-satellite repeated observation mode to a multi-satellite collaborative observation mode. However, current multi-satellite collaborative geolocation algorithms face challenges, such as geometric model mismatch and poor baseline estimation accuracy, arising from highly dynamic changes among multi-satellites. This paper introduces a high-precision and efficient geolocation algorithm for a spaceborne bistatic interferometric SAR (BiInSAR) system based on an improved range–Doppler (IRD) model. The proposed algorithm encompasses three key contributions. Firstly, a comprehensive description of the spatial baseline geometric model unique to the bistatic configuration is provided, with a specific focus on deriving the perpendicular baseline expression. Secondly, IRD geolocation functions are established to meet the specific requirements of the bistatic configuration. Then, a novel BiInSAR geolocation algorithm based on the IRD's functions is proposed, which can significantly improve the target geolocation accuracy by modifying the range–Doppler equation to suit the bistatic configuration. Meanwhile, a low-coupling parallel calculation method is proposed, which can improve the calculation speed by two to three times. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm are demonstrated using experimental data acquired by the TH-2 satellite, which is China's first spaceborne BiInSAR system. The experimental results prove that the IRD algorithm exhibits geolocation accuracy with an average error of less than 1 m and a standard deviation of less than 2.5 m while maintaining computational efficiency at a calculation speed of 1,429,678 pixels per second. The vulnerable children refer to the special group of children with deviation in the process of children's psychological development and personality formation due to growth dilemmas. This may incur a series of serious social and family problems. The vulnerable children mainly cover the children suffering from children's psychological problems, such as childhood autism, autism, social anxiety and hypersensitivity, fear, depression, and PTSD arising from other factors. At present, the research results at home and abroad mainly focus on the psychological dynamic correlation investigation and solution discussion of a certain kind of difficult factor in the children's psychological development based on statistical data by the experimental methods, such as scale and model, and there is a blind spot in the humanistic orientation theory construction of psychological treatment for vulnerable children, causing the social reflection on children's psychological predicament from the humanistic perspective cannot be performed in related researches and going against searching for universal and integral theoretical paradigm for solving related problems. Sophisticated technologies for the observations have emerged increasingly for enabling the psychological features of vulnerable children through developmental cognitive neuroscience experiments. This paper introduces humanistic art therapy theory, focuses on the construction of a theoretical paradigm, and verifies its effectiveness based on the experimental results on the psychological development of vulnerable children, with an efficient performance. This study mainly refers to children with difficulty in social inclusion and psychological development. The fixed-point stopping of high-speed trains in stations is generally accomplished through manual operation in China. This situation often leads to a failure to stop at fixed-point signs and causes a fluctuation in the longitudinal acceleration due to the lack of experience of the drivers. To achieve precise, stable, and automatic stopping, a distributed multiparticle precise stopping control model based on the distributed model predictive control (MPC) algorithm is developed in this paper. A two-level hierarchical control structure for the subcontroller of each vehicle is adopted to bring itself to a controlled stop. In the upper control of subcontroller, the MPC algorithm is designed in turn based on the multiparticle mechanism model of the train. In the lower control of subcontroller, the target input from the upper control is converted and distributed. The controlled object, a comprehensive numerical computing model including the spatial dynamic model of the train and its electropneumatic blending braking model, is established and controlled by the corresponding subcontroller and employed to verify the performance of the controller. The influence of the model control parameters on the stopping performance is discussed, and the optimal combination of control parameters is selected. The proposed control model using the optimization parameters is tested and verified through the comprehensive numerical computing model. The results indicate that the stopping error is 0.0075 m, which is much less than the accuracy requirements for fixed-point stopping. The computing time of each subcontroller in real-time is stable at 0.09 s. The coupler impact force between two adjacent vehicles can also be effectively inhibited and eliminated. Its control performance outperforms a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm. Medium-term optimal scheduling of hydropower plants (MOSHPP) should be frequently updated for recurring extreme precipitation events in China to reduce spillage and increase power generation; however, the curse of dimensionality makes obtaining a satisfactory solution in an acceptable time difficult. In this paper, a parallel improved dynamic programming with successive approximation (PIDPSA) for MOSHPPs is proposed to improve the solution quality and meet time requirements. The solution quality is improved by successive approximation of multiple plants instead of one plant for considering more hydraulic connections, a state space reduction strategy combined with constraint preprocessing is adopted to reduce unnecessary calculations and the fine-grained parallelism based on the fork/join framework is employed to greatly shorten the solution time. The proposed method was applied to 11 hydropower cascade plants in the Lancang River with a time horizon of 30 days. The results showed that higher quality solutions can be obtained by IDPSA than conventional methods and DPSA, and the space reduction strategy can effectively improve the solution efficiency. The computation time of PIDPSA decreased from 81345 s for the single-core environment to 6073 s for the 32-core environment, which proves the high efficiency and practical value of PIDPSA for solving MOSHPP problems. In landslide disaster warning, a variety of monitoring and warning methods are commonly adopted. However, most monitoring and warning methods cannot provide information in advance, and serious losses are often caused when landslides occur. To advance the warning time before a landslide, an innovative advance landslide prediction and warning model based on a stacking fusion algorithm using Baishuihe landslide data is proposed in this paper. The Baishuihe landslide area is characterized by unique soil and is in the Three Gorges region of China, with a subtropical monsoon climate. Based on Baishuihe historical data and real-time monitoring of the landslide state, four warning level thresholds and trigger conditions for each warning level are established. The model effectively integrates the results of multiple prediction and warning submodels to provide predictions and advance warnings through the fusion of two stacking learning layers. The possibility that a risk priority strategy can be used as a substitute for the stacking model is also discussed. Finally, an experimental simulation verifies that the proposed improved model can not only provide advance landslide warning but also effectively reduce the frequency of false warnings and mitigate the issues of traditional single models. This paper focuses on the problem of designing the schedule of urban rail transit systems under dynamic passenger demand considering limited train capacity and congestion. From the point of view of operators, the goal of timetable optimization consists of using as few as possible service trains to transport the arriving passengers to their destinations securely and quickly. On the other hand, passengers want to spend the minimum time travelling to their destinations, including the time they wait on platforms until they board the first and successive trains in case of transferring between lines. Due to the variability of passenger flows and the difficulty in exactly solving full-day timetabling problems in short computation times, it is difficult in practice to use the approaches proposed in the literature. Moreover, when the capacity of trains is considered and oversaturation conditions emerge, the problem becomes even more complex, converting into a challenge the design of schedules from an operational point of view. By considering fixed train dwell times at stations and train running times between stations, we first propose a non-linear programming formulation to model the problem of determining the most convenient interdeparture times of services at the first station of a line, aiming at minimizing the waiting time of passengers. Since the dynamic behaviour of passenger demand and the maximum sectional passenger flow are approximately synchronous, an innovative method, the spatiotemporal synchronization coupling algorithm, based on working with the time-varying maximum sectional passenger flow instead of the demand patterns is proposed to quickly solve in an approximate way the demand-driven timetabling problem. The proposed approach is applied to a real case of Chengdu Metro Line 1 in China. This paper considers the problem of minimizing a convex expectation function with a set of inequality convex expectation constraints. We propose a stochastic augmented Lagrangian-type algorithm—namely, the stochastic linearized proximal method of multipliers—to solve this convex stochastic optimization problem. This algorithm can be roughly viewed as a hybrid of stochastic approximation and the traditional proximal method of multipliers. Under mild conditions, we show that this algorithm exhibits O (K − 1 / 2) expected convergence rates for both objective reduction and constraint violation if parameters in the algorithm are properly chosen, where K denotes the number of iterations. Moreover, we show that, with high probability, the algorithm has a O (log (K) K − 1 / 2) constraint violation bound and O (log 3 / 2 (K) K − 1 / 2) objective bound. In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the development speed of all walks of life has entered a new level, and the power industry has also developed rapidly. Driven by market demand, China's power transmission range and power transmission capacity will enter a new level. At the same time, the problems brought about by the development of the power system are equally severe. Due to the large load density in individual areas, the detection of short-circuit current must be improved as an important issue. The purpose of this paper is to study how to improve the practical model of short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants, so that it can be well applied to the current high-density current detection in China. Therefore, this paper improves the recursive least squares (RLS) algorithm and applies it to the practical model of short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants and describes the improvement process of the algorithm in detail. At the same time, this paper designs relevant experiments and analysis to count the data of the improved RLS algorithm in the short-circuit current calculation of the actual photovoltaic power station and combines the data of this part to test and analyze the ability of the algorithm. The experimental results in this paper show that the improved RLS algorithm has a very good improvement in the calculation accuracy of the short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants in the actual model calculation. The construction and operation of China's rail transit system have entered a high-speed development stage, and the rapid increase of train speed and mileage has brought greater challenges to the safety and reliability of the rail transit system. Network planning evaluation is the key to the early decision-making of urban rail transit project, which directly determines the success or failure of the whole project. How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the urban rail transit information resource network planning has become a difficult problem for many urban planners to solve. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization of the communication resource allocation algorithm and the comprehensive evaluation of its application for urban rail transit planning. In this paper, based on CVNN structure, the network prototype is an extension of RVNN structure. In the abstract, its processing unit is composed of a pair of real-number processors that can realize certain operations. HNN is a fully connected recurrent neural network based on the idea of the energy function, which is helpful to understand the calculation mode of HNN, and the research shows that HNN can solve many combinatorial optimization problems. In addition, the combination of neural network and genetic algorithm with simulated annealing mechanism can also bring new directions for research. On the basis of experimental analysis, it can be concluded that in general, the error reduction rate of the optimization scheme designed in this paper can reach 58.6% on average. A large number of insect pests in the forest will seriously affect the construction of forest resources and agriculture in China. In this regard, in order to deeply understand and analyze the existing forest pest detection technology, it is found that it cannot meet practical needs. In order to prevent the harm caused by forest pests, it is necessary to correctly identify the types of pests and take targeted control measures. Therefore, this paper proposes a forest pest detection algorithm based on improved YOLOX. Firstly, aiming at the problem that there are few image data of real deep forest pests in the wild, we use Mosaic, Mixup, and random erasure data enhancement to preprocess the images. Secondly, in order to extract fine-grained features, shallow information is introduced into the existing network architecture, and a two-way cross-scale feature fusion mechanism is adopted. The project can make full use of my country's abundant renewable energy resources, encourage energy conservation and reduction of emissions, improve the energy structure's low-carbon level, support the development of smart green energy, and achieve ecological civilization construction. This solution can show users how much greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced through some environmental changes, as well as the basic issues of meeting the future energy needs. It can display the benefits, costs, and emissions data under different scenarios in the future and use the scenario demonstration method to show energy planning to make energy data more vivid. It allows people, technicians, and decision makers to understand what will happen to China's carbon emissions over time in the next 15 years. This paper innovatively combines a particle swarm optimization algorithm with a genetic algorithm and designs a PGA algorithm for path optimization. In terms of carbon emission reduction, comparative trials demonstrate that the PGA algorithm's path optimization is 58.06 percent greater than the genetic algorithm; In terms of cost, the PGA algorithm's path optimization is 15.72% less expensive than the genetic algorithm's. This paper discusses the relevant theory of swarm intelligence algorithm processing big data on the table tennis training competition knowledge interaction platform system, as well as the technical support of Nginx and Tomcat, and determines the technical basis of the table tennis training competition knowledge interaction platform. Through the establishment of the firefly algorithm model, the resource search ability is enhanced, and the traditional firefly algorithm is improved. From the results of the system performance test, it can be found that the improved swarm intelligence algorithm adopted in this paper improves the global convergence, and the load balancing degree gradually decreases with the increase of time. The improved firefly algorithm shows good performance when the bandwidth is low, and the resource occupancy rate is greatly reduced. When the bandwidth is 20, it is reduced by 12.55%. With the rapid development of China's economy, people are eager for an effective way to relieve work pressure and strengthen their health at the same time. Outdoor sport is one of the best choices for people. However, the amount of recommended data on the network is very large. As a result, when people understand outdoor sports through the network, they cannot effectively obtain the information they want. This is the problem of "information overload," and personalized recommendation system can effectively alleviate this problem. In order to effectively recommend outdoor sports to users, a useful attempt was made in the personalized recommendation system for outdoor sports in this paper. The specific work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the current situation of outdoor sports in China was summarized, and the related technologies of the recommendation system were studied, including user modeling technology, recommendation target modeling technology, and recommendation algorithm. In order to obtain better recommendation effect, this paper proposes to mix user-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, project-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, and content-based recommendation algorithm. The hybrid algorithm adopts the way of feature expansion and weighted combination. Firstly, the hybrid model (model 1) of user-based collaborative filtering recommendation and content-based recommendation is obtained. Secondly, the hybrid model (model 2) based on project collaborative filtering recommendation and content-based recommendation was obtained. Finally, model 1 and model 2 were combined together to get a hybrid model with better final recommendation effect. Grinding is an important link in the process of mineral processing. It plays a vital role in mineral processing by optimizing the grinding process, improving the quality of grinding products and ensuring the follow-up operation indicators. In this paper, the Python language, intelligent theoretical control technology and mineral processing were combined to solve the problem of ore feeding control in mineral processing. Using error factor analysis, an extended control algorithm was designed. The NumPy library and data collected from the Yuan YangMou concentrator in China were used to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the error of electronic belt scales. This paper introduces the use of Kalman filtering for electronic belt scale weight data to reduce the effect of noise and hence reduce errors. Background: Assignments that involve writing based on several texts are challenging to many learners. Formative feedback supporting learners in these tasks should be informed by the characteristics of evolving written product and by the characteristics of learning processes learners enacted while developing the product. However, formative feedback in writing tasks based on multiple texts has almost exclusively focused on essay product and rarely included SRL processes. Objectives: We explored the viability of using product and process features to develop machine learning classifiers that identify low‐ and high‐performing essays in a multi‐text writing task. Methods: We examined learning processes and essay submissions of 163 graduate students working on an authentic multi‐text writing assignment. We utilised learners' trace data to obtain process features and state‐of‐the‐art natural language processing methods to obtain product features for our classifiers. Results and Conclusions: Of four popular classifiers examined in this study, Random Forest achieved the best performance (accuracy = 0.80 and recall = 0.77). The analysis of important features identified in the Random Forest classification model revealed one product (coverage of reading topics) and three process (elaboration/organisation, re‐reading and planning) features as important predictors of writing quality. Leaf area index (LAI), officially listed as one of essential climate variables, quantifies the structure and amount of vegetation and characterizes the interaction between vegetation and climate. The advanced MEdium Resolution Spectral Imager (MERSI-II) onboard FengYun-3D (FY-3D) can provide twice-daily global observations of earth at a spatial resolution of 250 m. Therefore, it has great potential for promoting the improvement of global LAI products and boosting the development of earth system modelling. However, the existing methods are mostly sensor-specific, they can not be directly applied to MERSI-II data for LAI generation. In this paper, we proposed a sensor-adaptive approach for LAI estimation based on MERSI-II observations. This method is composed of an LAI retrieval look-up table based on radiative transfer theory, which was calibrated by a global optimizing algorithm to adapt MERSI-II characteristics, and a backup algorithm training neural networks with MERSI-II Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) LAI. We evaluated the MERSI-II LAI retrievals by intercomparison to MODIS products over mainland China and direct validation using ground-based upscaled LAI reference maps. The assessments demonstrate that (1) the derived MERSI-II LAI products agree well with the MODIS benchmarks in both spatial and temporal respects; (2) compared to the MODIS LAI, the MERSI-II LAI retrievals with less gaps show great potential in improving spatiotemporal continuity; (3) validation versus in-situ measurements reveals acceptable accuracy of the MERSI-II LAI products with a R2 of 0.85 and RMSE of 0.82; (4) the proposed parametric optimization strategy could successfully transplant MODIS LAI algorithm to MERSI-II data. Chinese traditional culture is a typical "moral culture," and traditional morality is the core and essence of culture. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of following the trend of rural construction has been particularly serious, and many villages have lost their original features. To solve the above problems, the genetic algorithm can be used to further explore the traditional culture of urbanization construction. A genetic algorithm is a natural evolutionary process that imitates natural selection and genetic operation in nature to obtain optimal solution, in which genetic operation mainly includes the processes of gene replication, crossover, and mutation. This paper studies the traditional culture of urbanization construction based on the genetic algorithm under the concept of environmental protection. Among the accuracy of urban construction land expansion, in 2018, the accuracy of ant colony algorithm, data mining algorithm, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is 58%, 51.8%, and 56.7%, respectively. The accuracy of this genetic algorithm is as high as 58.8%. It can be seen that the genetic algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy in the expansion of urban construction land. Therefore, in the process of large-scale urbanization based on the genetic algorithm, we should pay attention to not being separated from traditional culture, not letting farmers lose their regional culture, local culture, and grassroots culture, and protecting the cultural-ecological environment on which these cultures depend. At present, the development of value chain mainly shows that the added value is positive; otherwise, the industrial value chain will be eliminated. Therefore, the construction and measurement of the industrial value chain height can effectively avoid the collapse of the industrial value chain caused by the low system value of the value chain. In this paper, the mobile virtualization channel allocation algorithm is used to construct the multi-objective industrial value chain height index, and the actual industrial value chain height in China is measured. This paper first describes the channel allocation algorithm of mobile virtualization, extracts the allocation rules of the algorithm, constructs the model of multi-objective industrial value chain, then measures the value chain of eight regions in China combined with the elements of technology, production, and marketing in the height of value chain, and quantitatively compares the results of value chain height of different regions according to the embeddedness and depth. Finally, it puts forward the improvement scheme for the measurement results and the problems faced by the value chain. The research shows that the average value chain height of South China is about 70.86, while the average value chain height of Northwest China is about 46.58, ranging from 40.58 to 60.45. Through quantitative data, the value chain height of South China is generally higher than that of Northwest China by more than 50%, which may be related to the innovation of technology and the imitation form of production. Concentration of power in terms of user traffic and copyright content is most evident in content platforms in China. Such concentration has generated an unexpected impact on the way we understand and appreciate creativity, on copyright enforcement and determination of liability on content platforms, and on the regulation of the cultural market by the government. Specifically, the concentration of power in content platforms has not only curbed direct online piracies to a large extent but has also accelerated the fragmentation of copyright enforcement and spawned the need for algorithmic recommendation and filtering systems, which in turn has reinforced the cultural censorship system of China. This paper argues that the employment of algorithms by platforms must be treated with prudence: the algorithmic decision-making systems employed by platforms must be transparent as much as possible, and remedies must be provided for concerned users. The algorithms employed by content platforms must be adjusted to reflect not just the interests of the platforms but also the public interest in accessing and delivering information and local policy considerations. The increase of competition pressure will bring many negative effects to athletes. In order to relieve the pressure of athletes in sports competition and eliminate the negative significance of pressure to athletes, this paper mainly introduces the clustering algorithm of sports source and competition. The clustering algorithm uses the similarity of attributes between data objects to calculate the clustering structure of fractional clustering. In this paper, the original data of sports competition pressure are obtained through the questionnaire survey, using clustering and recommendation algorithms to calculate and analyze the original data, the data utilization rate is as high as 98%, and the analysis efficiency is as high as 97%. This paper studies the reliable uncapacitated facility location problem in which facilities are subject to uncertain disruptions. A two-stage distributionally robust model is formulated, which optimizes the facility location decisions so as to minimize the fixed facility location cost and the expected transportation cost of serving customers under the worst-case disruption distribution. The model is formulated in a general form, where the uncertain joint distribution of disruptions is partially characterized and is allowed to have any prespecified dependency structure. This model extends several related models in the literature, including the stochastic one with explicitly given disruption distribution and the robust one with moment information on disruptions. An efficient cutting plane algorithm is proposed to solve this model, where the separation problem is solved respectively by a polynomial-time algorithm in the stochastic case and by a column generation approach in the robust case. Extensive numerical study shows that the proposed cutting plane algorithm not only outperforms the best-known algorithm in the literature for the stochastic problem under independent disruptions but also efficiently solves the robust problem under correlated disruptions. The practical performance of the robust models is verified in a simulation based on historical typhoon data in China. The numerical results further indicate that the robust model with even a small amount of information on disruption correlation can mitigate the conservativeness and improve the location decision significantly. In the algorithmic era, both users and the platform battle for visibility. Chinese fans are savvy users who explore the hidden algorithms behind platform functions. With the collectively developed algorithmic imaginary, digital fandom communities negotiate with the platform over algorithms to optimize the visibility of celebrities they endorse. Drawing from participatory observation and semi-structured interviews in Chinese online fandoms of an idol group, INTO1, we detailed how fans as digital users collectively explore, interpret, and creatively utilize algorithms to increase their idol's visibility. We conclude that visibility, as a representation of algorithm power, is co-defined through the constant push-and-pull between digital users and the platform. This paper contributes to both algorithm and fandom studies by describing large-scale non-professional users' daily construction of the algorithmic imaginary in the unique context of Chinese fandom and beyond. In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6, the main goal of the Special Issue on "Remote sensing for water resources and environmental management" was to solicit papers from a diverse range of scientists around the world on the use of cutting-edge remote sensing technologies to assess and monitor freshwater quality, quantity, availability, and management to ensure water security. Special consideration was given to scientific manuscripts that covered, but were not limited to, the development of geospatial techniques and remote sensing applications for detecting, quantifying, and monitoring freshwater water resources, identifying potential threats to water resources and agriculture, as well as other themes related to water resources and environmental management at various spatial scales. The Special Issue attracted over thirteen peer-reviewed scientific articles, with the majority of manuscripts originating from China. Most of the studies made use of satellite datasets, ranging from coarse spatial resolution data, such as the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) and GRACE Follow-On (GRACE-FO), to medium spatial resolution data, such as the Landsat series, ERA5, Modern-Era Retrospective Analysis for Research and Application Land version 2 reanalysis product (MERRA2), CLSM and NOAH ET, and MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer). Google Earth Engine (GEE) data, together with big data processing techniques, such as the remote sensing-based energy balance model (ALEXI/DisALEXI approach) and the STARFM data fusion technique, were used for analyzing geospatial datasets. Since the BP neural network has poor performance and unstable learning rate in the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm of photovoltaic (PV) system, an adaptive particle swarm optimization BP neural network-fuzzy control PV MPPT algorithm (APSO-BP-FLC) is proposed in this paper. First, the inertia weight, learning factor and acceleration factor of particle swarm optimization (PSO) are self-updating, and the mutation operator is adopted to initialize the position of each particle. Second, the APSO algorithm is used to update the optimal weight threshold of BP neural network, where the input layer is irradiation and temperature, and the output layer is the maximum power point (MPP) voltage. Third, the fuzzy logical control (FLC) is employed to adjust the duty cycle of Boost converter. The inputs of FLC are voltage difference and duty ratio D(n-1) at the previous time, and the output is duty ratio D(n). Moreover, D(n-1) is optimized by |dP/dU| to improve the search range of FLC. The irradiation, temperature and MPP voltage of PV cell are adopted as the datasets for simulation in a city in Shaanxi province, China. Simulation results show that the proposed MPPT algorithm is superior to the APSO-BP, FLC and perturbation and observation (P&O) algorithm with tracking performance, steady state oscillation rate and efficiency. With the advent of the post-pandemic era, the global economic situation has tightened, and the economic benefits of container ports have also been affected. This paper attempts to build a novel berth-tugboat-quay crane joint scheduling method for container ports to reduce the economic cost of container ports. Firstly, from the perspective of the economic cost of container ports, considering random economic factors, this paper proposes a new berth-tugboat-quay crane joint dispatch optimization model, namely E-BUQC, by taking the minimum time cost of vessels in port, the cost of additional freight distance for trucks, the cost of tugboat operation, and the minimum operation cost of quay cranes as the objective function. Then, in order to obtain a relatively high-quality solution, based on chaotic mapping and quantum computing, this paper constructs a new chaotic quantum adaptive satin bower bird optimizer algorithm, namely CQASBO, formulates exclusive coding rules for the E-BUQC model, develops a feasible integer algorithm, and proposes a new joint scheduling solution method of berth-tugboat-quay crane, named E-BUQC_CQASBO. Subsequently, based on the simulation examples of two ports in northern China, the new solution method is tested. The simulation test results show that the E-BUQC model obtains an appropriate solution; The CQASBO constructed in this paper has better performance than other traditional comparison algorithms selected in this paper and can provide a better solution when solving the E-BUQC model. An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ（NSGA-Ⅱ）for solving the large-scale optimization problem of trajectory planning in the strategic stage is designed. Under the framework of the classic NSGA-Ⅱ，an adaptive crossover operator and an adaptive mutation operator are used to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm and improve the quality of the solution，and an evaluation index to measure the pros and cons of the Pareto solution set is given. Considering the introduction of large-scale fourdimensional trajectories inevitably increases the complexity of the problem，this paper proposes an effective strategic conflict resolution model，which aims to minimize the number of potential conflicts and the cost of conflict resolution. Using 1 472 flights during peak hours of China’s air-route network for example verification，the proposed algorithm is compared with the classic NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm and MOEA/D. The experimental results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm has a better optimization effect，can effectively resolve the conflicts between aircraft and produce less trajectory amendment costs. Finally, the experimental results show that the convolutional neural network algorithm can realize the recognition and model reconstruction of athletes' gait in the training process and can make the optimal strategy according to the gait differences of different athletes in the training process, and the recognition accuracy of athletes' gait can reach more than 97%. This paper combines discrete wavelet transform (DWT), autoregressive moving average (ARMA), and XGBoost algorithm to propose a weighted hybrid algorithm named DWTs-ARMA-XGBoost (DAX) on long-time temperature series analysis. Firstly, this paper chooses the temperature data of February 1 to 20 from 1967 to 2016 of northern mountainous area in North China as the observed data. Then, we use 10 different discrete wavelet functions to decompose and reconstruct the observed data. Next, we build ARMA models on all the reconstructed data. In the end, we regard the calculations of 10 DWT-ARMA (DA) algorithms and the observed data as the labels and target of the XGBoost algorithm, respectively. Through the data training and testing of the XGBoost algorithm, the optimal weights and the corresponding output of the hybrid DAX model can be calculated. Root mean squared error (RMSE) was followed as the criteria for judging the precision. This paper compared DAX with an equal-weighted average (EWA) algorithm and 10 DA algorithms. The result shows that the RMSE of the two hybrid algorithms is much lower than that of the DA algorithms. Moreover, the bigger decrease in RMSE of the DAX model than the EWA model represents that the proposed DAX model has significant superiority in combining models which proves that DAX has significant improvement in prediction as well. In order to solve the problems of machine translation efficiency and translation quality, this paper proposes an English translation evaluation system based on the BP neural network algorithm. This method provides users with a more intelligent machine translation service experience. With the help of the BP neural network algorithm, taking English online translation as the research object, Google's translation quality is the best, with an error frequency of only 167, while Baidu translation and iFLYTEK translation in China have a high error rate of 266 and 301, respectively, which is much higher than Google translation. A model of machine translation evaluation based on the neural network algorithm is proposed to better solve the disadvantages of traditional English machine translation. The results show that the machine translation system based on the neural network algorithm can further optimize the problems existing in machine translation, such as insufficient use of information and large scale of model parameters, and further improve the performance of neural network machine translation. The Loess Plateau is an ecologically fragile area in China; furthermore, loess landslides are typical forms of geological disasters, which severely limit the sustainable development of the local societies and the economy. Studying the automatic detection of landslides can facilitate disaster prevention and mitigation in the Loess Plateau, and help realize the climate action goal (SDG 13) of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This paper takes typical loess areas in China as the research object, and establishes a historical loess landslide sample database based on Google Earth (GEE) image data, with a total of 1451 loess landslides. The automatic detection of loess landslides is implemented by improving the You Only Look Once X (YOLOX) algorithm. The results show that the average accuracy of landslide detection in this method is 95.43%, and the accuracy rate is 96.32%, which effectively combines the earth's big data to realize the automatic detection of loess landslides. The research results provide technical support for the promotion of disaster prevention and mitigation in China's loess regions, the realization of sustainable development goals, and the improvement of natural disaster prevention–resistance–reduction systems. SM9-IBS is an industry standard for identity-based signature (IBS) algorithms issued by China in 2016. Although the IBS algorithms can be reduce the complexity of management of user keys, they have the problem of key revocation. In addition, the existing technologies are not fully applicable to SM9-IBS due to its special algebraic structure of users’ secret keys. Therefore, this paper proposes an efficient revocable SM9 identity-based signature (shorted as CS-SM9-RIBS) algorithm, which can quickly revoke and update the user’s signature authority. The algorithm introduces a complete subtree, which is used by the key generation center (KGC) generates temporary signature keys for each legitimate user, so that only the signature generated by this key can pass the signature verification. In terms of security, the new algorithm is proven to be existentially unforgeable under adaptive chosen message and identity attacks in the random oracle model. In terms of efficiency, when the number of users in the system is large and the number of revoked users is small in the key update stage, the time cost of the KGC to update the user’s signature key is much smaller than Boneh et al. ’s update technology. The elderly population in China is continuously increasing, and the disabled account for a large proportion of the elderly population. An effective solution is urgently needed for incontinence among disabled elderly people. Compared with disposable adult diapers, artificial sphincter implantation and medication for incontinence, the defecation pre-warning method is more flexible and convenient. However, due to the complex human physiology and individual differences, its development is limited. Based on the aging trend of the population and clinical needs, this paper proposes a bowel sound acquisition system and a defecation pre-warning method and system based on a semi-supervised generative adversarial network. A network model was established to predict defecation using bowel sounds. Northern China is vigorously promoting cogeneration and clean heating technologies. The accurate prediction of building energy consumption is the basis for heating regulation. In this paper, the daily, weekly, and annual periods of building energy consumption are determined by Fourier transformation. Accordingly, a period-based neural network (PBNN) is proposed to predict building energy consumption. The main innovation of PBNN is the introduction of a new data structure, which is a time-discontinuous sliding window. The sliding window consists of the past 24 h, 24 h for the same period last week, and 24 h for the same period the previous year. When predicting the building energy consumption for the next 1 h, 12 h, and 24 h, the prediction errors of the PBNN are 2.30%, 3.47%, and 3.66% lower than those of the traditional sliding window PBNN (TSW-PBNN), respectively. The application of intelligent equipment and technologies such as robots and unmanned vehicles is an important part of the construction of intelligent mines, and has become China's national coal energy development strategy and the consensus of the coal industry. Environment perception and instant positioning is one of the key technologies destined to realize unmanned and autonomous navigation in underground coal mines, and simultaneous location and mapping (SLAM) is an effective method of deploying this key technology. The underground space of a coal mine is long and narrow, the environment is complex and changeable, the structure is complex and irregular, and the lighting is poor. This is a typical unstructured environment, which poses a great challenge to SLAM. This paper summarizes the current research status of underground coal mine map construction based on visual SLAM and Lidar SLAM, and analyzes the defects of the LeGO-LOAM algorithm, such as loopback detection errors or omissions. We use SegMatch to improve the loopback detection module of LeGO-LOAM, use the iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm to optimize the global map, then propose an improved SLAM algorithm, namely LeGO-LOAM-SM, and describe its principle and implementation. The performance of the LeGO-LOAM-SM was also tested using the KITTI dataset 00 sequence and SLAM experimental data collected in two coal mine underground simulation scenarios, and the performance indexes such as the map construction effect, trajectory overlap and length deviation, absolute trajectory error (ATE), and relative pose error (RPE) were analyzed. The results show that the map constructed by LeGO-LOAM-SM is clearer, has a better loopback effect, the estimated trajectory is smoother and more accurate, and the translation and rotation accuracy is improved by approximately 5%. This can construct more accurate point cloud map and low drift position estimation, which verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the improved algorithm. Finally, to satisfy the navigation requirements, the construction method of a two-dimensional occupancy grid map was studied, and the underground coal mine simulation environment test was carried out. The results show that the constructed raster map can effectively filter out outlier noise such as dynamic obstacles, has a mapping accuracy of 0.01 m, and the required storage space compared with the point cloud map is reduced by three orders of magnitude. The research results enrich the SLAM algorithm and implementation in unstructured environments such as underground coal mines, and help to solve the problems of environment perception, real-time positioning, and the navigation of coal mine robots and unmanned vehicles. In the era of "Internet +," the world economy is increasingly globalized and informatized, the development of China's B2C e-commerce is facing unprecedented opportunities, but it is also constrained by consumption risks. Consumption risk will make consumers have a crisis of trust in e-commerce, which brings uncertainty to the development of B2C. Therefore, it is very necessary to predict and prevent consumption risks in B2C e-commerce and take corresponding legal countermeasures. It is well known that neural networks (NNs) have strong predictive ability, but there are also problems such as lack of stability. As a result, in order to improve the prediction ability of neural network, principal component analysis and particle swarm technology are proposed in this paper as well as its stability and prediction error. The risk prediction accuracy of the BP NN (BPNN) technique was the lowest at 60% and the maximum at 70%, according to the experimental results of this research. The GA-BP technique has the lowest risk prediction accuracy of 80 percent. The risk prediction accuracy of the PSO-BP method is the lowest with 90% and the highest with 100%. Although the NN before the improvement can effectively predict the consumption risk, the risk prediction ability of the improved NN combined with principal component analysis and particle swarm algorithm is higher. Therefore, in life, the relevant personnel can apply the GA-BP and PSO-BP methods to the consumption risk prediction in B2C e-commerce to reduce the risk and make the e-commerce develop better. In the context of today's supply-side structural reform, the research on the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth has received extensive attention from researchers. Since China's economic reform and opening up in the late 1970s, China's economy has experienced a relatively long period of rapid growth. From 1978 to the end of 2008, China's economy grew at an average annual rate of about 10%, and its GDP grew from US$9.75 billion in 1978 to US$1,430.69 billion in 2008. As China becomes more and more international, the number of people traveling abroad is also increasing. The demand for English recognition is becoming more and more vigorous, and traditional translation software is time-consuming, laborious, and less accurate. This article optimizes the target detection model YOLOV3. Firstly, the image is divided into multiple model structures, and the K-means++ clustering algorithm is used to determine the target detection prior frame value and the high frame of the corresponding frame according to the characteristics of the English image. Then, by using K-means++ clustering algorithm to optimize the anchor parameters, the model structure is better adapted to the English identification dataset scene; finally, the feature information extracted by the DarkNet-53 model is spliced to improve the structure of the YOLOV3 convolutional layer, using 3090 graphics card GPU to perform multiscale training and testing. Experimental results show that the improved YOLOV3 algorithm in this paper has a mAP of 0.95 on the English identification dataset and a detection speed of 50fps, which is 0.11 higher than the mAP before optimization.
